[目的]探讨放牧条件下内蒙古锡林郭勒地区乌珠穆沁羊日粮中酵母硒的适宜添加量。[方法]将240只乌珠穆沁羊随机分为4组,其中Ⅰ组为对照组,日粮中添加无机硒(亚硒酸钠)0.3 mg/(kg·DM),Ⅱ~Ⅳ组为酵母硒添加组,日粮中分别添加0.3、0.6、0.9 mg/(kg·DM)的酵母硒。预饲期15 d,正饲期60 d。于试验第0天、第30天、第60天分别测定各组羊只的空腹体重,记录各组耗料量,计算并比较各组的平均日增重、平均日采食量及增重耗料比;同时,每组随机选取12只羊(每个重复2只)进行静脉采血,测定并比较各组的血清生长激素(GH)含量。[结果]在0~30 d和30~60 d,Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的平均日增重显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P0.05),而试验期间(0~60 d)各组平均日采食量、增重耗料比均无显著差异(P0.05);在试验第30天和第60天,酵母硒添加组(Ⅱ~Ⅳ组)的血清GH含量均显著高于无机硒添加组(Ⅰ组)(P0.05)。[结论]锡林郭勒地区自然放牧条件下,乌珠穆沁羊日粮中酵母硒的最适添加量为0.6 mg/(kg·DM)。  相似文献

为研究酵母硒(SY)对肉羊生长性能、肉品质及血液生化指标的影响,试验选择80只体况良好、体重(26.18±2.00)kg的肉羊随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复5只羊。对照组饲喂基础日粮,酵母硒组在基础日粮中分别添加0.2、0.3、0.4 mg/kg的SY。预饲期7 d,试验正式期10周。结果表明:日粮中添加0.3 mg/kg酵母硒组肉羊的平均日增重显著高于对照组(P < 0.05),提高了17.88%。日粮中添加0.3 mg/kg酵母硒组肉羊的料重比显著低于对照组和0.4 mg/kg酵母硒组(P < 0.05),分别降低了11.31%和16.05%。日粮中添加0.3 mg/kg和0.4 mg/kg酵母硒组肉羊的肉色红度a*显著高于对照组(P < 0.05),分别提高了10.51%和13.79%|日粮中添加0.3 mg/kg和0.4 mg/kg酵母硒组的pH45 min显著高于对照组(P < 0.05),分别提高了6.11%和4.98%|日粮中添加0.3 mg/kg酵母硒组的剪切力显著低于对照组和0.4 mg/kg酵母硒组(P < 0.05),分别降低了10.92%和13.42%|日粮中添加0.3 mg/kg酵母硒组的熟肉率显著高于对照组和0.4 mg/kg酵母硒组(P < 0.05),分别提高了4.82%和7.43%。日粮中添加0.3 mg/kg和0.4 mg/kg酵母硒组的总蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P < 0.05),分别提高了8.49%和12.59%|日粮中添加0.4 mg/kg酵母硒组的尿素氮和肌酐含量显著高于对照组、0.2 mg/kg酵母硒组、0.3 mg/kg酵母硒组(P < 0.05),分别提高了11.67%、12.84%、14.78%|18.90%、15.10%、11.67%。综上所述,在肉羊日粮中添加酵母硒可以提高其生长性能,改善肉品质,并提高血液中总蛋白含量,本试验条件下,最适添加量为0.3 mg/kg。 [关键词] 酵母硒|生长性能|肉品质|血液生化指标|肉羊  相似文献

本试验旨在研究酵母硒对湖羊生长性能的影响。选取体重相近、日龄相近、健康的湖羊150只,平均分为5组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.3mg/kg、0.6mg/kg、0.9mg/kg、1.2mg/kg酵母硒。预试期10d,正试期60d。结果表明:饲料中添加酵母硒对湖羊平均日采食量没有影响;添加0.3~1.2 mg/kg酵母硒可显著增加湖羊平均日增重(P<0.05),添加0.6~1.2mg/kg酵母硒可显著降低湖羊料重比(P<0.05),说明饲料中添加酵母硒可以提高湖羊的生长性能。综合酵母硒对湖羊生长性能的影响,建议在湖羊饲料中添加0.6~0.9mg/kg酵母硒。  相似文献

试验旨在研究饲粮中添加硒代蛋氨酸对热应激条件下肉鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响。选用240只21日龄健康罗斯308肉公鸡,随机分为NT组(常温组,基础日粮+0.3 mg/kg亚硒酸钠)、NT-Se-Met组(常温硒代蛋氨酸组,基础日粮+0.3 mg/kg硒代蛋氨酸)、HS组(热应激组,基础日粮+0.3 mg/kg亚硒酸钠)、HS-Se-Met组(热应激硒代蛋氨酸组,基础日粮+0.3 mg/kg硒代蛋氨酸)4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。试验期间常温组和热应激组环境温度分别控制在(24±2)℃和(32±2)℃,持续至试验结束,试验期21 d。结果表明:与常温状态相比,热应激状态肉鸡末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、脾脏指数显著降低(P<0.05),血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)及肝脏和脾脏IgG、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、IL-2水平也显著降低(P<0.05),料重比显著升高(P<0.05);而添加硒代蛋氨酸组肉鸡血清IL-2以及肝脏和脾脏IgA、IgG、IgM、IL-2水平显著升高(P<0.05),肝脏和脾脏白...  相似文献

为研究酵母硒和纳米硒对乳鸽生产性能、肉中微量元素含量和血清抗氧化指标的影响,选取210只14日龄健康的美国王鸽,随机分成7组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮(硒含量0.08 mg/kg),试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.1、0.3、0.5 mg/kg硒的酵母硒或纳米硒。结果表明:饲粮中添加酵母硒、纳米硒对乳鸽平均日采食量、料肉比均无显著影响(P0.05);与对照组相比,添加0.5 mg/kg硒的纳米硒组平均日增重显著提高(P0.05)。饲粮中添加酵母硒、纳米硒均显著提高了乳鸽胸肌中硒的含量(P0.05),对铁、锌的含量无明显影响(P0.05)。与对照组相比,添加0.3、0.5 mg/kg硒的酵母硒和纳米硒组乳鸽血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、总超氧化物歧化酶活性及总抗氧化能力均显著提高(P0.05),丙二醛含量均显著降低(P0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加酵母硒和纳米硒均明显提高了乳鸽肌肉中硒的含量,增强了血清抗氧化功能;添加0.5 mg/kg硒的纳米硒显著提高了乳鸽的日增重,综合来看,添加纳米硒的效果优于酵母硒,且以添加0.3~0.5 mg/kg为宜。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究不同硒源对济宁百日鸡生产性能、鸡只健康状况、蛋中硒含量的影响,共设计2个试验。试验Ⅰ:25周龄济宁百日鸡200只随机分为4个组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只,对照组只饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组分别在基础日粮中添加亚硒酸钠、酵母硒与蛋氨酸硒三种不同含硒添加剂,硒源添加水平以饲料中硒元素0.4 mg/kg计算;预饲期为7 d,正式饲养试验持续56 d。试验Ⅱ:35周龄济宁百日鸡200只随机分为4个组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只,对照组只饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组分别在基础日粮中添加含0.4、0.6、0.8 mg/kg硒水平的蛋氨酸硒。预饲期为7 d,正式饲养试验持续28 d。试验结果表明:在本试验条件下,添加有机硒源组生产性能略高于无机硒源组和对照组,但各组间无显著差异(P>0.05);饲料中添加有机硒源,比无机硒源更能促进济宁百日鸡鸡蛋中硒的沉积,且有机硒源中,蛋氨酸硒比酵母硒在鸡蛋富硒过程中转化效率更高;不同浓度的蛋氨酸硒均可显著提高济宁百日鸡鸡蛋中的硒含量(P<0.05),综合比较以蛋氨酸硒在基础日粮中的硒水平浓度为0.6 mg/kg最适宜。  相似文献

本试验选取8头体况、奶产量、泌乳天数相近的奶牛,采用4×4拉丁方设计分为4组分别添加4种不同的预混料:对照组不添加酵母硒而添加亚硒酸钠,Se含量为0.3 mg/kg日粮,处理组添加酵母硒,硒水平分别为0.3、0.45、0.6 mg/kg日粮,试验期全天收集牛粪,对常规营养成分进行测定。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加酵母硒0.45 mg/kg组可以提高奶牛对OM、NDF、ADF、纤维素(CEL)、半纤维素(HC)、钙、磷的表观消化率(P<0.01)和粗蛋白质的消化率(P<0.05);和其他酵母硒处理组相比,0.45 mg/kg组的养分表观消化率也较高。  相似文献

为研究不同水平的酵母硒对鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpio)鱼种生长性能、肌肉硒沉积量及抗病能力的影响,试验采用单因子完全随机设计,选用体重约为30 g/尾的鲤鱼鱼种,随机分为5个试验组(A1 ~ A5,A1为空白组)和 1个对照组(A6),每组3个重复,每个重复60尾。第A1 ~ A5组分别在基础日粮中添加0、0.15、0.30、0.45、0.60 mg/kg的酵母硒,对照组在基础日粮中添加0.60 mg/kg的亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3),试验周期为12周。分别对其生长性能指标、肌肉硒沉积量进行测定以及抗病能力进行检测。结果表明:(1)与对照组(A6)和空白组(A1)相比,鲤鱼的末重、增重率及特定生长率(SGR)均随日粮中酵母硒添加量水平的提高逐渐增大,其中以添加0.6 mg/kg酵母硒试验组的结果最高,分别为末重:(94.85±10.13)g,增重率:(217.89±36.12)%(P < 0.05),SGR:(2.05±0.2)%/d。饵料系数则随日粮中酵母硒添加量水平的提高而降低,0.6 mg/kg酵母硒试验组的饵料系数最低,为(1.25±0.15)|(2)0.6 mg/kg酵母硒试验组的肌肉硒沉积量为所有试验组中最大,为(0.47±0.02)mg/kg|(3)嗜水气单胞菌攻毒后空白组在第12天所有鱼均死亡,其余添加不同组分硒添加剂的试验组均有一定的保护效果,以0.6 mg/kg酵母硒试验组相对保护率最高,为46.67%。综上,在本研究中,在基础日粮中添加一定量的酵母硒可有效促进鲤鱼生长,提高饲料利用率,增加肌肉硒沉积量,提高鲤鱼的抗病能力,添加量以0.6 mg/kg为适宜。 [关键词] 酵母硒|鲤鱼|生长性能|肌肉硒沉积量|抗病能力  相似文献

选用1日龄白羽肉鸡100只,随机分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组,每组20只。Ⅰ、Ⅱ为酵母锌组,锌水平分别为50,35mg/kg,Ⅲ为硫酸锌组,锌水平为50mg/kg;Ⅳ为空白酵母组,酵母添加剂量为100mg/kg;V为基础日粮对照组。各组饲喂相同基础日粮,50d后,对生长性能、血常规、血液生化(Crea、Urea、AST、ALT、ALB)及抗氧化(抗O2-.、GSH-Px、GSH)指标进行检测。结果显示,平均日增重和料重比,21d时各组之间无显著差异(P〉0.05),50d时与V组相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ组生长性能显著提高(P〈0.01),其中I组最高。各组血液常规指标均处于正常范围内,但Ⅰ组红细胞数极显著高于其他组(P〈0.01)。血清中肌酐、尿素含量以及天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶和丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性各组间差异不显著(P〉0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ组白蛋白含量较其他组显著提高(P〈0.01)。血清抗O2-.活力、GSH含量Ⅰ组显著高于其他组(P〈0.01),GSH-Px活力Ⅰ、Ⅱ组显著高于其他各组(P〈0.01)。结果提示,日粮添加适量酵母锌(Zn 50mg/kg)可以提高肉鸡生长性能,在一定程度上增强机体免疫机能,提高肝脏功能和机体抗氧化功能。  相似文献

The objective of this experiment was to explore the effects of different sources and levels of selenium (Se) on growth performance and tissue Se content of 10~11 months porcupine.Eighty and 10-month-old porcupine with a similar body weight were assigned to 5 groups with 8 replicates of 2 porcupines each.The porcupine were fed a basal diet without Se complementation (control group) or the basal diet adding 0.30 mg/kg Se in the form of sodium selenite (group Ⅰ),0.20 mg/kg Se in the form of yeast selenium (group Ⅱ),0.30 mg/kg Se in the form of yeast selenium (group Ⅲ) and 0.30 mg/kg mixed Se (0.15 mg/kg sodium selenite and 0.15 mg/kg yeast selenium)(group Ⅳ),respectively.The pre-test period lasted for 7 days and the trial period lasted for 45 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,there was no significant differences in the average daily feed intake (ADFI) in each group (P>0.05),the average daily gain (ADG) in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly increased (P<0.05),the feed/gain (F/G) in group Ⅲ was significant decreased (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the concent of Se in liver and muscle of group Ⅲ was extremely significantly increased (P<0.01),the content of Se in liver and muscle of groups Ⅱ and Ⅳ was also significantly increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in group Ⅰ(P>0.05).In conclusion,the basal diet supplemented with yeast selenium could improve the growth performance and increase the tissue Se concent in 10~11 months porcupine,and adding 0.30 mg/kg yeast selenium had the best effect.  相似文献

随机选取40日龄健康吉绒Ⅱ系吉戎兔72只,分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复6只。试验I为对照组,饲喂基础饲料;试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ分别添加40,80,120mg/kg蛋氨酸锌。结果表明,日增重在试验期0~15d期间及16~30d期间,试验Ⅲ与其它组差异显著(P〈0.05),分别比对照组、试验Ⅱ、Ⅳ组提高13.94%和11.31%、6.60%和5.93%及7.47%和8.44%。料重比在试验期0~15d期间,试验Ⅲ与其它组差异显著(P〈0.05),分别比对照组、试验Ⅱ、Ⅳ组改善12.23%、6.19%及6.95%;在试验期16~30d期间,试验Ⅲ和试验Ⅱ差异不显著(P〉0.05),但与对照组和试验Ⅳ差异显著(P〈0.05),试验Ⅲ比对照组、试验Ⅱ、Ⅳ组改善10.16%、5.60%、7.78%。试验Ⅳ血清锌和白蛋白含量与对照组差异显著(P〈0.05)。试验组血清碱性磷酸酶、总蛋白含量与对照组差异显著(P〈0.05),各处理组间尿素氮差异不显著(P〉0.05)。结论为在40日龄吉戎兔饲粮中添加80mg/kg蛋氨酸锌适宜。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to explore the effect of different levels of Astragalus polysaccharin on growth performance,intestinal microflora and immune function of immunosuppression broilers.A total of 180 fast large yellow feather chickens with similar weight were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 3 replicates of 15 chicks in each replicate,group Ⅰ was fed with basal diet,free drinking water,groupsⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ were add 200 mg/L water soluble florfenicol in the drinking water,medication for 6 days,then group Ⅱ was fed a basal diet,groups Ⅲ,Ⅳ were fed with basal diet supplemented with 500 and 1000 mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharin,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 7 days,and the experiment lasted for 35 days.The results showed that compared with group Ⅱ,groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly improved the growth performance of immunosuppression broilers (P<0.05),enhanced the number of beneficial bacteria (Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium) in the gastrointestinal tract of immunosuppression broilers (P<0.05),reduced the number of harmful bacteria (Escherichia coli and Salmonella) in the gastrointestinal tract of immunosuppression broilers (P<0.05),improved the immune organs index and Newcastle disease antibody titer of immunosuppression broilers (P<0.05),decreased the serum contents of IL-10 and IFN-γ of immunosuppression broilers (P<0.05).In conclusion,adding 500 and 1000 mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharin in diet could eliminate immunosuppression effect of florfenicol test,improve the growth performance,adjust the intestinal micro ecological balance and ennhance the immune function of broilers.  相似文献

本文旨在研究高精料饲粮中添加烟酸对肥育肉牛生长性能、养分表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响。选择体况良好、体重(402.2±25.4)kg的杂交公牛[西门塔尔()×中国黄牛(♀)]24头,随机分成4组,每组6头牛。Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组在精料中分别添加200、400、600和800 mg/kg的烟酸(以干物质计),饲粮精粗比85∶15,试验期56 d。结果表明:补饲烟酸对干物质采食量没有显著影响(P>0.05),Ⅳ组的生长性能优于其余3组。Ⅳ组饲粮粗蛋白质、粗脂肪的表观消化率显著地高于其余3组(P<0.05),酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著地高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著地高于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。烟酸水平对血清葡萄糖、甘油三酯和β-羟基丁酸的浓度无显著影响(P>0.05),Ⅳ组血清非酯化脂肪酸浓度极显著地高于其余3组(P<0.01)。结果提示,高精料饲粮中补饲烟酸可提高肥育肉牛生长性能和养分表观消化率,本试验条件下以精料中添加800 mg/kg的烟酸效果较好。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of two dietary supplements (monensin and a live yeast culture) on acid-base balance in steers maintained in a commercial feedlot system, considering effects over the growing period (14 to 23 weeks of age). A 63-day feedlot study was performed using 42 double-muscled Belgian Blue steers. Steers were allotted randomly to one of the three study groups: (1) control group [no supplementation, C], (2) monensin supplementation [MON] at a concentration of 30 mg/kg (DM basis), and (3) live Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain supplementation [SACC] at a dose of 500 mg/kg (DM basis).Venous blood samples were collected for the measurement of acid-base parameters and L-lactate. Production parameters were also used as a complementary tool for understanding the internal changes associated with supplementation. Our results show that during the study period no statistical differences were observed between supplemented and control steers, although non-supplemented animals tended to gain more efficiently than those fed monensin or yeast. Nevertheless, taking into account blood parameters, these control animals showed a greater risk of acid overload due to a more marked decline in blood buffer levels over time in comparison with supplemented steers although no differences were observed between monensin or yeast supplemented animals. Additionally, significant effect of supplementation was observed in packed cell volume (PCV) values.  相似文献

为探讨木薯渣(CR)不同补饲方式对西本杂牛增重的组合效应,选用平均体重155.8kg的西本杂公牛12头,随机分成4个处理,每个处理3头。处理Ⅰ为仅喂混合粗饲料(75%稻草+25%苜蓿)但不补饲CR的对照组,处理Ⅱ、处理Ш与处理Ⅳ为在饲喂混合粗饲料基础上以不同方式按每千克代谢体重30g给每头西本杂牛补给CR的试验组。处理Ⅱ在给牛投给混合粗饲料前3h一次性补饲CR,处理Ш在投给混合粗饲料后2h一次性补饲CR,处理Ⅳ将处理Ш的CR分3次等量补饲。试验结果为:平均日采食混合粗饲料量(ADRI)自高到低的排序为处理Ⅳ(3425.2)处理Ⅲ(3247.5)处理Ⅱ(3020.6)处理Ⅰ(2974.7),括弧中的数字为ADRI,单位为g/d。西本杂牛稻草与苜蓿干草混合粗饲料补饲木薯渣(CR)的替代率(SR)均为负值,表明补饲CR可以提高混合粗饲料(75%稻草+25%苜蓿)的采食量,在采食量上表现为正组合效应,但SR不能定量地描述这种组合效应。各组平均日增重(ADG)自高到低的排序与ADRI相同,但处理Ⅳ(344)与处理Ⅲ(326)差异不显著(P0.05),其余组间差异显著(P0.05),括弧中的数字为ADG,单位为g/d。每千克增重所消耗日粮干物质量自高到低的排序为处理Ⅱ(16.63)处理Ⅰ(14.03)处理Ⅲ(14.01)处理Ⅳ(13.79),处理Ⅱ显著高于另3个处理,其余3个处理之间差异不显著(P0.05);这表明处理Ⅳ的日粮干物质转化效率最好,其次为处理Ⅲ,最差为处理Ⅱ。本研究表明,CR作为能量添补饲料,用于西本杂牛补饲时,可以通过改变补饲方式与增加饲喂次数这样的饲养措施来激发饲料间的正组合效应,从而提高动物的生产性能。  相似文献

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of compound Chinese medicine on growth performance,nutrients apparent digestibility,immune function and slaughter performance of weaning Rex rabbits.70 healthy Rex rabbits at age of 60 days were divided into 7 groups with 5 replicates per group and 2 rabbits per replicate.Group Ⅰ was fed with basic diet as control group,group Ⅱ was fed the basal diet supplemented with antibiotic (contains 50 mg/kg milligrams bacitracin zinc,10 mg/kg colistin sulfate).The other five groups (Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ and Ⅶ) were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1%,2%,3%,4%,5% compound Chinese medicine,respectively.The pre-test period lasted for 7 days and the trial period lasted for 45 days.The results showed as follows:①The ADG in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ (P< 0.05),the F/G in group Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in other groups (P< 0.05).②The apparent digestibility of DM in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰand Ⅱ (P< 0.05),the apparent digestibility of DM in group Ⅶ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ (P< 0.05).The apparent digestibility of CF in group Ⅳ was extremely significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ (P< 0.01),the apparent digestibility of CF in group Ⅶ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ (P< 0.05).The apparent digestibility of NDF in group Ⅳ was extremely significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ (P< 0.01),and significantly higher than that in groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ and Ⅶ (P< 0.05).The apparent digestibility of ADF in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅴ and Ⅶ (P< 0.05).The apparent digestibility of CP in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P< 0.05).③ There were no significant differences in the contents of IgG,IgA and IgM of serum among all groups (P> 0.05),the spleen index in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅴ (P< 0.05).④There were no significant differences in the slaughter rate,half eviscerated slaughter rate and all eviscerated slaughter rate among all groups (P> 0.05).In summary,adding compound Chinese medicine and antibiotics in the feed both could improve the growth performance,nutrients apparent digestibility,immune function and slaughter performance of weaning Rex rabbits,and the appropriate compound Chinese medicine level in the diet of weaning Rex rabbits was 2%.  相似文献

将480只30周龄海赛克斯褐壳蛋鸡随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复30只鸡。对照组(Ⅰ组)饲喂基础日粮,试验组(Ⅱ~Ⅳ)分别在基础日粮中添加100、200、300mg/kg水平的芽孢杆菌制剂。结果显示,Ⅱ组产蛋率显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅳ组(P〈O.05),料蛋比有所降低但不显著(P〉0.05)。Ⅱ组白蛋白和血糖含量显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅳ组(P〈0.05),芽孢杆菌对总蛋白、尿酸、总胆固醇和甘油三酯无显著性影响(P〉0.05)。各试验组ⅠgA和IgG含量均比对照组有所提高,但差异不显著(P〉0.05)。Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组C3浓度显著高于Ⅰ组(P〈0.05),Ⅱ组C4浓度显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅳ组(P〈0.05)。Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组回肠大肠杆菌的数量较Ⅰ组显著降低(P〈0.05),乳酸杆菌显著提高(P〈O.05)。结果表明,芽孢杆菌制剂能够改善蛋鸡的生产性能,提高机体免疫力,促进肠道健康;蛋鸡日粮中添加100mg/kg芽孢杆菌制剂效果最佳。  相似文献

试验旨在使用“大型动物开放回流式呼吸测热装置”并结合生长代谢试验,研究纤维素酶和活性干酵母对草原红牛日粮表观消化率及能量代谢的影响。选用8月龄健康、体重(170±10)kg的草原红牛公牛4头,采用4×4拉丁方试验设计,以混合精料和羊草为基础日粮。试验分4期,每期37 d。Ⅰ组为空白对照组,在日粮中不添加纤维素酶和活性干酵母;Ⅱ组在日粮中添加190 mg/kg纤维素酶;Ⅲ组在日粮中添加200 mg/kg活性干酵母;Ⅳ组在日粮中添加190 mg/kg纤维素酶+200 mg/kg活性干酵母。结果表明:①Ⅲ、Ⅳ组干物质消化率与Ⅰ组相比均差异显著(P<0.05),Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组相比干物质消化率提高了9.01%;②Ⅲ组对日粮中有机物质、粗蛋白质、无氮浸出物、酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维、纤维素和半纤维素的表观消化率影响与Ⅰ组相比均差异显著(P<0.05),Ⅲ组纤维素和半纤维素的表观消化率与Ⅰ组相比分别提高了14.65%和18.81%;③Ⅲ组对能量代谢中的消化能和代谢能影响与Ⅰ、Ⅱ组相比均差异显著(P<0.05),与Ⅳ组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),Ⅳ组比Ⅰ组相比代谢能提高了16.63%;④纤维素酶和活性干酵母混合添加未见组合效应。提示,活性干酵母能提高草原红牛日粮利用率及减少能量损失,混合添加未见叠加效应。  相似文献
