黄河班多段位于青海省兴海县境内,是黄河上游主要鱼类分布区之一.2011年4-11月对黄河班多段鱼类资源进行了调查.设采样点4个,分别在鱼类生长繁殖的重要时期使用不同网具采捕4次,并结合走访调查及鱼类样本的实验室鉴定与分析,重点研究鱼类种类、鱼类多样性、丰富度及均匀度,并提出了保护对策.结果表明,本次调查共采集鱼类10种、138尾,均为土著鱼类,种类占黄河上游青海段鱼类近1/2,班多段鱼类多样性相对黄河上游青海段其它水域较高,鱼类组成与黄河上游青海段其它水域相似,种类相对比较丰富,涉及多种保护鱼类,但每种鱼的个体均匀度较差,抗外界扰动的能力差.  相似文献

本文以不同质量的鱼及生产出的鱼油为原料,研究了鱼体质量对鱼油组成及氧化特性的影响。氧化程度即鱼油的化学发光强度随鱼体质量下降而上升。化学发光强度与EPA、DHA含量无明显关系。随鱼体质量下降,鱼油颜色由浅而深,且共轭二烯系含量、游离脂肪酸和甘油二酯含量增加。鱼油中甘油三酯与鱼体总挥发性氨基氮呈负相关。由低质鱼生产的鱼油较易氧化。  相似文献

Consumers in many European countries do not equally meet the recommended daily intake levels for fish consumption. Various factors that can influence fish consumption behaviour have been identified but limited research has been performed on fish consumption behaviour, discriminating between farmed and wild fish. The present survey study confirmed differences in total fish consumption, farmed fish and wild fish consumption behaviour in Belgium, Norway and Spain. Spanish consumers consumed more frequently fish of each category than Norwegian consumers. Belgian consumers reported the lowest consumption frequency of fish. Accordingly, health involvement and attitudes towards fish consumption decreased from Spain over Norway to Belgium, suggesting a positive association of health involvement and attitudes towards fish consumption with total fish consumption. Similar effects were found for farmed and wild fish consumption. In general, consumers in all countries were poorly aware of the origin of the fish they consume, despite the mandatory indication of origin on fish labels. Across countries, an increased awareness about fish origin was found with increased fish consumption. The findings of the study indicate that farmed and wild fish consumption should be further stimulated among Belgian, Norwegian and Spanish consumers in association with a healthy and positive meal. Additionally, given the limited awareness of the origin of fish, transparency on the issue of farmed origin will be important in order to anticipate potential adverse communication.  相似文献

Feed ingredients containing fish silage and liquefied fish made from ground, whole Pacific whiting and co-dried in a vacuum dryer with mixtures of soybean meal and feather meal to facilitate drying were prepared. An additional batch of fish silage was co-dried with the other dry ingredients in the diet formulation that was used, Abernathy diet S8-1. Fish meal, made by vacuum drying Pacific whiting, was used in the control diet. Co-dried fish meal was made by co-drying Pacific whiting with a soybean meal-feather meal mixture. Fish meal was entirely replaced by the co-dried products in the experimental diets, which were fed to rainbow trout (Salmo gairdneri) for 32 weeks. The best growth and food conversion values were obtained by feeding the fish meal control diet or the diet in which the fish meal was replaced with co-dried liquefied fish. No significant differences in final weights were found between trout fed diets containing co-dried fish meal or co-dried fish silage (fish products were 25% of the diet), but these fish were significantly smaller than fish fed the fish meal control or the co-dried liquefied fish diets. Reducing the fish silage to 12.5% or increasing it to 50% further reduced weight gains in the trout. Food conversion values, protein efficiency ratios, and net protein utilization values generally followed the same trends between diets as did the final weight values. Apparent digestibility coefficients for the co-dried products were lower than for the fish meal, possibly because they contained soybean meal-feather meal mixtures. Organoleptic properties of the fish were not affected by diet.  相似文献

Fish which survive a sublethal ichthyophthiriasis acquire protective immunity against Ichthyophthirius multifiliis Fouquet (Ich). This study evaluated the protective effect of cutaneous antibody secreted by channel catfish, Ictalurus punctatus (Rafinesque), immune to Ich on cohabited non-immune catfish. Non-immune and immune fish controls were separately maintained and infected with theronts. The Ich infection was assessed by scoring 0, < 50, 50-100, and > 100 trophonts fish(-1) at 5 days post-infection. The results of infection showed that cohabited fish at the ratio of 15 non-immune to two immune fish had < 50 trophonts fish(-1). Eighty per cent of the cohabited fish at the ratio of 10 non-immune to two immune fish showed 0 or < 50 trophonts fish(-1). The 76% of control non-immune fish had more than 100 trophonts fish(-1). The control immune fish had 0 trophonts fish(-1). Anti-Ich antibody was detected using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in water samples taken from tanks containing immune fish after the water samples were concentrated 40-fold. The study suggests that immune fish cohabited with non-immune fish may protect non-immune fish against Ich infection.  相似文献

The taste and extractive components of boiled dorsal muscle and broth prepared from half-smooth golden puffer Lagocephalus spadiceus caught in Japan and from those imported from China were compared. In the sensory test, the first taste, elasticity, and saltiness of boiled muscle from Japanese (domestic) fish were higher than those of the imported fish, whereas the orthonasal fishy smell of the imported fish was higher than that of the domestic fish. The first taste, aftertaste, retronasal fishy smell, sweetness, saltiness, and umami of the broth prepared from dorsal muscle of the domestic fish were higher than those of the imported fish, whereas orthonasal fishy smell and bitterness of the imported fish were higher than those of the domestic fish. Most panelists preferred the overall taste of the domestic fish to that of the imported fish. The concentration of trimethylamine in the trichloroacetic acid extracts from boiled muscle and broth of the imported fish was higher than that of the domestic fish, suggesting that this substance contributes to the orthonasal fishy smell of the imported fish.  相似文献

A growth trial and fillet sensory analysis were conducted to examine the effects of replacing dietary fish meal with black soldier fly (BSF) prepupae, Hermetia illucens, in rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss. A practical‐type trout diet was formulated to contain 45% protein; four test diets were developed by substituting 25 and 50% of the fish meal with normal (BSF) or fish offal‐enriched black soldier fly (EBSF) prepupae. Dietary fat was adjusted to approximately 20% lipid using fish oil and poultry fat. Diets were fed to three replicate tanks of fish per treatment (10 fish/tank) for 8 wk. After the trial, three fish per tank were sampled for determination of hepatosomatic index, intraperitoneal fat ratio and muscle ratio, and muscle proximate and fatty acid composition. Fish remaining after sampling were used for sensory evaluation. Growth of fish fed the EBSF diets was not significantly different from those fish fed the fish meal‐based control diet, while the growth of fish fed the BSF diets was significantly reduced as compared to the control diet. A group of 30 untrained panelists did not detect a significant difference in a blind comparison of fish fed the fish meal containing control diet as compared to fish fed the EBSF or BSF diets.  相似文献

Abstract

The main harvest planning problem in commercial fish farms is to determine the best time‐sequence of harvesting different fish cohorts in order to maximize the overall farm profit. Due to both annual and fish‐size variations in market prices, future forecasts of fish growth and size distribution are required to optimize harvest plans. Two management strategies for harvesting size‐structured fish cohorts are considered. The first strategy allows the fish farmer, at any time, to size‐grade, harvest and sell the most profitable fish sizes from the standing stock. The second strategy allows the fish farmer to harvest and sell a fish batch with similar size distribution as that of the standing stock. In this paper, two size‐structured fish growth models have been built to fit the two management strategies. The growth models are integrated in a multiperiod linear programming model that optimizes the harvest outputs for each of the two management strategies. Model outputs demonstrate clearly that it is more profitable to size‐grade fish prior to harvest compared to harvesting a batch of fish with similar size distribution to that of the standing stock. Five different harvest operations constraints have been identified for commercial salmon farming. The decrease in profitability of fish farming is shown for a variety of harvest operation constraints.  相似文献

即食淡水鱼制品中经常存在坚硬的鱼骨,一方面可能刺破包装使产品漏油、腐败,另一方可能在食用时刺伤口腔和食道,存在物理性食品安全风险。为了解决即食淡水鱼制品的鱼骨酥化问题,本研究开发了超声联合乙酸处理的草鱼骨酥化技术,设计了一种适用于即食淡水鱼制品的酥骨率评价方法,根据酥骨率与鱼肉品质指标筛选出最佳的酥骨工艺条件,并探究其鱼骨酥化机制。草鱼鱼块经超声联合乙酸处理、腌制、油炸、真空包装、高温灭菌制成酥骨草鱼块,通过感官特性、pH值、色泽与肌肉组织结构评价其品质。通过对鱼骨标准样品的感官评价与质构分析,建立酥骨率评价方法,评价酥骨草鱼块的酥骨率,得到最佳的超声联合乙酸处理工艺条件。最后采用SEM观察和傅里叶红外光谱分析鱼骨酥化机制。结果显示,研究建立的酥骨率评价方法可以简便、客观地评价即食草鱼制品中鱼骨酥化程度。经酥骨率评价、感官评价以及其他品质指标分析,效果最佳酥骨工艺条件为:乙酸浓度1.2%(体积比),超声功率120 W,处理时间45 min,该条件处理下获得的鱼块的酥骨率、色泽、质地、滋味均较好。SEM与傅里叶红外光谱结果表明,最佳工艺条件下的超声联合乙酸处理可以削弱胶原蛋白与羟基磷灰石之间的结合,促使羟基磷灰石逸出,后续的热处理也可能进一步破坏胶原蛋白的三螺旋结构,使鱼骨的硬度和韧性下降。研究表明,适当条件的超声联合乙酸处理可以破坏鱼骨原本结构,在不影响产品品质的前提下实现草鱼鱼骨的酥化。本研究为淡水鱼酥骨技术开发提供思路,为即食酥骨鱼制品的开发提供理论支持。  相似文献

ABSTRACT: Stress and immune responses were studied in Nile tilapia Oreochromis niloticus under both conditions of self-feeding and scheduled feeding. Self-feeding fish had a significantly lower cortisol level in their blood plasma than that of scheduled feeding fish. Furthermore, skin color was found to be paler in the self-feeding fish compared with that of the scheduled feeding fish. Thus, the self-feeding fish had a less stressful physiological status than the other experimental fish. Immunological analyses revealed that the self-feeding fish significantly exceeded the scheduled feeding fish in the phagocytic activity of their macrophages, antibody production, and the number of blood-circulating lymphocytes. The higher immune responses of self-feeding fish seem to be attained through a less stressful environment. This self-feeding behavior could be exploited to create reduced stress for disease control in fish farming.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Despite recommendations, fish consumption is low in several countries. One of the many relevant factors that influence fish consumption is the quality of fish products. However, consumers differ in involvement in and knowledge about fish quality. The aim of this study was to reveal differences in involvement and knowledge about fish quality among consumers and measure how these lead to variations in the importance of factors that influence consumers when buying fresh fish fillets. We aimed to explain these results based on subjective and objective knowledge, fish consumption, and social and demographic characteristics. This study was based on data collected from 738 Norwegian consumers who responded to a questionnaire. The survey included items regarding knowledge and involvement in fish quality, objective and subjective knowledge measures, factors important when buying fish, and finally sociodemographic characteristics. This article suggests that perceived quality is one of the most important factors that influence buying behavior when it comes to fish fillet products in Norway. Consumers can have a high or low involvement with and knowledge about fish quality. However, when confronted with the decision of what fish product they may buy, most consumers reported using fish quality as a main driver.  相似文献

以四种主养淡水鱼鲫(Carassius auratus)、草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)、团头鲂(Megalobrama amblycephala)、鲤(Cyprinus carpio)为例,提出一种基于图像处理技术的鱼种类自动识别方法。首先通过鱼体信息采集系统获取待识别鱼体图像,并对其进行灰度化与二值化,得到鱼体轮廓信息;然后采用邻域边界算法对鱼体的轮廓进行提取,根据轮廓曲线建立鱼体背部轮廓数学模型;最后根据轮廓模型,采用鱼体背部弯曲潜能算法对不同种类鱼体样本的背部弯曲潜能值进行计算和聚类统计,得到不同鱼类样本的背部弯曲潜能值分布区间,从而通过比对待识别鱼体背部弯曲潜能值的区间实现对不同鱼类的自动识别。对四种主养鱼类的实验测试结果表明,对团头鲂的识别精度可以达到100%,对鲫、鲤和草鱼的识别精度达到96%,基本上能准确实现四种鱼体的分类识别,具有较好的实际应用价值。  相似文献

Structural habitat complexity provided by macrophytes is expected to increase richness and abundance of fish species. However, this topic is rarely investigated simultaneously at different periods of fish development. We sampled fish within macrophyte stands and in non-vegetated areas at floodplain lakes and tested the hypothesis that the presence of macrophytes increases abundance and species richness of fish, in addition to changes in species composition, at different periods of fish development. Our findings demonstrated that, in different period of fish development, the highest values of fish species richness and abundance were found at sites colonised by macrophytes. Similarly, changes in fish species composition were observed between habitats colonised by macrophytes and non-vegetated areas. Therefore, the results demonstrate that macrophyte presence plays an important role in regulating fish community structure at different periods of fish development.  相似文献

Immunomodulators administered to fish in the diet have been shown in some cases to enhance innate immune defense mechanisms. Recent studies have suggested that polypeptide fractions found in fish protein hydrolysates may stimulate factors in fish important for disease resistance. For the current study, groups of coho salmon were reared on practical feeds that contained either fish meal (Control diet), fish meal supplemented with cooked fish by-products, or fish meal supplemented with hydrolyzed fish protein alone, or with hydrolyzed fish protein and processed fish bones. For each diet group, three replicate tanks of fish were fed the experimental diets for 6 weeks. Morphometric measurements, and serologic and cellular assays were used to evaluate the general health and immunocompetence of fish in the various feed groups. Whereas the experimental diets had no effect on the morphometric and cellular measurements, fish fed cooked by-products had increased leucocrit levels and lower hematocrit levels than fish from the other feed groups. Innate cellular responses were increased in all feed groups after feeding the four experimental diets compared with pre-feed results. Subgroups of fish from each diet group were also challenged with Vibrio anguillarum (ca. 7.71×105 bacteria ml−1) at 15 °C by immersion. No differences were found in survival among the various feed groups.  相似文献

The supplemental effects of cholyltaurine and soybean lecithin to a defatted soybean meal (SBM)-based fish meal-free diet on the hepatic and intestinal morphology of rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss were investigated. A fish meal-based diet (FM), three fish meal-free diets supplemented either with soybean lecithin (SL), bovine gall powder (BG) or cholyltaurine (C-tau) and an unsupplemented fish meal-free diet (NFM), were given to fish (−11 g) for 10 weeks. The growth was the lowest in fish fed diet NFM, intermediate in fish fed diet SL and the highest in fish fed diet FM, BG and C-tau. Hepatocytes of fish fed diet NFM were atrophied, and the distal intestine of these fish showed abnormal features: disintegrated microvilli and fatty degeneration in epithelial cells and increased amount of connective tissue in the submucosa. Hepatic and intestinal histological features in fish fed diets SL, BG and C-tau were similar to those in fish fed diet FM. These results indicate that soybean lecithin, bovine bile salts and cholyltaurine have similar effects on normalizing the hepatic and intestinal morphologies of rainbow trout fed the SBM-based diet, although growth promotion effect was limited in the soybean lecithin.  相似文献

As a main protein source in aquafeeds, fish meal has been extensively studied. Fish sources, freshness, processing temperature, lipid quality and microbiological index are five main aspects of the evaluation of fish meal quality. This paper reviewed the researches on fish meal including the evaluation of fish meal quality, the use of fishmeal and the environmental problems. Biogenic amine is the main potential toxin in decomposed fish meal including mainly histamine, cadaverine, putrescine and tyramine and most studies showed that they could affect the fish growth performance and health. The determination of protein digestibility of fish meal includes pepsin-digestion method, animal test, capillary electrophoresis, etc. The content of phosphorus in fish meal and its utilization can introduce pollution to water bodies and the use of alternative protein and improvement of utilization of fish meal can help to reduce the pollution from fish meal.  相似文献

Fish welfare at harvest is easily compromised by poor choice of handling and slaughter methods, lack of attention to detail and by unnecessary adherence to fish farming traditions. The harvest process comprises fasting the fish to empty the gut, crowding the fish, gathering and moving the fish using brails, fish pumps, and sometimes also road or boat transport and finally stunning and killing the fish. The harvesting processes commonly used for bass, bream, carp, catfish, cod, eel, halibut, pangasius, salmon, tilapia, trout, tuna and turbot are outlined. These harvesting processes are discussed; the consequences for fish welfare identified and practical tests which can be made at the harvest site highlighted. Welfare at harvest for the majority of farmed fish species can be improved by adopting and adapting existing procedures already known to be beneficial for fish welfare through their use in other fish farming systems or with other species. It is seldom necessary to develop completely new concepts or methods.  相似文献

水利设施运行影响下的鱼类早期资源发生规律被逐渐关注,坝下区域也成为鱼类产卵生境的关注热点。西苕溪作为太湖上游的重要补充支流,是太湖流域鱼类完成生活史过程的重要载体。为解析电站影响下的坝下河流生境变量与鱼类早期资源的内在联系,本研究于2022年4—7月在西苕溪江东电站坝下的东山段开展了持续90 d的鱼类早期资源调查以及时空格局研究。结果显示,该区域鱼卵日平均密度为(0.5±0.7)ind/m3,仔鱼日平均密度为(0.5±0.6) ind/m3。运用形态学结合分子生物学方法进行种类鉴定,共鉴定鱼类35种,隶属4目14科22属,其中产沉性卵鱼类9种,产浮性卵5种,产黏性卵9种,产漂流性卵12种。5月下旬、6月上旬和6月下旬为产卵高峰期。左右岸样线以沉性卵和以水生植物为黏附基质的产黏性卵鱼类为主,河心样线则以产漂流性卵、产黏性卵和浮性卵鱼类为主。该区域鱼类卵苗数量受水温、流速、水位影响较大,水位、流速是影响鱼类繁殖的主要因子,电站调度对卵苗量有显著影响。基于卵苗收获量、卵苗发育时期等结果,判定该采样区域——西苕溪江东电站坝下东山段为适宜多种鱼类繁殖的复合型产卵场,对太湖流域鱼类多样性和渔业资源...  相似文献
