Ten insect growth regulators (IGRs): four juvenile hormone analogs (JHAs) — fenoxycarb, MV-678, R-20458 and dofenapyn, and six molt inhibitors (MIs) — triflumuron, chlorfluazuron, hexaflumuron, teflubenzuron, Dowco 439 and flufenoxuron; and the organophosphate malathion, were evaluated for residual activity in stored grain for 2 years against the rice weevil,Sitophilus oryzae (L.). Triflumuron, flufenoxuron, teflubenzuron, chlorfluazuron, hexaflumuron and fenoxycarb, each at a concentration as low as 1 ppm a.i., were superior to 10 ppm malathion throughout the experiment. The six MIs, each tested at 50 and 100 ppm a.i., gave complete control for 2 years. Moreover, a concentration as low as 1 ppm a.i. of triflumuron, teflubenzuron, flufenoxuron and chlorfluazuron had good residual activity for 1 year post-treatment and provided almost complete grain protection during this period. Among the JHAs, fenoxycarb had the best residual activity. It gave almost complete control (96.6%) ofS. oryzae at 10 ppm for 18 months post-treatment. The other JHAs at the four test concentrations failed to produce this level of control. The viability of the wheat grain was not affected by any of the insecticidal treatments, with 90% germination recorded in treated and control, grains at all intervals tested.  相似文献

Lethal and sublethal effects of two insect growth regulators (IGRs) buprofezin and pyriproxyfen were evaluated on larvae of cotton leafworm Spodoptera littoralis. Activity of chitinase and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) in surviving larvae after treatment was carried out in order to investigate the biochemical influences of these compounds. The compounds were low toxic against the larvae at 0.05, 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, and 1.0-fold of the field application rate. However, the overall mortalities within 6 days of feeding at 2.0-fold were 46.67% and 100% for buprofezin and pyriproxyfen, respectively. Larval weight gain was considerably decreased as concentration increased. Pyriproxyfen showed high antifeedant activity in a concentration-dependent manner, and larvae stopped to eat from the third day with high dose. Conversely, buprofezin did not significantly show antifeedant except with high concentration (3000 mg (a.i.)/kg diet) that gave 80.68%. The high doses of both compounds showed adverse effects on pupae, and emergence of adults. Buprofezin at the recommended dose (1500 mg (a.i.)/kg diet) caused 93.33% pupation and 53.33% emergence of adults. Otherwise, pyriproxyfen caused 21.33% pupation and zere emergence of adults at the recommended dose (75 mg (a.i.)/kg diet) compared to 100% pupation, and 96.30% emergence of adults in the control. Both compounds varied in their influences on chitinase and PPO activity, and these enzymes could have relation with toxicity of buprofezin and pyriproxyfen against S. littoralis larvae.  相似文献

Field control failures with pirimiphos-methyl against the rice moth, Corcyra cephalonica (Stainton), in Weslaco, Texas, USA, led us to investigate the susceptibility of this particular strain to pirimiphos-methyl, spinosad, pyrethrins synergized with piperonyl butoxide, and pirimiphos-methyl combined with synergized pyrethrins. In laboratory bioassays, 50 eggs of C cephalonica were exposed to untreated and insecticide-treated corn and sunflower seeds to determine larval survival after 21 days, egg-to-adult emergence after 49 days, and larval damage to seeds at both exposure periods. Pirimiphos-methyl at both 4 and 8 mg kg(-1) did not prevent larval survival or egg-to-adult emergence of C cephalonica on either corn or sunflower seeds, and seed damage was evident at both rates. The C cephalonica strain was highly susceptible to spinosad at 0.5 and 1 mg kg(-1). At both spinosad rates, reduction in larval survival, egg-to-adult emergence, and seed damage relative to the control treatment was > or = 93% on both corn and sunflower seeds. Pirimiphos-methyl and spinosad were generally more effective against C cephalonica on corn than sunflower seeds. The C cephalonica strain was completely controlled on corn treated with 1.5 mg kg(-1) of pyrethrins synergized with 15 mg kg(-1) of piperonyl butoxide. Many larvae survived and became adults on corn treated with synergized pyrethrins at < or = 0.75 mg kg(-1). Corn treated with pirimiphos-methyl at 4, 6 or 8 mg kg(-1) in combination with 0.38 to 1.5 mg kg(-1) of synergized pyrethrins reduced larval survival by > or = 95%, egg-to-adult emergence by > or = 97%, and seed damage by > or = 94%. Our results suggest that the C cephalonica strain can be controlled on corn by combining pirimiphos-methyl with synergized pyrethrins or with synergized pyrethrins at the labeled rate. Although spinosad is not currently labeled for use on stored corn and sunflower seeds, it appears to be effective against C cephalonica on both commodities at very low rates.  相似文献

为明确昆虫生长调节剂对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊幼虫的毒力差异、作用特点和田间控制效果,采用药液定量滴加法比较了5种昆虫生长调节剂对其不同龄期幼虫的毒力、LC50对4龄幼虫生长发育和繁殖的影响,以及药剂致毒的温度效应和盆栽防效。结果表明:5种昆虫生长调节剂对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊2龄和4龄幼虫的毒力均以虱螨脲最高,LC50分别为0.173 mg/L和0.295 mg/L,氟铃脲和氟啶脲次之,均高于对照药剂辛硫磷;而吡丙醚和灭蝇胺低于辛硫磷。5种昆虫生长调节剂以LC50处理4龄幼虫后,虱螨脲、氟铃脲和氟啶脲对其存活幼虫后续发育历期、成虫羽化率和繁殖力的影响较大,尤其是单雌产卵量较清水对照分别降低72.6%、57.8%和58.1%;灭蝇胺也可使成虫产卵量降低;吡丙醚可引起卵孵化率下降。该类药剂对其幼虫的毒力基本不受环境温度的影响;虱螨脲、氟铃脲和氟啶脲7.5、15 g a.i./667 m2处理对当代4龄幼虫的防效较低,但对下一代幼虫的防效可达93%以上;虱螨脲、氟铃脲和灭蝇胺与新烟碱类的噻虫胺混用,可显著提高药剂的速效性,且持续控制作用好。  相似文献

The cowpea bruchid (Callosobruchus maculatus F.) (Chrysomelidae: Bruchini) is a major pest of stored cowpea grain. With limited available technologies for controlling the bruchid, transgenic cowpeas with bruchid resistance genes engineered into them could become the next management tools. An investigation was made of two different sets of potential transgenic insecticidal compounds using an artificial seed system: (i) CIP-PH-BT-J and recombinant egg white avidin, and (ii) avidin and wheat alpha-amylase inhibitor. CIP-PH-BT-J (0.1%; 1000 mg kg(-1)) and recombinant egg white avidin (0.006%; 60 mg kg(-1)) incorporated separately into artificial seeds caused 98.2 and 99% larval mortality rates respectively. Combining CIP-PH-BT-J and avidin in the same artificial seed provided additional mortality compared with each factor incorporated singly; no insects survived in seeds with the combined toxins. Similarly, when avidin and wheat alpha-amylase inhibitor (alphaAI) (1%; 10 g kg(-1)) were incorporated separately into artificial seeds, this caused 99.8 and 98% mortality respectively. However, in combination, avidin and alphaAI did not increase mortality, but they did cause a significant increase in developmental time of the cowpea bruchids. These results emphasize that the joint action of potential insecticidal compounds cannot be predicted from results obtained separately for each compound, and they suggest potential transgenes for further consideration.  相似文献

采用饲料混毒法系统测定了吡丙醚和烯虫酯两种昆虫生长调节剂(IGRs)对重要的储藏物害虫嗜卷书虱Liposcelis bostrychophila Badonnel若虫和成虫的致死作用,对若虫发育情况、成虫繁殖力和卵孵化率的影响。结果表明,以吡丙醚和烯虫酯10 mg/kg的混毒饲料饲喂嗜卷书虱2龄幼虫49 d后,若虫的死亡率分别为80.00%和31.11%;取食20、10和5 mg/kg吡丙醚的若虫最长存活天数分别为71.0、98.2和116.4 d,而对照仅11.3 d即全部羽化为成虫;取食20 mg/kg以下烯虫酯混毒饲料的若虫一部分仍可羽化成成虫,而且成虫仍可繁殖后代;取食吡丙醚混毒饲料的若虫,60 d后存活下来的若虫大多以超龄若虫的形式存在,而取食烯虫酯的若虫则很少出现超龄若虫。成虫取食烯虫酯(200 mg/kg)和吡丙醚(40 mg/kg)混毒饲料后7 d,死亡率分别为26.67%和23.33%,成虫产卵量分别是对照的39.77%和26.13%,产卵后15 d,卵的孵化率分别是65.71%和8.69%,而对照仅为93.18%。该项研究表明,采用40 mg/kg吡丙醚和200 mg/kg的烯虫酯对嗜卷书虱虫口数量有明显的控制作用。  相似文献

The aqueous solubilities and octanol–water partition coefficients (KOW) of the benzoylphenylurea (BPU) insecticides teflubenzuron, chlorfluazuron, flufenoxuron and hexaflumuron were determined in comparison with the more extensively studied diflubenzuron. Both teflubenzuron and hexaflumuron were substantially less water‐soluble (9.4 (± 0.3) µg litre−1 and 16.2 (± 0.5) µg litre−1 in water, respectively) than the value previously reported for diflubenzuron (89 (± 4) µg litre−1 in water). Log KOW values for diflubenzuron, teflubenzuron, hexaflumuron, flufenoxuron and chlorfluazuron were 3.8, 5.4, 5.4, 6.2 and 6.6, respectively, as determined using reverse‐phase HPLC. Photodegradation of hexaflumuron, teflubenzuron and diflubenzuron in water indicated hexaflumuron to be the most rapidly degraded of the three compounds at pH 7.0 (t1/2 = 8.6 (± 0.4) h) and pH 9.0 (t1/2 = 5 (± 1) h); diflubenzuron was the slowest of the three pesticides to degrade in pH 7.0 (17 (± 4) h) and pH 9.0 (8 (± 2) h) buffered water. In a solar simulator using river water buffered to pH 9.0, teflubenzuron, hexaflumuron and diflubenzuron half‐lives were 20 (± 4), 15 (± 2) and 12 (± 1) h, respectively; dark controls showed no loss of parent BPU over similar time periods. © 2000 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

In teflubenzuron and teflubenzuron/chlorfluazuron laboratory-selected sub-populations of a Cameron Highlands (1988) strain of Plutella xylostella L., resistance to teflubenzuron reached much greater levels than chlorfluazuron but declined at a correspondingly greater rate to give similar resistance levels after 10–13 generations. There was little evidence of cross-resistance to flufenoxuron and none to hexaflumuron in these populations. Reselection of a Cameron Highlands population with teflubenzuron after 22 generations resulted in a significant (P < 0.05) increase in resistance after three generations. In two more recently collected strains from lowland Malaysia, Sawi (1991) and Serdang (1992) high levels of resistance to teflubenzuron were found, but only the former showed any apparent resistance to chlorfluazuron. There was also evidence of resistance to diflubenzuron in the Sawi strain (Serdang not examined). Resistance to teflubenzuron appeared to be unstable in unselected sub-populations of both lowland strains. Selection of the Sawi strain with teflubenzuron did not effect cross-resistance to chlorfluazuron, while attempted selection with chlorfluazuron had no effect on resistance to either compound. Selection of the Sawi strain with diflubenzuron increased resistance to teflubenzuron but had no effect on resistance to chlorfluazuron. In contrast to the Sawi strain, selection of the Serdang strain with teflubenzuron resulted in cross-resistance to chlorfluazuron. Synergist experiments with piperonyl butoxide (PB) and S,S,S-tributyl phosphorotrithioate (DEF) suggested that resistance to teflubenzuron in the lowland strains may involve both microsomal monooxygenases and esterases. The ovicidal activity of teflubenzuron, chlorfluazuron, hexaflumuron and flufenoxuron was consistently less than their activity against second-instar larvae, hexaflumuron, followed by teflubenzuron, showing the greatest relative ovicidal activity. Hexaflumuron was markedly more active than teflubenzuron against eggs from acylurea-selected Cameron Highlands populations and there was some evidence that resistance to teflubenzuron may be expressed at a lower level in eggs than in larvae in one such strain.  相似文献

本研究建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)同时检测豇豆中9种新烟碱类杀虫剂的多残留分析方法。豇豆样品用QuEChERS方法前处理, 用Kinetex Biphenyl色谱柱分离, 以甲醇和含0.1 mmol/L甲酸铵、0.001%甲酸的水作为流动相进行梯度洗脱, 使用超高效液相色谱串联质谱检测分析。定量限为0.01 mg/kg, 标准工作曲线在0.001~1 mg/kg范围内表现出良好的线性关系, 决定系数(R2)均大于0.99。目标杀虫剂在豇豆中的平均回收率为66.9%~109.8%, 相对标准偏差为1.2%~10.0%。应用该方法对某地16个农贸市场中采集的71份豇豆样本进行检测, 所有样品均符合我国所规定的豇豆(或豆类)中的最大残留限量标准要求。该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高, 适用于新烟碱类杀虫剂在豇豆中的残留监测。  相似文献

A field trial was carried out to evaluate the efficacy of several selective insecticides for the control of pear psyllaCacopsylla pyri (L.) (Hemiptera: Psyllidae) in two successive years. Three insect growth regulators (IGRs) — diflubenzuron, pyriproxyfen and teflubenzuron, and an amin-hydrazine derivative — amitraz, were evaluated singly and in combination with summer oil (1%). All insecticides were applied at recommended label rates in both years. When compared with the untreated control, all insecticides alone and their combinations with summer oil, except for pyriproxyfen alone, provided control of young (1st and 2nd instars) nymphs. However, combined applications of these insecticides and summer oil were more effective than either insecticide alone for controlling the egg and young nymph stages of the pest. The products were less effective against older (3rd–5th instars) nymphs, even in combination with summer oil, and failed to suppress the population of older nymphs. Adding oil to sprays also delayed oviposition by winterform and summerform females. With the exception of oil with amitraz, combinations of insecticides with summer oil did not cause any phytotoxicity during the study.  相似文献

The insecticidal activity of lauric, oleic and linoleic acids against Callosobruchus maculatus on cowpea was investigated in laboratory bioassays. In pre-oviposition grain treatments, it was found that, at dosages between 1.96 and 11.59 kg-lauric acid had no effect on progeny development, while the oily oleic and linoleic acids were active in reducing progeny development. The active fatty acids had no effect on oviposition (in no-choice experiments) or on mortality of adults or larvae that successfully penetrated treated cowpea seeds, and their insecticidal activity, like that of fixed vegetable oils, depended mainly on ovicidal action. When applied to cowpeas in a pure state, oleic acid had an LC50 value of 1.64mlkg?1, which made it approximately 3 and 8 times more toxic against eggs of C. maculatus than groundnut oil and linoleic acid respectively. When the ovicidal activities of the three fatty acids were tested by dipping egg-infested seeds in acetone- based solutions, they were all found to be similarly toxic, lauric, oleic and linoleic acids having LC50, values of 40, 38 and 26 ml litre?1 respectively (with overlapping 95% C.L.). These values made them 2-4 times more toxic than acetone-based solutions of groundnut and traditional coconut oils. The possibility of employing fatty acids in large-scale and traditional small-scale food storage systems is discussed.  相似文献

The chitin synthesis inhibitors diflubenzuron and teflubenzuron have recently become ineffective for the control of Spodoptera exigua in floricultural crops. An extended laboratory test with second-instar larvae of S. exigua on Vicia faba plants was carried out to determine the influence of synergists on the biological activity of three benzoylphenyl ureas (BPUs). The co-application of piperonyl butoxide, an oxidase inhibitor, did not increase the activity of diflubenzuron, teflubenzuron or hexaflumuron. The best results were obtained with diethyl maleate, for suppressing glutathione S-transferase activity, and with dimethoate, as a hydrolase inhibitor. A joint application of diflubenzuron (at a concentration which resulted in 43% survival) with diethyl maleate or dimethoate gave only 6.2 and 8.9% surviving larvae, respectively. In addition, development to fourth-instar larvae was inhibited. The more stable teflubenzuron was synergized by both compounds to a much lesser extent than diflubenzuron. None of the synergists had a significant effect on the activity of hexaflumuron, which was the most potent insecticide of the three BPUs tested against S. exigua.  相似文献

Hard red winter wheat was treated with pirimiphos-methyl at 4, 6 and 8 mg kg(-1), synergized pyrethrins at 0.38, 0.75, 1.13 and 1.5 mg kg(-1), and combinations of the two insecticides, to conduct laboratory bioassays against four beetle pests of stored grain, red flour beetle Tribolium castaneum (Herbst), rusty grain beetle Cryptolestes ferrugineus (Stephens), lesser grain borer Rhyzopertha dominica (F), and rice weevil Sitophilus oryzae (L), and one moth pest, Indianmeal moth Plodia interpunctella (Hubner). Beetle adults and P interpunctella larvae survived well on control wheat, producing a large number of progeny (65-1037 insects per container). Kernel damage in control wheat among the insect species ranged from 9 to 99%. On pirimiphos-methyl-treated wheat, mortality of R dominica adults was > or =72%, but that of the other beetle species and P interpunctella larvae was 100%. Progeny were not produced on pirimiphos-methyl-treated wheat, and the kernel damage was negligible (< or =1%). Synergized pyrethrins were ineffective against the five insect pests. Pirimiphos-methyl combined with synergized pyrethrins was not superior to pirimiphos-methyl alone against the five insect pests. Pirimiphos-methyl is not registered in the USA for use on wheat, but our results suggest that it could be a viable grain protectant at rates of 4-8 mg kg(-1).  相似文献

The activities of the acylurea insect growth regulators, chlorfluazuron, teflubenzuron and difubenzuron, and the neurotoxic macrocyclic lactone, abamectin were assessed against a laboratory susceptible (FS) strain and a field (Cameron Highlands, Malaysia (CH)) strain of the diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella L. using a leaf-dip bioassay at 20°C. The time taken to achieve end-point mortality was found to vary considerably (9–17 days), being fastest with abamectin against the FS strain and slowest with difubenzuron against the CH strain. The order of activity (LC50 at F6/7) against second-instar larvae of both strains was: abamectin > chlorfluazuron = teflubenzuron ? difubenzuron. Subsequent assays (F14) with the acylureas, flufenoxuron and hexaflumuron against the FS strain suggested that the former was slightly more active than chlorfluazuron or teflubenzuron, the latter slightly less active. The CH population was found to be 12.6-, 6.7-, 6.4- and 2.3-fold less sensitive to difubenzuron, teflubenzuron, chlorfluazuron and abamectin respectively than the FS strain. Selection of sub-populations of the CH strain with chlorfluazuron (CHL-SEL) and teflubenzuron (TEF-SEL) for six generations (F6-11), resulted in LC50 resistance ratios of 109- and 315-fold respectively when compared with the FS strain, equivalent to an 18- and a 46-fold increase in resistance compared with the unselected CH strain. Marked cross-resistance was also demonstrated between chlorfluazuron and teflubenzuron in both sub-populations. However, there was no evidence of cross-resistance to dijlubenzuron and abamectin and little or no cross-resistance to flufenoxuron and hexaflumuron. Resistance to chlorfluazuron and teflubenzuron appeared to be relatively unstable in the TEF-SEL compared with the CHL-SEL sub-population (over 6–9 generations). However, reselection of the TEF-SEL population with chlorfluazuron (F18–20) led to a very rapid increase in resistance to chlorfluazuron and particularly teflubenzuron. For the latter compound, resistance factors of about 1000000 were obtained (F19, 21). Such values are probably only semi-quantitative, as above a certain level of resistance feeding bioassays with acylureas (compounds which are active to a significant extent by ingestion) are likely to become rate-limiting.  相似文献

The fecundity of four important coleopteran stored-grain pests, Rhyzopertha dominica (Fab.), Sitophilus oryzae (L.), Oryzaephilus surinamensis (L.) and Tribolium castaneum (Herbst.) was assessed after exposure to wheat treated with five benzoylphenyl ureas (BPUs), members of the chitin-synthesis inhibitor group of insect growth regulators (IGRs). Chlorfluazuron was found to control all four species more effectively than triflumuron, teflubenzuron, flufenoxuron or diflubenzuron. Two weeks of exposure of parents to 0.5 mg kg ?1 of all the BPUs, except diflubenzuron, inhibited almost all F1 production and all the F2 production of each species. The fecundities of T. castaneum and O. surinamensis recovered almost to their untreated levels after two weeks of exposure to 1 mg kg ?1 of BPUs followed by two weeks on untreated wheat, but the effect of the exposure persisted for at least two weeks on untreated wheat in adult S. oryzae and to a lesser extent in R. dominica. The mean F1 response of the four species after two weeks of exposure to four doses showed clearly that the four newer BPUs were all similar in their overall effectiveness and significantly more effective than diflubenzuron, although diflubenzuron was equally effective against S. oryzae. At 0.1 mg kg ?1 triflumuron was less effective against O. surinamensis, while teflubenzuron and flufenoxuron were not very effective against the rice weevil, S. oryzae. Chlorfluazuron provided the most effective control of all four stored-product pest species, including the weevil, S. oryzae. The BPUs show particular potential for use in the stored-product industry because low dosages will effectively control the rice weevil in addition to the other major pest species.  相似文献

Pyriproxyfen, a novel juvenile hormone mimic, is a potent suppressor of embryogenesis and adult formation of the sweetpotato whitefly, Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius), and the greenhouse whitefly, Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood). Dipping of cotton or tomato seedlings infested with 0 to 1-day-old eggs in 0.1 mg litre?1 resulted in over 90% suppression of egg hatch of both B. tabaci and T. vaporariorum. Older eggs were affected to a lesser extent. Exposure of whitefly females to cotton or tomato seedlings treated with pyriproxyfen resulted in oviposition of non-viable eggs. The LC90 values for egg viability of B. tabaci and T. vaporariorum exposed to treated plants were 0.05 and 0.2 mg litre?1, respectively. Treatment of whitefly larvae with 0.04–5 mg litre?1 resulted in normal development until the pupal stage; however, adult emergence was totally suppressed. Second instars of B. tabaci exposed to 5 mg litre?1 pyriproxyfen, excreted honeydew at a level similar to the control level until the fourth instar (pupation), after which a strong reduction was observed. Inhibition of egg-hatch on the lower surface of cotton leaves was observed when their upper surface was treated with 1–25 mg litre?1, indicating a pronounced translaminar effect. These findings indicate that pyriproxyfen is an efficient control agent of both B. tabaci and T. vaporariorum. The compound has been used successfully for controlling whiteflies in Israeli cotton fields since 1991. Adults of B. tabaci collected from a rose greenhouse and from adjacent cotton fields were monitored during 1991–1993 for their susceptibility to pyriproxyfen. A high level of resistance was recorded in whiteflies collected from a greenhouse after three successive applications of pyriproxyfen. Based on LC50 values, the resistance ratio for egg-hatch suppression was 554-fold and, for adult emergence failure, 10-fold. However, a single treatment of pyriproxyfen in cotton fields during the summer season (according to an insecticide resistance management (IRM) strategy) did not alter appreciably the susceptibility of B. tabaci to this compound. In order to prevent development of resistance, an attempt should be made to restrict its use to one treatment per crop season applied during the peak activity of the pest. Pyriproxyfen can be alternated with other novel compounds such as buprofezin and diafenthiuron for controlling whiteflies in cotton, vegetables and ornamentals as part of integrated pest management (IPM) and IRM strategies. In pyriproxyfen- or buprofezin-resistant strains of B. tabaci or T. vaporariorum, no appreciable cross-resistance was observed among pyriproxyfen, buprofezin and diafenthiuron.  相似文献

为明确高效氯氰菊酯和吡丙醚在芥蓝上施用后的残留行为和膳食暴露风险, 研究基于规范田间残留试验、目标农药在芥蓝上残留分析方法, 得到芥蓝中2种农药的残留水平, 结合我国膳食结构不同性别/年龄组食物消费量及体重数据评估了高效氯氰菊酯和吡丙醚对各类消费人群的长期和短期膳食摄入风险。结果表明:高效氯氰菊酯和吡丙醚分别在0.01~1.0 mg/L和0.005~1.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好, 决定系数(R2)≥0.996 7。在3个添加水平下, 芥蓝中2种农药的平均回收率为70.6%~113.4%, 相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.5%~8.5%, 定量限均为0.01 mg/kg。10%高氯·吡丙醚微乳剂以推荐高剂量施药, 高效氯氰菊酯和吡丙醚在芥蓝中的消解符合一级动力学, 半衰期分别为3.9~10.1 d和4.8~6.3 d。最终残留试验结果表明, 最后一次施药3、5、7、10 d后, 芥蓝中高效氯氰菊酯的最终残留量≤0.904 mg/kg, 吡丙醚的最终残留量≤0.202 mg/kg。膳食风险评估表明, 我国不同人群的长期慢性暴露风险最大值为27.26%;短期急性暴露风险最大值为67.17%, 表明对不同年龄段、不同性别人群健康不会产生不可接受的风险。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The Asian citrus psyllid (ACP), Diaphorina citri Kuwayama, is a vector of bacteria presumably responsible for huanglongbing (HLB) disease in citrus. In this laboratory study, an investigation was made of the activity of pyriproxyfen, a juvenile hormone mimic, on ACP eggs, nymphs and adults to evaluate its potential as a biorational insecticide for inclusion in an integrated pest management (IPM) program for ACP. RESULTS: Irrespective of egg age, timing or method of treatment, a significantly lower percentage of eggs (5–29%) hatched after exposure to 64 and 128 µg mL?1 of pyriproxyfen. Only 0–36% of early instars (first, second and third) and 25–74% of late instars (fourth and fifth) survived to adults following exposure to 16, 32 and 64 µg mL?1 of pyriproxyfen. However, 15–20% of adults that emerged following treatment as late instars exhibited morphological abnormalities. Furthermore, pyriproxyfen adversely affected reproduction (fecundity and fertility) of adults that emerged from treated fifth instars or that were treated topically with 0.04 µg as adults. CONCLUSIONS: Application of pyriproxyfen at 64 µg mL?1 resulted in greater inhibition of egg hatch and suppression of adult emergence compared with lower rates. Pyriproxyfen also markedly reduced female fecundity and egg viability for adults that were exposed either as fifth instars or as newly emerged adults. The ovicidal, larvicidal and reproductive effects against ACP suggest that pyriproxyfen is suitable for integration into an IPM program for ACP. The acute and chronic toxicities of three benzoylphenyl ureas, diflubenzuron, hexaflumuron and teflubenzuron were assessed under laboratory conditions against two-day-old second (II) instar Desert Locust, Schistocerca gregaria (ForskÅl) nymphs. Following exposure by ingestion of a single precise dose applied to short pieces of spring barley, nymphs were monitored for two moults until the fourth (IV) instar. Analysis of acute response data gave three significantly different LD50 statistics (P < 0·05), 68·0, 26·6 and 0·71 μg per nymph respectively for diflubenzuron, hexaflumuron and teflubenzuron. The probit regression slopes also differed significantly, indicating distinct tolerance distributions for the three compounds, the narrowest response being to diflubenzuron and the widest range of response being to teflubenzuron. The timing of death was found to vary between the compounds; most nymphs died during the first moult following treatment with either hexaflumuron or teflubenzuron. However, the majority of nymphs that died after exposure to diflubenzuron did so after completing the first moult after treatment, but before the second. The mean development times of nymphs during the II and especially third (III) instars were significantly longer (P < 0·05) than those of the controls following exposure to diflubenzuron and hexaflumuron. Teflubenzuron had no significant effect (P < 0·05) on the duration of the II instar. The potential of the three compounds to control S. gregaria populations in the field is discussed with particular reference to the timing and nature of acute and chronic responses.  相似文献

Four juvenile hormone analogs (JHAs), fenoxycarb. Pro-drone, R-20458 and dofenapyn, and three benzoylphenyl urea molt-inhibiting compounds (MICs), teflubenzuron, triflumuron and hexaflumuron, were evaluated in the laboratory at two concentrations (5 and 50 ppm) as to their effect on the Florida wax scale,Ceroplastes floridensis Comstock. In general, when the first nymphal stages were treated, the number of adults on treated guava plants at the end of the first generation was clearly reduced in comparison with that observed on untreated plants. The JHAs fenoxycarb and R-20458 arrested the development of the insect and no adults emerged at the end of the first generation. With 50 ppm of the JHA Pro-drone only 5.2% of the nymphs developed and transformed into adults. Triflumuron was superior to the other insect MICs in hampering development, as was dofenapyn. The adults emerging at the end of the first generation were used as parental scales for the next generation. Delayed adverse effects were observed on female fecundity and egg hatchability. There was a significant difference between the egg numbers laid by the females in the treatments and the control, and also between the different IGRs. No eggs hatched with dofenapyn and egg hatchability was 46% for teflubenzuronvs 88% for the control. Furthermore, in contradistinction to the control, insects on treated plants deposited only small amounts of wax in an irregular formation.  相似文献
