应用正交试验方法,探讨了红千层不同扦插季节、不同基质、生根剂不同浓度和浸泡时间对扦插成活率的影响。结果表明:在秋季选用混合基质(黄心土∶粗河沙∶草木灰=1∶1∶1),采用ABT1号生根粉200 mg·kg-1浸泡2 h,扦插生根率最高。  相似文献

文章采用双因素随机区组试验设计方法,开展福斯特红千层扦插繁殖试验,结果表明,生根促进剂及其浓度的交互作用对福斯特红千层生根率和生根数量的影响均达极显著水平,其中采用浓度为600 mg.L~(-1)的ABT1号生根粉处理插穗,其生根率和生根数量均为最高,分别为95.4%和5.5条,较其他11个处理均达极显著水平,可在生产中推广应用。  相似文献

采用50mg/L的NAA处理紫叶矮樱插穗,生根效果十分明显;综合对生根率、生根数量和新根长度等生根参数分析,以50mg/L处理60min插穗生根效果最好,生根率达94.67%。同时,试验发现取自枝条中部的插穗更容易生根,且生根后扦插苗生长旺盛。  相似文献

用云南松4年生幼树的当年生枝条剪取不同长度的穗条作扦插育苗试验,以研究穗条长度对云南松穗条扦插生根率和生根性状的影响。结果表明穗条长度对云南松穗条扦插生根率和生根性状的影响显著。其生根率(50.0%)和侧根数最大值(2.3条.株-1)的对应穗条长度为7.0 cm;最长根长(15.7 cm)、总根长(22.0cm)和最长根粗(2.3 mm)的最大值对应的穗条长度分别为15.0 cm、8.0 cm和10.0 cm。  相似文献

为了促进青海云杉嫩枝扦插育苗生根,于2011~20t2年对采穗母树年龄与枝条类型对青海云杉嫩枝扦插育苗插条生根的影响进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,青海云杉7年生的母树上采集的不同类型的插条在IBA200mg/kg的溶液中处理1小时,去顶萌发枝插穗生根效果较好,并且随着采穗母树年龄和分枝级次的增加,插条生根效果越来越羞。  相似文献

红锥是我国极具推广和开发价值的南亚热带优良速生珍贵用材树种。为了获取红锥大量扦插繁殖用的穗条,营建其采穗圃,经大量的试验研究,探索到了较为完备的红锥采穗圃营建技术。通过对所采穗条开展的扦插育苗试验,探明了不同的穗条处理方式、不同扦插季节、不同扦插基质、不同生根药物和采穗母株对其穗条扦插生根的难易。致使红锥穗条的扦插生根率最高可达90%以上。  相似文献

用浓度50mg/l、100mg/l、150mg/l的ABT生根粉1号对红木三、四年生枝条进行浸泡处理,将处理好的枝条分别插于黄心土和珍珠岩基质中,60d后检查成活率,结果表明:以100mg/l的ABT生根粉1号处理,插于黄心土基质中的红木枝条成活率最高,达547%;以150mg/l的ABT生根粉1号处理,插于珍珠岩基质中的红木枝条成活率最低,为294%;所有处理与对均有显著差异。  相似文献

采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验设计,分析穗条年龄、扦插季节及外源激素对竹叶榕扦插育苗的影响。试验表明,对竹叶榕苗木成活率、苗高和地径的影响的主次关系为外源激素>穗条年龄>扦插季节;外源激素对竹叶榕扦插成活率、苗高及地径有极显著影响,穗条年龄有显著影响,扦插季节没有显著影响。选取2~3 a苗龄竹叶榕穗条在春季用50 mg/kg的ABT2号生根粉处理,扦插效果最好,可显著提高竹叶榕扦插育苗成效。  相似文献

利用河沙、秸秆颗粒、锯末、腐熟羊粪、草炭、腐殖土和耕作层土壤为原料,配制了不同葡萄(Vitis vinifera)扦插育苗基质,研究不同育苗基质对葡萄插条生根和枝条生长量的影响。结果表明:秸秆+腐熟羊粪+耕作层土壤配制成的葡萄扦插育苗基质的地温,插条生根率、生根数、根长、根粗和新生枝条的粗度最高,分别为17.8℃、92.7%、19.0条/株、29.4cm、3.5mm和12.8mm,且生产成本最低,为60元/m~3。建议在秸秆和牛羊粪资源丰富的葡萄栽培区可利用秸秆+腐熟羊粪+耕作层土壤配方配制葡萄扦插育苗基质和培育葡萄苗木。  相似文献

通过5种不同底肥,并以不施肥作为对照,对红千层幼树山地培育生长量的影响进行研究,结果得出:树高、胸径和冠幅的生长量均以①处理(羊粪200g/株)为最好,其次是②处理(100g尿素+200g过磷酸钙+50g硫酸钾),表现最差的是F(对照)处理。①处理在树高、胸径和冠幅生长量上分别高出⑥(对照)处理的23.5%、35%和22.7%,②处理在树高、胸径和冠幅生长量上分别高出⑥(对照)处理的19.8%、25.5%和17.7%。①、②处理均可在生产中大量推广使用。  相似文献

After about 20 days, hypocotyl cuttings from 20-day-old loblolly pine (Pinus taeda L.) seedlings rooted easily in the presence of the auxin indole-3-butyric acid (IBA), with roots forming directly from xylem parenchyma. In contrast, woody cuttings from 1-2-year-old hedged seedlings formed roots indirectly from callus tissue in 60-90 days, but IBA had little effect on rooting. Variation in rooting among hypocotyls from both half- and full-sib families was highly significant in response to IBA, and rooting did not occur within 20 days unless IBA was applied. Hypocotyls from poor rooting families tended to produce fewer roots per cutting than hypocotyls from good rooting families. Rooting by woody cuttings and hypocotyl cuttings from the same nine full-sib families was weakly correlated, raising the possibility that at least some common genetically controlled processes were affecting rooting by both types of cutting. The phytotropin N-1-naphthylphthalamic acid (NPA), supplied at 1 micro M with 10 micro M IBA, significantly inhibited rooting by hypocotyl cuttings from both good and poor rooting families, but there was no significant family x treatment interaction. Family variation in rooting ability may be a function of the frequency of occurrence of auxin-responsive cells in the hypocotyls.  相似文献

The effect of adventitious rooting of proximal and distal position of cuttings of neem of different length and diameter (with 1000 ppm IBA treatment) was studied. Cuttings from the distal end rooted better than the proximal end, probably due to higher endogenous auxin level. Cuttings of 25 cm length and 0.5 cm diameter from the distal end gave 100% rooting. The percentage of rooting decreased significantly when the length of the cutting was reduced, and no rooting was observed in 5 cm long cuttings irrespective of the position, suggesting a sub-optimal level of endogenous auxin and other root-inducing factors in small cuttings. Low radiation may have had a significant role in the induction of rooting.  相似文献

北美红杉是重要的园林绿化和用材树种,种子繁殖发芽率低且采种困难,扦插繁殖成活率较高,林业生产上以扦插繁殖为主。通过不同种类采穗圃产生的穗条在不同的扦插基质中的扦插试验,研究不同穗条来源和不同扦插基质对北美红杉扦插生根率的影响,结果表明,珍珠岩、蛭石、河沙(1∶1∶1)生根率最高;第Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ类插穗生根率最高,新梢抽生能力强,生长较快,无明显年龄效应和位置效应。  相似文献

以朝鲜崖柏春季即将生长的枝条为插穗,采用IBA相同质量浓度与不同处理时间和不同质量浓度对插穗进行浸泡处理,观测其对生根的影响,结果表明:以IBA质量浓度为200 mg·L~(-1)处理2 h的生根效果最好,平均生根率达到79.3%,平均生根指数为1.257,与其他处理比较,差异达到极显著水平(p0.01);400 mg·L~(-1)处理1 h的插穗各项生根指标最差,平均生根率仅为26.7%,平均生根指数为0.127,400 mg·L~(-1)质量浓度的IBA处理1 h就可显著抑制插穗生根。  相似文献

The effect of auxins (IAA or IBA at 100,200,500 mg L 1) on rooting and sprouting parameters differed significantly (p < 0.05).Rooting and sprouting percentages were higher in some treatments while other parameters were significantly higher in other treatments.The results of the present study revealed that rooting was significantly (p < 0.05) affected by the length of cuttings,as well as the position of shoots and type of cuttings.On average,86.0 per cent rooting was observed in the 30-cm long cuttings compared to the other two lengths of cuttings,i.e.,20 and 25 cm,irrespective of any auxin treatment.In a control set,without any auxin treatment,a maximum of 60.0% rooting was recorded in the 30-cm long cuttings and a minimum of 40.0% of the cuttings rooted in the 20-cm long cuttings.Similarly,cuttings collected from the lower and upper portions of shoots resulted in 72.5 and 52.5 per cent rooting respectively,irrespective of auxin treatments.Maximum rooting was observed in the lower portion (40.0%) of cutting compared to the upper portion (30.0%) in the control set without auxin treatment.Leafless branches produced maximum (72.0%) rooting compared to the leafy cuttings (35.0%),irrespective of the auxin treatment.The leafy cuttings produces a minimum of 15.0% sprouting and rooting in the control set.  相似文献
