The vegetation cover during the non‐cropping season could have important implications for the maintenance and recovery of soil fertility, as well as for biodiversity conservation in croplands. In this study, five fertilization regimes (control: non‐fertilization; N: inorganic N fertilization; P: inorganic P fertilization; NPK: balanced fertilization with inorganic N, P and K; NPKM: balanced NPK plus farmyard manure) were conducted from 1981 in a double‐rice (Oryza sativa L.)‐cropping system in subtropical China. The effects of long‐term fertilization were investigated on the weed growth, diversity and community structure during the fallow period. The results showed that, relative to the control, both inorganic fertilization alone (N, P and NPK) and NPKM in the rice‐growing season significantly increased the weed density and biomass during the fallow period in the paddy field. There was no significant difference in the weed species richness (the number of species) among the treatments. Compared with the control, fertilization tended to reduce the weed diversity (Shannon's H′) and evenness (Shannon's E), especially in the N treatment. Long‐term fertilization resulted in a significant shift in weed community's composition during the fallow period. The weed community's structure was affected by soil nutrients in the order P > N > K.  相似文献

为了明确除草剂对稻田杂草群落演替的影响,2001~2004年,连续4年施用7种稻田除草剂控制移栽稻田杂草,每年调查稻田杂草的种类、密度和鲜重,分析稻田杂草种群的变化.结果表明:连续使用同一除草剂对稻田杂草群落演替影响显著,靶标杂草的优势度值与药剂使用年限存在显著的线性或非线性关系:Y=a+bx或Y=ax^2+bx+c;非靶标杂草优势度值与药剂使用年限呈极显著正相关线性关系.不同药剂处理的杂草群落有一定的差异,连续使用二元复配除草剂,杂草群落的均匀度和多样性指数分别为0.40~0.43和1.57~1.84,明显低于单剂处理和对照区,田间主要杂草是陌上菜、水苋、千金子和水莎草,其杂草的鲜重显著低于其它处理.  相似文献

Effects of Azolla species on weed emergence in a rice paddy ecosystem   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
The effects of Azolla pinnata R. Br. on weed emergence were evaluated in terms of plot area coverage by an A. pinnata mat, its biomass production and the amount of weed emergence, using fresh and dry weights, in a rice paddy field experiment. The experiment was conducted following a randomized block design with five combinations of fertilizer and A. pinnata treatments (control, A. pinnata  + superphosphate, A. pinnata  + urea, A. pinnata  + compound fertilizer, A. pinnata  + cow manure). The results revealed that after 18 days of inoculation, all superphosphate (T1) and cow manure (T4)-treated plots were fully covered by the A. pinnata mat. However, coverage of the urea (T2) and compound fertilizer (T3)-treated plots were only 80% and 70%, respectively. The full plot area coverage by the A. pinnata mat and the highest biomass production with superphosphate and cow manure-treated plots were able to completely inhibit two weed species ( Scirpus juncoides Roxb. var. hotarui Ohwi and Monochoria vaginalis Burm. f. Presl var. plantaginea (Roxb.) Solms-Laub) and significantly suppressed four other weeds ( Cyperus serotinus Rottb, Echinochla oryzicola Vasing, and Eclipta prostrata L.). In all the treatments, the fresh weight of weeds significantly reduced to 13, 29, 34, and 9%, respectively, for treatments T1, T2, T3, and T4. The dry weights also were significantly reduced to 10.00, 16.00, 22.00, and 7.26%, respectively, for treatments T1, T2, T3, and T4 over the control. The results revealed that there was a significant correlation among plot area coverage by the A. pinnata mat, its biomass production and weed emergence in a rice paddy field over the control. Azolla pinnata did not have any detrimental effect on the growth of rice plants.  相似文献

This paper was reviewed on the research status of weed control according to cultivating patterns of rice in Korea. Weed control study in a nursery bed was chiefly carried out to control the species of barnyardgrass at the times of machine transplanting. Propanil and nitrofen were applied successfully in wet-nursery beds, and chlornitrofen and pyrazolate/butachlor were also successfully applied in protected semi-irrigated rice nursery beds in the 1970s. Sequential application of herbicides in the mid-1980s has resulted in the end of hand weeding. In machine transplanting, basic research such as the selection of herbicides was conducted in the early 1970s, and its related research including crop injury, seedling age, and reaction of cultivars were done in the late 1970s to early 1980s. Effects of the continuous application of herbicides and its methods of labor saving for rice cultivation were studied in the mid to late 1980s. When the rice planting methods were newly established, such as transplanting when seedlings were 10-days-old and direct seeding from the early 1990s, weed control research relating to herbicides was carried out (e.g. herbicide registration, crop injury, water management, appropriate application time, and neighboring application with insecticide). Weed control for the dill seeding of fields in wetted and reclaimed saline land have been experimented with, particularly in terms of the physio-ecological characteristics and the control of problematic weeds, and the resistance of weeds to herbicides was also investigated systematically.  相似文献

上海市水稻田杂草种类组成及群落特征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为明确上海市水稻田杂草种类组成及其群落结构,采用倒置"W"取样法对上海市水稻田杂草进行了调查。结果表明,上海市水稻田杂草共有55种(含变种),隶属于16科35属,其中禾本科和莎草科杂草种类最多。优势杂草有无芒稗、千金子、多花水苋、耳叶水苋等4种,区域性优势杂草有马唐、杂草稻、鳢肠、假稻、稗、空心莲子草、水莎草等7种,这11种杂草是上海市水稻田杂草群落的重要建群种,此外常见杂草有8种,一般杂草有36种。从杂草区域分布来看,上海西部地区水稻田杂草群落的物种多样性最高,但优势种集中性最低;东部地区的物种丰富度和优势种集中性均最高;江中沙洲地区的物种丰富度和多样性均最低。从相似性指数和聚类分析来看,上海市水稻田杂草群落可划分为3组,其中东部地区和江中沙洲地区各一组,西部地区和中部地区的杂草群落结构最类似,为一组。水稻田杂草种类及其群落发生特点与地理区域、耕作制度、栽培方式和除草剂种类等多种因素相关。  相似文献

Aigamo duck farming has been noticed as one of the techniques of environmental conservation agriculture. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of loosing Aigamo ducks on the growth and production of rice plants, the quantity of weeds and arthropods, and the balance of nitrogen (N) in paddy fields by changing the density of the Aigamo ducks. A paddy field was divided into three test plots: a 10-Aigamo-duck plot, a five-Aigamo-duck plot, and a weeding plot. The results show that the height, number of culms, and yield crops of the rice plants increased more in the 10-Aigamo-duck plot and the five-Aigamo-duck plot than that of the weeding plot. Millet ( Echinochloa oryzicola ) remained in both the Aigamo duck plots. The weeding plot was covered with monochoria ( Monochoria vaginalis ). In both the Aigamo duck plots, the outbreak of total arthropods was lower than that of the weeding plot, but the number of rice plants damaged by grass leaf rollers ( Cnaphalocrocis medinalis ) was increased. The number of spiders, regarded as useful insects, did not differ that much between the experimental plots. The N content of the soil did not differ as an effect of loosing the Aigamo ducks. The rice plants in the 10-Aigamo-duck plot absorbed more N than the rice plants in the other plots.  相似文献

为了提高盐碱化土壤肥力,确定适宜的施肥模式,以宁夏银北西大滩核心试验站的盐渍化荒地为对象,采用Illumina高通量测序分析法研究了脱硫废弃物与有机肥不同施肥模式1)对照Control(不施脱硫废弃物和有机肥),2) T1处理(脱硫废弃物31 250 kg·hm~(-2)),3) T2处理(31 250 kg·hm~(-2)+有机肥10 000 kg·hm~(-2)),4) T3(31 250kg·hm~(-2)+有机肥18 000 kg·hm~(-2)),5) T4(脱硫废弃物31 250 kg·hm~(-2)+有机肥25 000 kg·hm~(-2))对盐碱化稻作土壤理化性质、细菌群落结构的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比施用脱硫废弃物31 250 kg·hm~(-2)和有机肥25 000 kg·hm~(-2)处理组(T4)显著增加了水稻土壤有机碳(6.74%)、碱解氮(37.20%)、速效磷(47.83%)、铵态氮含量(96.26%)。测序结果表明,土壤中Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Gemmatimonadetes,Actinobacteria,Acidobacteria,Firmicutes,Chloroflexi,Spirochaetes,Euryarchaeota和Nitrospirae为排名前10位的优势菌群,占总分类单元的96.05%~94.32%。主成分分析发现,施用脱硫废弃物和有机肥可以显著的影响细菌群落结构,土壤细菌群落的α多样性指数随着有机肥含量的增加而增加。T4处理组土壤细菌群落结构与其它处理差异显著。在属水平,包括盐单胞菌(Halomonas)、Sulfurimonas以及Lutibacter在内的12个优势细菌属的相对丰度在T4处理组显著增加(P0.05)。RDA分析表明盐碱化土壤碱解氮和铵态氮含量分别解释了水稻土壤细菌群落结构变异的16.9%和14.0%(P0.05)。这些结果均表明短期不同施肥模式下对盐碱化稻作土壤具有一定的改良效果。  相似文献

为探究长期定位施肥对黄土高原渭北旱塬麦田土壤线虫群落的影响,以长武国家黄土高原农业生态试验站的长期定位试验(1984—2018年)为平台,调查裸地(L)以及不施肥(CK)、施氮磷肥(NP)、单施有机肥(M)、氮磷肥配施有机肥(MNP)的小麦田土壤线虫群落数量、组成结构和生态功能指数,并分析其与土壤理化性质的关系。结果表明:(1)小麦田土壤线虫数量显著高于裸地,而CK、M和MNP处理使小麦田中土壤线虫数量比NP处理提高了31.63%~56.20%;(2)施肥减缓了长期种植小麦导致的食细菌线虫(特别是头叶属)相对丰度的下降,单施有机肥的处理(M)植食性线虫相对丰度显著降低,同时,相比于CK,施用有机肥的M和MNP处理杂食/捕食线虫相对丰度分别增加了18.4%和8.24%,表明有机肥对杂食/捕食线虫的促进作用;(3)长期施肥处理土壤线虫Shannon多样性指数(H)和指示土壤健康状况的瓦斯乐卡指数(WI)分别为1.80~2.19和0.36~0.68,相较于裸地(H=2.36;WI=1.57)有所下降,但M和MNP处理的线虫成熟度指数(MI)和结构指数(SI)均高于其他处理(L、CK和NP处理),表明施用有机肥有助于土壤食物网维持复杂的结构和成熟稳定的状态;(4)不同施肥措施下土壤全氮、有机碳、微生物生物量碳和氮以及可溶性碳的变化是影响土壤线虫数量和群落特征的重要环境因素。  相似文献

氯氟氰虫酰胺在稻田环境中的残留及消解特性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
建立了一种快速、灵敏、可靠的用于分析稻田环境中氯氟氰虫酰胺残留的方法,同时研究了氯氟氰虫酰胺在稻田环境中的消解特性。田间样品经液-液分配及优化的Qu ECh ERS方法提取及净化,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)进行定性、定量分析。结果表明:添加水平分别在0.002~0.5 mg/kg下,氯氟氰虫酰胺在稻田水、土壤以及水稻植株空白样品中的平均添加回收率为70%~101%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)为0.7%~9.1%,其在田水、土壤和水稻植株中的最低检测浓度分别为0.002、0.005和0.01 mg/kg。该方法可满足水稻及其环境中氯氟氰虫酰胺残留量的检测要求。消解动态试验结果表明,氯氟氰虫酰胺在稻田水、土壤及水稻植株中的消解过程符合一级动力学方程,消解半衰期分别为4.8~7.7 d、5.2~8.3 d和1.5~15.4 d,属于易消解农药。  相似文献

为明确不同除草剂茎叶处理对旱直播水稻田旱生阔叶杂草防除及安全性的影响,采用随机区组试验设计,选用30% 2,4-滴丁酸钠盐AS、84%氯酯磺草胺WG、480 g/L灭草松AS 3种除草剂在水稻4叶期、5叶期施用,施药后每间隔7 d测定杂草株防效、鲜重防效和水稻目测药害,同步测定水稻生长指标和抗逆酶活性。结果表明:30% 2,4-滴丁酸钠盐AS 900.0 g/hm2在水稻4叶期的杂草防效最佳,第28天杂草株防效及鲜重防效仍可达93.55%和96.42%,且对大龄鸭跖草防效显著,施药后水稻生长与人工除草相比无显著差异。叶片SOD、POD活性和MDA含量均先升后降,至施药后28 d恢复正常。30% 2,4-滴丁酸钠盐AS 900.0 g/hm2可高效防除阔叶杂草,该药剂在水稻4叶期和5叶期施用对旱直播水稻安全。  相似文献

Rice–duck farming is one of the traditional, but current and gradually popularized, ecological farming techniques for paddy rice production in China. In comparison to rice monoculture farming, we investigated a weed community and weed infestation in a transplanted rice–duck farming system and examined the effects of duck activities on the weeds. Three treatments were imposed in the experiment: a rice–duck coculture with duck grazing and disturbance effects, a rice–duck coculture with duck disturbance effects only, and a control (rice monoculture, no duck effects). Rice seedlings were nursed and transplanted in this experiment. The total number of weed species was significantly lower in the treatment with both duck grazing and disturbance and in the treatment with duck disturbance only than in the monoculture rice treatment (control). The Shannon‐Wiener Biodiversity Index of the weed species decreased but the Pielou Evenness Index increased in both treatments with ducks compared to the monoculture control. Sorensen's coefficient of similarity of the weed communities was low between the treatments with ducks and the monoculture control, implying that the weed communities diverged. The total density and biomass of the weed community in both the treatments with ducks were significantly lower compared to the monoculture control. However, compared to the rice monoculture control, the weed biomass was reduced by 98% in the treatment with duck grazing and disturbance and by 84% in the treatment with duck disturbance only, implying that only 14% of the weeds were controlled by duck grazing and that 84% of the weed biomass was inhibited by duck activities in the rice field with ducks. The rice grain yield increased in the treatments with ducks compared to the control. The results suggested that duck activities, like grazing weeds and disturbance of the soil and water, had a significant effect on the weed community structure and that weeds could be well controlled without herbicide application under a rice–duck farming system.  相似文献

An increasing water crisis, as well as the unavailability and high cost of labor, in Pakistan has forced rice‐growers to plant rice directly into the field. However, severe weed infestation causes disastrous effects on the productivity of this rice system. In this study, three herbicides (pendimethalin, penoxsulam and bispyribac‐sodium) were evaluated for weed control in direct‐planted rice on a sandy loam soil. Weedy check and weed‐free plots were established for comparison. Weed infestation decreased the rice yield by 75.2%. However, the application of herbicides suppressed the weed infestation, with a simultaneous increase in the rice yield. The postemergence application of bispyribac‐sodium was the most effective herbicide in reducing the total weed density and dry weight over the weedy check, followed by penoxsulam and pendimethalin, respectively. Bispyribac‐sodium increased the number of productive tillers, 1000‐grain weight, number of grains per panicle and grain yield over the control, as well as improved the water productivity and economic returns of direct‐planted rice. The weeds' proliferation increased the number of unproductive tillers and decreased the plant height. In conclusion, the postemergence application of bispyribac‐sodium can be used effectively to control weeds, increase water productivity and improve the economic returns and yield of direct‐planted rice on a sandy loam soil in Pakistan.  相似文献

The application of allelopathic plant materials combined with an agricultural production method is a concept that can be used to manage weeds during rice production. This research investigated the effects of the utilization of Bidens pilosa var. radiata integrated with water irrigation for weed control and rice production. B. pilosa and water extract exerted more toxicity against Echinochloa crus‐galli than the extracted residue applied at the same rates, suggesting that weed control was caused by compounds extracted from B. pilosa. The changes in water properties after the application of B. pilosa were explored. Dissolved oxygen was rapidly reduced after application and then slowly increased within 3–5 days after application (DAA), while the pH also decreased at the early stage and then increased back to normal values within 1–3 DAA. Electrical conductivity increased with increasing rates of application, suggesting that allelochemicals were released from B. pilosa. The concept was studied under field conditions. B. pilosa was applied along with irrigation at 7 days after sowing (DAS) on a direct wet seed system. The results showed that application rates of 2, 4 and 6 tons ha?1 decreased the number of weeds by 52.16, 86.73 and 95.18% at 30 DAA and reduced dried weight of weeds by 17.65, 34.69 and 86.82%, respectively. The rice yield showed an increase of 72.73, 81.03 and 73.66% when compared with the nonweeded crop, while herbicide treatment increased by 84.68%. The findings demonstrate that the application of B. pilosa integrated with water irrigation was able to control weeds in a direct seeded rice production system.  相似文献

Laboratory experiments were conducted to analyze the iron (Fe) tolerance of paddy weeds and rice varieties (Oryza sativa) for germination and root elongation. Under a waterlogged soil condition, the Fe(II) content in a soil solution increased with an increase in the ratio of rice straw to the soil. In the presence of 0.9% (w/w) straw to soil, which corresponds approximately to 8 t of straw applied to an area of 1 ha × 10 cm depth in the field, ~80 mg L?1 of Fe(II) was produced in the soil solution. Based on this result, the seeds of rice and the weeds were incubated in a solution with <100 mg L?1 of Fe(II). The presence of 100 mg L?1 of Fe(II) suppressed the germination of Echinochloa crus‐galli var. crus‐galli, Cyperus serotinus, Cyperus difformis, and Monochoria korsakowii. However, it had no effect on the germination of Echinochloa oryzicola, Schoenoplectus juncoides (= Scirpus juncoides var. ohwianus), and Monochoria vaginalis. This level of Fe tolerance was the same as that of rice. These findings suggest that E. oryzicola, S. juncoides, and M. vaginalis can grow under more severe conditions than E. crus‐galli, C. serotinus, C. difformis, and M. korsakowii. In relation to seminal root elongation, the order of tolerance of Fe toxicity was O. sativa cv. Dunghan Shali > O. sativa cv. Hoshinoyume > E. oryzicola > M. vaginalis > S. juncoides. Thus, the results show that the tolerance of rice is greater than that of E. oryzicola, which had a comparatively strong tolerance among the weeds examined, and also that there are differences in tolerance among the rice varieties. These findings suggest that the difference in Fe tolerance is involved in weed control systems when organic materials are applied. If this difference is an important factor in the weed control system, Fe‐tolerant rice varieties, like cv. D. Shali, could facilitate weed control systems due to their higher Fe tolerance ability.  相似文献
