7-Hydroxy-5-oxo-5H-thieno[3,2-b]pyran-6-carboxanilides and -6-thio-carboxanilides represent a novel series of anthelmintic compounds, with broad-spectrum activity against important parasitic nematodes in sheep and dogs. In particular, an improved efficacy against Trichostrongylus colubriformis in sheep over the related 3-carbamoyl-4-hydroxycoumarins has been noted. New synthetic routes to the key intermediate, 7-hydroxythieno[3,2-b]pyran-5-one, have been developed. 相似文献

Several new compounds with potential herbicidal activity were synthesized from 2alpha,4alpha-dimethyl-6,7-exo-isopropylidenedioxy-8-oxabicyclo[3.2.1]octan-3-one (4). Seven aromatic alcohols were prepared by reaction of (4) with aryllithium reagents, where the aryl groups were 4-ethoxyphenyl (5, 70% yield), 4-ethylphenyl (6, 82% yield), 4-butylphenyl (7, 78% yield), 4-tert-butylphenyl (8, 81% yield), 2,4-dimethoxyphenyl (9, 75% yield), 2-ethylphenyl (10, 12% yield) and para-(4-bromophenoxy)phenyl (11, 24% yield). Reaction of the acetonide (4) with Grignard reagents formed also four aliphatic alcohols where the alkyl groups are ethyl (13, 78%), butyl (14, 85%), hexyl (15, 81%) and octyl (25, 92%). The alcohols (5), (6), (7), (8), (13), (14), (15) and (25) were reacted with thionyl chloride in pyridine, forming their respective alkenes (17, 76%), (18, 74%), (19, 83%), (20, 73%), (22, 78%), (26, 62%), (23, 77%) and (24, 66%). The effect of these compounds, at the concentration of 5.5 microg g(-1), on the development of radicle and aerial parts of Sorghum bicolor (L) Moench, Euphorbia heterophylla L, Brachiaria decumbens and Desmodium tortuosum DC was evaluated. 相似文献

A number of 6-(4-phenoxyphenoxy)pyrimidines and triazines were synthesized and their herbicidal activity was measured. Compounds with the methoxy groups at the 2- and 4-positions on the pyrimidine and triazine rings exhibited high herbicidal activity. Introduction of a substituent into the 5-position of the pyrimidine ring diminished the activity. In the phenoxyphenoxy substructure at the 6-position, the central ether bond can be replaced by a methylene group without loss of activity. The optimum substituent on the terminal phenyl ring was 3-trifluoromethyl. The compounds showed a strong Hill reaction inhibition, but unfortunately showed poor selectivity between weeds and crops. 相似文献

为了寻找生物活性良好的噻唑基丙烯腈类化合物,利用2-氰甲基-4-(对氟苯基)噻唑( 3 )与取代氯甲酸酯( 4 )在碱存在下反应,合成了15个未见文献报道的2- -3-羟基-3-烃氧基丙烯腈化合物( 5 ),其结构经核磁共振氢谱、质谱和元素分析表征。初步杀菌活性测试结果表明:所有化合物在试验浓度下均具有一定的抑菌活性,尤其对炭疽病菌Colletotrichum gossypii表现出较好的抑制活性,在质量浓度25 mg/L下,所有化合物的抑制率均在50%以上,其中化合物 5a、5e、5g、5k、5n和5o 的抑制率在80%以上。 相似文献

以3-(3-三氟甲基苯基)-丙烯酸为起始原料,设计并合成了14个4-取代-2-(3-三氟甲基)苯乙烯基-1,3,4-噁二嗪-5-酮衍生物,其化学结构经核磁共振氢谱及元素分析确证。初步的生物活性测定结果表明,该类化合物具有良好的杀虫活性,其中化合物 D-2,D-3,D-4,D-8 在质量浓度为50 mg/L时,对淡色库蚊Culex pipiens pallens的致死率分别为91.7% ,86.1% ,85.5%和93.9%。 相似文献

以乙酰丙酮、溴乙酸乙酯和2,6-二氯吡啶为起始原料,经取代、肼基化、环合、水解、酸化及缩合等反应,得到9个未见文献报道的吡啶联吡唑乙酰基类化合物 B1~B9 。其结构均经核磁共振氢谱和质谱表征。初步生物活性测定表明:在150 g/hm2的处理剂量下,大部分目标化合物表现出一定的除草活性,其中化合物 B2、B3、B6 和 B8 对苘麻Abutilon theophrasti Medicus、反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus和凹头苋Amaranthus lividus L.生长的抑制率接近100%。 相似文献

通过N-烷基化反应合成了一系列新型含苯并咪唑的(S,S)-2,8-二氮杂双环[4.3.0]壬烷类衍生物,中间体化合物通过环化反应和酰化反应合成得到。所有新型化合物的结构均通过熔点测定、核磁共振氢谱和高分辨质谱确认。生物活性测试结果显示,目标化合物拥有中等的抗植物真菌活性,对东方粘虫Mythimna separata Walker和蚊幼虫Culex pipiens pallens具有中等到良好的杀虫活性。其中化合物6e和6f对油菜菌核Sclerotinia sclerotiorum、马铃薯晚疫Phytophthora infestans、小麦赤霉Fusarium graminearum等真菌具有良好的抗菌活性。化合物6e和6k在200mg/L下对东方粘虫的致死率为100%,化合物6h和6k在2mg/L下对蚊幼虫的致死率为75%。 相似文献

为了探索天然产物Cedarmycins衍生物的结构与活性关系,以α-亚甲基-β-羟甲基-γ-丁内酯为起始原料,经过与不同取代的羧酸缩合,合成了19个新的(4-亚甲基-5-羰基-3-四氢呋喃基)-苯甲酸甲酯衍生物。杀菌活性测定结果表明,该类衍生物具有广谱的杀菌活性,尤其对水稻纹枯病菌Rhizoctonia solani和辣椒疫霉Phytophthora capsici显示出很强的杀菌活性,其中化合物2e(R=2,4-2Cl)对这2种病菌的EC50值约为1.6 mg/L。 相似文献

A series of 14 new 3-[4(3H)-quinazolinone-2-(yl)thiomethyl]-1,2,4-triazoles were prepared and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, [1H] NMR and mass spectral data. Four of the compounds showed insecticidal activity equivalent to that of malathion against the adult stage of the blow fly (Chrysomyia albiceps).
