BACKGROUND: Sorption largely controls pesticide fate in soils because it influences its availability for biodegradation or transport in the soil water. In this study, variability of sorption and desorption of isoxaflutole (IFT) and its active metabolite diketonitrile (DKN) was investigated under conventional and conservation tillage. RESULTS: According to soil samples, IFT KD values ranged from 1.4 to 3.2 L kg?1 and DKN KD values ranged from 0.02 to 0.17 L kg?1. Positive correlations were found between organic carbon content and IFT and DKN sorption. IFT and DKN sorption was higher under conservation than under conventional tillage owing to higher organic carbon content. Under conservation tillage, measurements on maize and oat residues collected from the soil surface showed a greater sorption of IFT on plant residues than on soil samples, with the highest sorbed quantities measured on maize residues (KD ≈ 45 L kg?1). Desorption of IFT was hysteretic, and, after five consecutive desorptions, between 72 and 89% of the sorbed IFT was desorbed from soil samples. For maize residues, desorption was weak (<50% of the sorbed IFT), but, after two complementary desorptions allowing for IFT hydrolysis, DKN was released from maize residues. CONCLUSION: Owing to an increase in organic carbon in topsoil layers, sorption of IFT and DKN was enhanced under conservation tillage. 为评价氯胺嘧草醚的环境安全性,采用批量平衡法测定了氯胺嘧草醚在5种土壤中的吸附-解吸行为,并运用数学模型对其吸附-解吸特性及移动性能进行了分析。结果表明:氯胺嘧草醚在5种土壤中的等温吸附-解吸曲线符合Freundlich模型,吸附常数(Kf值)范围在6.991~18.49之间;不同土壤对其的吸附作用强弱依次为:黑土 > 水稻土 > 褐土 > 潮土 > 红土。氯胺嘧草醚在5种土壤中的有机碳吸附常数(KOC)范围在704.4~1 579之间,推测其在土壤中具有低移动性;薄层层析试验也表明,氯胺嘧草醚在土壤中的移动性较弱。氯胺嘧草醚在5种土壤中的吸附自由能绝对值均小于40 kJ/mol,表明其吸附机理主要是物理吸附。其Kf值与土壤有机质含量、黏粒含量呈正相关,而与土壤pH值呈负相关。解吸试验表明,氯胺醚在其中3种土壤中的解吸过程存在滞后现象。研究表明,在正常使用情况下,氯胺嘧草醚不易对地表水或地下水造成污染风险。  相似文献

Adsorption, incubation and soil-column experiments with bentazone [3-isopropyl-1H-2,1,3-benzothiadiazin-4(3H)-one 2,2-dioxide] were carried out in ten different soils from the marches surrounding the Doñana National Park (Huelva, SW Spain). Adsorption isotherms for the different soils showed a good fit with the Freundlich equation. Bentazone was poorly adsorbed in all the soils studied, with no significant relationship between theKf values and soil characteristics. A significant correlation was obtained between the soil organic matter content and the distribution constant values (Kd) calculated at an equilibrium concentration of 200 μg cm−3. The low adsorption and non-degradation of bentazone on these soils suggest that the herbicide readily percolates through soils to reach the surface and ground waters. The mobility of bentazone through three soil columns was also studied. The mass balances carried out showed that bentazone was totally eluted from the soil columns. The theoretical model applied to explain bentazone leaching under our experimental conditions seems to be suitable for soil columns with a uniform water-flow rate.  相似文献

Residual effects of chlorotriazine herbicides in soil at three Rumanian sites. II. Prediction of the phytotoxicity of atrazine residues to following crops Total and plant-available atrazine residues in the top 10 cm soil were measured 120 days after application of 3 kg ai ha?1 to maize (Zea mays L.) at three sites in Rumania. At one site, similar measurements were made 3?5 years after application of 100 kg ai ha?1. Plant-available atrazine residues were estimated by extraction of soil samples with water, and by bioassay using Brassica rapa as the test plant. It was calculated that between 30 and 120μg atrazine 1?1 was potentially available to plants in the different soils. Dose-response relationships for atrazine and the most important rotational crops with maize in Rumania—sunflower, winter wheat, soybean and flax—were determined in hydroponic culture using herbicide concentrations corresponding with the plant-available fractions measured in the different soils. ED50 values were determined by probit analysis and the results showed that sunflower (ED50, 22μg 1?1) was the most sensitive crop, and soybean (ED50, 78μg 1?1) was the least. The residual phytotoxicity of atrazine to succeeding crops in the different soils was predicted using the appropriate availability and phytotoxicity data, and the results showed good agreement with those observed. The results suggest that measurements of plant-available herbicide residues afford a rapid method of assessing possible phytotoxicity to following crops.  相似文献

土壤吸附是农药在环境中归趋的关键支配因素,也是支配农药在环境中的持久性和生物有效性的重要因素之一。该文采用高效液相色谱法研究了除草剂敌草胺在不同性质土壤中的吸附、持久性和生物有效性以及吸附与土壤持久性、蚯蚓生物有效性之间的关系。结果表明,在供试浓度范围内,采用批量平衡技术测定的敌草胺土壤吸附等温线可用Freundlich模型表征(r>0.99),土壤有机质含量(PPt50)在61.3-97.6 d之间;微生物对敌草胺在土壤中的持久性影响显著,微生物降解是敌草胺在土壤环境中降解的主要途径,灭菌处理后其在土壤中的半衰期延长了2.09~3.65倍。蚯蚓Eisenia foetida对敌草胺的吸收和生物积累也主要取决于土壤性质,特别是土壤的有机质含量水平(Pr=-0.885,Pr=-0.796,Pt50=94.210-3.535 Kf和BAF=0.264-0.014 Kf,表明吸附系数可用作模型参数来评价敌草胺在土壤中的持久性和生物有效性。  相似文献

In order to investigate the spatio-temporal variability of soil water content to rainfall under Caragana microphylla shrub in Horqin Sandy Land,a plot of 25 m × 25 m,where there were 6 shrub canopies of C. microphylla,was sited for measuring soil water content at two soil layers of 0-20 cm (top layer) and 20-40 cm (lower layer). Soil water content was measured on the 1st,5th,10th and 15th day after a 42 mm rainfall in Naiman of Inner Mongolia. The results showed that soil water contents at both layers under C. microphylla shrub were gradually decreased after the rain. Soil water content at the top layer outside the shrub canopy was higher than that inside the shrub canopy within 5 days,and became similar inside and outside the shrub canopy on the 10th day after the 42 mm rainfall,and it was lower outside than that inside the shrub canopy on the 15th day. The soil water content at lower layer in the area without shrubs was higher than that under shrub canopy all along. All the measured values of soil water content can be fitted to a variogram model. There was significant autocorrelation of the values of soil water content between top layer and lower layer,except for the fourth measured values of soil water content at top layer. The range and spatial dependence of soil water content at top layer were lower than that at lower layer.  相似文献

为了评价脱硫石膏配施不同功能改良剂对宁夏河套灌区碱化土壤改良效果,进而筛选出适合河套地区碱化土壤改良的最佳方案,本研究以枸杞(Lycium chinense)为供试材料,在宁夏河套灌区设立碱化土壤改良田间试验,设对照(T1)、单施脱硫石膏(T2)、脱硫石膏+醋糟+菌肥(T3)、脱硫石膏+菌肥(T4)、脱硫石膏+醋糟+菌肥+保水剂(T5)、脱硫石膏+微肥(T6)、脱硫石膏+诱抗素(T7)7个处理,于2013—2016年连续开展田间试验对比分析不同改良措施对土壤盐碱指标、养分状况以及枸杞农艺性状(成活率/保存率、株高和产量)的影响。结果表明:改良4年间T2~T7处理在提高0~20 cm土层土壤有机碳(5.4%~88.8%)、全氮(8.0%~31.3%)、碱解氮(11.4%~41.7%),降低pH值(4.8%~10.3%),钠吸附性比SAR(5.5%~51.6%)和全盐含量(5.5%~51.6%)...  相似文献

The adsorption of carbofuran on soils from water‐methanol mixtures has been evaluated by batch shake testing. Two uncontaminated soils having different physicochemical properties were used in these experiments. The volume fraction of methanol in the liquid phase (fs) was varied from 0.25 to 1.0. Higher adsorption of carbofuran was observed in medium black (silt loam) soil than in alluvial (sandy loam) soil; calculated values of the Freundlich constant (Km) and distribution coefficient (Kd) showed that adsorption of carbofuran in both soils decreased with increase in fS values. The decreased carbofuran adsorption in methanol–water mixtures meant a greater potential of ground‐water contamination through leaching from potential sites. The data have been used to evaluate the co‐solvent theory for describing adsorption of carbofuran in methanol–water mixtures. The aqueous phase partition coefficient Kdw (mol g−1) normalized with respect to foc and the aqueous phase adsorption constant Kw for carbofuran were evaluated by extrapolating to fS = 0. © 2000 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

Studies were conducled to cstmiate the adsorption parameter k and the bioactivity (in terms of G R50) of di-allate [S-2,3-dichloroallyl N, N-di-isopropyl (thiocar bamate)], iri-allate [S-2,3,3-trichloroallyl N, N -di-isopropyl (thiocar bamate], and [trifiuralin (2,6-dinitro N, N-dlpropyl-4-trifluoromelhylaniline) in a number of Saskatchewan soil. The k values ratiged from 5 for di-allate adsorption m Asquilh loamy sand to 315 for trifluralin adsorption on Melfort loam and were closely related to the soil organic matter content. The relative degree of adsorption was irifluralin > tri-allate >di-allaie. For each herbicide, the G R50 values were positively correlated wich organic matter conienl atid wilh k. It was suggested that these nonionic herbicides may be amenable to a predictive approach for field application rates in different soils. Among herbicides for any one soil, however, there was not the same relationship between G R50andk. since the G R50 was least for trifluralin and there was no significant difference between di-allate and tri-allate.  相似文献

The rate of transformation of a pesticide as a function of the depth in the soil is needed as an input into computations on the risk of residues leaching to groundwater. The herbicide bentazone was incubated at 15 °C in soil materials derived from four layers at depths of up to 2.5 m in a humic sandy soil profile with a fluctuating water table (0.8 to 1.4 m), while simulating the redox conditions existing in the field. Gamma‐irradiation experiments indicated that bentazone is mainly transformed by microbial activity in the soil. The rate constant for transformation was highest in the humic sandy top layer; it decreased with depth in the sandy vadose subsoil. However, material from the top of the phreatic aquifer had a higher rate constant than that from the layers just above. The presence of fossil organic material in the fluviatile water‐saturated sediment probably stimulated microbial activity and bentazone transformation. The changes in the transformation rate constant with depth showed the same trend as those in some soil factors, viz organic carbon content, water‐extractable phosphorus and microbial density as measured by fluorescence counts. However, the (low) concentration of dissolved organic carbon (DOC) in the top of the aquifer did not fit the trend. The rate constant for bentazone transformation in the layers was higher at lower initial contents of the herbicide. © 2001 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The behavior of the termiticide fipronil in soils was studied to assess its potential to contaminate ground and surface water. This study characterizes (1) adsorption of fipronil in three different soils, (2) transport of fipronil through leaching and runoff under simulated rainfall in these soils and (3) degradation of fipronil to fipronil sulfide and fipronil sulfone in these soils. RESULTS: The adsorption experiments showed a Freundlich isotherm for fipronil with Koc equal to 1184 L kg?1. In the leaching experiments, the concentration of fipronil and its metabolites in leachate and runoff decreased asymptotically with time. The concentration of fipronil in the leachate from the three soils correlated inversely with soil organic carbon content. The degradation experiment showed that the half‐life of fipronil in the soils ranged from 28 to 34 days when soil moisture content was 75% of field capacities, and that 10.7–23.5% of the degraded fipronil was transformed into the two metabolites (fipronil sulfide and fipronil sulfone). CONCLUSION: Fipronil showed large losses through leaching but small losses via runoff owing to low volumes of runoff water generated and/or negligible particle‐facilitated transport of fipronil. 设置垄膜沟播(R)、平作全覆膜(P)和平作秸秆覆盖(S)3种不同覆盖栽培模式,以传统平作(CK)为对照,通过3 a大田定位试验,研究不同覆盖方式对农田土壤碳氮及其组分变化、玉米干物质积累和籽粒产量的影响。结果表明:连续覆盖3 a后,R和P处理土壤有机碳和全氮含量及储量均呈逐渐下降趋势,而S处理则呈上升趋势且每年的增幅逐渐增大;各处理0~40 cm土层土壤有机碳储量均表现为S>R>P>CK,全氮储量表现为S>CK>R>P,S处理有机碳和全氮储量分别较CK提高3.4%和7.5%;与CK相比,R和P处理可提高土壤碳氮比,在0~20 cm土层平均分别提高7.9%和9.6%(P<0.05),而S处理0~20 cm土层土壤碳氮比平均降低了9.9%(P<0.05);各覆膜处理(R和P)均较CK显著降低了0~40 cm土层土壤可溶性有机碳(DOC)和土壤可溶性有机氮(DON)含量,而S处理较CK处理0~60 cm土层DOC和DON含量2 a平均均提高6.2%;各处理收获期硝态氮含量在0~100 cm剖面中的垂直分布与CK无明显差异;各处理土壤铵态氮含量均...  相似文献

为实现干旱区绿洲土壤含水量的快速、准确监测,利用采集自渭干河-库车河绿洲的84个表层(0~10cm)土壤样本,通过利用电磁感应仪(EM38)将所测解译后数据代替实测土壤含水量数据,将高光谱反射率重采样为Landsat8卫星遥感波段反射率,在选取光谱特征参数、提取敏感波段的基础上,利用偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)方法建立土壤含水量模型,将最优估算模型应用于遥感影像,实现研究区土壤含水量遥感反演。研究结果表明:(1)利用EM38所测水平模式土壤表观电导率与土壤含水量拟合效果最优,能够代替实测土壤含水量进行后续建模分析。(2)相比3种单一的光谱特征指数,利用多种光谱特征指数所建土壤含水量估算模型的建模效果更优,其干、湿各季建模集决定系数R~2大于0.7,均方根误差(RMSE)均小于0.5%,RPD均大于2,能够作为有效手段估算干旱区绿洲土壤含水量。(3)不同季节土壤含水量遥感反演值与实测值决定系数R~2均大于0.6,均方根误差(RMSE)均小于0.6%,显示了较高的预测精度,证明利用电磁感应技术与高光谱相结合能够实现对干旱区绿洲土壤含水量的精准、高效监测。  相似文献

Influence of organic material and soil moisture content on the adsorption of aniline Adsorption of aniline is directly related to the organic content of the soil and appears to depend mainly on the humic acid content. The competitive effect of soil water in the adsorption of aniline was examined. The influence of colloidal suspensions on adsorption was such that in natural surroundings only trace quantities of aniline were found in soil liquid. In every case, desorption was accompanied by a pronounced hysteresis effect, but salt solutions (CaCl2) had the greatest ability to displace adsorbed aniline.  相似文献

新疆博斯腾湖湖周水体碳和盐离子的空间分布   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以博斯腾湖为研究对象,在大湖区周边及开都河取水样和表层土样,分析湖周水体中颗粒有机碳(POC)和溶解有机碳(DOC)在秋季的空间分布特征及其与周围土壤碳及水体盐离子的关系。结果表明:湖周水体中POC浓度的空间变化较大(0.1~1.2 mg•L-1),而DOC浓度的变化较小(8.5~12.3 mg•L-1)。两者在出湖口和入湖口处的浓度均较低,与开都河的浓度相近。与早期相比,博斯腾湖水中无机碳存在由CO3 2-向HCO3-转化的现象。回归分析显示,水体中各形态碳与土壤碳之间没有显著的线性关系,表明水体中碳的含量受周围土壤的影响不大。  相似文献

Stages of oat–vetch cover crop decomposition were characterized over time in terms of carbon and nitrogen cycling, microbial activity and community dynamics in organically and conventionally managed soils in a field experiment and a laboratory incubation experiment. We subsequently determined which variables describing soil microbial community dynamics, C and N cycling could be used as predictors of Pythium aphanidermatum damping-off incidence and relative growth. Disease incidence and relative growth of P. aphanidermatum were measured in growth chamber assays and in vitro growth tests. No significant differences were detected between the conventional and organic farming system with respect to either relative growth or disease incidence. Stepwise discriminant analysis on three classes of disease incidence or relative growth led to selection of qualitatively similar variables. Only one soil microbial variable, total biomass of actinomycetes, was selected. Total C and N content of debris extracted from soil as well as NH4-N content of soil were selected most consistently and show promise for assessment of potential damping-off incidence by P. aphanidermatum for young seedlings.  相似文献

Sorption of different classes of weak organic acids was measured using soils with a range of pH values, taken from long-term field experiments that had received different amounts of lime. Non-ionisable compounds were used to demonstrate that the soils of different pH used in the experiments have similar sorptive properties. Values of the sorption coefficients for chloride ion were negative at all pHs except one. Sorption of moderately polar, monobasic, weak acids was weak in acidic soils and very weak in neutral and alkaline soils where they were predominantly dissociated. A lipophilic weak acid was strongly sorbed even at high pH. A model is presented which estimates soil/water distribution coefficients, at any soil pH, from lipophilicity and pKa of the acid and organic matter content of the soil. The model was derived using sorption measured for substituted phenoxyacetic acids. Sorption values calculated using the model were compared with values measured for chlorsulfur on and showed useful agreement. Dibasic acids were strongly sorbed, probably by the mechanism of ligand exchange, if they were chelating agents with potential to form 5- or 6-membered rings with an acceptor atom. Phenylphosphonic acid was strongly sorbed, being a strong monodentate ligand.  相似文献

A novel compound, 1-(3-trifluoromethylphenyl)-5-phenoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrazole (WL 110547) is a pre-emergence bleaching herbicide with selectivities in certain crops. These selectivities and the weed-control spectrum are derived, in part, from features which influence the uptake of WL 110547 into sensitive tissue. WL 110547 is strongly adsorbed to soil with measured Koc values in the range 1500-2500 and, following application, is confined to the surface layers of soil, especially when the organic matter content is high. Some plant species have anatomical features which protect their developing leaf tissue from contact with the soil during emergence and thus escape direct contact with these treated layers. Furthermore, some of these plants are deeply rooted and thus there is little opportunity for sufficient uptake of WL 110547 to cause a phytotoxic effect. However some weeds, especially annual dicotyledons, germinate only from shallow depths and, during emergence, their cotyledons or leaves are in contact with the soil. In soils treated with WL 110547 they can thus absorb phytotoxic concentrations of herbicide directly into their cotyledons or leaves. Additional uptake may also occur through roots near the surface and allow WL 110547 to be translocated via the transpiration stream to the site of action in cotyledons and leaves and enhance phytotoxicity. Knowledge of the features controlling uptake, combined with a knowledge of intrinsic susceptibility, have allowed an understanding of the spectrum of weed control and the selectivities between weeds and crops.  相似文献

以陕北米脂谷子、苜蓿、柠条和枣树4种不同土地利用方式土壤为研究对象,采集0~100 cm土层土壤样品,采样数共288个,分别对样品土壤的C、N、P及其生态化学计量比C/N、C/P和N/P进行了研究。结果表明:黄土丘陵区土壤C、N、P含量均值分别为2.12、0.21 g·kg-1和0.43 g·kg-1;C/N、C/P和N/P均值分别为10.83、5.0和0.48;土壤C、N、P及C/N、C/P和N/P的变异系数均大于10%且小于100%,属于中等变异。土地利用方式对土壤C、N、P含量及其生态化学计量特征有显著影响,其中谷子地0~20 cm土层土壤C含量显著高于柠条地和枣树林(P<0.05),谷子地20~40 cm土层的C含量显著高于苜蓿地(P<0.05);0~20、20~40 cm和60~80 cm土层谷子地N含量显著高于柠条地(P<0.05);苜蓿地P含量在0~20、60~80 cm和80~100 cm土层显著高于柠条地(P<0.05)。谷子地、苜蓿地和枣树林土壤C、N呈表聚性分布,而柠条地随深度增加无明显降低,表明柠条有较好的固碳能力。各土层C/N在不同土地利用方式间存在显著差异(P<0.05),其中柠条地最高,谷子地最低;80~100 cm土层土壤C/P在柠条地和苜蓿地间具有显著差异(P<0.05)。0~20 cm和20~40 cm土层深度下,土壤N/P在不同土地利用方式之间具有显著差异(P<0.05),其中谷子地最高,柠条地最低。通过典型相关分析得出,土壤C、N、C/P和N/P与环境因子中的土层深度、粘粒含量和土壤pH值的累积关系较大。  相似文献

Summary. The adsorption of simazine from, and subsequent desorption into, 0–01 M calcium chloride solution was investigated using twenty-three Rothamsted soil samples from sites differing greatly in cropping history and manurial treatment. Organic carbon content was the only factor related to the ability of the soils to sorb simazine; this accounted for 90% or more of the variation between soils Equilibrium was attained during adsorption in from fewer than 2 to more than 24 hr. Equilibrium during desorption was only occasionally attained within 24 hr. Differences between theoretically predicted and measured concentrations of simazine in solution following desorption were least for soils that attained equilibrium fastest during adsorption. Differences in adsorption and desorption kinetics between soils could not be related to soil pH, organic carbon content or cropping and manuring history. Comparisons of unlimed and limed soils suggested that no simnazine was lost by acid hydrolysis during the experiments.
