Ultrastructural alterations of pancreatic tissues in growing pigs caused by surgical ligation of the main pancreatic duct are described. Five animals aged 6 to 7 weeks were operated on and necropsied 2, 6 or 8 weeks later. In addition, 3 pigs that were sham-operated served as controls. Obstruction of the ducts caused progressive luminal dilatations and rupture of intercellular connections of the epithelium followed by destruction and atrophy of acinar parenchyma and proliferations of immature ductular epithelial cells free from zymogen granules.  相似文献

Parenteral nutrition is an important component of the management of critically ill horses unable or unwilling to eat. It provides dextrose, amino acids, vitamins and minerals and, in some cases, lipids for nutritional support until enteral nutrition can be reinstituted. It can also be used as a supplement to enteral nutrition, where horses are not ingesting at least 80% of digestible energy (resting) requirements for more than 2–3 days. This review discusses the indications, applications, monitoring and complications of parenteral nutrition in mature horses.  相似文献

A questionnaire was sent to 109 owners of German Shepherds suffering from pancreatic degenerative atrophy (PDA) and to 186 owners of German Shepherds with no known history of PDA. Owners were asked questions about their dogs adolescence, e.g. rate of growth, diseases and training. Detailed questions about feeding, intestinal and skin problems were also asked. In the questionnaire for PDA-dogs questions were divided into two parts: before and after the onset of PDA signs. Based on this study no specific early signs of PDA or causative factors could be found. The role of stress as a triggering factor could not, however, be totally excluded. The frequency of typical signs of PDA was outlined and also some signs not previously reported as typical PDA-signs were noted.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to compare the effect of rapeseed and linseed oils added to the diet on pancreatic enzyme activities in sheep. The experiment was conducted on six adult sheep with a catheter introduced into the common bile–pancreatic duct and a T‐cannula into the duodenum. The animals were divided into three groups, two sheep in each. A twice‐replicated 3 × 3 Latin square was used in the experimental design. The sheep were fed meadow hay and the concentrate alone or the same ration supplemented with rapeseed or linseed oils at a dose of 5% of the basal diet. After adaptation period, a mixture of pancreatic and bile juice was collected for three consecutive days. The secretion of bile–pancreatic juice showed an increasing trend in sheep fed rapeseed and linseed oils (69.5 and 68.5 ml/hr respectively) in comparison with control ones (59.8 ml/hr). Lipase and trypsin activities were significantly increased when sheep were fed diets with rapeseed or linseed oils (175 and 21.6 or 179 and 23.2 U/L respectively) in comparison with those fed control diet (128 and 13.1 U/L respectively). It was concluded that oil as a dietary supplement can mainly modify the secretion of bile–pancreatic juice and enzymatic activity of the pancreas and also might affect animal production.  相似文献

采用完全随机单位组设计方法,设计并开展试验,评价TMR营养水平对肉牛增重效果、产肉性能和经济效益的影响,结果表明:提高TMR营养水平可以提高肉牛日增重8.79%、采食速度、降低采食量0.65%;可以改善屠宰性能,提高肉牛屠宰率0.47%、净肉率1.28%、胴体产肉率1.46%及优质切块肉的比重;可以提高饲料报酬;两种经济效益分别提高159.53元、385.79元。综合以上结果得出,提高TMR营养水平可以提高肉牛增重效果、产肉性能及经济效益。  相似文献

定点取样测定黄土高原丘陵沟壑区(定西安定区)天然草原和种植红豆草Onobrychis viciaefolia、小麦Triticum aestivum、马铃薯Solanum tuberosum土壤的几项主要营养指标。结果表明:在020 cm土层中,天然草地土壤含水量最高,较红豆草、小麦和马铃薯土壤含水量高5.6%~21.8%,差异显著或极显著;种植2年红豆草的草地土壤全氮含量达到1 367 mg/kg,高于其他植物群落的土壤相关指标,且建植2年红豆草土壤指标高于当年建植的红豆草,差异显著;不同植物群落有效磷含量差异不显著;各类型土壤在4月、6月和8月的有机质和有效磷含量呈现不同的变化趋势,土壤pH值变化平稳。  相似文献

为研究大豆胰蛋白酶抑制因子对小鼠胰腺氧自由基水平的影响,试验选用36只昆明种雄性小鼠,按体质量随机分为3组。第一组为对照纽,饲喂基础日粮;第二组为试验组,饲喂含有大豆胰蛋白酶抑制因子的基础日粮,第三组为抗氧化剂组,饲喂舍大豆胰蛋白酶抑制因子+维生素C的日粮。试验期3周,空腹屠宰,眼球采血制备血清,迅速取出胰腺进行氧化和抗氧化指标检测。结果表明,大豆胰蛋白酶抑制因子能显著增加氧自由基水平。与对照组比较,试验组小鼠血清和胰腺的MDA(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量分别显著地增加了98.17%,185.58%,抗超氧阴离子自由基和抑制羟自由基能力被显著降低,TAOC、S013(superoxidedismutase)、CAT和GSH—Px活性被显著减少(P〈0.05)。添加维生素C后,氧化应激被减轻,但氧化指标仍高于对照组。上述结果表明,大豆胰蛋白酶抑制因子能够导致氧化和抗氧化不平衡,从而使其处于氧化应激状态。  相似文献

Background: The putative role of the gut in amplification of systemic inflammation in acute pancreatitis is gaining credence, and intraluminal nutrition has been shown to decrease inflammation in experimental models of pancreatitis. Prepyloric feeding often is used in people with acute pancreatitis, but has not been evaluated in dogs. Hypothesis: Early intervention with enteral nutrition (EN) delivered proximal to the pylorus will be well tolerated in dogs with acute pancreatitis and provide justification for further larger trials. Animals: Ten dogs with severe acute pancreatitis in an open‐label, prospective pilot study. Methods: Dogs were treated with plasma transfusion and standard care, and then consecutively assigned to receive either EN via esophagostomy tube feeding or parenteral nutrition (PN). Outcome was used to determine optimal study size for future studies, and complications were compared between the 2 groups. Results: A significantly greater number of vomiting or regurgitating episodes occurred in dogs receiving PN. The dogs receiving EN did not demonstrate any noticeable postprandial pain. There were more catheter‐related complications in the PN group. There was no difference in outcome between the 2 treatments, and 43 dogs for each treatment would be required in future studies to determine a difference in outcome. Conclusions and Clinical Relevance: Early EN delivered proximal to the pylorus is well tolerated in dogs with severe pancreatitis and resulted in fewer complications than PN. Prospective trials in a larger cohort are justified to fully establish the potential benefit of early EN, preferably compared with minimal enteral nutrition.  相似文献

试验研究了1~7日龄仔猪肝脏、胰腺和胃的生长发育。结果表明,自然哺乳仔猪3日龄的肝脏、胰腺和胃的绝对重量分别较初生时增加了94.09%P<0.01、101.53%P<0.01和74.25%P<0.01,而同期体重才增加了24.3%P<0.05,而4~7日龄其绝对重量的增加有所降低,分别为64.86%P<0.01、52.75%P<0.01和55.85%P<0.01,同期体重增加了63.8%P<0.01因此,1~3日龄肝、胰腺和胃的发育较4~7日龄的迅速。  相似文献

为了研究新型叶面铁肥对植物缺铁黄化的矫正效果,以10年生歪嘴李为试验材料,测定施铁处理对李叶片的叶绿素、营养状况、光合速率以及光能利用效率的影响。结果表明:新型叶面铁肥处理后,叶片叶绿素、铁含量显著提高,随着喷施次数增加,叶绿素呈递增趋势;喷施新型叶面铁肥后显著提高了叶片PSⅡ原初捕获激发能的效率(Fm/Fo)和光能转化效率(Fv/Fm),光合速率得到显著提升。综合比较,新型叶面铁肥比EDDHA-Fe的复绿效果好,且新型叶面铁肥400倍处理在第1年获得最佳效果。  相似文献

试验选用黑白花公犊牛21头,研究我国常规饲养管理条件下0~6月龄犊牛胰腺与小肠中主要消化酶的发育规律和变化模式。结果表明:小肠中胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性随月龄的增长而增强,且在空肠段中酶活性均较高,6月龄分别达到11.73、914.03U/g蛋白质和423.23U/g蛋白质,乳糖酶则随月龄的增长活性降低;胰淀粉酶活性随月龄显著增长(P<0.05),0月龄胰脏内淀粉酶活性为177.19U/g蛋白质,2月龄酶活达5605.67U/g蛋白质,比0月龄增长32倍;脂肪酶活性0~1月龄间差异不显著(P>0.05),2月龄酶活显著增高(P<0.05)。由此可见各种消化酶的变化规律是不同的,它们在十二指肠、空肠和回肠的分布具有明显的区域性,空肠是营养物质消化的主要部位。  相似文献

研究测定了光叶紫花苕Vicia villosa routh var.的营养成分含量和消化能(牛、猪)、代谢能(鸡)能值,并进行了饲养试验.结果表明,紫花苕干物质中粗蛋白含量在20%以上,氨基酸、矿物质、维生素比较丰富,消化能分别为DE(牛)12.4 MJ/kg,DE(猪)11.9 MJ/kg,ME(鸡)10.7 MJ/kg;在肉牛精料中用紫花苕草粉代替全部麦麸,平均日增重增加92 g/d(P<0.05),饲料利用率提高9.5%;在肉猪日粮中用紫花苕草粉代替20%配合饲料,平均日增重增加81 g/d(P<0.05),饲料利用率提高13.16%;在肉鸡日粮中用紫花苕草粉代替10%~15%配合饲料,平均每只增重提高252 g/只(P<0.05),饲料利用率提高12.8%.从而认为紫花苕草粉且有较高的饲用价值.  相似文献

胰腺外分泌(主要指胰液)对食物的消化、吸收起着十分重要的作用。胰液分泌紊乱会导致动物消化、吸收异常,影响动物生长发育,给生产带来很大损失。影响胰腺外分泌的因素很多,主要包括以迷走神经为主的神经调节和以激素为主的体液调节。在神经和体液综合调节下,使得胰液分泌维持在一个正常水平,确保动物的生长发育。除这些自身调节机制外,还有很多外界因素影响其分泌。健脾消食类中药因其具有健脾益气、助消化、促生长的作用,在临床应用较多。因此,有必要了解这些中药对胰腺外分泌的调节作用。文章从神经、体液及中药调节方面综述了胰腺外分泌诸因素,为进一步研究和开发健脾消食中药添加剂提供理论基础。  相似文献

Pancreatic adenocarcinoma was diagnosed in a 15‐year‐old donkey that presented with signs of chronic laminitis, weight loss and chronic colic. An intra‐abdominal mass was identified by exploratory laparoscopy, and this was subsequently confirmed to be a pancreatic adenocarcinoma at post mortem examination. Unlike most previously reported cases of pancreatic disease in equids, this donkey had no clinicopathological evidence of an associated hepatopathy.  相似文献

通过为期3年的试验,对所栽培的银合欢Leucaena leucocephala、任豆树Zenia insignis、木豆Cajanus cauan和桂牧1号Pennisetum purpureum cv.Guimu-1 4种植物的营养价值及饲喂效果进行了研究。结果表明,银合欢粗蛋白含量最高,适口性优,补饲效果显著,再生能力强;任豆树粗脂肪含量最高,木豆粗蛋白含量较高。任豆树和木豆的适口性中等,补饲效果明显,再生能力较强;桂牧1号粗纤维含量最高,适口性优,补饲效果显著,再生能力强。4种植物的营养价值高,补饲效果理想,具有较高的经济价值,是适宜在我国南方岩溶峰丛山地推广种植的优良牧草品种。  相似文献

以北京鸭为试验动物,以手术的方法做胰-肠瘘管接取胰液。在生理条件下,分别测定北京鸭胰液总量、pH值、HCO-3、蛋白含量、淀粉酶活性、脂肪酶活性、蛋白酶活性等指标的昼夜变化规律。并观测了中药山楂(FructusCrataegi)、党参(RadixCodonopsispicosulae)在生理和阿托品阻断M受体的条件下对鸭胰液分泌的影响。结果表明:(1)在生理条件下,胰液7个指标的昼夜分泌规律各异。(2)在生理条件下,山楂可显著增加胰液分泌总量(P<0.05),并极显著地提高淀粉酶活性(P<0.01)。党参极显著地升高胰液的蛋白含量(P<0.01),显著地提高淀粉酶活性、脂肪酶活性(P<0.05)。提示山楂、党参的健脾消食作用是通过促进胰液外分泌来实现的。(3)用阿托品阻断M受体后,再用山楂,可显著增加胰液总量、蛋白含量、淀粉酶活性(P<0.05);用党参可显著升高胰液蛋白含量、淀粉酶活性,抑制脂肪酶、蛋白酶活性(P<0.05)。说明山楂、党参均可拮抗阿托品对胰液分泌的抑制作用。  相似文献
