为防止和减少电驱压缩机故障,对某大型管道压缩机近5年发生的各类故障进行归类.采用RCM可靠性分析技术,对各种可能的风险进行评价与分析,确定了压缩机的潜在失效模式:电力系统、电机驱动压缩机的变频装置、可变速电机、滤波系统、浪涌抑制柜、电机非驱动端等.提出了相应的维护策略:定期维修、事后维修、状态维修、视情维护等.采用RCM分析方法可有效降低压缩机的运行风险和维护成本,避免过度维护,提升压缩机的运行管理水平.  相似文献

The recent introduction of Fourier transform methods is revolutionizing IR and NMR spectroscopy. The application of IR interferometry or of NMR pulse methods, followed by Fourier transformation of the resultant interferogram, permits acquisition of spectral data in a time that is orders of magnitude less than by conventional spectroscopic methods. This reduction in time permits the study of transient species, or by "time-averaging" procedures S/N may be improved without the expenditure of inordinate amounts of time. The FT methods finds especially important application in the study of NMR spectra of nuclei of low sensitivity and low abundance, such as (13)C.  相似文献

小波变换与傅里叶变换相结合的暂态谐波分析方法   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
结合小波变换良好的时频局部化特性和傅里叶变换良好的频域分析特性,提出小波变换与傅里叶变换相结合的暂态谐波分析方法。利用傅里叶变换和静态小波变换得到被测信号频域特性和时域特性,再结合连续小波变换得到暂态谐波的时频特性。理论分析和仿真试验结果表明,利用本方法得到的暂态谐波幅值与理论值一致。本方法能够准确分析电网中的暂态谐波,可为电力系统暂态谐波的分析和治理提供依据。  相似文献

Small water droplets dispersed in a nematic liquid crystal exhibit a novel class of colloidal interactions, arising from the orientational elastic energy of the anisotropic host fluid. These interactions include a short-range repulsion and a long-range dipolar attraction, and they lead to the formation of anisotropic chainlike structures by the colloidal particles. The repulsive interaction can lead to novel mechanisms for colloid stabilization.  相似文献

设损伤张量的主方向与应力张量主方向相同,基于Schapery的耦合损伤增长的对应原理,得到考虑各向异性蠕变损伤的黏弹性本构关系.将薄壁结构沿厚度方向分层,建立层合模型,且由Kachanov的损伤演化方程描述损伤沿层中各点处2个主方向的发展.具体分析了承受均布荷载的四边简支黏弹性薄板的弯曲,给出耦合各向异性损伤黏弹性薄板蠕变弯曲问题的控制方程、边界条件以及求解方法.数值算例表明:黏弹性薄板弯曲时的材料主方向与时间基本无关;当荷载在一定范围内时由于内力的重新分布,考虑损伤后的黏弹性薄板挠度最后趋于稳态值;损伤沿厚度方向的非均匀演化引起拉弯耦合效应增加了板的变形;基于各向同性损伤模型所得板的蠕变变形大于各向异性损伤模型所给出的值.  相似文献

High-velocity weakening of faults may drive fault motion during large earthquakes. Experiments on simulated faults in Carrara marble at slip rates up to 1.3 meters per second demonstrate that thermal decomposition of calcite due to frictional heating induces pronounced fault weakening with steady-state friction coefficients as low as 0.06. Decomposition produces particles of tens of nanometers in size, and the ultralow friction appears to be associated with the flash heating on an ultrafine decomposition product. Thus, thermal decomposition may be an important process for the dynamic weakening of faults.  相似文献

Fourier transform mass spectrometry will play an important role in the future because of its unique combination of high mass resolution, high upper mass limit, and multichannel advantage. These features have already found application in gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, multiphoton ionization, laser desorption, and secondary ion mass spectrometry. However, its most notable feature is the ability to store ions. This characteristic, when combined with the others, will allow expeditious study of the interaction of gas-phase ions with both photons (photodissociation) and neutral molecules, and the convenient application of this fundamental information for chemical analysis.  相似文献

为了研究埋地管道在不同形式断层作用下的受力性能,自制了土箱试验装置,借此装置模拟断层的错动,测量得到埋地管道在断层错动作用下的应变分布和整体变形特点,分析了管道轴向应变和竖向位移随断层错动量变化的特征,探究了断层错动量、管道埋深、管径、断层倾角等参数对埋地管道力学性能的影响规律,采用FEM有限元方法进行数值模拟分析,并与试验结果进行对比。结果表明:在该试验的参数范围内,随着断层错动量和管道埋深的增加,管道轴向应变增大;管径较大的管道,抵抗变形的能力较强;当断层倾角小于90°时,管道轴向峰值拉应变大于峰值压应变,此时管道以受拉为主;当断层倾角大于90°时,管道轴向峰值拉应变小于峰值压应变,此时管道以受压为主;对于走滑断层,管道轴向应变近似呈中心对称分布,两侧变形趋于一致。逆断层对于管道应变的影响最大,正断层其次,走滑断层对于管道应变的影响最小。(图17,表3,参21)  相似文献

【目的】对基于希尔伯特-黄变换(Hilbert-Huang transform,HHT)与小波变换的径流周期分析方法进行比较,为选择适合研究流域的径流变化周期判定方法提供参考。【方法】采用HHT与小波变换,对无定河流域干流上的代表水文站白家川站1956-2009年天然径流资料进行分析,探讨2种方法在分析无定河流域年径流变化周期上的差异性。【结果】无定河天然径流演化模式由4个本征模态函数和1个零均值趋势项组成,通过分析各个固有模态函数(Intrinsic Mode Function)分量,由希尔伯特谱及经验分解图可以看出,不同尺度径流波动对径流演变的作用为,随尺度增大,径流平均周期由短变长,由年际变化转为代际变化。无定河流域天然径流演化存在3,7,12和21~22年的近似周期。通过小波系数实虚部及模、模方等值线图,判定其径流丰枯变化及主要周期中心为7,25,40和53年。【结论】基于HHT与小波变换的径流周期分析方法的计算结果基本吻合,但小波分析只能分析出近似周期,而HHT分析还可发现年内变化和年际变化在周期变化中占主导作用,表明HHT方法更为优越。  相似文献
