近年来,随着药用真菌研究的不断深入和发展,国内从真菌中提取的多糖有抗肿瘤作用的报告日益增多,动物实验及临床实践证明,真菌多糖对移植的动物肿瘤有较强的抑制作用,能增强机体的免疫功能,减轻放、化疗的毒性反应,并增强其疗效,而且无毒性等优点,是一种较好的具有“扶正培本”功能的抗肿瘤药物.现就药用真菌、担子菌类中的云芝、茯苓、猪苓、香菇、银耳等国内外研究进展作一简要的介绍. 相似文献

AIM: To study the activation and the immune regulation of paecilomyces cicadidae total polysaccharides on macrophages in old rats. METHODS: The ability of devouring neutral red and stimulating index in the alveolar macrophages (AM) and peritoneal macrophages (PM) were observed. The activities of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), acid phosphatase (ACP) and arginase (Arg) were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer. The shape and structure of spleen macrophages were observed by electron microscope. RESULTS: Compared with control group, the activity of the LDH/ACP/Arg in the AM or PM and in the culture fluid of the AM or PM were significantly increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the ability devouring neutral red and stimulating index in the PM were strengthened (P<0.01), the ergastoplasm was hyperplasia and the amount of lysosome was manifold in the spleen macrophages of old rats induced by paecilomyces cicadidae total polysaccharides. CONCLUSION: Paecilomyces cicadidae total polysaccharides promote immune function in old rats. 相似文献

以DPPH自由基清除能力、羟基自由基清除能力、铁离子还原力(FRAP)以及ABTS^·+清除能力为指标,研究4种鸡■菌Termitornyces spp.(蚁巢伞、粗柄蚁巢伞、金黄蚁巢伞、乌黑蚁巢伞)多糖的抗氧化活性。结果表明,蚁巢伞多糖和乌黑蚁巢伞多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性,对羟基自由基的IC50值分别达到1.15 mg·m L^-1和1.42 mg·mL^-1,对DPPH自由基的IC50值分别达到1.63 mg·mL^-1和1.08 mg·mL^-1,对ABTS^·+的IC50值分别达到1.31 mg·mL^-1和1.54 mg·m L^-1,但其铁离子还原力较弱。4种鸡地从菌多糖的抗氧化活性均呈现出明显的剂量依赖性,随着多糖浓度的增加而增强。 相似文献

摘要:通过采用化学法,分别测定了猴头菇多糖、香菇多糖、银耳多糖、鸡腿菇多糖、灰树花多糖及香菇复合多糖、灰树花复合多糖体外抗氧化活性。结果表明,0.5mg·mL-1的猴头菇多糖、香菇多糖、银耳多糖、鸡腿菇多糖、灰树花多糖与复合多糖能够不同程度地清除DPPH·自由基、羟自由基(·OH)和超氧阴离子自由基.(02-·)能力,具有较好的抗氧化活性,而香菇复合多糖和灰树花复合多糖的总体抗氧化活性优于其组成单糖,其中以灰树花复合多糖对自由基的清除能力最强,其清除率分别为(89.5±1-3)%、(62.4±0.6)%、(47.9±1.0)%。 相似文献

Effects of paecilomyces cicadidae total polysaccharides on non-specificity immune regulation in rats
AIM: To study the immune regulation of paecilomyces cicadidae total polysaccharides. METHODS: After subcutaneous injection with 200mg/L paecilomyces cicadidae total polysaccharides in the back of the rats fo17 days, the white blood cell (WBC) counts, and the levels of lipid peroxide (LPO) and reduced glutathione (GSH) in the spleen and thymus of rats were detected. The alveolar macrophages (AMφ) cultured with 10% fetal bovine serum-RPMI-1640 for 2 h in vitro, then the activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and acid phosphatase (ACP) were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer, and the ability devouring neutral red in the AMφ were examined. RESULTS: Compared with control group, the WBC, the levels of GSH in the spleen and thymus, and the activities of LDH and ACP were significantly increased and the ability of devouring neutral red was also strengthened (P<0.01) in the AMφ of rats induced by paecilomyces cicadidae total polysaccharides, while the level of LPO in the thymus was obviously decreased (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Paecilomyces cicadidae total polysaccharides has significant immune regulatory effect with increasing WBC and GSH. 相似文献
