Precocious puberty is a major constraint to the economical rearing Eriocheir sinensis farming. Although dietary phospholipid (PL) and highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFA) reportedly enhanced ovarian development in normal adult E. sinensis , it had opposite effects of reducing precocity in juveniles . This study investigated the effects of dietary PL and HUFA on survival, gonadal development and biochemical composition of precocious E. sinensis . Two diets with PL and HUFA supplementation (diet A) and deficient (diet B) were formulated and fed to precocious E. sinensis . Although no significant differences were found on survival and gonadosomatic index of crabs fed both diets, crabs fed diet B had significantly higher hepatosomatic index and hepatopancrean lipid content than crabs fed diet A. The percentages, 14:0, 18:1n-9, 20:5n-3 and 22:6n-3, in hepatopancreas, muscle and gonads were positively correlated to the diets. Interestingly, the crabs fed diet B accumulated significantly higher 18:2n-6 in gonads and muscle than those fed diet A. Furthermore, substantially higher 20:4n-6 was detected in the gonad and muscle than in the diets. These results suggested that dietary PL and HUFA had limited effects on male gonad biochemical composition. Meanwhile, the precocious E. sinensis may be capable of negating the negative effects of HUFA deficiency by enhanced tissue 18:2n-6 accumulation and converting 18:2n-6 to 20:4n-6. 相似文献

选用初始体重为(2.15±0.10)g的中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)雄性幼蟹,随机分为5组(每组12只幼蟹),饲喂100%鱼油组(简称F1组)、100%豆油组(F2组)、100%亚麻油组(F3组)、50%鱼油+50%豆油组(F4组)、50%鱼油+50%亚麻油组(F5组)不同脂肪源配制的5种等氮等能饲料。实验蟹单个体养殖,实验周期为112 d。结果表明,F5组体重、增重率和特定生长率都显著高于其他饲料组(P0.05),各组的蜕壳间隔和肝胰腺指数没有显著差异(P0.05)。肝胰腺组织消化酶活力测定结果表明,F1组幼蟹肝胰腺的类胰蛋白酶活力显著高于其他各组(P0.05);F3组的胃蛋白酶活力显著高于其他各组(P0.05);F1组、F2组和F4组的脂肪酶活力显著高于其他两组(P0.05);各组的淀粉酶活力差异不显著(P0.05)。脂肪酸测定结果表明,肝胰腺和肌肉中的亚油酸(LOA)(C18:2n-6)、亚麻酸(LNA)(C18:3n-3)、EPA(C20:5n-3)和DHA(C22:6n-3)等主要脂肪酸含量与饲料脂肪酸组成呈正相关关系,F1组的高度不饱和脂肪酸(HUFA)含量显著高于其余各组(P0.05),F2组的LOA含量显著高于其余各组(P0.05),F3组的LNA含量显著高于其余各组(P0.05)。本研究结果表明,以50%的豆油或亚麻油替代鱼油能促进中华绒螯蟹幼蟹的生长,但可能使幼蟹的成活率降低。以豆油或亚麻油替代鱼油会影响幼蟹胰蛋白酶、胃蛋白酶和脂肪酶的活力和肝胰腺、肌肉脂肪酸组成。 相似文献

实验用中华绒鳌蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)幼蟹初始体质量为1.8 g左右.饲料A添加6%鱼肝油和4%大豆卵鳞脂(饲料含4.53%磷脂和1.08%HUFA),饲料B添加10%的猪油(饲料含0.39%磷脂和0.18%HUFA);实验蟹单个体饲养(可防止蜕壳期间蟹相互残杀而获得饲料外的营养源),雌蟹(F)、雄蟹(Lul)各60个,实验周期120 d.结果表明:两组饲料条件下,幼蟹的存活率、增重率、特定生长率、平均蜕壳次数、蜕壳间隔时间及肝胰腺指数均无显著差异(P>0.05).但无论是雌蟹还是雄蟹,A组幼蟹肝胰腺和肌肉的总脂含量显著低于B组(P<0.05),并且A组蟹肝胰腺和肌肉中磷脂、多不饱和脂肪酸和高度不饱和脂肪酸的含量显著高于B组(P<0.05).这表明,在中华绒鳌蟹幼蟹饲料中添加4.53%磷脂和1.08%HUFA对其存活、生长、蜕壳无显著影响,但可使其肝胰腺和肌肉中的总脂含量降低,而磷脂、多不饱和脂肪酸和高度不饱和脂肪酸的含量升高.本研究结果旨在为中华绒鳌蟹幼蟹的营养学研究提供理论依据,同时也为生产上幼蟹饲料的开发提供参考. 相似文献

实验采用称量法和气相色谱法分别测定了性早熟前后中华绒螯蟹的肝胰腺指数(HI)、肝脂含量(LC)和肝胰腺脂肪酸组成。雌雄蟹的HI和LC在早熟前后的变化趋势一致,都是早熟个体低于未成熟个体。在性早熟前,雌雄蟹的肝胰腺脂肪酸组成基本一致,只是雌蟹中C20∶5n-3较高(P<0.05)。然而,对早熟前后的个体作比较时,发现雌雄蟹变化情况有很大差异:(1)早熟雌蟹中C16∶1n-7、C16∶0和C18∶0高于未成熟雌蟹(P<0.01),而C20∶5n-3、C20∶4n-6和C22∶6n-3则低于后者(P<0.01);(2)早熟雄蟹中C18∶1高于未成熟雄蟹(P<0.05),而C14∶0(P<0.05)、C16∶1n-7(P<0.05)和C20∶5n-3(P<0.01)皆低于后者。以上结果表明:雌雄蟹在性早熟前后存在肝胰腺脂肪酸组成变化的差异,且C20∶5n-3可能主要参与成熟蜕壳和膜的构建,而C22∶6n-3可能主要参与卵巢发育和卵黄的发生。 相似文献

本研究分析了有伊乐藻(Elodea nuttallii)组和对照组(无伊乐藻)中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)在生长、肌肉氨基酸和脂肪酸组成等方面的差异,探讨伊乐藻对中华绒螯蟹生长和营养品质的影响。结果显示,有伊乐藻组中华绒螯蟹体重、壳长和壳宽增长率与肥满度均显著高于无伊乐藻组(P0.05),但肝胰腺指数和性腺指数差异不显著(P0.05)。伊乐藻组中华绒螯蟹肌肉的氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸和鲜味氨基酸含量均显著高于无伊乐藻组(P0.05);伊乐藻组的雌蟹肝胰腺中的鲜味氨基酸含量也显著高于无伊乐藻组(P0.05),而伊乐藻组和无伊乐藻组的雄蟹肝胰腺氨基酸含量差异不显著(P0.05)。伊乐藻组和无伊乐藻组的中华绒螯蟹肌肉脂肪酸组成和含量差异不显著(P0.05),但伊乐藻组中华绒螯蟹的肝胰腺饱和脂肪酸(SFA)、单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)和多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)含量均显著高于无伊乐藻组(P0.05)。综上所述,伊乐藻不仅有利于中华绒螯蟹的生长,而且能改善中华绒螯蟹的营养品质。 相似文献

The morphological characteristics, tissue indices, proximate and fatty acid compositions of hepatopancreas, gonad and muscle of pond‐reared (PR) and lake‐stocked (LS) Eriocheir sinensis broodstock were compared. Lake‐stocked crabs are characterized by a blue carapace, white abdomen, golden legs and yellow setae while PR crabs have a brown carapace, grey abdomen, black legs and similar yellow setae. The carapace length and width of PR crabs were significantly less than those of LS crabs of the same wet weight (WW). The results showed that the hepatosomatic index (HSI) of PR males was significantly higher, but the gonadosomatic index (GSI) was significantly lower for PR females when compared with LS individuals of the same sex. Regardless of their origin, the muscular index (MI) of males was higher than that of females. The hepatopancreas of LS crabs had higher protein levels and lower lipid levels compared with PR crabs. The results of proximate analysis of male gonads from two different sources were similar, while the protein level in the ovary of LS females was higher than that of PR females. The tissues of males had higher water content but lower lipid and protein levels compared with females regardless of their source. The LS crabs had higher highly unsaturated fatty acid (HUFA) levels than PR crabs in their gonad and hepatopancreas. In conclusion, our results suggest that the nutritional quality of LS crabs is better than that of PR crabs, the nutritional quality of males is poorer than that of females. The reproductive performance and larval quality of crabs from these two rearing systems should be further verified. 相似文献

A growth experiment was conducted to determine the optimum dietary protein‐to‐energy (P/E) ratio of juvenile Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis. Six practical diets were formulated with P/E ratios ranging from 15.94 to 21.25 g protein MJ ?1 gross energy (g MJ ?1). Results showed that specific growth rates related with molting were significantly affected by dietary P/E ratio ( P < 0.05). The specific growth rates both in body weight (SGRw) and carapace width (SGRcw) for the entire experimental period were not significantly affected by dietary P/E ratio ( P > 0.05). Molting frequency, survival rate and crab body composition were also significantly affected by dietary P/E ratio ( P < 0.05). Rate of precocity displayed negative trends with growth rate, and the trend with SGRcw was significant ( P < 0.01). The activities of alkaline phosphatase, trypsinase and steapsin were significantly affected by dietary P/E ratio ( P < 0.05). Molting frequency ( P < 0.001), SGRw1‐2 ( P < 0.05) and SGRw0‐2 ( P < 0.05) were positively and significantly related to alkaline phosphatase activity. We recommend 18.13–19.20 g MJ ?1 as the optimum dietary P/E ratio for juvenile E. sinensis, based on growth performance, rate of precocity and digestive enzyme activities. 相似文献

文章研究了复合蛋白源替代饲料中不同水平(0%、16.67%、33.33%、50%和66.67%,分别记为饲料1~#~5~#)的鱼粉对中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)幼蟹成活、生长、生理代谢和生化组成的影响。结果显示:1)随着鱼粉替代水平增加,幼蟹终末体质量、增重率、特定生长率和肝胰腺指数均呈先升后降的趋势,2~#组最高(P<0.05);2)肝胰腺中的谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶活力和丙二醛含量均为4~#组最高,而超氧化物歧化酶活力在1~#组最高(P<0.05);血清中的谷丙转氨酶活力在5~#组最高,甘油三酯含量和超氧化物歧化酶活力则以4~#组最高,而丙二醛含量在2~#组最高(P<0.05);3) 1~#组躯体的粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量均显著高于其他组,而总碳水化合物含量在2~#组最高(P<0.05)。躯体半胱氨酸含量在4~#组最高,而其他氨基酸与总氨基酸含量均在2~#组最高(P<0.05)。结果表明,饲料中过高的鱼粉替代水平(33%~67%)会降低中华绒螯蟹幼蟹生长性能和躯体营养物质的积累,对生理代谢产生不良影响,建议中华绒螯蟹幼蟹饲料中复合蛋白源替代鱼粉的比例为16.67%。 相似文献

The present study investigated the external and histological changes in the ovary and measured the gonadosomatic index (GSI) and hepatosomatic index (HSI) during the re‐maturation of the Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis. The results show that the ovarian re‐maturation cycle of this crab species can be divided into four stages, i.e. Stage I: the ovary had an X shape and appeared milky white or with a mottled buff colour, and the dominant gametocyte at the stage were oogonia (OG, 28.3%) and previtellogenic oocytes (PR, 31.6%); Stage II: the ovary appeared light yellow or tan in colour, dominated by endogenous vitellogeic oocytes (EN, 69.3%). The yolk globules of unreleased mature oocytes (MO) from the previous spawn were absorbed, leaving many vacuoles in the retrogressing MO; Stage III: the ovary appeared crimson red or deep purple, and although the main type of gametocyte was exogenous vitellogenic oocytes (EX), near‐mature oocytes (NO) could also be found in the late phase of the ovarian development stage; Stage IV: the ovary was ripe and filled with MO that contained large yolk globules. During the period of the second ovarian maturation cycle, the GSI increased significantly from the time just after the first spawning ( P<0.01). However, although HSI appeared to decrease within days after spawning (DAS), no significant correlation was found between GSI and HSI or between HSI and DAS ( P>0.05). Furthermore, the final GSI and the volume of MO of E. sinensis during the second maturation cycle were drastically lower than those of the first maturation cycle. 相似文献

采用2×6因子设计方法,以酪蛋白和明胶为蛋白源,分别配制了含1%和2%磷脂,6个氯化胆碱水平(0、250、500、1 000、2 000、4 000 mg/kg饲料)的12组等氮、等脂精制饲料,在室内水族箱条件下对体质量为(0.22±0.01)g的中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)幼蟹进行为期6周的饲养试验,每处理组各设4个平行。结果表明:当饲料中胆碱的添加水平分别为1 000 mg/kg(1%的磷脂水平)和500 mg/kg(2%的磷脂水平)时,幼蟹的存活率均达到最高值,分别为89%和88%;幼蟹增重率和特定生长率均随着胆碱添加量的提高而显著升高(P<0.05);磷脂水平为1%时,1 000、2 000和4 000 mg/kg胆碱处理组的饲料系数显著低于0、250和500 mg/kg的处理组(P<0.05);磷脂水平为2%时,500 mg/kg和1 000 mg/kg胆碱处理组的饲料系数显著低于0 mg/kg处理组(P<0.05),但与250、2 000和4 000mg/kg处理组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);各试验组的全蟹粗脂肪含量、肝胰腺的甘油三酯含量、总胆固醇含量、谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活性,均随着饲料中胆碱量的增加而显著下降(P<0.05)。综上所述,中华绒螯蟹幼蟹饲料中磷脂和胆碱存在显著的交互作用,饲料中适量添加胆碱和磷脂,可以显著提高幼蟹的增重率和特定生长率,降低饲料系数以及蟹体脂肪含量。以增重率为判据,采用折线回归法进行分析,得出饲料中不同磷脂水平下幼蟹的胆碱适宜需要量分别为1 429.65 mg/kg饲料(磷脂水平1%时)和529.65 mg/kg饲料(磷脂水平2%)。 相似文献

通过投喂添加或不添加VE、VC和HUFA的四组实验饲料,经198d饲养实验,以雌蟹的性腺系数、产卵力、孵化率、各组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量等为指标,研究这两类营养素交互作用对其生殖性能的影响。结果表明,VE、VC和HUFA对雌蟹生殖性能有显著的影响(P<0.05):在产卵力方面,1组为3790个卵细胞·g-1体重,极显著高于2组(为2317个卵细胞·g-1体重)和3组(为2129个卵细胞·g-1体重)(P<0.01),显著高于4组(为3050个卵细胞·g-1体重)和5组(对照组)(为3010个卵细胞·g-1体重)(P<0.05);而孵化率方面,1组(86.17%)极显著高于2组(36.06%)、3组(29.18%)和4组(25.73%)(P<0.01),也显著高于5组(71.12%)(P<0.05)。1组和2组雌蟹性腺中SOD活性分别为40.09Nu·mL-1和39.87Nu·mL-1,相应地,MDA含量分别为6.87nmol·mL-1和3.33nmol·mL-1;而3组和4组雌蟹,尽管其性腺中SOD活性较高,分别为79.21Nu·mL-1和85.2Nu·mL-1,但由于饲料中抗氧化性VE、VC的缺乏,导致脂质过氧化发生,其MDA含量显著增加(P<0.05),分别为12.65nmol·mL-1和25.18nmol·mL-1。4组雌蟹的产卵力较大,但因VE、VC的缺乏发生脂质过氧化,导致所产的卵质低下,从而影响了卵子的孵化率。结果表明,VE、VC和HUFA都是河蟹保持良好的生殖性能的必需营 相似文献

实验饲料中以酵母硒形式分别添加硒0(对照)、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8和1.0 mg/kg(饲料中硒总含量分别为0.11、0.23、0.43、0.66、0.87、1.09 mg/kg), 配制成6组半纯化饲料, 投喂初始体质量为(0.27±0.01) g的中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)幼蟹, 进行为期6周的饲养实验。结果表明, 当饲料硒的添加量为0.4 mg/kg时, 幼蟹的增重率、存活率及全蟹体粗蛋白质含量均显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。同时, 随着饲料中硒水平的提高, 幼蟹的肝胰腺和肌肉中硒含量也相应显著升高(P<0.05)。肝胰腺和血清中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性则随着硒添加量的提高而呈现出先升高后降低的趋势, 当硒添加量为0.4 mg/kg时达到最高, 且显著高于添加量为0.8 和1.0 mg/kg的饲料组(P<0.05)。幼蟹血清和肝胰腺中丙二醛含量随着硒添加量的增加而呈现出先降低而后升高的趋势, 其中0.4 mg/kg饲料组最低, 并显著低于对照组和1.0 mg/kg饲料组(P<0.05)。硒添加量小于或等于0.6 mg/kg的各组, 其还原型谷胱甘肽含量显著低于0.8和1.0 mg/kg饲料组(P<0.05)。结果提示, 饲料中适量添加硒(0.4~0.6 mg/kg, 硒总含量为0.43~0.66 mg/kg)能促进中华绒螯蟹幼蟹的生长, 提高饲料蛋白质效率和抗氧化能力。以血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性为判据, 采用二次回归模型进行拟合发现, 当饲料中硒添加量为0.51 mg/kg (饲料中硒总含量0.59 mg/kg)时, 中华绒螯蟹幼蟹可获得最佳的生长效果, 因此建议中华绒螯蟹幼蟹饲料硒的适宜添加量为0.4~0.6 mg/kg。 相似文献

A feeding trial was conducted using isoenergetic practical diets to evaluate the effects of the dietary protein level on growth performance, feed utilization and digestive enzyme activity of the Chinese mitten crab, Eriocheir sinensis. Four experimental diets were formulated containing 250, 300, 350 and 400 g kg ?1 protein and 16 kJ g ?1 gross energy. Each diet was randomly assigned to triplicate groups of juvenile crab with mean initial body weight 3.56 ± 0.16 g and mean shell width 15.31 ± 0.06 mm. Juvenile crab were reared in indoor flow‐through system consisting of 12 plastic tanks (1.0 m × 0.6 m × 0.5 m) and fed diets twice daily at 6–8% of body weight for 12 weeks. Performance was judged on the basis of growth (specific growth rate of weight, SGR G; specific growth rate of shell width, SGR SW), feed conversion ratio (FCR) and protein efficiency ratio (PER). A decreased FCR was observed with increasing dietary protein levels. Both SGR G and SGR SW significantly increased with increasing dietary protein levels up to 350 g kg ?1, whereas there were no significant differences for protein levels from 350–400 g kg ?1. Application of broken line regression analysis to SGR G provided an estimate of 347.8 g kg ?1 dietary protein for maximal growth. The highest PER was observed in crab fed the diet containing 350 g kg ?1 protein ( P < 0.05). The percent survival was not affected ( P > 0.05) by the different dietary treatments. No significant differences were observed in the apparent digestibility coefficients of crude lipid and dry matter among dietary treatments ( P > 0.05). However, the apparent digestibility coefficients of crude protein and energy in crab fed different protein levels significantly increased with increasing dietary protein level ( P < 0.05). Both amylase and protease activities in the intestine of E. sinensis were studied. The amylase activity decreased significantly ( P < 0.05) with increased dietary protein level and protease activity increased. Regression analysis showed a negative effect of inclusion of dietary protein level on amylase activity ( P < 0.05). However, protease activities were found to be positively correlated ( P < 0.05) with dietary protein level. The protein content of the crab significantly increased with dietary protein levels up to 350 g kg ?1 ( P < 0.05), but no significant differences ( P > 0.05) were founded with protein levels higher than 350 g kg ?1. 相似文献

This study was conducted to determine the optimum phospholipids: highly unsaturated fatty acids (PL/HUFA) ratio in maturation diets for female Chinese mitten crab, Eriocheir sinensis broodstock. Five isolipidtic and isonitrogenous diets were formulated to contain different amounts of pork lard, fish oil and soy lecithin with resulting PL/HUFA levels (%dry weight) of 1.4/0.3 (Diet 1), 1.6/2.5 (Diet 2), 2.3/2.0 (Diet 3), 3.8/1.5 (Diet 4) and 5.1/0.8 (Diet 5). Diet 1 lacked supplemental fish oil and soy lecithin and served as the control. Each of the five formulated diets was fed to a total of 150 female crabs for a period of 7 months. All diet treatments were triplicated with 50 crabs stocked in a pond as a replicate. After 6 months, male crabs were introduced into the ponds where females were kept, mating, spawning and egg hatching (in seawater) occurred in the following month. The nutritional value of various formulated diets was assessed based on survival, gonadosomatic index (GSI), egg production per female, fecundity (eggs/g female weight) of the females fed those diets and egg and larval (newly hatched zoea I larvae) quality.Females fed Diet 1 had the lowest GSI, egg production per female and fecundity while no significant difference were found for survival, hepatosomatic index (HSI) and the percentage of female spawned among the diet treatments ( P > 0.05). Although there were no significant differences in egg diameter, egg wet or dry weights among all treatments ( P > 0.05), the highest and the second highest proportions of essential fatty acids (EFA), i.e. 20:5n-3 (EPA), 22:6n-3 (DHA) and HUFA were found in the eggs produced by the females fed Diet 3 and Diet 2, respectively. Statistical analysis showed that EPA, DHA and HUFA in eggs produced by females fed Diet 3 were significantly higher than those from the other treatments ( P < 0.05). Meanwhile, zoea I larvae from crabs fed Diet 3 had significantly larger carapace length than those from the other four treatments ( P < 0.05). The zoea I larvae from crabs fed Diet 2 and Diet 3 also showed generally better tolerance to starvation and osmotic shock.In conclusion, our results indicated that diet included levels of PL/HUFA around 1.6/2.5 or 2.3/2.0 (% dry weight) fed female E. sinensis broodstock supported increased fecundity and elevated level of HUFA in egg, which in turn resulted in improved overall quality of newly hatched larvae. 相似文献

This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary lipid sources on the growth performance and fatty acid (FA) composition of juvenile shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei. Six isoenergetic and isonitrogenous semi‐purified diets containing casein, solvent‐extracted soybean meal and gelatin as protein sources, were supplemented with 60 g kg −1 of lipid sources. The lipid sources included: pollack fish oil (PO), pork lard (PL), soy oil (SO), peanut oil (PN), rapeseed oil (RO) and a mixture of pollack fish oil and soy oil (POSO 1 : 1 w/w). Each diet was fed to juvenile shrimp (0.10 g average weight) four times daily in triplicate tanks to apparent satiation (feeding ratio was about 8%) for 8 weeks. At the end of the experiment, weight gain, specific growth rate and protein efficiency ratio were significantly higher for shrimp fed the diet containing PO and the POSO mixture oil than the other lipid sources. The nutritional values of SO, RO, PN and PL were similar. Shrimp fed on PO, mixture oil of POSO and SO had better survival rates than the other lipid sources, and shrimp fed the PL had the lowest survival rate. There were significant differences in lipid contents of whole body and hepatopancreas amongst the dietary treatments; however, lipid contents of tail muscle were not significantly affected by the dietary lipid sources. Shrimps fed POSO diet had higher protein content in whole body than those fed the other lipid sources, and shrimp fed PO diet had highest crude protein content of the tail muscle. A high correlation was found between dietary FA composition and FA composition of whole shrimp. An 8‐week study was conducted to determine folic acid requirement and its effect on antioxidant capacity and immunity in juvenile Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis (Milne‐Edwards, 1853), followed by a challenge assay with the pathogen Aeromonas hydrophila for 2 weeks. Folic acid was added to a basal diet at seven levels (0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, 8.0, 16.0 mg folic acid kg ?1 diet), and a diet free of folic acid and vitamin B 12 was also included as a control. Crabs were fed twice daily in 32 tanks with 7.76–8.17 mg oxygen L ?1, 25.0–31.0 °C and 7.5–8.3 pH. Growth and feed efficiency were significantly greater in crabs fed ≥2.0 mg folic acid kg ?1, but not significantly different between crabs fed diets >2.0 mg folic acid. The superoxide dismutase activity and glutathione S‐transferase activity were highest in crabs fed ≥2.0 mg folic acid kg ?1, followed by those fed 0.5 and 1.0 mg folic acid kg ?1, and the control diet. The malondialdehyde content was highest in crabs fed the control diet, followed by those fed 0 mg folic acid kg ?1, and the lowest value occurred in those fed ≥0.5 mg folic acid kg ?1. Phenoloxidase activity and total haemocytes were significantly higher in crabs fed ≥2.0 mg folic acid kg ?1 than other diets. Crabs fed 2.0 mg folic acid kg ?1 had the highest lysozyme, acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase activities but the lowest cumulative mortality. The optimum dietary folic acid requirement by E. sinensis was estimated at 2.29–2.90 mg kg ?1 diet. 相似文献

This study aimed to determine the optimal protein to energy ratio (P/E ratio) and evaluate the effect of dietary protein and lipid levels on growth performance, body composition and digestive enzymes activities in Chinese mitten‐handed crab , Eriocheir sinensis. Nine practical diets containing three levels both for protein (DP 30%, 35% and 40%) and lipid (DL 2%, 7% and 12%) with P/E ratios ranging from 13.69 to 19.79 mg KJ ?1 were fed to four replicates of crabs (3.39 ± 0.10 g) for 10 weeks. Weight gain increased significantly with the increase in DP level at each DL level. Moreover, weight gain increased in crabs fed with diets containing DL level from 2% to 12% and DP level from 30% to 35%. However, the diet containing 40% DP and 12% DL levels significantly decreased the growth performance and protein efficiency of the crabs. The whole crab and hepatopancreas lipid contents also increased as dietary lipid increased, but not dietary protein. The total protease activity increased significantly with the increase in dietary protein at each lipid level. The lipase activity was statistically comparable among different DL levels at each DP level. Taken together, the crab fed the diet containing 35% protein and 12% lipid levels with P/E 15.77 mg KJ ?1 revealed optimal growth, feed utilization efficiency and digestive enzymes activities. Moreover, our study indicated that the higher dietary lipid level at a relatively lower dietary protein level could provide protein sparing effect in Eriocheir sinensis. 相似文献
