山西太行山峡谷区荆条灌丛物种多样性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
应用丰富度指数(R1)、Simpson指数(λ)、Shannon-Weiner指数(H′)和均匀度指数(E4)研究了13个荆条Vitex negundo var. heterophylla群丛的植物种多样性,结果表明:种群数量及其种群内个体数量具有明显不均匀性,进而导致λ指数和H′指数在不同群丛间的变化,R1、H′指数随海拔高度增加表现为先上升而后缓慢下降,在海拔760 m处达峰值,E4指数则随海拔变化呈现不稳定波动。在旅游和居民生活的双重干扰下,多样性指数随干扰强度的增加而降低。在自然条件和人为干扰双重作用下,荆条在群丛中的优势度弱化,群丛反映出逆行演替趋势,受人为干扰较少的群丛则由于生境条件较差显现旱生演替特征。  相似文献

采用x2检验、Pearson积矩相关系数和Spearman秩相关系数对山西太行山峡谷区荆条Vitex negundo var.heterophylla灌丛植物群落的种间关系研究,结果表明:26个优势种构成的525个种对,其中极显著关联的种对数分别为5、14、15,显著关联的种对数分别是10、6、13。种对间的正关联或正相关,主要是由于它们具有相近的生物学特性、对生境具有相似的生态适应性和相互重叠的生态位所致。种对间负关联或负相关,则是由于它们具有不同的生物学特性、对生境具有不同的生态适应性和相互分离的生态位所致。  相似文献

以太行山南段峡谷区荆条Vitex negundo群落为对象,沿不同海拔布置样方,应用TWINSPAN和DCA相结合的方法,对样方进行数量分类和排序,并进行了环境解释。TWINSPAN等级分类把47个样方分为11个群丛,DCA排序结果同TWINSPAN分析结果相吻合。DCA结果揭示出,其中第一轴显著地反映出各个群系的坡向变化趋势,而第二轴则反映出坡度的梯度变化,表明样方所在地的坡向和坡度是决定群丛分布的主要环境因素。  相似文献

Analgesic effects of butorphanol in horses: dose-response studies   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The analgesic effects of butorphanol (0.05, 0.1, 0.2, and 0.4 mg/kg), pentazocine (2.2 mg/kg), and butorphanol vehicle (0.04 ml/kg) were observed in 6 horses. These horses were instrumented to measure response objectively to painful superficial and visceral stimuli. The tested drugs were given IV according to a Latin square design. After preinjection base-line measurements were made, the analgesic effects were observed at 15 and 30 minutes and then at 30-minute intervals until postinjection minute 240. Analgesic effects of butorphanol were dose-related, with durations between 15 and 90 minutes. Duration of analgesia after pentazocine (2.2 mg/kg) was given was between 15 and 30 minutes. When compared with pentazocine, the 0.4 mg/kg dose of butorphanol provided a more intense and longer period of analgesia. A butorphanol dose of 0.2 mg/kg IV appears optimal. On a dose-body weight basis, the potency of butorphanol was 10 to 17 times that of pentazocine. Behavioral side effects were noted with both agents and were dose-related.  相似文献

【目的】 探究牡荆总黄酮的提取工艺,并探讨牡荆提取物对产气荚膜梭菌的抑菌活性。【方法】 以芦丁作为对照品,采用分光光度法对牡荆中的总黄酮含量进行测定;以总黄酮含量为考察指标,先通过单因素试验研究乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度、料液比4个单因素对牡荆总黄酮提取量的影响,确定单因素情况下最佳工艺的水平范围;在单因素试验基础上,通过设计L9(34)正交试验,利用NaNO2-AL (NO33-NaOH显色法对牡荆总黄酮含量进行测定,绘制标准曲线,计算回归方程,通过精密度、稳定性、重复性、加样回收率进行方法学考察,验证标准曲线。通过将试验所得数据代入标准曲线,比较得出牡荆总黄酮的最佳制备工艺,并在此基础上通过微量二倍稀释法考察其提取物对产气荚膜梭菌的抗菌活性。【结果】 牡荆总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度60%、提取温度50 ℃、提取时间2.5 h、料液比1:35。在此最优提取条件下,牡荆总黄酮含量最高(43.17 mg/g)。其因素影响顺序为料液比>提取时间>乙醇浓度>提取温度,料液比对牡荆总黄酮含量影响最大。最佳工艺下的牡荆提取物对产气荚膜梭菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值为7.81 μg/mL。【结论】 在乙醇浓度60%、提取温度50 ℃、提取时间2.5 h、料液比1:35的条件下提取的牡荆总黄酮含量最高,所制备提取物对产气荚膜梭菌具有较强的抑菌作用,为生产高质量的牡荆提取物提供了理论依据。  相似文献

Clinically available synthetic chemotherapeutics to treat the vector-borne protozoan infection, leishmaniasis, are associated with serious complications such as toxicity and emergence of resistance. Natural products from plants consist of interesting biomolecules that may interfere with DNA or membrane integrity of the parasite and can possibly minimise the associated side effects. In the present study, various fractions of Euphorbia wallichii (EW) root extracts including n-hexane (EWNX), ethyl acetate (EWEA), chloroform (EWCH) and aqueous (EWAQ), were evaluated for their antileishmanial potential against Leishmania tropica followed by investigation of the possible mechanism of action via reactive oxygen species (ROS) quantification, membrane permeability (via sytox green dye) and apoptotic assay (via AO/EB method) using fluorescent microscopy. Two of the fractions i.e. EWEA and EWAQ inhibited the growth of promastigotes (IC50 7.8 and 10.2 μg/mL, respectively) and amastigotes (IC50 9.9 and 13.3 μg/mL, respectively) forms almost at similar concentrations as found for the standard antileishmanial drugs, tartar emetic (TA) and Glucantime (IC50 9.4 and 21.5 μg/mL, respectively). Both the active fractions remained non-toxic towards human blood erythrocytes and were able to cause membrane permeability and apoptotic induction (using Triton X-100 as a positive control) leading to death of Leishmania parasites. However, both the fractions could not triger significant and persistent ROS generation, compared to hydrogen peroxide used as a positive control. Antilesihmanial activity of the two active fractions might be attributed to the presence of high quantity of tannins and saponins.  相似文献

病理性的炎症反应常引起组织损伤和疼痛,严重的炎症还将危及动物生命.近年来,有许多关于天然产物抗炎镇痛作用的报道,其中主要包括了皂苷、多糖、生物碱、黄酮、香豆素等种类.天然产物的抗炎效果主要表现为可以显著抑制化学及物理刺激引起的炎性肿胀或肉芽肿,并可降低致炎后腹腔毛细血管的通透性,抑制炎症因子及其基因的表达等;天然产物的镇痛作用,通常可表现为能延长多种致痛因素如热痛、压痛以及化学刺激的痛阈值.论文对国内外报道的天然产物抗炎镇痛作用研究进行综述,为进一步开发利用我国丰富的天然产物资源提供参考.  相似文献

为研究腰痛贴膏镇痛作用功效,采用注射醋酸致小鼠扭体法以及大鼠光照甩尾法和小鼠热板舔足法来观察腰痛贴膏的镇痛作用.与空白对照组相比,腰痛贴膏低、中、高剂量能够显著减少小鼠扭体反应次数,差异显著(P<0.05);结果表明,与空白对照组相比,腰痛贴膏低、中、高剂量能够显著提高大鼠痛阈值,差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);与空白对照组相比,腰痛贴膏中、高剂量能够显著提高小鼠的痛阈值,差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01).表明腰痛贴膏具有显著的镇痛作用.  相似文献

试验研究了含马蹄香血清对正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞的影响(MTT比色法),并采用中性红吞噬实验对含药血清对小鼠PMΦ能量代谢水平及吞噬能力的影响进行了初步检测,初步验证了马蹄香对小鼠免疫系统的影响。通过试验,初步证明了含有马蹄香的血清对小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化能力有一定的促进作用,且能够提高其PMΦ能量代谢水平和吞噬能力,即能一定程度地提高其免疫能力。  相似文献

化学溶液浸种对荆条种子萌发和幼苗抗旱性的效应   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为筛选出既能提高荆条种子发芽率又能增强荆条幼苗抗旱性的化学溶液处理方式,研究了不同化学溶液浸种处理对荆条种子萌发及幼苗抗旱性的影响。结果表明:0.1%GA_3,0.2%H2O2和0.1%GA_3+0.5%CaCl_2混合溶液3种方式浸种24h均能够显著提高荆条种子的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数。同干旱胁迫相比,0.1%GA_3+0.5%CaCl_2混合溶液浸种能够在最大程度上提高荆条幼苗的相对含水量和叶绿素含量,降低电解质渗透率和丙二醛含量,并进一步增加APX,CAT和POD的活性。混合溶液0.1%GA_3+0.5%CaCl_2浸种能够提高荆条种子的发芽率,同时有效提高荆条幼苗的抗旱性。  相似文献

目的:通过用醋炙最佳工艺对狼毒进行炮制,研究狼毒炮制品毒性作用。方法:给小鼠分别灌服适量浓度的狼毒生品及醋制品,一日灌服给药2次,间隔时间为4h,连续观察7d,分别统计小鼠死亡率,计算小鼠最大耐受量。结果:狼毒生品最大耐受量为19.90g(生药)·kg-1,狼毒醋制品最大耐受量为28.98g(生药)·kg-1。结论:狼毒使用醋炙最佳工艺炮制后,其毒性较生品狼毒有所降低,可进行进一步的实验研究。  相似文献

为探究穿心莲内酯磺化物注射液的解热、镇痛、抗炎作用,将SD大鼠和KM小鼠分别随机分为空白组,阳性药穿心莲注射液组,穿心莲内酯磺化物注射液高、中、低剂量组。通过皮下注射干酵母诱导大鼠发热模型探究其解热作用;通过冰醋酸致小鼠扭体法探究其镇痛作用;通过二甲苯诱导小鼠耳肿胀法及λ-角叉菜胶诱导大鼠足肿胀法探究其抗炎作用。结果表明,穿心莲内酯磺化物注射液可显著抑制干酵母所致发热大鼠的肛温上升;显著抑制冰醋酸所致小鼠疼痛,减少扭体次数;显著降低二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀,减少肿胀度;显著抑制λ-角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀,减少肿胀度。由此可知,穿心莲内酯磺化物注射液具有明显的解热、镇痛、抗炎的作用。  相似文献

为研究中草药千里光(Senecio scandens Buch.-Ham)超微粉的镇痛机制,为千里光镇痛剂的开发利用提供参考依据,本研究以6周龄昆明小鼠为试验动物,制备千里光超微粉混悬液,设千里光超微粉高(360 mg/kg体重)、中(180 mg/kg体重)、低(90 mg/kg体重)剂量组,以灌胃方式连续给药7 d后进行后续相关试验,通过甲醛致痛模型和热浴甩尾法验证其镇痛作用并用以区分中枢镇痛和外周镇痛作用,通过纳洛酮颉颃试验、利血平颉颃试验及对小鼠血清和脑组织中五羟色胺(5-HT)和一氧化氮(NO)浓度的检测等方法来探究其中枢镇痛和外周镇痛机制。结果显示,千里光超微粉能提高甲醛致痛模型和热浴甩尾法中小鼠的痛阈值,且呈剂量-效应关系;纳洛酮和利血平分别作为阿片受体阻断剂和抗去甲肾上腺素能神经末梢药,可部分颉颃千里光超微粉的镇痛作用;千里光超微粉可显著提高脑组织5-HT的浓度,降低血清中5-HT的浓度(P<0.05),但对于脑组织和血清中NO的浓度调节效果不明显。结果表明,千里光超微粉具有中枢性和外周性镇痛作用,其镇痛途径与阿片受体存在一定关系,可通过抑制囊泡膜对递质去甲肾上腺素(NE)的主动摄取过程而间接发挥镇痛作用;还可通过升高中枢NO和5-HT的浓度及降低外周NO和5-HT的浓度来发挥其镇痛作用,但对于NO的浓度调节效果不明显。  相似文献

氟尼辛葡甲胺对大鼠小鼠的抗炎镇痛作用研究   总被引:1,自引:2,他引:1  
氟尼辛葡甲铵盐是一种动物专用的非甾体抗炎药,具有镇痛和解热功能,但抗炎是其主要功效。本试验通过对鸡蛋清诱导的大鼠踝关节炎性肿胀模型和冰醋酸所致小鼠疼痛扭体反应来研究其抗炎镇痛效果。与对照组相比,FM高中低各剂量组(0.55、1.1、2.2 m g/kg)对大鼠足关节炎症均有显著的对抗作用(P<0.05,P<0.01),呈明显的量效关系。高剂量组(2.2m g/kg)抗炎功效明显优于吲哚美辛组(2.25 m g/kg)和地塞米松组(2.52 m g/kg)。中剂量组(1.1 m g/kg)作用堪比吲哚美辛,而低剂量组(0.55 m g/kg)稍逊于地塞米松。与同类对照药双氯芳酸钠(16.25 m g/kg)和安乃近(32.5 m g/kg)相比,结果显示FM(2.5 m g/kg)对小鼠扭体抑制作用最强,抑制率高达82.69%。  相似文献

Analgesic activity and respiratory effects of butorphanol in sheep   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The analgesic drug butorphanol tartrate has proved useful clinically in horses and dogs but its analgesic profile had not yet been investigated in sheep. This study was initiated to determine the thermal and mechanical antinociceptive activity of butorphanol (at the dose rates 0.05, 0.1 and 0.2 mg kg-1) in sheep. The drug produced significant analgesia in the thermal test system, the duration of which was dose related but no significant elevation in mechanical pressure thresholds could be detected. In a further set of experiments the dose rate was increased to 0.4 mg kg-1 and mechanical testing was repeated. There was still no clinically significant elevation in pressure thresholds. At a dose rate of 0.2 mg kg-1 the drug had no detectable effect on respiratory blood gas tensions. Behavioural changes were severe if a dose rate of 0.2 mg kg-1 was exceeded.  相似文献

Objective

To evaluate analgesic efficacies of morphine and butorphanol in lame broiler chickens.

Study design

Double blind, randomized, controlled experimental study.

Animals

In study 1, 36 lame and 36 sound chickens. In study 2, 48 lame and 48 sound chickens.

Methods

Sound and lame chickens were gait scored and randomly assigned into four groups: sound-drug, sound-placebo, lame-drug, and lame-placebo in study 1. In study 2, an additional lame and sound handling control group was included. Chickens in drug groups were injected with either morphine or butorphanol 2 mg kg?1 intravenously. Chickens in placebo groups were injected with an equal volume of normal saline. All birds underwent an obstacle course (OC) and latency-to-lie (LTL) test before injection and at 30 minutes and 2 hours after injection, to assess their walking ability and their standing ability. The time taken to finish the OC and the standing time in the LTL test were recorded. Friedman tests with Dunn’s correction were used to identify significant differences.

Results

Lame chickens finished the OC faster (mean ± standard deviation 36 ± 8 c.f. 69 ± 18 seconds) after the injection of butorphanol. Morphine caused sedation with an increase in time taken to finish the OC, even in sound chickens. In the lame handling control and placebo groups the OC times increased and the LTL times decreased with each observation.

Conclusion

Intravenous butorphanol (2 mg kg?1) may be analgesic in chickens for up to 2 hours. Morphine caused sedation.  相似文献

为了研究炎消热清(AEE)的镇痛作用及其可能的机制,采用热板法和扭体法考察AEE的镇痛效果,并观察热刺激下二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(DDC)、氟哌啶醇(Hal)、L-色氨酸(L-Trp)、赛庚啶(CYP)等药物对AEE镇痛作用的影响,用紫外分光光度法测定了热刺激所致疼痛小鼠全脑中的前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量。结果表明,AEE可明显减少醋酸扭体试验中小鼠的扭体次数,降低热刺激小鼠疼痛反应;可显著降低热刺激所致疼痛小鼠全脑中PGE2的含量和二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠对痛觉的敏感度,与氟哌啶醇之间存在明显的协同效应,与L-色氨酸和赛庚啶之间拮抗效应显著。说明AEE具有明显的镇痛作用,镇痛机制可能与其降低小鼠全脑中的PGE2含量以及增加去甲肾上腺素(NE)的含量、阻断多巴胺(DA)受体有关。  相似文献

广藿香对冰醋酸所致小鼠扭体疼痛模型的镇痛作用研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
旨在研究广藿香对冰醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应的抑制作用,确定广藿香的镇痛作用。将24只小鼠随机分为广藿香低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组和对照组,采用灌胃给药方式,分别给予0.25、0.5、1.0g/(kg·BW)广藿香及生理盐水;给药后,各组小鼠灌胃20%冰醋酸溶液,观察并记录各组小鼠的体态变化以及扭体次数,并计算镇痛率。结果表明,给予20%冰醋酸溶液后,高剂量组小鼠的腹痛症状较轻,低剂量组小鼠的腹痛症状较为严重,抽搐明显;高剂量组小鼠的扭体次数极显著低于对照组(P〈0.01),中、低剂量组小鼠的扭体次数显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);高剂量组的镇痛百分率最高(36.73%),低剂量组的镇痛百分率最低(14.45%)。广藿香对冰醋酸所致的小鼠扭体反应具有抑制作用,表现出良好的镇痛作用,且镇痛作用呈现一定的量效关系。  相似文献
