芽孢乳酸菌是一种内生孢子的活菌制剂,与其他益生菌相比具有更好的抗逆性、稳定性、耐热性、易保存等特性。芽孢乳酸菌既可以产乳酸又能产生芽孢,具有乳酸菌和芽孢杆菌的双重优势。因此,芽孢乳酸菌是一种优质的微生态制剂,能够在水产养殖中有更好的应用前景。本文主要是对芽孢乳酸菌在水产养殖的应用及其机制做综述,并对芽孢乳酸菌发展前景及存在的问题作探讨。 相似文献

应用益生菌所制成的微生态制剂是近年发展起来的一种新型绿色饲料添加剂.它可提高健康水平及生产性能,同时具有对动物无毒、无害和无残留等特点.益生菌的促生长效果受多种因素影响,如:动物生理状态、饲料加工工艺、菌株组成及定植能力、温度、pH和活菌的保存时间等.其中,芽孢杆菌、酵母菌和乳酸菌是应用最多的微生物添加剂菌种.芽孢杆菌由于其抗逆性,比其他益生菌具有更多的优点,因而芽孢杆菌的研究开发与应用受到人们广泛的重视.试验主要针对在饲料加工过程的高温,饲料中添加的各种抗生素等药物及胃肠道中酸度等因素对饲用合生素中芽孢杆菌活菌的影响而进行. 相似文献

Lactic acid bacteria play an essential role in the food industry in the manufacture of many fermented products (cheese, yogurt, fermented vegetables, etc.). Application of these organisms is now being extended to the area of health improvement, as their probiotic activities become known. Probiotics are defined as viable microorganisms that exert a beneficial effect on the health of the host when they are ingested in sufficient quantity. Lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria isolated from the human intestine are the most common probiotics used for human consumption. The development of new probiotics with new beneficial effects is eagerly awaited in the food industry. This review introduces Lactococcus, which are one of the genera of lactic acid bacteria and are mainly isolated from dairy products and fermented vegetables, as new probiotics, focusing especially on Lactococcus lactis H61, which improves skin status in Japanese women with oral intake of heat‐killed or live cells. The deduced mechanisms associated with the beneficial effects of strain H61 are also discussed. 相似文献

The aim of molecular methods in food microbiology is the identification or strain specific differentiation of microorganisms. Identification methods include besides taxonomic purposes also the detection of virulence genes or resistance markers. Strain specific differentiation is used for epidemiological investigations or the quality control of technologically used bacteria. Probiotic strains of the Lactobacillus acidophilus-group were investigated with different molecular methods: for identification proteinfingerprinting and RAPD-PCR (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA-PCR) were applied, for strain specific differentiation pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) and again RAPD-PCR were used. The molecular methods applied should be chosen depending on the objective (identification, differentiation) and with respect to the organism to be tested. In case of probiotic lactic acid bacteria like the L. acidophilus-group proteinfingerprinting has proved to be successful for identification and with some limitation also RAPD-PCR. For differentiation PFGE is suitable as well as RAPD-PCR. Those methods differ substantially in their work load and in personal requirements, and show different power of discrimination and reproducibility within and between laboratories. This should be considered while choosing the appropriate method. 相似文献
