刚到波音时，我的目标很简单，让这群人活得好一点，全年的奖金能超过饲料贸易中心(集团公司最好的一个单位)，很快目标达到了，又很快饲料贸易中心不复存在了，近几年，我的思想开始挣扎，既然接了波音就不应该让他平庸的活着，对于我们所处的时代，所立足的行业，波音应该有独特的价值。而这些年，预混合饲料生产企业受到行业内对高利润和诚信度的质疑，
