报道了美洲鳗( Anguilla rostrata )白仔对水蚯蚓( Tubifex sp )、卤虫( Artem ia sp )和鱼卵三种饵料的选择性、消化率及摄食后的生长情况。试验结果表明,美洲鳗白仔对上述3 种饵料的选择性明显不同:水蚯蚓> 卤虫> 鱼卵。从其对3 种饵料的消化率及生长情况来看,水蚯蚓和卤虫对美洲鳗白仔的饲养效果较好,而鱼卵的饲养效果则较差。  相似文献

A 2 × 3 factorial design was used to reevaluate the dietary protein requirements and to determine the optimum dietary protein to energy (P/E) ratios in Japanese eel, Anguilla japonica, reared in the recirculating system. For each of two experiments, six experimental diets (45P16, 45P17, 45P19, 50P16, 50P17, and 50P19) were formulated and prepared to contain two protein levels (45 and 50%) and three energy levels (16, 17, and 19 kJ/g diet) at each protein level. In the first experiment, glass eel of initial weight 0.1 ± 0.02 g (mean ± SD) were used, while the second experiment was conducted with juvenile eel of initial weight 15.0 ± 3 g (mean ± SD). The first and second experimental periods were 6 and 16 wk for the glass and juvenile eel, respectively. At the end of the first experiment, there were no protein, energy, and their interaction effects. Also, there were no significant differences in weight gain (WG), specific growth rate (SGR), feed efficiency (FE), and protein efficiency ratio (PER) for glass Japanese eel fed all diets. Although there were no significant differences in growth parameters of glass eel fed all experimental diets, these parameters were higher for fish fed 50P16 than for fish fed the other diets. For the second experiment, there were significant protein effects on WG, SGR, and PER (P < 0.05). However, there were neither significant energy effects nor protein and energy interaction effects on WG, SGR, FE, and PER. Fish fed 45P19 had a higher WG, SGR, and PER than did fish fed 45P16, 50P16, and 50P19 (P < 0.05). However, there were no significant differences in growth parameters among fish fed 45P16, 45P17, 50P16, 50P17, and 50P19 and among those fed 45P17, 45P19, and 50P17. These results may indicate that the optimum dietary protein requirement and the P/E ratio could be 44.3% and 24.1 mg protein/kJ (45P19), respectively, in juvenile Japanese eel, based on WG, SGR, and PER.  相似文献

为了揭示温度和氨氮浓度对红螯螯虾(Cherax quadricarinatus)耗氧率(RO)与排氨率(RN)的影响,采用单因素实验设计和密闭流水法分析了不同温度和氨氮浓度条件下,3种规格红螯螯虾(小规格为S组、中规格为M组和大规格为L组) RO和RN的变化规律。结果显示,温度对红螯螯虾RO和RN影响显著(P<0.05),在温度为15℃~35℃时,RO随温度升高而增加,35℃时,红螯螯虾的RO达到最大值;其中,S组的RO为0.777 mg/(g·h),显著大于其他2个组(P<0.05)。红螯螯虾RN随温度升高呈先上升后下降的趋势,30℃时达到最大值;其中,S组的RN为0.061 mg/(g·h),显著大于其他2个组(P<0.05)。温度对红螯螯虾的氧氮比(O/N)值有显著影响(P<0.05)。氨氮浓度对红螯螯虾的RO和RN影响显著(P<0.05),在氨氮浓度为0~16 mg/L时,二者均随氨氮浓度的上升呈先上升后下降的趋势;当氨氮浓度为8 mg/L时,红螯螯虾的RO达到最大值,S、M和L组RO值分别为0.663、0.332和0.195 mg/(g·h);当氨氮浓度为12 mg/L时,RN达到最大值,S、M和L组RN值分别为0.123、0.049和0.034 mg/(g·h),且显著高于其他处理组(P<0.05)。氨氮浓度对3种规格红螯螯虾的O/N值均有显著影响(P<0.05)。不同温度条件下,红螯螯虾RO和RN的Q10变化范围分别为1.102~3.361和0.346~3.417,且分别在25℃~30℃和30℃~35℃时达到最小。  相似文献

为了研究温度对四角蛤蜊耗氧率和排氨率的影响,设置了5个温度梯度(12、17、22、27和32℃)进行试验。结果表明:12℃到27℃的温度范围内,四角蛤蜊的耗氧率随温度升高而升高,在27℃时达到最大值。在试验设定的温度范围内,随着温度的升高,排氨率不断升高。耗氧率和排氨率与水温的关系分别符合三次线性关系。  相似文献

试验在密闭(盐度25.1,pH 7.9~8.1)条件下进行,溶氧量和氨氮量分别采用Winkler法和纳氏试剂法测定。分析不同规格海蜇耗氧率和排氨率时,得出体质量(m)与伞径(D)的关系式为:m=0.0003D2-0.0007D+0.0427,r2=0.9913。幼蜇伞径从7 mm到35 mm,其耗氧率(OCR)和排氨率(AER)均随着伞径的增大而不断降低,分别经回归分析得到曲线:OCR=0.0063D2-0.3531D+6.1533,r2=0.9751和AER=0.4221D2-26.585D+518.83,r2=0.9587。光照影响试验结果表明:各组别光照下的耗氧率、排氨率均显著大于黑暗条件(P<0.01)。分析结果表明,只有20℃和25℃耗氧率差异不显著(P>0.05),而其余各温度间的耗氧率差异均显著(P<0.05);15℃与25℃,20℃与25℃之间排氨率差异不显著(P>0.05),而升温至30℃时,幼蜇代谢明显加快,尤其是排氨率上升较快,与其余各温度间的排氨率差异均极显著(P<0.01)。对幼蜇在光照和黑暗条件下的窒息点进行了测定,发现溶氧小于0.45 mg/L时,试验所采用的伞径为15 mm的幼...  相似文献

研究了不同盐度对克氏原螯虾幼虾耗氧率和排氨率的影响.试验用虾体长(3.13±0.30) cm,体质量(1.82±0.21) g.25 ℃条件下,试验设置盐度0、2、4、6、8、10、12七个梯度.结果表明,试验范围内,盐度为2时,克氏原螯虾幼虾的耗氧率与排氨率最低,表明幼虾对盐度调节的等渗点约为2.随着盐度升高,幼虾的耗氧率和排氨率上升,Tukey HSD test发现,对照组、2、4、6盐度组的耗氧率、排氨率差异不明显.盐度超过0~6时,幼虾的耗氧率、排氨率影响与对照组相比差异显著.  相似文献

Growth, feed conversion, and nutrient retention efficiencies of African catfish fingerling, Clarias gariepinus (5.22 ± .07 cm; 8.22 ± 0.03 g), fed diets with varying levels of protein were assessed by feeding seven casein/gelatin based isocaloric (17.62 kJ/g GE) experimental diets with graded levels of dietary protein (20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, and 50% of the diet) to triplicate groups of fish to apparent satiation for eight weeks. Effects of feeding these diets on live weight gain (LWG%), feed conversion ratio (FCR), protein efficiency ratio (PER), protein retention efficiency (PRE%), and energy retention efficiency (ERE%) were assessed. Maximum LWG% (867%), PER (2.01), highest PRE (32%), ERE (69%), best FCR (1.39), and maximum body protein were recorded in fish fed diet containing 35% protein. On the basis of the second-degree polynomial regression analysis of the above response variables, it is recommended that the inclusion of protein in the range of 34.4%–39.6% is optimum for maximizing growth potential, feed conversion, and nutrient retention in African catfish fingerling, Clarias gariepinus.  相似文献

为了解盐度对泥蚶(Tegillarca granosa)生理活动的影响,探究其昼夜活动节律,在室内实验条件下,控制水温25℃,采用静水养殖法,以耗氧率和排氨率分别作为呼吸和排泄的生理指标,研究了20、24、28、30、32共计5个盐度梯度下泥蚶的呼吸和排泄强度,同时对泥蚶在光照条件和暗处理下的呼吸与排泄强度进行了测定。结果发现,泥蚶耗氧率和排氨率随着盐度的升高均先上升、后下降,耗氧率为0.33~0.48 mg/(g?h),排氨率为0.044~0.067 mg/(g?h);泥蚶在盐度28的环境下呼吸和排泄强度最高,且不同盐度下耗氧率之间、排氨率之间差异显著(P<0.05)。暗处理下泥蚶的耗氧率在0.42~0.53 mg/(g?h),排氨率在0.049~0.057 mg/(g?h);光照条件下泥蚶的耗氧率在0.40~0.44 mg/(g?h),排氨率为0.042~0.051 mg/(g?h);暗处理条件下呼吸与排泄强度比光照条件下的更高,但2种状态下耗氧率、排氨率差异均不显著(P>0.05);表明实验条件下泥蚶对光照和暗处理反应不明显,即泥蚶不存在明显的昼夜节律现象。  相似文献

The olive flounder Paralichthys olivaceus is one of the most commercially important fish species in Korea. In order to formulate better diets for cultured olive flounder we evaluated the optimum dietary protein requirements for larval, fry and juvenile olive flounder, and the optimum dietary protein to energy ratio for juvenile olive flounder. Results of four separate experiments suggested that the optimum dietary protein requirements were 60% in larvae (0.3 g), 46.4–51.2% in 4.1-g juvenile, and 40–44% in 13.3 g growing olive flounder. The optimum dietary protein to energy ratio based on weight gain, feed efficiency, specific growth rate, and protein retention efficiency was 27–28 mg protein/kJ 2 energy (35 and 45% CP for diets containing 12.5 and 16.7 kJ energylg diet, respectively).  相似文献

采用静水法测定了温度和盐度对两种规格甲虫螺(Cantharus cecillei)耗氧率和排氨率的影响.结果显示,(1)温度、规格均对甲虫螺的耗氧率和排氨率有显著影响(P<0.05),但其二者的交互作用对甲虫螺的耗氧率和排氨率没有显著影响(P>0.05).当温度为12-24℃时,甲虫螺的耗氧率和排氨率随温度的升高而逐渐增加,温度为24℃时,达到最高值.之后随着温度的继续升高,各组耗氧率和排氨率均有明显的下降.在温度为12-28℃条件下,大规格组(A组)甲虫螺的单位体重耗氧率和排氨率均小于小规格组(B组).当温度为12-28℃时,甲虫螺的氧氮比值O/N比值范围在8.17-17.31之间.温度为20℃和24℃时,各实验组均有最大的O/N比值.温度升至28℃时,O/N比值明显下降.(2)盐度、规格对甲虫螺的耗氧率和排氨率有显著影响(P<0.05),但其二者的交互作用对甲虫螺的耗氧率和排氨率没有显著影响(P>0.05).当盐度为20-30时,两种规格甲虫螺的耗氧率和排氨率随盐度的升高而逐渐增加,盐度为30时,达到最高值.之后随着盐度的继续升高,各组耗氧率和排氨率均有明显的下降.在盐度为20-40条件下,大规格组(A组)甲虫螺的单位体重耗氧率和排氨率均小于小规格组(B组).当盐度为20-40时,甲虫螺的O/N比值范围在10.80-22.71之间.盐度为30时,各实验组均有最大的氧氮比值,盐度升至35和40时,氧氮比值明显下降.研究表明,甲虫螺生存的最适温度为24℃,最适盐度为30.以期为甲虫螺的人工繁殖以及贝螺混养技术提供科学的依据.  相似文献

水温18.5~20℃下,采取实验生态学方法,测定了10、15、20、25、30和35盐度下3种规格[干质量(0.220±0.000)、(0.489±0.002)g和(0.899±0.002)g]可口革囊星虫的耗氧率和排氨率。试验结果表明,盐度、规格均显著影响可口革囊星虫的耗氧率和排氨率(P0.05)。在盐度10~25时,3种规格可口革囊星虫的耗氧率和排氨率均随盐度增加而增大,盐度25时达到峰值后,随着盐度增大而减小。耗氧率和排氨率与盐度呈一元二次函数关系:y=ax~2+bx+c。在相同盐度下,可口革囊星虫的耗氧率和排氨率随体质量的增大而显著减小(P0.05),且耗氧率和排氨率与干质量符合y=amb模型。盐度10~35时,可口革囊星虫的氧氮比值为5.947~25.246,表明可口革囊星虫主要由蛋白质和脂肪提供能量。  相似文献

为研究温度和盐度对加州扁鸟蛤耗氧排氨的影响,设置5、10、15、20、25℃5个温度梯度和12、17、22、27、32共5个盐度梯度,研究温度和盐度对加州扁鸟蛤耗氧排氨的影响。结果表明,耗氧率随着温度的升高先升后降,在20℃达到最大值,4.411mg/(g·h);排氨率除在10~15℃偏低外,整体呈现升高趋势。在盐度32,温度5~25℃,耗氧率和排氨率之比(O∶N)为2.352~4.296mg/(g·h),15℃达最大值。在水温13℃时,盐度范围12~32,耗氧率和排氨率都随着盐度的升高而增加,32时达到最大值,O∶N为2.780~21.600。研究结果为进一步完善加州扁鸟蛤的人工养殖技术提供参考。  相似文献

为研究饵料投喂量对不同规格光裸方格星虫(Sipunculus nudus Linnaeus)呼吸代谢的影响,采用实验生态学方法,研究了不同螺旋藻(Spirulina platensis)投喂量(5、10、15、20和25 mg/L)对3种规格[小(S)(1.58±0.48)g、中(M)(4.90±1.06)g和大(L)(7.96±0.94)g]光裸方格星虫耗氧率和排氨率的影响。结果显示,饵料投喂量对耗氧率和排氨率均影响显著(P0.05),饵料投喂量和规格的交互作用对光裸方格星虫耗氧率和排氨率影响极显著(P0.01)。当饵料投喂量达到15 mg/L时,3组规格光裸方格星虫的耗氧率和排氨率均出现显著下降。光裸方格星虫耗氧率和排氨率均随着饵料投喂量增加而明显降低,且与饵料投喂量呈一元三次函数关系:y=ax~3+bx~2+cx+d。对于耗氧率,a值的范围为0.003~0.033,b值的范围为–1.698~–0.053,c值的范围为–1.805~18.873,d值的范围为–15.675~79.940。对于排氨率,a值的范围为0.0003~0.004,b值的范围为–0.172~–0.003,c值的范围为–0.326~1.972,d值的范围为3.634~14.008。光裸方格星虫耗氧率和排氨率均随着体重增加表现出曲线增加的规律。耗氧率与体重呈指数函数关系:y=ae~(bx),a值的范围为8.082~20.934,b值的范围为0.217~0.270;排氨率与体重呈幂函数关系:y=ax~b,a值的范围为1.441~3.598,b值的范围为0.521~0.747。光裸方格星虫的氧氮比(O/N)范围为1.26~10.60。研究表明,高浓度饵料投喂量会对光裸方格星虫的呼吸代谢产生负作用,当饵料投喂量达到20 mg/L时,光裸方格星虫的耗氧率和排氨率波动较大且显著下降。  相似文献

Plasma and liver composition, liver enzyme activities, and metabolite flux in isolated hepatocytes have been studied in immature American eels,Anguilla rostrata, injected daily IP with saline or cortisol (0.35 mg/kg eel). Plasma cortisol values were significantly increased above saline controls in those eels receiving cortisol at 3h and 6h following the final (tenth) injection. On day 6 and 10 of injection plasma cortisol levels were significantly below saline controls 24h following cortisol injection. Plasma glucose values were significantly depressed in the cortisol-injected eels at both 6 and 24h following the final (tenth) injection. At the 24h sampling time, plasma protein had significantly increased, but there was no change in either plasma amino acid or fatty acid levels. An increased hepatosomatic index was attributed to a major increase in total lipids, as both protein and glycogen contents were decreased. Of the liver enzymes assayed, significant activity changes occurred only for lactate dehydrogenase (decreased), mitochondrial citrate synthase (increased) and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase (increased) 24h following the final (tenth) cortisol injection. Although enzyme activity changes implied increased liver gluconeogenesis, the absolute rate of lactate, alanine, and aspartate incorporation into glucose declined in viable hepatocytes isolated from cortisol-injected eels compared to the saline controls. Relative changes in metabolite flux did support a preferential increase in gluconeogenesis from amino acids. These results are consistent with the increase in amino acid gluconeogenesis as a result of cortisol administration implied in previous studies, but failed to show a definitive cortisol effect on this pathway in the eel liver. It is suggested that other hormones (e.g. thyroxine, catecholamines, glucagon) may interact in a complex way with cortisolin vivo to bring about the biochemical changes observed in this study. The rapid clearance of exogenously injected cortisol noted in this study makes causal relationships between the injected hormone and any observed metabolic effect in the intact animal difficult.  相似文献

在水温24-26℃下,采用室内实验生态学方法,研究了5000 lx光照强度和黑暗对壳长为(63.53±1.22) mm(S组)、(75.87±1.50) mm (M组)和(92.75±3.02) mm (L组)番红砗磲(Tridacna crocea)氧、氨氮及活性磷酸盐代谢的影响.结果显示,光照条件下,番红砗磲释放氧气,吸收氨氮和活性磷酸盐.黑暗条件下,番红砗磲代谢状况与其他双壳贝类类似.番红砗磲个体代谢率与规格密切相关:光照条件下个体越大,产氧率、对氨氮和活性磷酸盐吸收率越高;黑暗条件下,个体越大,耗氧率、对氨氮和活性磷酸盐释放率亦越高.光照条件下,番红砗磲软体部单位干重代谢率与其个体规格呈负相关,个体越大,单位干重的产氧率、氨氮和活性磷酸盐的吸收率越小.实验首次量化了不同光照条件下番红砗磲对氧、氨氮及活性磷酸盐的吸收和排泄状况,结果可为研究番红砗磲在珊瑚礁生态系统中的作用提供依据,对砗磲人工养殖也具有一定的参考.  相似文献

Shrimp were grown under ideal management conditions during two distinct seasons of the year at stocking densities used most often in Honduras with the objective of evaluating the usefulness of high protein diets. A randomized design in 2 × 2 factorial arrangement was used to test a diet composed of either 20 or 40% crude protein in earthen ponds that were stocked with juvenile Penaeus vannamei at 5 to 11/m2. The study was repeated during wet and dry seasons. Dietary protein level had no significant effect ( P > O .05) on survival, yield, or average weight of shrimp at either density during either season. Higher stocking rates yielded significantly greater shrimp production during both seasons. Mean shrimp weight in high density ponds was significantly lower than mean shrimp weight in low density ponds during the wet season, but there was no significant weight difference because of stocking density during the dry season. Mean survival was significantly lower at the higher stocking rate during the dry season. Net income was negative during the dry season, particularly at the high stocking density. Mean production was 240% greater in the wet season than in the dry season. Diets offered P. vannamei stocked at 5 to 11/m2 should contain no more than 20% protein, regardless of season. Higher dietary protein levels increase costs and waste nitrogen without resulting in greater shrimp yields. The high stocking density might increase profitability in the wet season, but long term sustainable production may be more feasible at lower stocking rates because of reduced nutrient wastes.  相似文献

Abstract A 3 × 3 factorial experiment was conducted using three strains of channel catfish Ictalurus punctatus, USDA102, USDA103, and Mississippi normal (MN), and three concentrations of dietary protein. Three practical diets were formulated to contain 25, 35, or 45% crude protein with digestible energy/protein ratio of 10.0, 8.1, or 6.8 Kcal/g, respectively. Juvenile channel catfish (mean initial weight: 15.1 g/fish) were fed the experimental diets twice daily to approximate satiation for 8 wk. Regardless of dietary protein concentration, the USDA 103 strain consumed more feed, gained more weight, and converted feed more efficiently than other two strains. The MN strain consumed less feed and gained less weight than the other strains. Regardless of the strain of channel catfish, differences in weight gain, feed consumption, and feed conversion ratio were observed among fish fed diets containing various levels of protein with the 35% protein diet being the best. Neither dietary protein concentration nor strain had significant effect on fillet protein level. Data pooled by fish strain showed that fish of MN strain had lower fillet fat and higher moisture than fish of other two strains. Data pooled by dietary protein showed that fish fed the 45% protein diet had a lower level of fillet fat than fish fed the 35% protein diet, but this did not appear to be a strain effect, rather it was a result of decreased feed consumption. Results from this study clearly demonstrate that per formance of the USDA103 strain of channel catfish was superior to other strains tested. The growth characteristics of the USDA103 strain of channel catfish make the strain a promising candidate for commercialization. However, data are needed on performance of the strain from fingerling to marketable size under conditions similar to those used for the commercial culture of channel catfish prior to their release to the catfish industry.  相似文献

The effects of 17α -methyltestosterone (MT) treatment and withdrawal on relative daily gain (RDG), protein gain (PG), productive protein value (PPV), and maximum efficient protein gain (MEPG) of juvenile rainbow trout fed practical diets varying in protein to metabolizable energy (P:ME) ratio were examined over an 18 week period. Two commercially available practical feeds with additions of dextrin and codliver oil were used to formulate diets containing 48% and 32% protein at approximately 320 kcal ME/100 grams with and without 2.0 mg MT/kg of dry diet. MT treated fish were fed hormone supplemented diets for 10 weeks (Phase 1) and hormone free diets for the final eight weeks (Phase 2) of the experiment. Control fish were fed hormone free diets for 18 weeks. MT treatment increased all growth and efficiency factors of fish during Phase 1. The increase in MEPG values due to MT treatment was more pronounced for fish fed the diet containing 48% protein than for fish fed the diet containing 32% protein. Hormone withdrawal reduced growth and efficiency values of fish to below the level of controls during Phase 2. Greater declines occurred for MT treated fish fed the diet containing 32% protein. No difference was observed between final mean RDC, PG, and MEPG values of fish initially fed MT and control fish calculated for the entire 18 weeks. Hormone withdrawal negated MT stimulated increases in empty carcass (EC) fat and whole body (WB) protein and decreases in EC and WB water contents that occurred in Phase 1. EC ash content was increased due to MT treatment and remained high through the period of withdrawal.  相似文献
