吡虫啉对番茄幼苗根系活力及生理生化指标的影响   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
本论文以70%吡虫啉水分散粒剂为研究药剂,以番茄为研究试材,通过室内盆栽法研究了不同剂量的吡虫啉对番茄植株生长量的影响,以及对番茄体内过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和番茄根系活力进行了测定。结果表明70%吡虫啉水分散粒剂分别以有效成分用量1.0、1.5、2.5、3.0mg/株和5.0mg/株5个剂量处理番茄幼苗,在处理后30d测定番茄展开叶片数、株高、主根长、地上和地下部分鲜重,随着药剂浓度的增加,各测定指标呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势,其中以2.5mg/株剂量影响最大,与清水对照比差异显著。测定不同浓度的吡虫啉处理番茄后30d叶片及根系中CAT、SOD的活性和根系活力,结果表明不同剂量的吡虫啉均对番茄叶片和根系的CAT、SOD活性和根系活力有一定的影响,其效应并不是随药剂浓度的增加而增加,与清水对照比以2.5mg/株剂量各生理指标活性增加最大,超过2.5mg/株的剂量有下降趋势。  相似文献

番茄黄化曲叶病毒(tomato yellow leaf curl virus, TYLCV)是一种由烟粉虱传播的单链环状DNA病毒, 在田间可与多种病毒发生复合侵染, 如番茄褪绿病毒(tomato chlorosis virus, ToCV)等?本文对比了TYLCV单独侵染和TYLCV与ToCV复合侵染对烟粉虱获取和传播TYLCV的影响?结果表明, 与取食TYLCV单独侵染的番茄相比, 取食复合侵染番茄的烟粉虱对TYLCV的传毒率显著提高, 且番茄植株和烟粉虱体内TYLCV的病毒积累量也显著提高?试验结果说明复合侵染会提高烟粉虱的传毒率, 促进TYLCV的发生与流行?  相似文献

为了降低吡虫啉在香蕉果实中的残留风险,探索减量使用方法,在香蕉蓟马防控窗口期,试验比较了70%吡虫啉水分散粒剂(WG)与9种低毒药剂对黄胸蓟马的防效,并进行了该吡虫啉制剂的不同稀释倍数及与不同药剂组合使用对蓟马的防治试验。结果表明:9种对比药剂中,22.4%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂(SC)3 000倍液,20%氟啶虫酰胺SC 2 000倍液和60 g/L乙基多杀菌素SC 1 500倍液的防效最好,达80%以上,与70%吡虫啉WG 3 000倍液的防效差异不显著。70%吡虫啉WG 5 000倍药液的防效为85.7%,与1 500倍药液和3 000倍药液的防效差异不显著,但显著高于7 000倍药液的防效。70%吡虫啉WG的5 000倍液分别与2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂(EW)的1 500倍液、60 g/L乙基多杀菌素SC的1 500倍液、25%噻虫嗪WG的2 000倍液和70%啶虫脒WG的5 000倍液组合使用,4种不同药剂组合处理的防效均达81.4%以上,与施用2次70%吡虫啉WG 5 000倍液的防效差异不显著。通过科学选择替换吡虫啉的药剂,合理使用70%吡虫啉WG的剂量,在香蕉蓟马防控窗口期...  相似文献

 本研究运用 MEGA 7.0 进行多序列比对并构建系统进化树,利用实时荧光定量 PCR(qRT-PCR)分析SlAGO1在番茄组织中的表达水平及接种TYLCV后的防御响应;通过沉默番茄八氢番茄红素脱氢酶基因SlPDS,建立‘矮番茄'沉默体系,采用 qRT-PCR 分析SlAGO1在沉默后对TYLCV表达的影响。系统进化树结果显示SlAGO1a/b(SlAGO1)氨基酸序列同源性极高,暗示其为同一个基因在染色体上的多个拷贝;qRT-PCR分析表明,SlAGO1在花、叶中显著表达,且受TYLCV的诱导表达;VIGS沉默SlAGO1后接种TYLCV侵染性克隆,植株表现出明显的病毒症状,qRT-PCR分析显示病毒含量显著高于对照,表明SlAGO1在番茄植株抗病毒中发挥重要作用。研究结果可为番茄抗病毒机制研究及番茄抗病毒育种奠定基础。  相似文献

DNA of tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV), a geminivirus transmitted by the whitefly Bemisia tabaci, was amplified from squashes of infected tomato plants and of viruliferous vectors using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Samples of infected tissues as small as 1 mm2 were squashed onto a nylon membrane. A 1 × 2 mm strip containing the squash was introduced into a 25 µl PCR reaction mix. The reaction products were subjected to gel electrophoresis, blotted and hybridized with a radiolabeled virus-specific DNA probe. TYLCV DNA was amplified from squashes of leaves, roots, and stem of infected tomato and from individual viruliferous whiteflies. The same squash could be used several times to amplify different virus DNA fragments with various sets of primers. Thus plant and insect squashes can be used as templates for the amplification of geminiviral DNA with no need to prepare tissue extracts or purify nucleic acids. The squash-PCR procedure was applied to study whitefly transmission of TYLCV. Tomato plants were inoculated by placing a single viruliferous insect in the center of a young leaflet. In some plants TYLCV DNA was detected at the site of inoculation as early as 5 min after the beginning of the access feeding and in all plants after 30 min. The squash-PCR procedure also was applied to the study of TYLCV acquisition by the insect vector. TYLCV DNA was detected in the head of whiteflies as early as 5 min after the beginning of the access feeding on infected tomato plants. Viral DNA was detected in the thorax after 10 min and in the abdomen after 25 min.  相似文献

不同剂型吡虫啉在烟叶和土壤中的残留及消解动态   总被引:1,自引:2,他引:1  
采用高效液相色谱检测技术,于2010—2011年开展了吡虫啉可溶液剂、可湿性粉剂、微乳剂和颗粒剂4种常见剂型的不同施药剂量、不同施药次数和采收间隔期的田间试验,研究了不同剂型吡虫啉在烟叶和土壤中的残留降解规律与最终残留量。结果表明,在3个添加水平(0.01~5 mg/kg)、5次重复下,鲜烟叶、干烟叶和土壤中吡虫啉的平均回收率和相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为85.6% ~89.3%,5.0% ~5.7%;85.0% ~88.3%,3.5% ~5.0%;84.1% ~91.5%,3.4% ~8.0%;符合农药残留检测要求。吡虫啉最小检出量(LOD)为0.3 ng(S/N=3),最低检测浓度(LOQ)分别为:鲜烟叶0.01 mg/kg,干烟叶0.03 mg/kg,土壤0.01 mg/kg。由于推荐剂量不同,不同剂型农药在烟叶上的原始沉积量有较大差别,可溶液剂、可湿性粉剂、微乳剂和颗粒剂4种剂型的吡虫啉降解速率均较快,半衰期分别为5.7~6.6、3.1~3.7、5.0~5.1和10.5~11.4 d。在不同处理的干烟叶中,吡虫啉残留量有明显差异,根据国际烟草科学合作研究中心(CORESTA)的指导性残留限量为5 mg/kg,建议大田喷雾施药的3种剂型(可溶液剂、可湿性粉剂和微乳剂)安全间隔期为14 d,移栽期穴施的颗粒剂安全间隔期为70 d。  相似文献

利用吡虫啉种子包衣技术防治麦蚜是我国小麦主产区一项重要的防控措施,目前对麦蚜的防控效果评价主要集中在自然混合种群上,对室内种群尤其是麦无网长管蚜的研究报道较少。为了明确吡虫啉种衣剂对单一蚜虫种类的影响,本文利用吡虫啉悬浮种衣剂处理的小麦苗接种4种蚜虫,分别于3、6和9 d后检查死亡率。并采用生命表方法评价种衣剂处理对麦无网长管生长发育、繁殖和种群生命参数的影响。结果表明:种衣剂处理小麦苗接种的4种蚜虫,3 d后死亡率大小依次为禾谷缢管蚜麦长管蚜麦二叉蚜麦无网长管蚜,6 d后禾谷缢管蚜和麦长管蚜全部死亡;9 d后麦二叉蚜全部死亡,但麦无网长管蚜死亡率仅为10.3%。生命表结果表明:麦无网长管蚜大部分个体在种衣剂处理麦苗上可以完成整个世代周期,但其生长发育延缓,存活率、寿命和繁殖力显著下降,内禀增长率(r_m)、周限增长率(λ)、净生殖率(R_0)显著降低,平均世代周期(T)显著延长。研究结果进一步证实吡虫啉包衣处理对麦长管蚜、禾谷缢管蚜、麦二叉蚜具有很好的防治效果,但对麦无网长管蚜防效较差。  相似文献

The tomato zonate spot virus (TZSV) is responsible for substantial yield losses in vegetables, tobacco and other cash crops in China in recent years. The western flower thrips, Frankliniella occidentalis (Pergande) (Thysanoptera, Thripidae), is the main vector of TZSV in Yunnan Province. Because controlling the population of insect vectors is the most efficient way to prevent epidemics of viral diseases, we conducted laboratory assays to assess the potential of using spirotetramat as an alternative to imidacloprid in controlling F. occidentalis. Our results demonstrated that spirotetramat was significantly more lethal than imidacloprid to F. occidentalis at different concentrations. The LC30, LC50 and LC90 values of spirotetramat were all much lower than those of imidacloprid after the same time of treatment. Frankliniella occidentalis was more sensitive when treated with spirotetramat than imidacloprid at the concentrations of 500, 250, 125 and 62.5mg/L, and the median lethal concentrations (LC50) were 285.53, 82.24 and 11.19mg/L at 12, 36 and 72 hours after treatment, respectively. Spirotetramat caused 100% mortality of F. occidentalis at 500 and 250 mg/L after 48 hours treatment, and at the lowest concentration 125 mg/L at 72 hours after treatment, respectively. Field experiments carried out elsewhere have confirmed our findings. Together they allow us to conclude that spirotetramat is a promising pesticide for the control F. occidentalis in China.  相似文献

The kinetics of the hydrolysis of imidacloprid were studied at different pH values and under various temperatures. Imidacloprid was found to be stable in acidic and neutral water, but readily hydrolysed in alkaline water. The main hydrolysis product was found to be 1-[(6-chloro-3-pyridinyl)methyl]-2-imidazolidone, and a mechanism for its formation is proposed. © 1999 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

 A new leave disease of tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Miller) was observed in polyethylene film-covered greenhouse in Beijing, China. This disease spreaded rapidly in the greenhouse and caused serious loss of the production of tomatoes. In the study, a fungal strain isolated from the lesion was confirmed to be pathogen for this new disease, and identified as Myrothecium roridum Tode ex Ft. based on the morphology, cultural characters on PDA plate and sequence analysis of ribosomal DNA-ITS. This is the first report of myrothecium leaf spot on tomato occurring in commercial greenhouse in China.  相似文献

Myzus persicae is a well known aphid pest, which can transport plant viruses to plants of the nightshade/potato family, namely the Solanaceae, and other food crops. Our aim was to explore the effects of imidacloprid combined with synergistic agents (Beichuang and Jiexiaoli) on Myzus persicae. Different concentrations of imidacloprid combined with synergistic agents were used to treat M. persicae. Biological activity of M. persicae was analyzed under indoor conditions, and the control efficiency of the admixture was determined through field experiments. The penetration rate of the admixture on tobacco leaf and M. persicae was analyzed, and the liquid surface tension and contact angle was measured. Imidacloprid combined with Beichuang and Jiexiaoli showed significant synergistic effects with high control efficacy. Beichuang and Jiexiaoli significantly improved the penetration of imidacloprid into the cuticle of tobacco leaves and the insect body wall. The surface tension and contact angles were abated by synergists. The combination of imidacloprid with Beichuang and Jiexiaoli showed a significant synergistic effect, which can be used for decreasing the dosage of imidacloprid and improving its long-term control efficacy.  相似文献

Two groups of eight honey bee colonies were fed with two different concentrations of imidacloprid in saccharose syrup during summer (each colony was given 1 litre of saccharose syrup containing 0.5 microg litre(-1) or 5 microg litre(-1) of imidacloprid on 13 occasions). Their development and survival were followed in parallel with control hives (unfed or fed with saccharose syrup) until the end of the following winter. The parameters followed were: adult bee activity (number of bee entering the hive and pollen carrying activity), adult bee population level, capped brood area, frequency of parasitic and other diseases, mortality, number of frames with brood after wintering and a global score of colonies after wintering. The only parameters linked to feeding with imidacloprid-supplemented saccharose syrup when compared with feeding with non-supplemented syrup were: a statistically non-significant higher activity index of adult bees, a significantly higher frequency of pollen carrying during the feeding period and a larger number of capped brood cells. When imidacloprid was no longer applied, activity and pollen carrying were re-established at a similar level for all groups. Repeated feeding with syrup supplemented with imidacloprid did not provoke any immediate or any delayed mortality before, during or following the next winter, whereas such severe effects are described by several French bee keepers as a consequence of imidacloprid use for seed dressing in neighbouring cultures. In any case, during the whole study, mortality was very low in all groups, with no difference between imidacloprid-fed and control colonies. Further research should now address several hypotheses: the troubles described by bee keepers have causes other than imidacloprid; if such troubles are really due to this insecticide, they may only be observed either when bees consume contaminated pollen, when no other sources of food are available, in the presence of synergic factors (that still need to be identified), with some particular races of bees or when colonies are not strong and healthy.  相似文献

A laboratory experiment was performed to study the persistence of imidacloprid from two formulations (Confidor 200 g litre-1 SL and Gaucho 700 g kg-1 WS), and its metabolism in three different soils (Gangetic alluvial soil of Kalyani, lateritic soil of Jhargram and coastal alkaline soil of Canning) of West Bengal following application at 0.5 kg and 1.0 kg AIha-1. Dissipation of imidacloprid in soil followed first-order kinetics and DT50 values ranged from 28.7 to 47.8 days. The shortest half-lives (28.7 and 35.8 days) were observed in the lateritic soil of Jhargram for both liquid and powder formulations. The formation of two metabolites of imidacloprid, imidacloprid-urea and imidacloprid-olefin, was first detected on day 30 of degradation at 28 (+/- 1) degrees C in all three soils.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The aim of the present work was to synthesise novel amphiphilic chitosan–co‐(D,L‐lactide) (chitosan–PLA) copolymers and to study the formation of pesticide‐loaded polymeric submicron particles. These copolymeric submicron particle systems are expected to be potential candidates for applications in pesticide delivery. RESULTS: The chemical structures of the copolymers were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Imidacloprid as a lipophilic model pesticide can be incorporated into chitosan–PLA submicron particles by nanoprecipitation and the emulsion/solvent evaporation method. Size, the size distribution, the imidacloprid loading content (LC) and the imidacloprid release behaviour were investigated. CONCLUSION: Conjugation of PLA to chitosan was shown to be an available method for the preparation of submicron particles for lipophilic pesticide delivery. The imidacloprid‐loaded submicron particles showed a sustained release process. As the mass ratio of copolymer to imidacloprid increased, the submicron particles size and LC decreased. The chitosan–PLA submicron particles could be useful as pesticide carriers for imidacloprid delivery systems. Copyright © 2011 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

Susceptibilities of UK and mainland European samples of Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood) to the neonicotinoid insecticide imidacloprid were investigated over a 7 year period. All 24 strains collected between 1997 and 2003 showed similar baseline levels of susceptibility to that of a known susceptible laboratory strain when exposed to a diagnostic concentration (128 mg L(-1)) of formulated imidacloprid. Two samples collected during 2004, one from the UK and one from The Netherlands, demonstrated reduced susceptibility at this concentration. Using dose-response assays, the presence of resistant individuals was disclosed in both these strains; some individuals were unaffected at doses high enough to induce phytotoxic effects. This report represents the first confirmed cases of neonicotinoid resistance inducing control failures in T. vaporariorum, and highlights a need for careful vigilance to sustain the effectiveness of imidacloprid and related neonicotinoid insecticides.  相似文献

Tomato leaf curl Bangalore virus (ToLCBaV), a monopartite begomovirus transmitted by the whitefly Bemisia tabaci, has become a major constraint in tomato production in the Indian subcontinent. Earlier breeding efforts in India led to the adoption of tomato cultivars carrying the resistance gene Ty-2. However, it has been observed recently that such cultivars/hybrids are susceptible to begomoviruses. This requires the identification of additional or new sources of resistance against ToLCBaV. The present study was undertaken to assess the effectiveness of several Ty genes in providing resistance against infection by ToLCBaV. The kinetics of virus multiplication in different Ty resistance gene stocks of tomato were estimated and compared using quantitative PCR data. Accumulation of viral genomic units and symptom severity were lower in tomato lines carrying Ty-3 and Ty-2 + Ty-3 compared with those carrying Ty-2 alone. All tested lines carrying Ty-2 showed typical tomato leaf curl disease symptoms. Tomato lines carrying Ty-2 + ty-5 and ty-5 + Ty-6 combinations had a significantly higher disease severity index and viral genomic units compared to those carrying Ty-3 and Ty-2 + Ty-3 at 30 days postinoculation. The accumulation level of ToLCBaV genomic units serves as a good indicator for resistance selection along with other parameters of disease. We present here a comprehensive overview of the effectiveness of Ty-2, Ty-3, and ty-5 alone as well as the combinations Ty-2 + Ty-3 and Ty-2 + ty-5 against ToLCBaV.  相似文献
