农业技术的有效推广是提高农业生产率的关键所在,随着"互联网+"时代的到来,信息技术与农业技术推广的结合成为了新的趋势。采用文献计量分析法,对我国"互联网+"农业技术推广研究现状进行了分析。从关于"互联网+"农业技术推广必要性的探索、关于"互联网+"农业技术推广意义和作用的探索、在技术层面对"移动互联网+"农业技术推广的探索和实践以及对"移动互联网+"农业技术推广的成效评价四个方面回顾分析了国内有关"互联网+"农业技术推广的研究和进展情况。结果表明:我国对此方面的研究还不够,文献资料存量偏少,已有研究对基本情况的掌握不充分,研究力量还有待加强,应增加对于成效的定量分析。  相似文献

The rostral migratory stream (RMS) is the main pathway by which newly born subventricular zone cells reach the olfactory bulb (OB) in rodents. However, the RMS in the adult human brain has been elusive. We demonstrate the presence of a human RMS, which is unexpectedly organized around a lateral ventricular extension reaching the OB, and illustrate the neuroblasts in it. The RMS ensheathing the lateral olfactory ventricular extension, as seen by magnetic resonance imaging, cell-specific markers, and electron microscopy, contains progenitor cells with migratory characteristics and cells that incorporate 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine and become mature neurons in the OB.  相似文献

The neocortex of the brain develops from a simple germinal layer into a complex multilayer structure. To investigate cellular interactions during early neocortical development, whole-cell patch clamp recordings were made from neuroblasts in the ventricular zone of fetal rats. During early corticogenesis, neuroblasts are physiologically coupled by gap junctions into clusters of 15 to 90 cells. The coupled cells form columns within the ventricular zone and, by virtue of their membership in clusters, have low apparent membrane resistances and generate large responses to the inhibitory neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid. As neuronal migration out of the ventricular zone progresses, the number of cells within the clusters decreases. These clusters allow direct cell to cell interaction at the earliest stages of corticogenesis.  相似文献

Calorie restriction (CR) increases life span in yeast independently of Sir2. Lamming et al. (Reports, 16 September 2005, p. 1861) recently proposed that Sir2-independent life-span extension by CR is mediated by the Sir2 paralogs Hst1 and Hst2. Contradictory to this, we find that CR greatly increases life span in cells lacking Sir2, Hst1, and Hst2, which suggests that CR is not mediated by Sir2, Hst2, or Hst1.  相似文献

Heparan and chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans (HSPGs and CSPGs, respectively) regulate numerous cell surface signaling events, with typically opposite effects on cell function. CSPGs inhibit nerve regeneration through receptor protein tyrosine phosphatase sigma (RPTPσ). Here we report that RPTPσ acts bimodally in sensory neuron extension, mediating CSPG inhibition and HSPG growth promotion. Crystallographic analyses of a shared HSPG-CSPG binding site reveal a conformational plasticity that can accommodate diverse glycosaminoglycans with comparable affinities. Heparan sulfate and analogs induced RPTPσ ectodomain oligomerization in solution, which was inhibited by chondroitin sulfate. RPTPσ and HSPGs colocalize in puncta on sensory neurons in culture, whereas CSPGs occupy the extracellular matrix. These results lead to a model where proteoglycans can exert opposing effects on neuronal extension by competing to control the oligomerization of a common receptor.  相似文献

The neuron-specific protein GAP-43 is associated with the membrane of the nerve growth cone and thus may be important to the activity of this distinctive neuronal structure. Transient transfection of COS and NIH 3T3 cells with appropriate vectors resulted in expression of GAP-43 in these non-neuronal cells; as in neurons, transfected GAP-43 associated with the membrane. In addition, many long fine filopodial processes extended from the periphery of such transfected cells. Stable CHO cell lines expressing GAP-43 also exhibited processes that were more numerous, far longer, and more complex than those of CHO cell lines not transfected or transfected with control plasmids. Thus GAP-43 may directly contribute to growth cone activity by regulating cell membrane structure and enhancing extension of filopodial processes.  相似文献

Taguchi et al. (Reports, 20 July 2007, p. 369) reported that mice heterozygous for a null mutation in insulin receptor substrate-2 (Irs2) display a 17% increase in median life span. 八红优256是2004年审定通过的第一代高大韧水稻品种。为了充分发挥该品种的优良种性,于2012年对该品种进行了大面积的栽培技术示范,重点开展该品种在桂中地区的辐射推广工作。在桂中和桂南地区,各设立两个品种栽培技术示范点,早晚稻各示范面积23.33 km2。在桂中的9个县区强化开展新品种的辐射推广工作。比较和分析八红优256桂中和桂南在早稻和晚稻的示范与推广中稻谷产量的差异。试验结果揭示,八红优256在桂中南地区一般产量7800—8400kg/hm2,作早稻和作晚稻栽培产量差异不显著,在桂中和在桂南地区栽培产量差异也不显著。说明八红优256是桂中和桂南地区典型的早晚兼用型品种,具有较广环境适应性,采取科学的栽培技术方法可以获得高产或超高产。研究结果重新验证了八红优是广适性、早晚稻兼用型、易栽培的高产优质高大韧稻品种。  相似文献

为改变贵港市淮山品种单一的局面,探索提高旱地资源利用效率的途径,首次引进淮山桂淮5号机沟栽培技术,进行熟地、荒地的桂淮5号机沟栽培及机沟与人工对比试验。结果表明,桂淮5号适宜在贵港市旱地推广种植,667m2产可达3 174 kg;桂淮5号如配合机沟栽培技术,取得节省人工增产增收的显著效果。  相似文献

Kessler et al. (Reports, 21 January 2011, p. 312) reported that methane released from the 2010 Deepwater Horizon blowout, approximately 40% of the total hydrocarbon discharge, was consumed quantitatively by methanotrophic bacteria in Gulf of Mexico deep waters over a 4-month period. We find the evidence explicitly linking observed oxygen anomalies to methane consumption ambiguous and extension of these observations to hydrate-derived methane climate forcing premature.  相似文献
