The oxidation of alpha-tocopherol (TH) in beef was analyzed using a stable isotope dilution capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry assay. TH decreased while alpha-tocopherolquinone (TQ) and 2,3-epoxy-alpha-tocopherolquinone (TQE(2)) increased in ground longissimus lumborum (LL) and psoas major (PM) muscles during storage (P < 0.10). In LL steaks, the relative concentrations of TH decreased and TQ and TQE(2) increased in surface samples; changes were less dramatic in deep samples. Deuterated alpha-tocopherolhydroquinone (THQ) standard was not recovered and endogenous THQ was not detected in meat; THQ was measurable in microsomes isolated from PM and incubated in the presence of 2, 2'-azobis(2-amidopropane)HCl (ABAP) or myoglobin. ABAP-challenged microsomes yielded a tocopherol product profile which favored 5, 6-epoxy-alpha-tocopherolquinone (TQE(1)) and TQE(2), while the use of myoglobin as prooxidant resulted in a higher proportion of TQ and THQ. Results demonstrated that concentrations of TH decreased and TQ and TQE(2) increased in meat during storage and are consistent with the peroxy-radical scavenging function of tocopherol.  相似文献

基于足迹家族原理,构建了由生态压力、温室气体(GHGs)排放、水资源压力构成的资源环境压力评价指标体系,并应用于四川省的资源环境压力评价。结果表明,1990—2013年四川省人均生态足迹增加109.57%,生物承载力变化不大,生态压力由中下(Ⅱ_a)升至很高(Ⅲ_b)等级;林业碳汇提高32.01%,GHGs排放虽保持较低(Ⅰ_b)等级,但其排放指数增高了234.97%;水足迹增速很小,水资源压力很低(Ⅰ_a);全省资源环境压力由很低(Ⅰ_a)升为中下(Ⅱ_a)。空间上,生态压力很低(Ⅰ_a)的是甘孜和阿坝,广元为中上(Ⅱ_b),成都、自贡和攀枝花等其余19市(州)很高(Ⅲ_b);GHGs排放状况,攀枝花很高(Ⅲ_b),内江较高(Ⅲ_a),乐山中上(Ⅱ_b),眉山中下(Ⅱ_a),甘孜、雅安和阿坝为碳汇(Ⅰ_a),成都、自贡和泸州等其余14市(州)均属较低(Ⅰ_b)等级;水资源压力方面,自贡、遂宁、眉山、内江和资阳很高(Ⅲ_b),成都较高(Ⅲ_a),泸州和达州为中上(Ⅱ_b),德阳为中下(Ⅱ_a),宜宾和攀枝花较低(Ⅰ_b),甘孜、阿坝和广安等其余10州(市)很低(Ⅰ_a);资源环境压力状况,阿坝、甘孜、雅安和广元很低(Ⅰ_a),凉山和绵阳较低(Ⅰ_b),广安、巴中和南充为中下(Ⅱ_a),宜宾、德阳、乐山和达州为中上(Ⅱ_b),泸州、资阳和成都较高(Ⅲ_a),遂宁、攀枝花、眉山、自贡和内江很高(Ⅲ_b)。研究表明,四川省的资源环境压力主要归因于较高的生态压力。今后的生态文明建设中,除了严守耕地生态红线以确保耕地生产力外,还要通过大力发展水电以优化能源消费结构,以及加强森林保育以提高碳汇潜力。  相似文献

Changes in soil properties and vegetable growth were quantified on a low-fertility tropical soil. Four treatments (two composts, urea, and control) were applied to an Oxisol (Rhodic Haplustox, Wahiawa series) in a field on Oahu, Hawaii. Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa, Chinensis group) and eggplant (Solanum melongena) were grown sequentially as test crops. Soil quality as measured by hot-water-soluble carbon, dehydrogenase activity, and cation exchange capacity (CEC) increased by compost amendments. Total organic carbon or carbon dioxide (CO2) respiration rate did not correlate with the soil amendments. Nitrogen (N) nutrition was the main factor that improved growth and carotenoid content in cabbage. The urea treatment promoted better growth in cabbage, whereas good-quality compost, made of grass clippings/tree trimmings, lime, and rock phosphate yielded better growth in eggplant, suggesting organic N requires time to mineralize and to be available to crops.  相似文献

Chromium (Cr) is an essential element, but the content of this element in many foodstuffs, including breakfast cereals, is still unknown. For this reason, the Cr content in different types of commercially available breakfast cereals in Spain (n = 36) was determined by GFAAS following acid mineralization using HNO(3)-H(2)SO(4)-HClO(4). On validation, the method yielded a recovery rate of 99 +/- 1.08%. Results indicated that breakfast cereals are rich in Cr, with contents ranging between 0.09 +/- 0.04 and 0.55 +/- 0.08 microg.g(-)(1) and a mean content of 0.23 +/- 0.12 microg.g(-)(1). Consumption of breakfast cereals by children and adolescents in Spain could supply a Cr intake of 6.9 microg/d, i.e., 3.45-13.8% of the ESSADI and 19.72% of the RDI.  相似文献

The esterification reaction of geraniol with acetic acid catalyzed by Novozym was studied in supercritical ethane (sc-ethane) and in supercritical carbon dioxide (sc-CO(2)). Water activity (a(W)) had a very strong effect on enzyme activity, with reaction rates increasing up to a(W) = 0.25 and then decreasing for higher a(W). Salt hydrate pairs could not prevent changes in a(W) during the course of reaction but were able to control a(W) to some extent and had a beneficial effect on both initial rates of esterification and conversion in sc-ethane. The enzyme was more active in sc-ethane than in sc-CO(2), confirming the deleterious effect of the latter already observed with some enzymes. Temperatures between 40 and 60 degrees C did not have a strong effect on initial rates of esterification, although reaction progress declined considerably in that temperature range. For the mixture of 50 mM acetic acid plus 200 mM geraniol, 100% conversion was achieved at a reaction time of 10 h at 40 degrees C, 100 bar, an a(W) of incubation of 0.25, and a Novozym concentration of 0.55 mg cm(-)(3) in sc-ethane. Conversion was below 50% in sc-CO(2) at otherwise identical conditions. With an equimolar mixture of the two substrates (100 mM), 98% conversion was reached at 10 h of reaction in sc-ethane (73% conversion in sc-CO(2)).  相似文献

以22 a定位试验为基础,在黄土高原旱地研究了长期施用氮磷化肥,对不同种植体系土壤有效硫在剖面上分布与累积状况。结果表明,在60-80 cm土层各处理出现第一个累积峰,累积峰值为:玉米-小麦(2 a) 糜子轮作27.07 mg/kg,豌豆-小麦(2 a) 糜子轮作25.42 mg/kg,小麦(2 a) 糜子-玉米轮作24.23 mg/kg,豌豆-小麦(2 a) 玉米轮作22.61 mg/kg,小麦连作16.56 mg/kg,红豆草-小麦(2 a)轮作15.14 mg/kg;在120-180 cm土层又出现有效硫的第二个累积峰,累积峰值为:小麦(2 a) 糜子-玉米轮作34.20 mg/kg,豌豆-小麦(2 a) 糜子轮作32.16 mg/kg,豌豆-小麦(2 a) 玉米轮作31.00 mg/kg,红豆草-小麦(2 a)轮作30.32mg/kg,玉米-小麦(2 a) 糜子轮作29.16 mg/kg,小麦连作26.22 mg/kg。0-200 cm土层有效硫总累积量玉米-小麦 糜子轮作高达559.64 kg/hm2,其次是小麦 糜子-玉米轮作为538.88 kg/hm2,豌豆-小麦 糜子轮作为514.34 kg/hm2,豌豆-小麦 玉米轮作为489.58 kg/hm2,小麦连作为432.75 kg/hm2,红豆草-小麦轮作最小为423.68 kg/hm2。长期施用磷肥是不同种植体系有效硫在土壤中发生累积的主要因素,有效硫在土壤剖面上有向深层迁移的趋势。不同作物对硫的吸收利用差异和不同种植方式对有效硫的累积与分布产生影响。  相似文献

Disposal of chromium(Cr) hexavalent form,Cr(VI),in soils as additions in organic fertilizers,liming materials or plant nutrient sources can be dangerous since Cr(VI) can be highly toxic to plants,animals,and humans.In order to explore soil conditions that lead to Cr(VI) generation,this study were performed using a Paleudult(Dystic Nitosol) from a region that has a high concentration of tannery operations in the Rio Grande do Sul State,southern Brazil.Three laboratory incubation experiments were carried out to examine the influences of soil moisture content and concentration of cobalt and organic matter additions on soil Cr(VI) formation and release and manganese(Mn) oxide reduction with a salt of chromium chloride(CrCl 3) and tannery sludge as inorganic and organic sources of Cr(III),respectively.The amount of Cr(III) oxidation depended on the concentration of easily reducible Mn oxides and the oxidation was more intense at the soil water contents in which Mn(III/IV) oxides were more stable.Soluble organic compounds in soil decreased Cr(VI) formation due to Cr(III) complexation.This mechanism also resulted in the decrease in the oxidation of Cr(III) due to the tannery sludge additions.Chromium(III) oxidation to Cr(VI) at the solid/solution interface involved the following mechanisms:the formation of a precursor complex on manganese(Mn) oxide surfaces,followed by electron transfer from Cr(III) to Mn(III or IV),the formation of a successor complex with Mn(II) and Cr(VI),and the breakdown of the successor complex and release of Mn(II) and Cr(VI) into the soil solution.  相似文献

采用野外调查、取样和室内实验分析相结合的方法,研究了川西米亚罗林区9种林分类型林地土壤养分特征。结果表明:(1)9种林分类型土壤pH均小于5.6,属于酸性土壤;林地土壤有机质含量大小顺序为:冷杉林(FF)>40a云杉—落叶松林(D)>70a云杉林(F)>40a云杉林(C)>灌木林(SF)>桦木林(BF)>40a落叶松林(B)>25a云杉—落叶松林(A)>55a云杉林(E);冷杉林土壤全N含量最大,25a云杉—落叶松林最小;(2)9种林分类型中,40a落叶松林地全K含量最大,40a落叶松—云杉林土壤速效K含量最大;(3)9种林分类型中,40a落叶松林地全P含量最大,速效P含量以55a云杉林为最大;(4)9种林地中,土壤pH与土壤有机质极显著负相关,与土壤全N显著负相关;土壤有机质含量与全氮极显著正相关,与土壤有效磷和全钾显著负相关;土壤全钾和全磷分别与土壤速效钾和有效磷相关性不显著。  相似文献

Hydroxytyrosol, a natural phenolic compound obtained from olive oil byproduct, was characterized as an antioxidant in three different foodstuffs rich in fish lipids: (a) bulk cod liver oil (40% of omega-3 PUFAs), (b) cod liver oil-in-water emulsions (4% of omega-3 PUFAs), and (c) frozen minced horse mackerel ( Trachurus trachurus) muscle. Hydroxytyrosol was evaluated at different concentration levels (10, 50, and 100 ppm), and its antioxidant capacity was compared against that of a synthetic phenolic, propyl gallate. Results proved the efficiency of hydroxytyrosol to inhibit the formation of lipid oxidation products in all tested food systems, although two different optimal antioxidant concentrations were observed. In bulk oil and oil-in-water emulsions, a higher oxidative stability was achieved by increasing the concentration of hydroxytyrosol, whereas an intermediate concentration (50 ppm) showed more efficiency, delaying lipid oxidation in frozen minced fish muscle. The endogenous depletion of alpha-tocopherol and omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega-3 PUFAs) was also inhibited by supplementing hydroxytyrosol in minced muscle; however, the consumption of the endogenous total glutathione was not efficiently reduced by either hydroxytyrosol or propyl gallate. A concentration of 50 ppm of hydroxytyrosol was best to maintain a longer initial level of alpha-tocopherol (approximately 300 microg/g of fat), whereas both 50 and 100 ppm of hydroxytyrosol were able to preserve completely omega-3 PUFAs. Hydroxytyrosol and propyl gallate showed comparable antioxidant activities in emulsions and frozen fish muscle, and propyl gallate exhibited better antioxidant efficiency in bulk fish oil.  相似文献

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) has completed a survey of dioxin-like compounds (including 17 dioxin and furan (CDD/F) congeners and 12 coplanar polychlorinated biphenyl (PCBs) congeners) in dairy feeds from 10 dairy research facilities around the United States, sampling the overall mixtures and the major and minor feed components. Low levels of dioxin were found in all feed mixtures with an average concentration of 0.05 pg/g (ppt) toxic equivalent (TEQ) dry weight. This is lower than previously found in dairy feeds by about a factor of 4. While it is possible that generally lower levels of dioxins in the environment in recent years may explain this result, examinations of the data suggest that the oven drying used to prepare the wet feed samples could have resulted in a loss of dioxins from the feed materials. The percentage of the total TEQ due to CDD/Fs was about four times that of PCBs. Leafy vegetations in the feed (the silages and the hays) had concentrations about twice as high as nonleafy, protected vegetation of the feeds (the ground or meal corn, cottonseed, and others). Minor components did not significantly influence the final feed mixture concentration of dioxin TEQ. However, in one of the feed mixtures, a minor component with a high concentration of 38.5 ppt TEQ effectively doubled the concentration of the overall feed mixture.  相似文献

Barley (Hordeum vulgare L. cv. Martin) plants grown in solution culture, were exposed to increasing cadmium (Cd) concentration (0, 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 μM) for a duration of 12 days. The sequence of important biochemical steps of nitrate (NO3) assimilation were studied in roots and shoots as a function of external Cd concentration. Cadmium uptake in roots and shoots increased gradually with Cd concentration in the medium. This Cd accumulation lowered substantially root and shoot biomass. The nitrate reductase (NR, EC 1.6.6.1) and nitrite reductase (NiR, EC 1.6.6.4) activities declined under Cd stress. Concurrently, tissue NO3 contents and xylem sap NO3 concentration were also decreased in Cd‐treated plants. These results suggest that Cd could exert an inhibitory effect on the assimilatory NO3 reducing system (NR and NiR) through a restriction of NO3 availability in the tissues. We therefore examined, in short‐term experiments (12 h), the impact of Cd on NO3 uptake and the two reductases in nitrogen (N)‐starved plants that were pretreated or not with Cd. It was found that Cd induced inhibition of both NO3 uptake and activities of NR and NiR, during NO3 induction period. The possible mechanisms of Cd action on NO3 uptake are proposed. Further, in Cd‐grown plants, the glutamine synthetase (GS, EC 6.3.1.2) showed a decreasing activity both in shoots and roots. However, increasing external Cd concentration resulted in a marked enhancement of glutamate dehydrogenase (NADH‐GDH, EC 1.4.1.2) activity, coupled with elevated levels of ammonium (NH4 in tissues. On the other hand, the total protein content in Cd‐treated plants declined with a progressive and substantial increase of protease activity in the tissues. These findings indicate that under Cd stress the usual pathway of NH4 assimilation (glutamine synthetase/glutamate synthase) can switch to an alternative one (glutamate dehydrogenase). The changes in all parameters investigated were concentration‐dependent and more marked in roots than shoots. The regulation of N absorption and assimilation by Cd in relation to growth and adaptation to stress conditions are discussed.  相似文献

The reaction between lactoperoxidase (LPO) and H(2)O(2) in the presence of bovine serum albumin (BSA), beta-lactoglobulin, or casein was investigated for the formation of protein radicals by freeze-quench electron spin resonance (ESR) and by the formation of the protein oxidation product, dityrosine. The presence of BSA resulted in a dramatic change after 1 min of reaction in the obtained ESR spectrum compared with the spectrum obtained for LPO and H(2)O(2) alone. Furthermore, experiments employing BSA or beta-lactoglobulin resulted in the formation of long-lived protein radicals detectable 10 min after initiation of the reaction. The presence of casein resulted in a minor change in the fine structure of the ESR spectrum after 1 min of reaction compared with LPO and H(2)O(2) alone, but no difference between the two reaction mixtures could be observed after 10 min of reaction. The formation of dityrosine could be detected in reaction mixtures containing LPO and H(2)O(2) after 1 and 10 min of incubation at 25 degrees C both in the absence and in the presence of BSA, beta-lactoglobulin, or casein. The presence of casein resulted in an increased dityrosine concentration compared with the reaction with LPO and H(2)O(2) alone. Endogenous LPO in unpasteurized milk was activated at 25 degrees C by adding 1 mM H(2)O(2). Radical species could be detected directly in the milk by freeze-quench ESR during the initial phase of the reaction, and dityrosine could be measured after 4 h of incubation. The role of LPO activity in the formation of ESR detectable radical species and dityrosine in milk was further verified in ultrahigh temperature (UHT) milk with no endogenous enzyme activity, as the formation of ESR detectable radical species and dityrosine took place in UHT milk only upon the addition of both H(2)O(2) and exogenous LPO.  相似文献

To elucidate the photochemical behavior of diphenyl ether herbicides in superficial waters, the photodegradation of acifluorfen, 5-[2-chloro-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenoxy]-2-nitrobenzo?c acid (CAS Registry No. 50594-66-6), was studied in water and acetonitrile. All experiments were carried out under laboratory conditions using a solar simulator (xenon arc) or jacket Pyrex reaction cell equipped with a 125 W high-pressure mercury lamp. The calculated polychromatic quantum efficiencies (Phi(solvent)) of acifluorfen in different solvents are as follows (units are degraded molecules photon(-1)): Phi(water) = 10(-4), Phi(acetonitrile) = 10(-4), Phi(methanol) = 10(-4), and Phi(hexane) = 10(-2). The results obtained in this work are in good agreement with the literature value of monochromatic quantum yield. HPLC-MS analysis (APCI and ESI in positive and negative modes) was used to identify acifluorfen photoproducts. These results suggest that the photodegradation of acifluorfen proceeds via a number of reaction pathways: (1) decarboxylation, (2) dehalogenation, (3) substitution of chlorine group by hydroxyl or hydrogen groups, and (4) cleavage of ether linkage, giving phenols. Photorearrangement products were studied by other investigators. No such products were observed. In addition, it was found that the trifluoro functional group on acifluorfen was not affected by any transformation, and no products of a nitro group reduction were found.  相似文献

Cadmium (Cd) contamination in soils is a serious problem for crop production in the world. Zero-valent iron [Fe (0)] is a reactive material with reducing power capable of stabilizing toxic elements in a solution. In the present study, we examined the effect of zero-valent iron [Fe (0)] application on Cd accumulation in rice plants growing in Cd-contaminated paddy soils. The application of 1.0 and 0.5 mg Fe (0) per 100 g soils significantly reduced the Cd concentration in seeds and leaves by less than 10% and 20% of those without Fe (0) application, respectively. The form of Cd in soil was determined by sequential extraction. The Fe (0) application increased the free-oxides-occluded (less available) Cd content, and decreased the exchangeable and iron-manganese-oxides-bound (more available) Cd content, in Cd-contaminated soils. Thus, this study clearly showed that the application of Fe (0) is a promising approach for remediation of Cd-contaminated paddy soils.  相似文献

The soil microbial component is essential for sustainable agricultural systems and soil health. This study evaluated the lasting impacts of 5 years of soil health improvements from alternative cropping systems compared to intensively tilled continuous cotton (Cont. Ctn) in a low organic matter sandy soil. Our previous study (phase I) evaluated soil health microbial indicators (microbial biomass, community composition and enzyme activities) during 5 years (2003-2007) when more plant residue was returned to the soil by rotating cotton (primary cash crop) with grain sorghum (secondary cash crop) with and without a rye winter cover crop (Ctn-Rye-Sg and Sg-Ctn) or with a system that involved no cash crop and returned maximum biomass to the soil (3 times residue vs Cont. Ctn) with a sorghum x sudangrass hybrid with winter rye cover (SSd-Rye). The current study (phase II) addressed what happens to the microbial component (same microbial indicators) once the management is changed to more cotton production the following 3 years (i.e., cotton was planted 2 out of 3 years in SSd-Rye and was grown for 3 years in Ctn-Rye-Sg). During the first year of phase II (2008), all plots were planted in cotton, and higher cotton yields in SSd-Rye (108–150%) corresponded to microbial trends found in the original rotations (SSd-Rye > Sg-Ctn = Ctn-Rye-Sg). In regard to microbial indicators, the most significant trends with reintroduction of cotton and increase in tillage were a reduction in fungal FAME (fatty acid methyl esters) indicators with a lower ratio of fungi to bacteria and much lower AMF (15.1 to 3.98% of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi), and less biogeochemical cycling potential of soil according to several enzyme activities (by as much as 50%). At the end of phase II (2010), Ctn-Rye-Sg and SSd-Rye were still found to have higher microbial biomass and enzyme activities (1.5 times both measurements except for phosphodiesterase) compared to continuous cotton. This study demonstrates the vulnerability of microbial communities in sandy soils, which requires agroecosystems that will support biomass incorporation (e.g., sorghum and cover crops) when possible in order to sustain essential functions and overall soil health.  相似文献

Under conditions close to those of wine, that is, low pH, aqueous medium, and low temperatures, this work describes N-(2-sulfanylethyl)-2-oxopropanamide (1), a new intermediate in the formation of 2-acetylthiazole from methylglyoxal and cysteine. 1 was characterized by MS, derivatization MS, and (1)H and (13)C NMR and was synthesized from 2-sulfanylethanamine and ethyl pyruvate. A formation pathway for 2-acetylthiazole from methylglyoxal and cysteine is proposed, in which 1 is a new intermediate in Maillard-type reactions in systems under mild conditions.  相似文献

The phytoavailability of soil phosphorus (P) depends on the different forms in which it occurs and how these forms change after the application of P fertiliser to the soil. Forms of P in the A, B and C horizons of eleven pedons that developed on mafic rocks were characterised by a fractionation method before and after fertilisation with single superphosphate, and a micropot experiment was conducted to assess the short-term use of P fertiliser by rye (Secale cereale L.). The main sources of P to the crop were (i) phosphate adsorbed on mineral surfaces and pedogenic Fe, Al or Ca phosphates in the A horizon and (ii) Ca-phosphates in B and C horizons. In the C horizons, poor in Fe/Al phases and clay, the precipitated Ca-P showed low solubility, resulting in a reduction in shoot biomass. The apparent P recovery by rye was similar in the A (36%) and B (29%) but decreased in the C (15%) horizons. The partial factor productivity (g g?1) decreased from the A (58) to B (11) and C (5) horizons. P phytoavailability decreased with increasing profile depth because the transformation of P fertiliser to poorly soluble Ca-P forms increased with depth.  相似文献

The metabolism of 3-hydroxy-3-methylindolenine (HMI), a recently discovered metabolite of 3-methylindole (3MI, skatole) produced by porcine liver microsomes, was investigated in vitro using porcine liver cytosol. HMI was rapidly metabolized to a single product, 3-hydroxy-3-methyloxindole (HMOI), by porcine cytosol. By the use of the selective inhibitors menadione and quinacrine, it was shown that the enzyme responsible for the oxidation of HMI into HMOI was aldehyde oxidase (AO; aldehyde:oxygen oxidoreductase, EC 1.2.3.1). The activity of AO in the conversion of HMI to HMOI was measured in a population of pigs (n = 30) with a wide range of 3MI levels in back fat (0.07-0.30 mg/kg). AO activity was found to be negatively correlated (r = -0.70; P < 0.001) with the level of 3MI in fat. The results of the present study suggest that AO plays an important role in the metabolism of 3MI in the pig and that its catalytic activity is related to an adequate 3MI clearance.  相似文献

为了研究生态恢复措施对草原土壤性状和土壤质量的影响,2016年在宁夏黄土高原丘陵区典型草原,以放牧草地(FM)为对照,研究了封育(FY)、水平沟(SP)和鱼鳞坑(YL)3种恢复措施对0~40 cm土壤理化性质和生物学特性的影响,评价了各措施下的土壤质量.结果表明:1)FM土壤容重最高,土壤黏粒含量、田间持水量和总孔隙度较低;FY、SP和YL措施间土壤物理性质差异不显著(P>0.05).2)土壤有机质、全氮和速效氮以FY最高,SP和YL较低;全磷与速效钾含量以FM最高,SP最低.3)土壤蔗糖酶和脲酶活性呈FY>SP>YL>FM;蛋白酶和磷酸酶呈FY草地最高,YL最低;细菌、放线菌和真菌在各处理间变化各异,微生物总量呈FY>FM≈SP>YL,但微生物生物量碳、氮呈FY>YL≈SP>FM(P<0.05):土壤因子间存在一定的相关性.4)隶属函数结合因子分析法评价的土壤质量综合得分为FY>SP>FM>YL.因此封育是最有利于研究区退化草地土壤质量恢复的措施,研究结果可以为宁夏典型草原生态建设提供理论基础.  相似文献
