白茎盐生草幼苗对干旱胁迫的响应研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用盆栽试验对白茎盐生草幼苗进行为期0d、5d、10d、15d、20d、25d的自然失水胁迫,通过生理生长指标和叶片微观结构研究白茎盐生草幼苗对干旱胁迫的响应,为干旱半干旱区水土保持和生态恢复提供理论基础。研究表明:随干旱程度的加深,土壤含水率、白茎盐生草叶片肉质化程度、叶片相对含水量明显下降,而根冠比、质膜相对透性、株高、冠幅呈现不同程度的上升趋势。对白茎盐生草叶片进行扫描电镜观察发现:随着干旱天数的增加,气孔长度、气孔宽度、气孔开度减小、保卫细胞增厚、而气孔密度变化不明显。结论:白茎盐生草幼苗通过增大根冠比和质膜相对透性,减小叶片肉质化程度、叶片相对含水量,株高和冠幅的增长量也减小,减小气孔长度、气孔宽度、气孔开度来适应干旱胁迫。  相似文献

Buffers and leaf discs of mature tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) were utilized to study [14C]-ethylene and 14CO2 evolution from radiolabeled ethephon, (2-chloroethyl)phosphonic acid. Metabolic fate of [14C]ethephon in leaf discs was investigated by use of thin-layer chromatography, high-voltage paper electrophoresis, autoradiography, and liquid scintillation spectroscopy. The evolution of labeled ethylene generally increased with increasing buffer pH, buffer volume, and dosage of [14C]ethephon. [14C]Ethylene was evolved, increasingly with time, from [14C]ethephon either added to the buffer or applied to leaf discs. The rate of [14C]ethylene evolution was maximum during the first day and leveled off on the fourth day. More than 50% of the total [14C]ethylene evolution over a 96-hr period was recovered during the first 24 hr after [14C]ethephon application. No 14CO2 was evolved when [14C]ethephon was degraded in the presence of buffer or leaf discs. Only ethephon itself, and no detectable metabolite thereof, was discovered in the methanolic extract of the leaf disc tissue. An insignificant amount of 14C activity (approximately 2% of the extracted 14C) was detected in the residue. By means of gas chromatography, it was confirmed that in buffers and tobacco leaf tissue ethephon breaks down to release ethylene but not CO2.  相似文献

在玉米拔节期对12个常用玉米自交系喷施200 mg/L的乙烯利,探讨了乙烯利对不同基因型玉米节间伸长和内源激素的影响。结果表明,乙烯利处理后,除郑58、L6M、K12、豫自87-1和8085泰5个自交系各性状与对照相比无显著差异外,其余自交系表现为株高和穗位高降低,基部第3、4、5节间长度缩短,内源激素生长素(IAA)含量、赤霉素(GA4)与脱落酸(ABA)的比值降低,ABA含量升高,且差异均达显著或极显著水平,而GA4含量无明显变化规律。不同玉米自交系的形态指标(株高、穗位高和第3、4、5节间长度)和内源激素(IAA含量、ABA含量及GA4/ABA比值)均存在很大差异,相对变化百分数从6.41%到102.64%不等。各指标均能反映出不同基因型玉米植株对乙烯利的敏感性,其中,敏感性相对较强的有昌7-2、浚928、Mo17和丹340;相对较弱的有郑58、L6M、K12、豫自87-1和8085泰。  相似文献

以黄色彩椒花仙子幼苗为试材,研究了桶栽称重控水条件下水分胁迫对彩椒幼苗生长及光合特性的影响。结果表明:1随着水分胁迫时间的延长,彩椒幼苗株高、茎粗、叶片数和叶面积呈上升趋势,但随水分胁迫程度的增强,彩椒幼苗株高、茎粗、叶片数、叶面积、根长、根体积、地上部干鲜重和地下部干鲜重明显降低,而根冠比增大。2随着水分胁迫时间的延长,彩椒幼苗叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、最小荧光(Fo)、暗适应下叶片PSⅡ的最大量子产额(Fv/Fm)和叶片PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/Fo)均呈下降趋势,而叶片PSⅡ光合性能指数(PI)和叶绿素含量升高,但随水分胁迫程度的增强,幼苗叶片叶绿素含量、Pn、Gs、Ci、Tr、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo和PI均明显下降,而Fo明显升高。3隶属函数分析结果显示,与彩椒幼苗受水分胁迫密切相关的生长指标为叶面积、根长、株高、根冠比和根体积;与光合指标密切相关的为Ci和Pn;与叶绿素荧光参数密切相关的指标为Fv/Fm、PI和Fo。轻度(75%的田间持水量)和中轻度(65%)水分胁迫对彩椒幼苗生长发育及光合特性影响较小。综合分析,75%~65%之间的田间持水量可以满足彩椒生长对水分的需求。  相似文献

This study investigates the suspected allelopathic influence of Dicranopteris linearis on the densities of five Malaysian common broad-leaved weeds ( Asystasia gangetica , Melastoma malabathricum , Ageratum conyzoides , Mimosa pudica , and Crassocephalum crepidioides ) and on five Malaysian common grasses ( Echinochloa colona , Eleusine indica , Paspalum conjugatum , Dactyloctenium aegyptium , and Chloris barbata ). The allelopathic effect of D. linearis- infested soil on the emergence and growth of these weed species also was tested. The results reveal that D. linearis strongly reduced the weed density in its vicinity. Ageratum conyzoides and E. colona, the most sensitive weed species, were not found in the D. linearis- infested area. In the greenhouse study, the D. linearis- infested soil also highly inhibited the emergence and growth of the bioassay species. The I50 of the bioassay seeds was reached when the ratio of the infested soil (IS) to uninfested soil (UIS) was 99.55:0.45%. The I50 for the fresh weight of the bioassay seedlings was 81.27:18.73%. For the height of the bioassay seedlings, the I50 was 90.40:9.60%. In this study, there was no obvious difference in the physicochemical properties between the IS and the UIS soils. However, the levels of water-soluble phenolic compounds in the IS were significantly higher than those in the UIS. Dicranopteris linearis might exert its allelopathic influence on weed density, emergence, and growth via its secretion of these phenolic compounds into the soil.  相似文献

MTB-951 is a potential mycoherbicide using a fungal plant pathogen ( Drechslera monoceras ) isolated from native Echinochloa species in Japan. Conidia of this pathogen were used as the active ingredient and its herbicidal performance was examined in a greenhouse. The efficacy of MTB-951 on Echinochloa crus-galli L. was higher in deep water (7–9 cm) than in relatively shallow water (3–5 cm). In a postemergence application, the efficacy decreased as the leaf stage of E. crus-galli proceeded between the 1 and 2.5 leaf stage. For example, the control ratio (%) of E. crus-galli was 95% when applied at the 1 leaf stage, and 72% at the 2.5 leaf stage in 5 cm water. Generally, mycoherbicidal efficacy was less when applied pre-emergence rather than postemergence. Efficacy was also influenced by the duration of submergence in deep water. For example, when water depth was kept at 5 cm for more than 7 days after application and then decreased down to 3 cm, the efficacy was high. However, when the water depth was kept at 5 cm for less than 7 days, the efficacy was low. Efficacy was lower under high temperatures (35°C/25°C, day/night) than under low temperatures (25°C/15°C, day/night). Water management, application timing and temperature are important factors on herbicidal efficacy of MTB-951 to control E. crus-galli .  相似文献

The objective of this grazing study was to determine the herbage mass, nutritive value and palatability of five grass weed species ( Eleusine indica (L.) Gaertn, Paspalum thunbergii Kunth, Digitaria ciliaris (Retz.) Koeler, Setaria glauca (L.) Beauv. and Echinochloa crus-galli (L.) Beauv. var. crus-galli ) as feeds compared with six forage cultivars ( Lolium perenne L., two Lolium multiflorum cultivars and three Echinochloa crus-galli (L.) Beauv. cultivars). The herbage mass of weed species, with the exception of S. glauca , was most prevalent in August. The total amounts of herbage mass of weed species (except E. indica ) were close to those of the Lolium cultivars, but lower than those of the E. crus-galli cultivars. During the summer, weed species (except E. crus-galli var. crus-galli ) contained favorable levels of total digestible nutrients (TDN), crude protein (CP), acid detergent fiber (ADF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and mineral contents, and exhibited adequate calcium (Ca):phosphorus (P) ratios of 1:2. All weed species had the recommended ratios of potassium (K):(Ca + [magnesium] Mg) < 2.2:1. By autumn, the summertime levels of nutritive values (TDN, CP, ADF and NDF) in the weed species had severely deteriorated, in contrast with those of the forage cultivars. However, they maintained satisfactory mineral content levels and Ca:P and K:(Ca + Mg) ratios (with the exception of E. indica with poor Ca:P ratios and E. crus-galli var. crus-galli with poor P content and Ca:P ratios). All weed species were acceptable to cattle, although there were some differences in palatability among the species.  相似文献

为探讨贺兰山野生大型真菌孢子的多样性,2012-2016年在内蒙古贺兰山南寺和哈拉乌沟两地进行取样,每个样地分别由5人从沟谷入口处进行拉网式调查,共获得4 000余份样品,经过微观形态观察和基因ITS序列比对,鉴定出8目25科69属189种大型真菌,主要对其孢子形态特征、表面特征及长宽比进行分析,得到如下结论:质量性状上,孢子形态特征和表面特征相互独立;数量性状上,大小孢子长宽比、孢子极端比和平均比均具有一致性和关联性,显示孢子数量特征的稳定性;菌种间孢子质量性状和数量性状具有很强的多样性;按照孢子多样性低、中、高分类,贺兰山野生大型真菌物种数分别为152种、26种和11种;孢子多样性分类为大型真菌鉴别、分类提供了基本依据。  相似文献

ABSTRACT The correlation between anaerobic soil conditions and increased resistance to rice blast disease has long been observed without benefit of an adequate explanation. We researched flood depth, dissolved oxygen (DO), and ethylene relative to expression of partial blast resistance in cvs. M-201, Newbonnet, LaGrue, Mars, and Cypress. Cultivar blast index (BI) and flood DO decreased with increasing flood depth. BIs were positively correlated with DO. Total leaf blast lesions were 3.4 and 3.2 times greater in cvs. M-201 and LaGrue growing in a 5.0-mul liter(-1) DO nutrient solution than when growing in a 0.1-mul liter(-1) DO solution. Treatment with 0.25 mM ethephon, which releases ethylene, lowered BIs of Newbonnet, LaGrue, and Cypress growing upland when applied drench, foliar, or foliar-drench. If flooded, BIs of ethephon-treated cultivars were decreased by drench and foliar-drench applications only. BIs of upland plants were unchanged, whereas BIs of analogous flooded plants increased following treatment with 0.31 mM aminoethoxyvinylglycine (AVG), an ethylene biosynthesis inhibitor. We hypothesize that varying anaerobic conditions mediate production of phytohormones, particularly ethylene, which modify expression of inherent partial blast resistance in these rice cultivars.  相似文献

在石羊河中游田间条件下,通过灌水和施肥调节黑果枸杞生长。测定不同时期黑果枸杞茎、叶生长量及其化学计量学特征变化,分析器官水平生长速率与化学计量学特征的关系,验证生态化学计量学理论"生长速率假说"。灌水施肥显著促进了茎长、基径和叶片长、宽及叶干重的生长(P<0.05),而茎长、基径、叶面积和叶干重的相对生长速率与对照之间无显著差异。各处理下黑果枸杞新梢C含量及C∶N、C∶P随生育期进程呈增加趋势,而N、P及N∶P呈降低趋势;灌水和施肥处理后茎C含量及C∶N、C∶P、N∶P低于对照,茎N、P含量高于对照。各处理叶片C、N、P含量在生育期内呈降低趋势,而C∶N、C∶P及N∶P呈增加趋势;灌水和施肥后叶片C含量及C∶N、C∶P、N∶P低于对照,叶片N、P含量高于对照。茎C含量及C∶N、C∶P显著高于叶片(P<0.05),而N、P含量及N∶P显著低于叶片(P<0.05)。生长速率假说认为,生物个体的生长速率与体内的N∶P、C∶P具有负相关关系,与N、P含量呈显著的正相关关系。各处理黑果枸杞茎、叶的生长速率与其N、P含量及C∶P、N∶P总体相关性不显著。表明施肥灌水调节下黑果枸杞茎叶生长及化学计量学特征不支持生长速率假说。  相似文献

为探究飞龙掌血作砧木嫁接竹叶花椒后的抗旱响应机制,以飞龙掌血、竹叶花椒实生树及两者嫁接树为研究对象,对比分析其根系特征、叶片解剖结构、光合色素及生理指标上的差异,并测定产量。结果表明:飞龙掌血1年生实生苗根系各指标均显著高于竹叶花椒;嫁接树叶片栅栏组织、海绵组织厚度相比竹叶花椒显著增加了46.57%和35.38%,栅海比和叶肉紧密度分别提高了9.24%和21.82%;与竹叶花椒相比,嫁接树叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b及类胡萝卜素的含量各显著增加了13.5%、87.3%和33.5%;同时,嫁接树叶片的SOD和POD活性相比竹叶花椒分别提高了22.1%和6.4%,MDA含量降低了4.6%;叶片各光合色素含量与栅栏组织厚度呈显著正相关关系,而MDA含量与其余指标呈显著负相关关系(除海绵组织厚度以外);嫁接树的单位投影面积产量相比竹叶花椒提高了34.1%。可见,该嫁接组合可以应用于竹叶花椒抗旱砧木的选育和推广实践。  相似文献

Light signalling is an important mechanism of plant competition during the early stages of seedling development. Far‐red‐enriched (FR‐E) light reflected from neighbouring weeds has been shown to induce the shade avoidance response leading to changes in plant morphology and increased variability in yields. In this study, the morphological and molecular changes occurring at the hypocotyl arch and primary leaf stage of soya bean development were investigated in response to FR‐E light reflected from neighbouring weeds. A reduction in the root/shoot was identified at the hypocotyl arch stage, and an increase in height was detected at the unifoliate stage of soya bean seedlings. In addition, FR‐E light induced a change in the expression profile of reactive oxygen species (ROS)‐scavenging genes. Early in seedling development, ROS‐scavenging genes were upregulated. However, this trend was reversed at later stages of development with downregulation of several ROS‐scavenging genes. These results demonstrated the rapidity of induction of the shade avoidance response and that gene expression in soya bean seedlings was dependent upon developmental stage and tissue type sampled.  相似文献

采用盆栽试验对不同土壤干旱下冬小麦幼苗生长和生理特性进行了初步研究。结果表明,幼苗株高、叶面积、叶干重、茎干重、根干重、总生物量、叶水势、叶片相对含水率均随土壤水分的减少而呈降低趋势;根冠比、叶片水分饱和亏、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、质膜透性、MDA含量以及叶片SOD、POD活性均呈增加趋势。这说明,在干旱胁迫下,冬小麦幼苗一方面通过改变生物量分配策略,较多地提高根比重,以利于根系吸水增加抗旱性;另一方面,通过改变叶片的生理特性以提高抗旱性。  相似文献

比较2个水分和3个温度梯度条件下,中国和墨西哥两种群紫茎泽兰(Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng)的形态、生物量分配和光合色素的可塑性反应,探讨两种群在幼苗阶段生长特点及入侵潜力。结果表明:(1)各温度水分处理下墨西哥种群株高、叶片数、总叶面积、总生物量、叶生物量比、叶根比、总叶绿素较高,中国种群根长、根生物量、根冠比较高。表明墨西哥种群在适宜的环境条件下比中国种群有更高的资源捕获能力,而中国种群对干旱和低温条件有更好的适应能力。(2)两种群紫茎泽兰对水分响应显著,100%水分下总叶面积、平均叶面积、总生物量、叶生物量比、叶面积比、叶根比、总叶绿素均高于50%水分条件。对温度响应显著,尤其20℃时,中国种群根长,墨西哥种群总叶面积,100%水分下平均叶面积、总生物量、叶生物量比、叶根比5,0%水分下根生物量比,均达最高值。两种群喜湿润的环境,温度20℃时生长较好。  相似文献

对山杏幼苗进行 3种施水量的水分培养和干旱处理。结果表明 :随施水量的减少 ,叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和水分利用效率等指标都随之下降 ,叶片温度提高。 40 9.2和 1 89.2 mm施水量对山杏幼苗各项指标的影响呈显著差异 ,而 40 9.2和 32 1 .2 mm之间与 32 1 .2和 1 89.2 mm之间均无差异。随土壤干旱的加剧 ,山杏幼苗叶片的蒸腾速率和水势与土壤含水量呈规律性变化 ;当干旱持续 39天时 ,1 .44%的土壤含水量可视为山杏幼苗的凋萎湿度  相似文献

Echinochloa oryzoides is a serious weed of rice worldwide and one of the most important weeds of water-seeded rice in California, USA, where resistance to most available herbicides has been detected. Developing new integrated weed management strategies that include rice suppression of E. oryzoides growth requires understanding their relative responses to resource limitation. The effects of shade on the growth, morphology and CO 2 exchange rates (CER) of E. oryzoides and rice (cv. M-202) were assessed in glasshouse and growth chamber experiments. Plants were grown at 100, 50 or 18% of full sunlight (glasshouse) or at 500 and 250 µmol PPFD m-2s-1 (growth chamber) within a completely randomized design with two factors and four replicates. Shade was imposed at 21 days after seeding (d.a.s.) (glasshouse) and at 14 d.a.s. (growth chamber). Height, leaf area, tillers, and leaf, stem, root and seed dry weights were determined for both species. CER were determined for plants in the growth chamber. Both species increased dry-matter allocation to leaves and maintained CER when subjected to low light. However, in contrast to rice, E. oryzoides maintained or increased leaf area, specific leaf area and leaf area ratio (LAR) in response to shade. E. oryzoides tiller number and seed output were reduced only at 18% sunlight. Rice lacked such adaptive ability and tiller number and seed were reduced at 50% sunlight. Shade alone may not prevent the seed production of E. oryzoides. However, E. oryzoides increased LAR at the expense of allocation to roots. Thus, for substantial E. oryzoides control, early nutrient deprivation by rice roots may be as relevant as improving rice ability to intercept light.  相似文献

在实验室条件下研究了6个不同类型的水稻品种对二化螟的抗性及其与形态学和解剖学特征的关系。结果表明,二化螟幼虫在粳稻品种辽粳294和秀水11上的存活率最低,显著地低于在超级杂交籼稻两优培九和杂交籼稻汕优63上的存活率,但超级杂交籼稻协优9308和杂交籼稻汕优10上的存活率无显著差异。60日龄时汕优63的分蘖数最多,汕优10次之,辽粳294最少。杂交水稻品种的株高显著高于普通粳稻品种,而辽粳294和汕优63的叶鞘显著短于其它品种。除协优9308与两个粳稻品种无显著差异外,其它三个杂交稻品种的叶宽和叶角均大于粳稻品种。60日龄时杂交籼稻品种两优培九叶鞘的维管束间距最宽,辽粳294的维管束间距最窄,但其维管束直径最大。辽粳294和秀水11叶鞘硅细胞的密度显著高于其它几个籼稻品种。被二化螟幼虫危害后,除汕优10叶鞘的维管束间距略有下降(-0.28%)外,其它几个品种的叶鞘维管束间距均增大,其中辽粳294增幅最大,为33.33%。而维管束直径和硅细胞密度均有不同程度的下降,其中硅细胞数下降最为明显。  相似文献

为揭示生物炭在谷子种植中的应用潜力和价值,以祥谷3号为材料,采用室内盆栽试验的方式,在土壤中添加3种不同比例的生物炭(10、50、90 g·kg~(-1)),于播种后30 d对谷子幼苗进行生物量、根系形态和地上形态及叶片光合的测定分析。结果表明:与未施用生物炭(BC0)对照相比,不同剂量的生物炭均显著改善了谷子幼苗地上和地下生物量、形态指标以及除胞间CO_2浓度以外的其他光合参数指标,且以中等剂量生物炭(50 g·kg~(-1))对谷子生长和光合指标的影响效果最为明显。与对照相比,中等剂量生物炭(50 g·kg~(-1))处理谷子幼苗地上部分和地下部分鲜重、干重分别提高了220%、181%和500%、350%,根冠比增加41.7%;谷子幼苗地下部分主根长、总根长、总根表面积、根尖数、分枝数分别提高124%、215%、323%、86.4%、279%;谷子地上部分幼苗株高、茎粗和叶面积分别提高48.28%、50%、159%;叶片相对叶绿素含量和净光合速率分别提高21.01%和167%。研究表明,生物炭添加可以改善地下根系和地上茎叶形态,改善叶片光合和根系对水分和矿质元素的吸收能力,从而促进谷子生物量的积累,可为后期产量的形成奠定基础。  相似文献

温室盆栽条件下研究了反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus、马唐Digitaria sanguinalis、稗草Echinochloa crus-galli、牛筋草Eleusine indica和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti 5种杂草对烟嘧磺隆的敏感性。结果表明:反枝苋和稗草对该药剂最敏感,而苘麻对烟嘧磺隆的耐药性最高。药液中添加2.5 mL/L的有机硅助剂Silwet L-77提高了对除马唐以外的所有草种的防除效果,表明在作用于马唐时Silwet L-77与烟嘧磺隆之间存在拮抗作用。杂草叶龄对烟嘧磺隆的药效有明显的影响,3~5叶期施药,防效高达89.9%以上,而7叶期的防效只有75%。药后1.5 h和3.0 h降水3 mm降低了烟嘧磺隆的防效,但药后6.0 h降雨对药效无显著影响。烟嘧磺隆与Silwet L-77混用,可提高药剂对反枝苋的抗雨水冲刷能力,但对马唐的效果没有提高。  相似文献
