In modern society, in order to make full use of information, enterprise not only communicates with interior, but also with the other enterprise. The old PDM (Product Data Management) system can not meet the requirement of enterprise in functions and ranges of management. To retrieve product data easily, the modern enterprises need to store product lifecycle information. At the same time, it is also necessary to expand the function of PDM, in order to share its network information, meet its requirement of collaborating design and make suppliers and partners expediently take part in the management of product data. Based on development of the PDM, this paper expatiates how to expand the old PDM for the modern enterprise.  相似文献

Vendor managed inventory(VMI) embodies the integrated idea of the supply chain management system, and it will reduce the cost of consumer and supplier if the VMI is applied successfully. The work efficiency is greatly affected because the allied suppliers must send people to the enterprise to manage inventory, implement the decision of the stock-in-trade and distill the payment for goods in the traditional VMI model. The decisions are always different because of analyzing the inventory information asynchronously between the main enterprise and the suppliers. A new VMI model based on Internet/Intranet was presented and introduced the framework,functions,the characters of technologies and hiberarchies in detail by analyzing the existing problems from the traditional VMI model. Finally the application of VMI is presented on the background of the enterprise.  相似文献

The article addresses the embeddedness of automotive production in Poland in terms of supply networks. A comprehensive analysis of more than 550 suppliers, supported by company interviews, shows that foreign‐owned producers become embedded in Poland in the automotive supplier networks they have largely created themselves. Numerous local suppliers gain access to export markets and become integrated in a Europe‐wide production system. This trend has been accompanied by significant upgrading of foreign affiliates and domestic firms in terms of product quality, cost efficiency, adaptability, and fast response, but far less in nonproduction competences such as R&D. It is argued that the competences of automotive suppliers in Poland are built upon the localized capabilities, which are a product of the dynamic interplay between the activity of foreign firms and the changing local environment comprising various stakeholders. The localized capabilities constitute elements of a company's sunk costs and are embedding automotive producers in Poland. At the same time, the dependence on decisions and innovations from abroad and the limited development of local design and brands may constrain the future role of suppliers from the semiperipheral economy of Poland.  相似文献

Focusing on the characteristics of automobile components industry, such as long-term supplier selection, large number of suppliers, various assessment index, complicated processes, and extremely strict assessment requirements, an improved supplier selection bilevel programming model for automobile components industry is established. With this model, the authors analyzed selected objectives from viewpoints of both suppliers and purchasers, assessed several selectied factors with upper and lower layer objective functions, and produced a optimal supplier selection method to achieve minimum purchasing costs. This model takes several constraints, such as technology, quality, quoted price, supply capacity and services of suppliers, into consideration, which makes the model very practical. A genetic-algorithms-based calculation method is designed, and the model is validated through a case study. Both the model and the method provide valuable support to supplier selection in the automobile components industry.  相似文献

To deal with the complexity problems of design tasks decomposition and allocation in the process of product collaborative innovation, a task decomposition model based on mapping level function, structure and task and fuzzy search and matching collaborative partners is proposed by considering the dependencies between the design tasks and the design capacity constraints of innovative subjects. Then on the basis of studying the classification and attributes of design resource, a design resources allocation model with resource use threshold is established to compensate the lack of resource allocation by the priority strategy for design tasks, and the simulation modeling for task-resource allocation based on the time colored Petri net is carried out. Finally, a product collaborative innovation design R & D case of a certain brand phone is imported to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.  相似文献

为了建立一个客观简捷的淡水产品供应商选择体系,本研究在综合国内外学者研究的基础上,结合当前中国淡水产品的供应现状,建立了包括质量、成本、配送水平、供应商能力、供应商形象等5个准则共16个指标的淡水产品供应商选择评价指标体系。然后采用DAHP(Delphi- Analysis Hierarchy Process)方法对各个指标进行评价,计算其权重,最后建立淡水产品供应商选择评价指标函数,并根据所建立的函数对3个供应商进行评价,并做出最优排序。结果表明:质量准则在淡水产品供应商选择中最为重要,而其中淡水产品的食品安全更是重中之重。采用DAHP模型对淡水产品的供应商进行评价简便实用,有很强的实际意义。  相似文献

Community-oriented collaborative design is an emergent form of collaborative product development, in which the range of collaborative partners extends to wide area community members. It is difficult to construct the organization network because the accurate features of the wide area community members are hard to access. Aiming at this problem, an organization network constructing method based on bidding mechanism is proposed. First, the bidding process based on contract net with confirmation protocol (CNCP) is presented. Then, considering the false profit declared by the bidders, a multiple rounds bidding process combined with genetic algorithm (GA) is used to get the best sub-projects allocation scheme, in which the total payment of sub-projects is minimal and the project due time is satisfied. A case analysis shows that the method can eliminate the false profit declared by the bidders and provides an operable way to construct network organization for community-oriented collaborative design.  相似文献

This article deals with the research on the features and collaborative process of independent development of key automobile parts. It generally employed concurrent engineering theory and technologies of Internet & Intranet, computer aided design (CAD), computer aided manufacturing (CAM) and product data management (PDM). Field knowledge on independent development of key automobile parts was concluded and a set of concurrent collaborative environment and key enabling supporting technologies that face the independent development of automobile body panel dies were also built up. Meanwhile it introduced the secondary development methods of knowledge based engineering (KBE) to implement the knowledge transformation of designing and manufacturing experiences for an enterprise. According to the instant demand coming from the collaborative product development of small and medium manufacturing enterprises, this paper brings out a kind of a collaborative product development service-on-demand mode based on web-service, and a framework for this service-on-demand mode are also given. According to these, this research sets up a web based collaborative product development service platform, analyzes the function structure, service flow and the main implement techniques. It is pointed that the main reasons of engineering change including the shortcoming of the product,the wrong design,the improvement of the product structure,the change of the customers' requirement,the quality of the product,the condition change of the product,etc.. All the factors and their relations related to engineering change management are analyzed. Such factors as the changing process and the product lifecycle management are discussed in detail. After analyzing the relation between engineering change management and product lifecycle management, the object of engineering change management and its difference is put forward. The basic aim of engineering change management is to develop change ratio of products with lower cost and less error. It is argued that effective product lifecycle management is fundamental to engineering change management. In supply chain management, the forms of cooperation between the manufacturer and the supplier are various, and the forms of cooperative investment in supplier's renovation, study of fresh product and founding the system of share information are important. Incomplete Contracting Approach is applied to study the property delimitating and its efficiency problems of cooperative investment the strategy of manufacturer supports the renovation of supplier in supply chain through analyzing the equilibrium of incomplete information game in the cooperative investment of manufacturer and supplier. We illustrates the fitness of the three manufacturer's strategy of supporting, which are former share investment, let profit and subsidy. The degrees that the design agent capacity matches the design task are an important factor affecting the efficiency of collaborative product innovation design. The classification and quantitative calculation of different types of design agent capacity combination is carried out after the characteristic of design agent is analyzed. An efficiency model whose goal is the shortest entire time is constructed based on the definition of task attribute,and then the solving method of efficiency model are designed based on particle swarm optimization algorithm. The collaborative product innovation design of cabin is taken as an example to prove that considering the matching agent attribute with task can shorten the design cycle and improve design efficiency.  相似文献

The collaborative levels in modem web - based product development processes are diversed in a large degree. However, current researches are lack of systematic approaches to analyze the appropriate level of the collaboration. Aiming at the problem, the collaborative levels and effecting factors are studied in the paper. First, a primary framework of the effecting factors analysis is proposed, which defines the input, output, and components of the effeeting factors analysis. Next, a collaboration hierarchy model is set up, which is constituted by message level, data level and application level. Based on the model, the effecting factors of collaboration levels are analyzed systematically from technology, organization and business aspects. Detailed indices are abstracted from these aspects and an evaluation factors set is formed systematiclly. According to the framework, hierarchy model, and the factors set, a methodology for factors evaluation and analysis is developed, which contains analytical hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and gap analysis method. The methodology has characteristics of quantitive analysis, easy to oprerate, and optimization support capability. A case study is provided to illustrate the analysis process based on the application of the methodology in a collaborative product development project of a furniture enterprise. The case study shows that the methodology can help enterprises to determine the collaboration level effectively, and can also find out the critical factors which impact the collaboration on a large extend. As a result, the develop process, working efficiency and the outcome of the collaborative project can be highly improved.  相似文献

Currently ,single point buying is implemented by more and more enterprises ,but the consequence is not satisfied. So the buying model of manufacturing industry and the concept of single point buying are discussed in this paper primarily, at the same time , the key techniques of implementing single point buying in manufacturing industry such as: the standardization of the enterprise information, the integrated evaluate system of the supplier and the standard system based on the supply chain are researched under ERP circumstances.
