In a 2 year experiment, residues in field-grown strawberries were investigated from the fungicides fenhexamid, pyrimethanil, tolylfluanid, and kresoxim-methyl resulting from different strategies, as regards the dose, number, and time of fungicide applications. Kresoxim-methyl was only used the first year and in full or no dose to control powdery mildew. In the first year, the highest concentrations analyzed were 0.66 mg kg(-1) for pyrimethanil and 0.63 mg kg(-1) for fenhexamid resulting from the use of recommended dose rates and a preharvest interval (PHI) of 10 days, thus not exceeding the Danish maximum residue limit (MRL) of 1 mg kg(-1). Tolylfluanid was used no later than 21 days before harvest, which left residue contents in the berries of 0.48 mg kg(-1), a value well below the MRL of 5 mg kg(-1). In the second year, fungicide residues found in the samples were generally lower, 0.39 and 0.03 mg kg(-1) for pyrimethanil and fenhexamid, respectively. No residues of kresoxim-methyl were found in any of the samples from the field trials, indicating that kresoxim-methyl residues had declined to a level well below the detection limit within the 28 day period between the last application and the harvest.  相似文献

Copper fungicide residues in Australian vineyard soils   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Copper (Cu) concentrations were measured in Australian vineyard soils to assess the extent and magnitude of Cu accumulation resulting from the use of Cu-based fungicides and to indicate the likely risks to long-term soil fertility. Soil samples were collected from 98 vineyards across 10 grape-growing regions of Australia and analyzed for total Cu concentrations. Ninety-six percent of vineyards surveyed had elevated Cu concentrations in soil compared to the background Cu concentrations in nearby soil in its native state. Concentrations of total B, Co, Cr, Pb, and Zn were similar to background concentrations and below reported toxicity guideline values. Cu concentrations in Australian vineyard soils were generally much lower (6-150 mg kg (-1)) than those reported in the soils of vineyards in parts of Europe (i.e., 130-1280 mg kg (-1)). Concentrations of total Cu were generally below those concentrations reported to cause lethal effects to soil invertebrates; however, Cu exceeded concentrations known to cause sublethal effects (i.e., inhibit growth, affect reproduction, induce avoidance behavior) to those (or related) invertebrates.  相似文献

A rapid, specific, and sensitive method based on the Quick Easy Cheap Effective Rugged and Safe (QuEChERS) method and a cleanup using dispersive solid-phase extraction with MgSO(4), PSA, and C18 sorbents has been developed for the routine analysis of 14 pesticides in strawberries. The analyses were performed by three different analytical methodologies: gas chromatography (GC) with electron capture detection (ECD), mass spectrometry (MS), and tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS). The recoveries for all the pesticides studied were from 46 to 128%, with relative standard deviation of <15% in the concentration range of 0.005-0.250 mg/kg. The limit of detection (LOD) for all compounds met maximum residue limits (MRL) accepted in Portugal for organochlorine pesticides (OCP). A survey study of strawberries produced in Portugal in the years 2009-2010 obtained from organic farming (OF) and integrated pest management (IPM) was developed. Lindane and β-endosulfan were detected above the MRL in OF and IPM. Other OCP (aldrin, o,p'-DDT and their metabolites, and methoxychlor) were found below the MRL. The OCP residues detected decreased from 2009 to 2010. The QuEChERS method was successfully applied to the analysis of strawberry samples.  相似文献

The effect of four sterol biosynthesis-inhibiting fungicides added to the pitching wort on the evolution of several organoleptic parameters during the primary fermentation of young lager beer was assessed. Pyrimidine (nuarimol and fenarimol) and triazole (myclobutanil and propiconazole) fungicides were individually supplied to the pitching wort to obtain a concentration of 1 mg/L. A marked influence in the fermentation rate was observed for the samples with propiconazole residues. From the fourth day onward, the fermentation prematurely ceased (stuck fermentation), and therefore, statistical significant differences were found in fermented extract, alcohol content, fermentable carbohydrates, pH, color, and total polyphenol and flavonoid contents of beer. Myclobutanil residues are only influenced in the total polyphenol and flavonoid contents, while differences in the analyzed parameters were not noticeable for the samples containing nuarimol and fenarimol residues in comparison with the blank sample.  相似文献

A gas-liquid chromatographic (GLC) method is described for the analysis and confirmation of azodrin (monocrotophos, 3-(dimethoxyphosphinyl)-N-methyl-cis-crotonamide) residues in strawberrires. The strawberries are extracted with acetone, and the filtrate is partioned with a mixture of methylene chloride and petroleum ether followed by further extraction with methylene chloride. The organic phases are combined, dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate, and concentrated to a small volume for GLC analysis on a 3% OV-210 column with flame photometric detection. Identity of the compound is confirmed by chromatography on the same column after trifluoroacetylation of an aliquot of the strawberry extract. The detection limit is about 2 ppb. The types of strawberry samples analyzed were fresh, frozen, pureed, and jam.  相似文献

A competitive indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was developed for the fungicide iprovalicarb, using a polyclonal antibody produced against a hapten conjugated through the carboxyl group on the benzene ring to keyhole limpet hemocyanin. Under an optimized condition using a heterologous format, an IC(50) of 3.51 ng/mL and the lowest detection limit of 0.065 ng/mL were obtained. When the isopropoxy group was removed from the iprovalicarb structure for the synthesis of a hapten, the resulting hapten was not successful as an immunogen, indicating that the isopropyl moiety was an important epitope, as evidenced by the cross-reactivities of some structurally related compounds. When applied to the real crop and water samples, the recoveries were in the range of 80.52-144.70% (n = 4) and 72.11-100.43% (n = 4), respectively. Accordingly, this ELISA can be used as a useful method for monitoring iprovalicarb residues in crop and water samples.  相似文献

The effects of three fungicide residues (cyprodinil, fludioxonil, and pyrimethanil) on the aromatic composition (acids, alcohols, and esters) of Vitis vinifera white wines (var. Airén) inoculated with three Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains (syn. bayanus, cerevisiae, and syn. uvarum) are studied. The aromatic exponents were extracted and concentrated by adsorption-thermal desorption and were determined by gas chromatography using a mass selective detector. The addition of the three fungicides at different doses (1 and 5 mg/L) produces significant differences in the acidic fraction of the aroma, especially in the assays inoculated with S. cerevisiae, although the final contents do not exceed the perception thresholds. The lower quality wines, according to isomeric alcohol content [(Z)-3-hexen-1-ol and 3-(methylthio)propan-1-ol] are those obtained by inoculation with S. cerevisiae(syn. bayanus) and addition of cyprodinil. The addition of fungicides in the assays inoculated with S. cerevisiae (syn. bayanus) produces an increase in the ethyl acetate and isoamyl acetate contents, which causes a decrease in the sensorial quality of the wine obtained.  相似文献

The effects of six clarification agents (egg albumin, blood albumin, bentonite plus gelatin, charcoal, PVPP, and silica gel) on the removal of residues of four fungicides (cyprodinil, fludioxonil, pyrimethanil, and quinoxyfen) applied directly to a racked red wine, elaborated from Monastrell variety grapes from the D.O. region of Jumilla (Murcia, Spain), are studied. The clarified wines were filtered with 0.45 microm nylon filters to determine the influence of this winemaking process in the disappearance of fungicide residues. Analytical determination of cyprodinil, fludioxonil and pyrimethanil was performed by gas chromatography with an alkaline thermoionic detector (NPD), whereas that of quinoxyfen using an electron captor detector (ECD). In general, and for all of the fungicides except quinoxyfen, blood albumin has proved to be the most effective clarifying agent in the removal of residues, whereas silica gel proved to be ineffective against all of the pesticides with the exception of fludioxonil. Quinoxyfen is the least persistent fungicide in the clarified wines and that which appears with highest frequency in the lees. In general, filtration is not an effective step in the elimination of wine residues. The greatest elimination after filtration is obtained in wines clarified with charcoal and the lowest in those clarified with PVPP.  相似文献

Dithiocarbamates are a class of fungicides extensively used in many crops worldwide. The current residue definition of dithiocarbamates in food for compliance with maximum residue limits, at national and international levels, is total residues arising from the use of any or each dithiocarbamate fungicide, determined as CS(2). The analytical method most frequently used to analyze dithiocarbamate residues in food for monitoring purposes was proposed more than 30 years ago. In this method, total dithiocarbamates are decomposed to CS(2), which is purified and reacted with a cupric reagent. The yellow complex formed is quantified by spectrophotometry. In this paper, a new reaction system for the purification and complexation of CS(2) is proposed. The new system is less fragile than the traditional design, is easier to assemble, and allows for a higher sample throughput, in addition to being of low cost. Recovery of added mancozeb, thiram, or ziram (0.15-8.0 mg/kg) in rice, beans, apple, banana, orange, papaya, tomato, cucumber, and potato ranged from 82 to 120%, with relative standard deviations from 0 to 10% (n = 3 or 5). Analysis of apple, tomato, and papaya samples with field-incurred dithiocarbamate residues showed comparable results using both the traditional and the new reaction systems.  相似文献

To determine the effects of different processing steps, such as enzymatic treatment of the mash and pasteurization, on selected quality parameters, strawberries were processed to juices and purees. To identify the processing steps causing the highest losses, samples were taken after each step, and ascorbic acid, total phenols, anthocyanins, and antioxidant capacity were analyzed. To assess the antioxidant capacity, three different methods were applied: the trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC), the ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP), and the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay, showing correlation coefficients of 0.889 to 0.948. The antioxidant capacity decreased with processing steps except heat treatment, which partly caused an increase due to the formation of antioxidant active products. The content of ascorbic acid, in comparison to that in the frozen strawberries, decreased significantly during the processing of the fruit to puree by 77%. In the pressed cloudy juices, the loss of ascorbic acid was 37%. The decline of phenolic compounds, measured as total polyphenols and anthocyanins, was smaller (between 30-40%). Pressing and pasteurization were the most critical steps for the decrease of these compounds. The enzymatic treatment of the mash within 90 min supported the release of secondary plant metabolites, while ascorbic acid is reduced up to 20%.  相似文献

A novel and simple method for the determination of some pesticide residues in strawberries using both focused microwave-assisted extraction (FMAE) and solid-phase micro extraction (SPME), coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), has been developed. The pesticides were first extracted from strawberries with water and the assistance of focused microwaves at 30 W for 7 min. Then, an aliquot of the resulting aqueous extract was subjected to SPME with a 60-microm thick poly(dimethylsiloxane)/divinylbenzene (PDMS/DVB) fiber for 45 min at room temperature, with the solution being stirred at 1000 rpm. The extracted pesticides on the SPME fiber were desorbed into the SPME/HPLC interface for quantitative analysis with a diode array detector (DAD). The whole sample pretreatment procedure before chromatographic analysis did not use any organic solvents or involve any blending or centrifugation steps. The five compounds (carbendazim, diethofencarb, azoxystrobine, napropamide, and bupirimate) were chosen because they cannot be analyzed easily by GC. The efficiency of this relatively fast procedure was comparable to that of previously reported methods, with detection limits at low microg/kg levels and linear responses in the range from 0.05 to 1 mg/kg of pesticide in strawberries, with RSDs between 3 and 7.3%, depending on the analyte. In all but one case results obtained by this method for field-incurred samples were comparable to those obtained with traditional methods.  相似文献

以4年生日光温室栽培“瑞光5号”油桃(Prunus persica L. var. nectarina Ait)为试材,在果实第二次迅速膨大期,采用加盖塑料旧膜的方法模拟温室薄膜灰尘积累,研究了遮光10%~12%左右对温室油桃结果枝光合碳同化物积累和分配的影响。结果表明:轻度遮光后,油桃结果枝顶端新梢叶片净光合速率明显下降,淀粉含量减少,可溶性总糖变化不明显;采用 14C标记结果枝顶端新梢发现,轻度遮光后,饲喂新梢的光合产物主要集中供应其附近的果实,向远处的果实输送减少,而且果实的外中果皮同化物分配比例下降; 轻度遮光后,采收期果实鲜重和横径变小,着色变差。因此,要提高果实品质,应尽可能地改善温室油桃在果实第二次迅速膨大期的光照环境。  相似文献

Fresh strawberries and grapes grown in Michigan and Indiana were surveyed for residues of captan and folpet, 2 fungicides commonly used on these crops. The fungicides were reportedly applied to the crops by overhead irrigation, tractor sprayer, or aerial spraying, in amounts ranging from 0.5 to 6 lb formulation/acre for captan and from 1 to 4 lb formulation/acre for folpet. Reported dates of last application ranged from just 2 days to nearly 5 months before samples were collected. Twenty-eight strawberry samples and 24 grape samples were collected of crops field-treated with one or both of these fungicides. Samples were analyzed by previously described methodology. Captan residues were found in all strawberry samples, ranging from less than 0.01 to 1.5 ppm. Folpet was found in only one strawberry sample at 0.041 ppm. Captan residues were found in only 6 grape samples, ranging from less than 0.01 to 0.082 ppm. Folpet residues were found in 12 grape samples, ranging from less than 0.01 to 0.50 ppm. All residues were well below the current tolerances of 25 ppm for both captan and folpet in strawberries and 50 ppm for captan and 25 ppm for folpet in grapes. Residue levels of these surface-applied, nonsystemic fungicides were inconsistent with amounts and dates of application, most likely because of variations in weather conditions, especially rainfall. Residues were quite stable in frozen sample homogenates, declining only 5-10% after 2 months.  相似文献

At monthly intervals during the establishment year, 90 strawberry plants were excavated and separated into component parts, dried, weighed, and nutrient analyses were performed on the tissues. When growth resumed in spring, biomass and foliar nutrient levels were again measured until fruiting. Individual plant growth was linear during the establishment year, with leaves accounting for the highest percentage of accumulated biomass. In general, nutrient concentrations during the establishment year either remained relatively constant, or declined. The percent increase in biomass accumulation was always greater than the percent decline in nutrient concentration, indicating that strawberry plants have a continuing demand for nutrients during the establishment year. About 50% of the biomass was lost during the winter, mainly in foliage. However, within six weeks of resuming growth in spring, plant size was equivalent to that of the previous autumn. The root system was the only tissue to exhibit a reduction in biomass during fruiting. During this time, foliar nutrients displayed very different concentration patterns. Although this period of fluctuating nutrient levels is generally avoided for leaf sampling and analysis, it is likely that this is when nutrient limitations will have their most pronounced effects.  相似文献

Cultural system [hill plasticulture (HC) versus matted row (MR)] and genotype interactions affected strawberry fruit quality. In general, fruit soluble solids content, total sugar, fructose, glucose, ascorbic acid, titratable acid, and citric acid contents were increased in the HC system. Fruit from HC also had higher flavonoid contents and antioxidant capacities. Strawberry fruit contains flavonols as well as other phenolic compounds such as anthocyanins and phenolic acids. Pelargonidin-based anthocyanins such as pelargonidin 3-glucoside, pelargonidin 3-rutinoside, and pelargonidin 3-glucoside-succinate were the predominant anthocyanins in strawberry fruit. The content of cyanidin-based anthocyanins, cyanidin 3-glucoside and cyanidin 3-glucoside-succinate, was much lower than that of pelargonidin-based anthocyanins in either system. Strawberry fruit from the HC system had significantly higher amounts of p-coumaroylglucose, dihydroflavonol, quercetin 3-glucoside, quercetin 3-glucuronide, kaempferol 3-glucoside, kaempferol 3-glucuronide, cyanidin 3-glucoside, pelargonidin 3-glucoside, pelargonidin 3-rutinoside, cyanidin 3-glucoside-succinate, and pelargonidin 3-glucoside-succinate. Fruits from plants grown in the MR system generally had the lowest contents of phenolic acids, flavonols, and anthocyanins. 为探索高氧处理对草莓防腐保鲜的效果,该试验研究了40%、60%、80%和100% O2及空气气流连续处理对“丰香”草莓在5℃、16 d贮藏期间果实腐烂和主要品质指标变化的影响。结果表明,高氧处理对果实总酸、可溶性固形物含量及果实表面色泽无明显影响。但60%~100%高氧处理可显著抑制草莓果实贮藏期间的腐烂,且O2浓度越高,果实腐烂率越低,以100% O2处理对果实防腐的作用最大。60%~100%高氧处理还可显著抑制果实失重,保持较高的果肉硬度和维生素C含量。40% O2处理对草莓果实腐烂无显著影响。这些结果表明,高氧处理在草莓果实采后防腐保鲜中具潜在的应用前景。  相似文献

Residual levels and degradation rates of tebuconazole and dichlofluanid in lettuce plants grown in a greenhouse under agricultural conditions typical of northwestern Spain were studied. Lettuce plants were sprayed four times with a homogeneous 0.2% aqueous solution of Folicur Combi (wettable powder containing 40% dichlofluanid and 10% tebuconazole) at a rate of 2500 g/ha. Samples were collected 1, 5, and 9 days after the first two applications and at times ranging from 1 to 27 days after the last two applications. All samples were stored in a refrigerator at 4 degrees C. Fungicide levels were determined by solid-liquid extraction (SLE) followed by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry detection (GC-MSD). Recovery was good for tebuconazole (98%) but low for dichlofluanid (29%); precision was good (<10% for both analytes), and quantification limits were low (<1.5 mg/kg). Seven days after the last application, dichlofluanid levels were below the maximum allowed limit established in Spain (10 mg/kg), but tebuconazole levels were above the corresponding limit (5 mg/kg). Tebuconazole concentration dynamics was accurately fitted by zeroth- or combined first- and zeroth-order models (depending on variety), but modeling of the behavior of dichlofluanid was less satisfactory, probably due to its instability.  相似文献
