The hemolysis by porcine sera of unsensitized erythrocytes (EU) from nine different species was investigated. Optimal lysis occurred when porcine sera were reacted with unsensitized guinea pig erythrocytes suspended in a pH 6.5, barbital-buffered saline solution, made 0.1% in gelatin, and containing 10 mm ethyleneglycol-bis (β-amino-ethyl ether) N, N1-tetraacetic acid and 4 mm MgCl2 (BSG-EGTA-Mg). Results of studies with several different treatments that inhibit complement (C) induced hemolysis indicated that the alternate C pathway was involved in the lysis of EU in the BSG-EGTA-Mg buffer. The extent of lysis was decreased when porcine sera were adsorbed with zymosan, mixed with 20 mm salicylaldoxime, or heated at 50%C. However, carrangeenan treatment caused only a slight decrease in the extent of hemolysis induced. Cobra venom factor activated the alternate C pathway in porcine sera. The pattern of C component utilization resulting from lysis of EU by porcine sera indicated activation of the alternate and not the classical C pathway. Extensive adsorption of porcine sera with packed guinea pig erthrocytes at 0°C only slightly reduced its capacity to lyse guinea pig erythrocytes. Collectively, these results provided evidence that the membrane of the guinea pig erythrocyte is able to active the alternate C pathway of porcine sera without the direct involvement of specific antibody.  相似文献

We established an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) system for the quantitation of bovine macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF) and used it to measure the serum M-CSF levels in bovine fetuses and calves. The average serum M-CSF level was 2.7+/-1.5 ng/ml in 39 calves under 100 days old, and 1.8+/-0.8 ng/ml in 15 cattle between 101 and 418 days old. Fetal sera samples (n = 6) prepared from cattle between 150 and 280 days of gestational age had a higher average level of M-CSF (8.8+/-1.4 ng/ml). Alteration in serum M-CSF levels in each individual calf was also measured. The serum levels of M-CSF in calves at 0-1 day after birth ranged from 0.52 to 7.3 ng/ml. During the period 113-125 days after birth, serum levels were around 1.4+/-0.39 ng/ml. Although serum M-CSF levels generally decreased as the age of calves advanced, differences among individuals, especially among newborn calves, were observed.  相似文献

The ability of lymphocytes from newborn calves to undergo blastogenic responses to the mitogens Concanavalin A (Con A), phytohemagglutinin (PHA), or Pokeweed Mitogen (PWM), and immunomodulation of these responses by neonatal calf serum was assessed as a function of age. Lymphocytes were obtained from thymus, spleen, and mesenteric lymph nodes of 1-, 2- to 3-, 5- to 7-, and 9- to 10-d-old calves, aliquoted and incubated (+/- mitogens) in sera from 1-, 2-, 3-, or 7- to 10-d-old calves. Lymph-node lymphocytes responded least when cultured in sera from 1-d-old calves, regardless of mitogen or age of cell donor; the response increased as age of serum donor increased (P less than .05). Splenic lymphocytes responded similarly (P less than .005). However, when cultured in sera from older calves, splenic lymphocytes from older calves responded greater to PWM than did those from younger calves. Thymic lymphocytes responded minimally to PWM and PHA. Their response to Con A increased (P less than .005) with age of serum donor calf, but the effect was greatest on lymphocytes from 5- to 7-d-old calves. Mixing experiments with varying ratios of 1-d-old calf serum: 10-d-old calf serum suggested that serum from 1-d-old calves contained suppressive activity. Serum cortisol level (measured by radioimmunoassay) was 30 +/- 4.6 ng/ml in calves at 6 h of age and declined to 5.5 +/- 1.1 ng/ml by 10 d. Charcoal treatment to remove steroids did not enhance blastogenesis. Addition of cortisol (50 ng/ml) to charcoal-treated sera resulted in inhibition of response to PHA, but no change in response to Con A or PWM. Further investigation is indicated to characterize this immunosuppressive activity and to establish its relationship to disease susceptibility.  相似文献

Beef cows were placed on protein-deficient and/or energy deficient rations for the last 150 days of pregnancy. After birth their calves were placed on 1 or 21 C environmental chambers for 3 days, and sera were collected for determination of complement (C) levels. At birth, the mean complement hemolytic (CH50) titer of all calves was 46.0 +/- 1.7 units, but the titer rapidly dropped (P < 0.01) to 31.6 +/- 1.2 by 12 hours after birth. Levels of C activity then began to rise and reached a mean titer of 76.3 +/- 3.0 by 3 days of age. A quadratic curve of predicted CH50 values was constructed from the data. Differences between principal and control groups of calves were not detected. These results suggest that maternal protein-calorie deprivation and limited cold stresses have little effect on levels of C activity in the bovine neonate. Possible explanations for the decrease in CH50 levels after birth are discussed.  相似文献

Ten strains of Yersinia enterocolitica belonging to ten various serogroups isolated from raw milk were inoculated into groups of five guinea pigs and five calves. Y. enterocolitica serotype 0:16 was the only serotype tested that induced an antibody response to Brucella abortus in calves. No anti-Brucella response could be demonstrated serologically in guinea pigs. Activity of the anti-Y. enterocolitica 0:16 calf sera against B. abortus antigen was shown by the tube agglutination test, and by the complement fixation test. The early agglutinating antibody response was partly sensitive to reduction by 2-mercaptoethanol. This sensitivity decreased later in the response. This is the first report of anti-Brucella responses induced by a serotype of Y. enterocolitica other than 0:9; sera from a group of five calves inoculated with 0:9 were tested by the same serological techniques for comparison.  相似文献

Three groups of beef cow and calf pairs were studied to determine plasma vitamin E and blood selenium (Se) concentrations of calves at 1 month old. Group 1 was managed on irrigated pasture and calves received no Se/vitamin E injections at birth. Group 2 was managed on irrigated pasture, and the calves were injected with Se/vitamin E at birth. Group 3 was managed on dry foothill grasslands, and these cows were supplemented with 56.3 mg vitamin E and 3 mg Se daily, and the calves received a Se/vitamin E injection at birth. The plasma concentration of vitamin E in group 1 and 2 cows (9.5 +/- 1.24 and 8.43 +/- 1.0 microg/ml, respectively) was significantly higher than that of the group 3 cows (2.28 +/- 0.42 microg/ml; P < 0.05). The blood Se concentrations in group 3 cows (169 +/- 37 ng/ml) were significantly higher than those in group 1 and 2 cows (36.4 +/- 15.9 and 31.1 +/- 12.5 ng/ml, respectively; P < 0.05). Calf Se was highly correlated to cow Se (r = 0.965), and calf vitamin E was moderately correlated to cow vitamin E (r = 0.605). Calf vitamin E concentrations were consistently lower than cow vitamin E concentrations, and many values would be considered deficient.  相似文献

Optimum conditions for haemolytic complement (HC) assay in buffalo serum were standardized. In all, 11 indicator systems of red blood cells (RBC) and haemolysins were investigated. Maximum HC CH50 titre was obtained with rabbit RBC sensitized with goat haemolysin. The effect of pH, Ca2+ and Mg2+ concentration, ionic strength, time and temperature were studied. Of all the variables, ionic strength influenced the HC activity most significantly. The standard system for titrating the HC consisted of rabbit RBC sensitized with goat haemolysin, sucrose-veronal buffer with pH 7.5, ionic strength 0.023 M and Ca2+ and Mg2+ concentrations 6 x 10(-4) and 2 x 10(-3) M, respectively. Incubation at 37 degrees C for 2 h gave highest haemolytic activity. With this protocol 5-7-fold higher HC activity was recorded than with prestandardized conditions. Levels of HC were determined in the sera of 98 buffaloes aged from 1 month to 12 years. The lowest mean CH50 units of 401 +/- 0.35 per ml were recorded in buffalo calves below 3 months of age. The mean HC levels increased with age, reaching peak values of 2349 +/- 62.25 CH50 units/ml in 2-3-year-old buffalo. Animals in the age group 5-12 years had significantly decreased (P less than 0.05) mean HC levels of 1545 +/- 68.94.  相似文献

Sequential serum samples from 11 cows experimentally inoculated with different abortigenic strains of Chlamydia psittaci were tested by a modified complement-fixation (MoCF) test, an indirect inclusion fluorescence antibody (IIFA) test, and an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). One of these cows was not pregnant, another gave birth at term to a healthy calf, and all the others prematurely delivered infected dead calves or weak live calves. The results achieved with these tests on sera of 3 of the cows were compared with those from the previously used standard complement-fixation (CF) test. Six of 11 cows had detectable preinoculation titers between 1:8 and 1:16 when tested by the MoCF test, yet preinoculation titers were not detected by CF. In contrast, 9 of 11 and 10 of 11 preinoculation samples had detectable chlamydia-specific antibodies when examined by the IIFA test and the ELISA, respectively. The preinoculation IIFA titers ranged from 1:8 to 1:64, and the ELISA optical density values varied from 0.150 to 0.450. All cows responded with significant increases in antibody levels detected by the MoCF test, the IIFA test, and ELISA after they were experimentally inoculated and after they aborted or delivered infected calves. Overall, the dynamics of the antibody responses were found to be similar with the 3 different serologic techniques. When cows aborted later than 36 days after they were inoculated, the antibody response was biphasic, whereby the more pronounced responses occurred after the abortion occurred. The nonpregnant cow and the cow that delivered a healthy calf at term had only one phase of increasing and decreasing titers directly after they were inoculated.  相似文献

The correlation between maternal serum antibodies in beef calves at 2 days old and protection against diarrhea induced by natural bovine rotavirus (BRV) infection was examined. Virus neutralizing (VN) antibody titers against BRV in sera from calves that developed diarrhea by BRV infection within 14 days of age (BRV-diarrheal calves) were significantly lower than those from calves that had no diarrhea. In the BRV-diarrheal calves, a positive correlation was found between the VN antibody titers and age of the onset of diarrhea. There were negative correlations between the VN antibody titers and duration of the diarrhea, VN antibody titers and cumulative diarrhea scores, and the VN antibody titers and duration of virus shedding. These results suggest that the VN antibody titers against BRV in newborn calf serum could be an indicator of protection against BRV-induced diarrhea.  相似文献

Twelve anestrous, postpartum beef cows were used to determine the effect of calf removal on the effect of naloxone on serum luteinizing hormone (LH) concentrations. On d 1, six cows were injected iv with saline and six with 200 mg naloxone dissolved in saline. Blood samples were taken at 15-min intervals for 2 h before and 2 h after naloxone or saline administration. At the beginning of blood sampling, calves were removed from three cows in each treatment. At 48 h after calf removal (d 3), all cows were injected iv with 200 mg naloxone and blood samples were collected as on d 1. On d 1, naloxone treatment increased (P less than .01) serum LH concentrations from 1.2 +/- .3 ng/ml at time 0 to 4.3 +/- .6 ng/ml and 4.7 +/- .8 ng/ml at 15 and 30 min, respectively. Injection of saline had no effect on serum LH concentrations. Forty-eight-hour calf removal increased (P less than .01) serum LH concentrations in five of six cows (1.7 +/- .8 vs 4.4 +/- 1.2 ng/ml). Naloxone treatment failed to increase serum LH concentrations in these cows. Injection of naloxone increased (P less than .01) serum LH concentrations in the one cow that did not exhibit an LH increase after calf removal and in six cows whose calves were not removed (1.4 +/- .2 vs 4.4 +/- .5 ng/ml). The present study provides additional evidence that endogenous opioids regulate LH in the postpartum beef cow. We hypothesize that suckling stimulates an opioid inhibition of LH secretion and removal of the suckling stimulus removes the opioid inhibitory tone.  相似文献

Effects of seven breeds of cow's sire and 12 breeds of cow's maternal grandsire on preweaning performance of crossbred cows and their calves were examined in data from two experiments conducted at the Roman L. Hruska U.S. Mean Animal Research Center. Data included 1,836 records over three to five parities for 516 cows by 143 sires and by 307 maternal grandsires. The statistical model fitted effects of calf sex, parity, cow birth-breeding year or cow-calf birth year, the breed effects and their interactions. Deviations of breed of sire or equivalent grandsire effects on each trait from the mean for Hereford x Angus cows ranged from -1.6 to 5.5 kg (P less than .001) for calf birth weights, -15 to 1% (P less than .001) for calving difficulty, nonsignificant for preweaning calf mortality and -2 to 27 kg (P less than .001) for calf weaning weight. Deviations were nonsignificant for conception rate and calves weaned per cow exposed to breeding, but -2 to 40 kg (P less than .001) for calf weight weaned per cow exposed for breeding, -7 to 78 kg (P less than .001) for cow weight and -20 to 2% (P less than .001) for body condition score. The advantages of Holstein and Brahman cross over Hereford x Angus cows of 23 and 13% in weight of calf weaned/cow-breeding exposure must be compared with the expected greater feed requirements from 7 or 8% heavier cows and at least 50% higher milk production, which emphasizes the need to include input measures and costs in breed evaluation schemes.  相似文献

Various systems of early post natal management of the newborn calf were examined to determine which would consistently achieve high serum concentrations of maternally derived immunoglobulins, and to examine the factors which might influence this transfer. Early assisted sucking of colostrum to satiation produced consistently high serum concentrations of absorbed immunoglobulins with a mean of 27.17 +/- 8.92 zinc sulphate turbidity (ZST) units for 100 calves. No significant increase in the serum concentrations of absorbed immunoglobulins occurred when calves, which had been assisted to suck immediately after birth, were permitted to remain with their dams and encouraged to suck again at 12 hours (29.20 +/- 9.40 ZST units). Despite early assisted sucking, a small proportion of calves may remain hypogammaglobulinaemic because of the low concentration of immunoglobulins in their dams' colostrum; leakage of colostrum from the udder before calving was the major cause of these low immunoglobulin concentrations. A highly significant correlation was demonstrated between the colostral immunoglobulin concentrations and the passively acquired serum immunoglobulin concentrations of the calves. With this intensive system of early assisted sucking the breed of the calf did not significantly influence the absorption of colostral immunoglobulins.  相似文献

Genetic trends for weaning weight were evaluated in 15 purebred herds in the United States participating in the Angus Herd Improvement. Records production testing program. Regression techniques were used for separate estimates of sire and dam contributions that were summed to estimate total herd trend. Sire contributions, calculated as the pooled within sire regression of weaning weight ratio on year of calf birth, ranged from .01 +/- .23 to 1.30 +/- .24 across the herds and average .51 ratio units/yr. Dam contributions, estimated as the pooled within dam regression of offspring weaning weight ratio, deviated from the contemporary paternal half-sib average ratio, on year of calf birth, ranged from .06 +/- .06 to .68 +/- .11 and averaged .34 ratio units/yr. A positive trend in direct effects was associated with a possible negative trend in maternal effects. The annual trend within herds ranged from .21 to 1.50 ratio units and averaged .85 units over all herds, representing 1.8 kg annual genetic gain in weaning weight.  相似文献

To develop a live virus vaccine for the prevention of bovine respiratory syncytial (BRS) virus infection in calves, an attempt was made to produce an attenuated virus. The RS-52 strain of BRS virus, isolated from the nasal secretions of a naturally infected calf, was subjected to serial passages in adult hamster lung established (HAL) cells at 30 degrees C and the attenuated rs-52 strain as a live virus vaccine was established. The rs-52 strain multiplied better at 30 degrees C than at 34 or 37 degrees C in HAL cells. The differences in the highest virus titers of this strain between the culture temperature of 30 degrees C and that of 34 or 37 degrees C were more than 2.25 log TCID50. Colostrum-deprived newborn calves and 2 approximately 4 months old calves inoculated with the rs-52 strain manifested no abnormal clinical sings at all. However, all inoculated calves produced serum neutralization antibody. When the colostrum-deprived newborn calves immunized with the rs-52 strain were challenged with the virulent NMK7 strain of BRS virus, they exhibited no pyrexia or other abnormal clinical signs at all. An attempt was made to recover the virus from nasal secretions of these calves, but in vain. On the other hand, a nonimmunized control colostrum-deprived newborn calf developed slight fever, mild cough, and slight serous nasal discharge after challenge exposure. The virus was recovered from nasal secretions of this calf. From these results, it was considered that the rs-52 strain could be used as an attenuated live virus vaccine for prevention of BRS virus infection.  相似文献

One hundred fifty Simmental-Hereford cows and calves were used in a 3-yr study to evaluate three creep grazing treatments and an early weaning treatment on cow and calf performance during midsummer (July to September). Calves were approximately 150 d of age and averaged 178.6 kg when treatments were initiated. Tifleaf pearl millet (Pennisetum Americanum L. Leeke) was used as the forage for two of the creep treatments, representing two cow stocking intensities of .466 (TLM1) and .239 (TLM2) ha of base hill land pasture/cow, and as pasture for early weaned calves. A red clover (Trifolium pratense L.)-Kentucky bluegrass (Poa pratensis L.) mixture was used as the other creep forage. Hill land pastures were similar for the mature cow units in all creep treatments. Calf average daily gains ranged from .93 to 1.10 kg and were not influenced (P greater than .05) by treatment. Calf gains per hectare were similar for the control, red clover and TLM1 treatments. The TLM2 and early weaning treatments resulted in increases of 105.4 and 39.1 kg of calf gain/ha (P less than .05) compared with the control. When calves were allowed to creep graze millet, decreasing the forage area from .466 to .239 ha per cow-calf unit resulted in an increase of 97.7 kg of calf gain/ha with no reduction in calf gain. Cows on the more intensively grazed millet creep treatment (TLM2) lost more weight (P less than .05) during midsummer than those on the TLM1 treatment, but they gained 18.5 kg more (P less than .10) weight than TLM1 cows between weaning and the start of winter feeding.  相似文献

Four newborn calves were experimentally infected with two distinct serotypes of bovine rotavirus (BRV-1 and BRV-2). Initially, three colostrum-deprived calves were inoculated orally with either BRV-1 or BRV-2; all developed severe diarrhea and produced serotype-specific neutralizing antibodies. Fecal virus was first demonstrated by immunofluorescence the day after inoculation. The virus titers reached a maximum of 10(5.2)-10(6.6) fluorescent focus forming units g-1 of feces 2-5 days after inoculation and then decreased. Fecal virus was detected in low titers beyond 28 days after inoculation despite the development of serum neutralizing antibodies. One calf, which had acquired specific active immunity against BRV-1 following oral infection, was further infected orally with BRV-2 4 weeks later. The calf again manifested diarrhea, excreted BRV-2 and showed an increase in serum neutralizing antibody against BRV-2. These results indicated that calves infected with either BRV-1 or BRV-2 do not have cross-protection to infection with heterologous BRV, and that recurrence of the disease can occur. The possible mechanisms of the persistence of BRV in calves and its role in the epidemiology of this infection are discussed.  相似文献

The pharmacokinetics of three antibiotics--gentamicin, neomycin and oxytetracycline were determined in newborn calves. The kinetic determinations, using two-compartment open models, were made at increasing ages from 1 day to 42 days and compared with those made from older calves (250+ days). Although all three antibiotics are eliminated unchanged primarily by glomerular filtration, there were marked differences in the development of elimination processes for individual drugs. The pharmacokinetics of neomycin were not influenced by age. Although the elimination half-life of gentamicin appeared to decrease with age, the changes were not significant and were due to an increased elimination rate in only one calf. There was no change with age in the remaining three calves. Oxytetracycline elimination was significantly reduced in newborn calves. This was exemplified by a decrease in the half-life of elimination t1/2 (beta) from 672.5 +/- 99.4 in the newborn to 385.6 +/- 76.8 at 6 weeks of age, and 377.3 +/- 40.8 min in the 250-day-old calf. These changes were consistent in all four calves. The rate of elimination remained low for the first 4 weeks of life. The volume of distribution Vd, area was not changed after the first week of life. Based on pharmacokinetic changes, an adjustment of dosage is indicated for oxytetracycline in the newborn calf as compared to the older calf or adult.  相似文献

A Holstein-Friesian bull and three Holstein-Friesian cows were seronegative for bovine viral diarrhea (BVD) virus but were persistently infected with the virus. Virus was isolated from buffy coat cells and nasal and lacrimal secretions during their lifetime, and they remained free of clinical signs of BVD. The three cows were pregnant when purchased, and they gave birth to full-term calves. One calf lived only a few hours, one calf became ill and died within a few days, and one calf became ill and was euthanatized within a few weeks. One cow was then bred and became pregnant but aborted a 7-month fetus. A second cow was bred approximately 5 months after parturition but did not conceive. The third cow was necropsied 6 weeks after calving, because of loss of weight. Although the bull's semen contained BVD virus when seropositive cows were bred, normal calves were born. When seronegative heifers were bred, they became seropositive to BVD virus within two weeks, with higher titers in six weeks. On heifer conceived after one service but aborted a 6-month fetus. Three others continued to have estrous cycles until their titers rose to 1:128, then they conceived and gave birth to normal calves. Another heifer conceived on the first service, had a titer of 1:128 two weeks after breeding, and gave birth to a normal calf.  相似文献

The objective of this work was to compare breed types with increasing percentage of Bos taurus on cow/calf energy requirements and preweaning efficiency. Forty mature, lactating, nonpregnant cows [10 Nellore (NL), 10 Canchim x Nellore (CN), 10 Angus x Nellore (AN), and 10 Simmental x Nellore (SN)] were randomized in blocks by calving date. Calves from cross-bred cows were sired by Canchim bulls (5/8 Charolais + 3/8 Zebu), whereas calves from NL cows were sired by Nellore bulls. Cows were individually fed a pelleted diet with 50% hay (alfalfa and coastcross) and 50% concentrate from calving to weaning (20 to 180 d post-partum). Estimated diet ME content was 2.24 Mcal/kg of DM. Individual cow DMI was adjusted every 14 d to keep shrunk BW and BCS constant. Shrunk BW and BCS were 430 +/- 12 kg and 4.7 +/- 0.09 for NL, 449 +/- 10 kg and 4.8 +/- 0.09 for CN, 496 +/- 10 kg and 5.0 +/- 0.09 for AN, and 507 +/- 12 kg and 5.1 +/- 0.09 for SN. At 40 d calves were allowed ad libitum access to the same diet. Milk yield was recorded using a weigh-suckle-weigh technique. Increasing B. taurus percentage had a linear effect (P < 0.01) on ME intake (MEI) of cow/calf pairs: 21.9 +/- 0.38 for Nellore, 23.6 +/- 0.35 for 31.5% B. taurus (CN), and 25.6 +/- 0.27 Mcal/d for 50% B. taurus (AN and SN). Bos taurus percentage was also positively associated with milk production. Nellore calves had lower (P < 0.05) weaning weight (kg) than crossbreds: 167 +/- 12 vs. 206 +/- 10 for 3/4 Canchim 1/4 Nellore (3/4C), 220 +/- 11 for 1/2 Canchim 1/4 Angus 1/4 Nellore (1/4A) and 228 +/- 11 for 1/2 Canchim 1/4 Simmental 1/4 Nellore (1/4S). Calf body composition was estimated at weaning using the 9-10-11th-rib section. Retained energy (Mcal) was greater (P < 0.05) in 1/4A (384 +/- 19.9) than in Nellore (298 +/- 21.6) and 3/4C calves (312 +/- 19.8), and was intermediate in 1/4S calves (333 +/- 21.6). Cow/calf energetic efficiency (kcal deposited/Mcal of MEI by the pair) was greater (P < 0.05) for AN (103 +/- 5.3) than NL (84.9 +/- 5.9), CN (83 +/- 5.3), and SN pairs (83.5 +/- 6.1). Difference (P < 0.05) between Continental and British crosses was shown in linear contrasts; SN pairs had greater MEI and lower retained energy than AN. Increasing the B. taurus percentage increased inputs as well as outputs. However, a relatively greater increase in outputs resulted in significantly greater preweaning efficiency. Purebred Nellore had lower ME requirements; however, in an environment without nutritional constraints, crossbreeding improved preweaning biological efficiency.  相似文献

The level of ascorbic acid in the blood plasma of 59 calves was determined. The age of the calves ranged between two and three months and the samples of blood were collected in January. The first group of calves included 30 animals displaying no clinical symptoms of disease: the average ascorbic acid level was 0.50 +/- 0.18 mg per 100 ml. In the second group, consisting of 19 calves, the blood of the animals was collected three weeks after the termination of the acute stage of bronchopneumonia; the average value of ascorbic acid was 0.30 +/- 0.14 mg per 100 ml. The lowest average value of ascorbic acid was obtained in the calves at an acute stage of bronchopneumonia, reaching 0.18 +/- 0.11 mg per 100 ml. The differences of results between groups I and II and between groups I and III were found to be statistically significant. A conspicuous drop of ascorbic acid level was ascertained in calves suffering from bronchopneumonia-this problem needs deeper scrutiny, owing to the fact that bronchopneumonia is responsible for considerable economic losses in large-capacity calf houses.  相似文献
