鹿血酒对大鼠肝脏功能影响的实验研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
用一定量鹿血酒给大鼠灌胃,以观察其对大鼠肝脏功能的影响。实验结果表明,鹿血酒可显著降低大鼠肝脏过氧化脂质的含量,对血清谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性无显著影响,说明鹿血酒对肝细胞膜具有保护作用。  相似文献

用不同剂量银杏叶聚戊烯醇(GP)给正常小鼠和荷瘤小鼠灌胃,用碳粒廓清法分析正常小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能;采用流式细胞术(FCM)检测S180荷瘤小鼠的凋亡细胞比率(APO)、S期细胞比率(SPF)和增殖指数(PI)的变化,分析T细胞亚群CD4/CD8比值的影响.结果表明,10和20 mg/kg的GP能提高正常小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能, 对碳粒的清除作用高于环磷酰胺(CTX);高剂量组(40 mg/kg)GP与对照组比较,能增加肝癌(Heps)荷瘤小鼠胸腺指数和艾氏腹水癌(EC)荷瘤小鼠脾指数.5 mg/kg GP对S180荷瘤小鼠细胞的APO为6.35, 明显高于阴性对照组及其它给药组,使S180荷瘤小鼠CD4/CD8比值接近正常小鼠.  相似文献

目的:国产保健食品神兴牌沙棘欣之安口服液能有效调节血脂,其内所含的L-精氨酸可调节内源性NO的合成与释放,升高内皮细胞的一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)活性,可能在预防或治疗高血压、动脉硬化、冠心病中具有一定的积极作用。勃起功能障碍(ED,以下简称ED)是中老年男子的常见病,其发病原理与高血压、动脉硬化、冠心病等有相当的相似性,故推测神兴牌沙棘欣之安口服液对ED患者的勃起功能也具有一定的积极作用。为了研究沙棘欣之安口服液治疗ED的可能性,我们设计了一项探讨神兴牌沙棘欣之安口服液治疗ED的临床研究。方法:总计入选35例。患者入选后,经4周准备期,其间不能服用任何治疗该病症的药物。然后按每天3次,每次1支,饭后服用。服用该口服液共4周。患者于治疗期间填写记事表,记录有无性活动发生及有无不良反应。结果表明,在服用神兴牌沙棘欣之安口服液期间性交成功或性功能改善的有效率达56.25%。临床研究过程中,无严重不良事件发生。结论:临床验证结果表明,神兴牌沙棘欣之安口服液是一种潜在的、有开发价值的治疗勃起功能障碍的安全、有效的口服液药物。  相似文献

对白蜡虫的特异性和非特异性免疫调节功能进行了试验研究,结果表明:特异性免疫的血清溶血素试验中,白蜡虫高剂量组小鼠的溶血素生成量明显高于对照,淋巴细胞转化增殖试验中,白蜡虫高剂量组小鼠的淋巴细胞转化增殖明显.非特异性免疫的小鼠碳粒廓清试验、免疫器官的变化未出现阳性结果.试验结果表明白蜡虫对机体的细胞和体液特异性免疫都有提高的作用,说明白蜡虫具有免疫调节功能,具有较高的资源开发利用价值.  相似文献

In order to explore the effects of exopolysaccharide fraction (EPSF) from one of the anamorph strains of Cordyceps sinensis on immunocyte activity of H22 tumor bearing mice, ICR mice were treated with EPSF for 7 days by intraperitoneal injection at doses of 15 mg/kg (low-dose), 30 mg/kg (mid-dose) and 60 mg/kg (high-dose) after H22 tumor cells were implanted. At the end of the experiments, the tumor weight of each mouse was measured. Phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages was tested by neutral red uptake. The TNF-alpha expression of macrophages was assayed by ELISA. Proliferation ability and cytotoxicity of spleen lymphocytes were determined by MTT methods. The mRNA levels of cytokine TNF-alpha and IFN-gamma mRNA of spleen lymphocytes were detected by RT-PCR. The results indicated that EPSF not only significantly inhibited the H22 tumor growth, but also significantly elevated immunocytes' activity. It significantly enhanced the phagocytosis capacity of peritoneal macrophages and proliferation ability of spleen lymphocytes at all the three doses; it significantly promoted macrophages' TNF-alpha expression and spleen lymphocytes' cytotoxicity. EPSF also significantly elevated TNF-alpha and IFN-gamma mRNA expression of splenic lymphocytes. This experimental finding suggests that EPSF could elevate the immunocytes' activity in H22 tumor bearing mice.  相似文献

The polysaccharide (PAP) from Potentilla anserina was evaluated for modulating effects by using mouse peritoneal macrophage and the immunosuppressed-model cyclophosphamide-induced. Phagocytotic and mononuclear phagocytic system function assays showed that PAP stimulated the phagocytosis of phagocyte. Splenocyte proliferation assay showed that PAP acted the effect combining Con A or LPS in splenocyte proliferation. The parameters detected showed that PAP increased thymus and spleen indices, the levels of LDH and ACP in the spleen, and IL-10and IFN-γ in serum in immunosuppressed mice. The results suggest that PAP is involved in immunomodulatory effects leading to the exploration for PAP as a potential immunostimulant.  相似文献

Ginsenoside Rg3 is one of the active ingredients isolated from Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer. Previous investigation demonstrated that Rg3 was stereospecific in promotion of the immune response. The present study was designed to evaluate Rg3 and its epimers, 20(R)-Rg3 and 20(S)-Rg3, for their effects on oxidative stress induced by cyclophosphamide (Cy) in mice. Forty-eight mice were randomly distributed into 6 groups and intraperitoneally administered saline solution, Cy, 20(R)-Rg3, 20(S)-Rg3, 20(R)-Rg3+Cy or 20(S)-Rg3+Cy. After that, the spleen, thymus and serum were collected to measure the indices of the organs and oxidative parameters. The results showed that Rg3 significantly inhibited Cy-induced oxidative stress in mice by increasing the indices of the spleen and thymus and total antioxidant capacity, elevating the activities of catalase, superoxidase dismutase and lysozyme as well as decreasing the activity of xanthine oxidase and the levels of malondialdehyde and nitric oxide. Rg3 was stereospecific in antioxidant activities as R form exhibited significantly higher antioxidant effects than S form. Therefore, R form should be used when Rg3 is considered to be used as an antioxidant agent.  相似文献

Escin exerts potent glucocorticoid-like anti-inflammatory effects. The aim of this study was to investigate whether the anti-inflammatory effect of escin is through the up-regulation of glucocorticoids and if escin induces pathological changes in immune organs. Mice were administrated with escin intravenously for 7 days before observing the relevant parameters. The results showed that escin exhibits a potent anti-inflammatory effect, but does not increase corticosterone secretion in mice, and does not increase immune cell apoptosis in the spleen and thymus of mice. These findings suggest that the anti-inflammatory effect of escin is not dependent on the release of corticosterone.  相似文献

Administration of Tinospora cordifolia stem methanolic extract to BALB/c mice (200 mg/kg, i.p, daily for 5 days) increased the total white blood cell count significantly (P<0.001). It also increased bone marrow cellularity (18.16×106/femur) and α-esterase positive cells (1423/4000 cells) in bone marrow indicating increased maturation of stem cells. Administration of the extract was also found to significantly increase humoral immune response, as seen from the increase in plaque-forming cells in the spleen (1575 PFC/106 spleen cells) and circulating antibody titre (256), and to produce an enhancement (129%) in macrophage activation. Tinospora extract reduced solid tumour growth and synergistically acted with cyclophosphamide in reducing (83%) the animal tumours.  相似文献

采用环磷酰胺诱导免疫低下小鼠模型,通过测定模型小鼠的炭粒廓清指数、吞噬指数、胸腺指数和脾指数考察白蜡虫多糖的免疫调节能力;对接种S180瘤细胞的小鼠采用口服和注射方式提供白蜡虫多糖,以抑瘤率考察白蜡虫多糖体内抑瘤活性;以生长率为指标考察白蜡虫多糖对人白血病细胞株、人肺癌细胞株、人胃癌细胞株及人肝癌细胞株等4种肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。结果显示:白蜡虫粗多糖(Cwps)和纯化多糖(Pwps)均能明显增加免疫低下小鼠碳粒廓清指数及吞噬指数,但对胸腺指数和脾指数无改善作用;体内抑瘤试验发现,白蜡虫多糖对小鼠体内S180有明显的抑瘤效果,但对离体肿瘤细胞生长却无明显抑制作用。研究结果表明:白蜡虫多糖能增加免疫低下小鼠的非特性免疫能力,具有体内抑制肿瘤作用,但对肿瘤细胞无细胞毒作用,揭示白蜡虫多糖通过提高小鼠免疫能力达到体内抑制肿瘤的功效。  相似文献

Two novel homogeneous polysaccharides, APS-1a and APS-3a were successfully isolated from the root of Angelica sinensis. APS-1a was composed of galactose, arabinose and glucose in a relatively molar percentage of 57.34%, 27.67% and 14.98%, and had a molecular weight of 49.0 kDa, whereas APS-3a was composed of galactose, arabinose and glucose in a relatively molar percentage of 84.54%, 6.50%, and 8.96%, and had a molecular weight of 65.4 kDa. APS-1a and APS-3a mainly consisted of 1,4-linked galactose, 1,3,6-linked galactose, T-galactose and T-arabinose, and the molar ratio of each linkage was different between APS-1a and APS-3a. The bioactivity analysis showed that APS-1a and APS-3a increased the thymus and spleen index, the number of red blood cell (RBC) and white blood cell (WBC) in peripheral blood and the cellularity of bone marrow cell numbers in irradiated mice, protected mice against radiation-induced micronucleus formation in bone marrow, suggesting that polysaccharides could be used as radioprotective agents, especially for promoting bone marrow hematopoiesis.  相似文献

Antitumor activities of water extract (fraction A), ethanol extract (fraction B), ethyl acetate extract (fraction C), non-ethyl acetate extract (fraction D) and compound diosbulbin B isolated from Dioscorea bulbifera L. (DB) were investigated in vivo in this present study. The results showed that fractions B and C both decreased tumor weight in S180 and H22 tumor cells bearing mice, while fractions A and D had no such effect. Furthermore, fraction C altered the weight of spleen and thymus, and the amounts of total leukocytes, lymphocytes and neutrophils in tumor-bearing mice. Further results showed that compound diosbulbin B demonstrated anti-tumor effects in the dose-dependent manner at the dosage of 2 to 16 mg/kg without significant toxicity in vivo. Furthermore, on the basis of chemical analysis of the above extracts by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a diode array detector (DAD), diosbulbin B was found to be the major antitumor bioactive component of DB. These results suggest that DB has potential anti-tumor effects which may be related to influencing the immune system for the first time, and the compound diosbulbin B is the major antitumor component of DB.  相似文献
