ABSTRACT

Maize production is affected by water and nitrogen (N) deficit either separately or joined, but this fact is not completely defined. The aim was to evaluate the fate of N in maize fertilized and subjected to water stress in controlled conditions. A greenhouse experiment was carried out at the University of Buenos Aires campus. The design was a 2 × 2 factorial with four replications. The factors were N: 70 and 140 kg N ha?1 as labeled urea (15N), and water: 100% or 50% of the potential evapotranspiration. The harvest of aerial and root biomass was carried out at R1 stage. Nitrogen in plants, soils nitrate, ammonia volatilization, and 15N percentage were determined. Obtained results only partially agree with previous research. Water stress depressed aerial biomass production independently of N doses. When water was limiting, the uptake of N from fertilizer was independent of N. When water was not limiting, N uptake increased with the higher N doses. Volatilization losses were 3.7 to 7.8% of N applied as fertilizer. Plant N recovers was around 45% of the N applied, except in treatment water stressed with high N rate (19%). Nitrate-N from the fertilizer in the soil at harvest and accumulated N from the fertilizer in plant were lineally related (r2 = 0.54; p < 0.001). Important destinations of N were accumulation in plant, volatilization and incorporation into soil organic matter. However, residual nitrate was a main fate in heavily fertilized and water deficit treatment. This process could lead to the eventual nitrate leaching.  相似文献

A field study was conducted at Beresford, SD, to examine how residual fertilizer phosphorus (P) bands influenced the distribution of Bray-1 extractable P in the soil profile and maize (Zea mays L.) shoot growth and P uptake in a ridge-till system. Liquid ammonium polyphosphate (10-34-0) was injected each fall for three consecutive years in either one or two concentrated subsurface bands in a 5 × 5 cm configuration with respect to the planted seed at rates to provide either 0, 10, 20, or 40 kg P/ha. Soil samples were removed once in the spring before planting with a rectangular block sampler along a 30 cm transect perpendicular to the ridge row to a depth of 15 cm after the third year of the P application. The large sample was separated into eight 7.5 × 7.5 cm × 7.5 cm block sections. Soil was analyzed for Bray-1-extractable orthophosphate-P in each of the sample blocks, composited for increasingly greater soil volumes, and compared with shoot growth and P uptake at the sixth and twelfth leaf and silking stage of growth. Applied-P rate had a strong effect on Bray-1-P levels, increasing them from 7.5 to 195.1 mg P/kg as P rate increased from 0 to 40 kg P/ha. The locations of the previously applied P bands were highly variable in the sampling profile. Coefficients of variation (c.v.) for Bray-1-P levels varied from 1.9 to 141.4 for sampling-block locations and increased as P rate increased. This result indicated that, within treatment replication, there was little consistency with fertilizer P-band placement with respect to the planted seed, and the variability increased with higher P applications. Applied-P rate influenced shoot dry weight, shoot P concentration, and shoot P uptake in the sixth leaf and twelfth leaf growth stages only. The band number had no influence on these parameters. When increasingly larger volumes were considered to improve the accuracy of sampling position with the predictability of the Bray-1 P levels and shoot parameters, the smallest soil volume and sampling position close to the planted seed was as accurate a predictor of shoot parameter responses as the Bray-1 P levels derived from soil composites of larger sampling volumes.  相似文献

针对集约化养殖畜禽粪便无序排放产生的环境问题,采用连续2年的盆栽试验,以猪粪有机肥为研究对象,设计5个有机肥施用水平(0、6.7、13.3、26.7、40.0 g·kg~(-1)土),研究了猪粪有机肥施用对潮土有机碳、速效养分含量及土壤团聚体分布的影响,为畜禽粪便田间消纳和合理施用提供理论依据。研究结果表明,土壤中有机碳、碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾含量均随有机肥施用量的增加而呈现逐渐升高趋势,且第二年土壤中各指标增加更加明显,第二年施肥处理各速效养分含量分别比第一年高2.7%~54.0%、6.7%~34.6%、36.8%~159.5%、20.3%~35.7%;土壤有机碳含量与外源有机碳投入量之间存在着显著的线性关系,有机肥施用可以显著提高生菜产量,且具有明显的后效作用。2年试验中,土壤团聚体以0.053~0.25 mm和0.053 mm小团聚体所占比例较大,且随有机肥施用量增加呈现降低趋势,而0.25~0.5 mm和0.5 mm大团聚体含量却随有机肥施用量增加呈升高趋势,可见,施用有机肥可促进大团聚体的形成,在有机肥施加量为40.0 g·kg~(-1)土时,土壤中0.25 mm团聚体的含量最高,土壤团聚体平均重量直径(MWD)和几何平均直径(GWD)最大,土壤的团聚化作用最强,土壤结构最稳定。  相似文献

以不同磷水平菜田土壤为研究对象,通过土柱淋溶模拟试验,探讨施用沼液对土壤磷素形态及其移动性的影响。结果表明:与单施去离子水的对照相比,施用沼液通过减少淋洗溶液体积降低淋洗液中总磷含量722.3μg·柱~(-1),中、高磷土壤淋洗液总无机磷(TIP)分别减少507.2μg·柱~(-1)和1 319μg·柱~(-1)。低、中磷土壤淋洗液中水溶性无机磷(DIP)减少158.1μg·柱~(-1)和474.3μg·柱~(-1)。在低磷土壤中,施用沼液对剖面土壤全磷、有机磷和速效磷含量影响显著,上层(0~7 cm)土壤增加的比例分别为34.8%、37.7%和148%,土壤p H值显著降低0.39个单位,下层(7~14 cm)土壤增加的比例分别为18.5%、29.3%和32.9%,土壤p H值显著降低0.28个单位。在中磷土壤中,施用沼液对上层土壤全磷含量影响未达到显著水平,速效磷增加比例20.1%,下层土壤p H值降低0.33个单位。在高磷土壤中,施用沼液对剖面土壤全磷、有机磷和速效磷含量影响未达到显著水平,下层土壤p H值降低0.34个单位。因此,施用沼液降低土壤磷素淋洗,增加低磷土壤磷素有效性含量,但对中磷和高磷水平土壤的磷素影响未达到显著水平。  相似文献

Separation of livestock slurries followed by reverse osmosis yields mineral concentrates (MCs) in which almost all nitrogen (N) is ammonium (NH4)-N. The ability of MCs to substitute calcium ammonium nitrate (CAN), a common conventional mineral N fertilizer, was tested in two trials on a silty loam soil (ware potatoes, 2009 and 2010) and four trials on sandy soils (starch potatoes, 2009 and 2010; silage maize in 2010 and 2011). The N fertilizer replacement value (NFRV) of spring-injected MCs ranged from 72 to 84%, slightly less than their share of ammonium-N (90–100%). The fate of N that was apparently unavailable to crops was not fully disclosed, but there were indications that ammonia loss may have played a role.  相似文献

采用土柱培养的模拟试验方法研究了在不同磷水平土壤上大量施用磷肥和有机肥对土壤测试磷、土壤磷渗漏的影响及影响机理。结果表明,不同磷水平土壤施用磷肥或有机肥土壤CaCl2-P、Olsen—P和土壤渗漏液中可溶性磷均显著增加;单位量磷肥或有机肥所增加土壤各形态磷量随土壤磷水平的增加而增大;随着磷肥或有机肥用量的增加,单位量磷肥或有机肥所增加各形态磷量也逐渐增大,差异均达到显著和极显著水平。在施用磷肥的基础上增施有机肥可以提高土壤CaCl2-P、Olsen—P含量和土壤渗漏液中可溶性磷的增长幅度。土壤磷的渗漏量与土壤测试磷呈显著正相关;单位量磷肥或有机肥所增加的土壤渗漏磷量随着磷肥或有机肥用量以及土壤磷水平的增加而增加。Olsen—P含量与土壤磷吸持指数(PSI)呈显著负相关关系,与土壤磷的吸附饱和度(DPS)呈显著正相关关系。  相似文献

有机无机肥配施对旱地作物养分利用率及氮磷流失的影响   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
采用2年的田间小区试验,研究猪粪、猪粪堆肥或沼渣沼液与化肥配施对春玉米-小白菜轮作地氮磷径流损失与肥料利用率的影响.结果表明,有机无机肥配施可明显减少旱地氮素流失,NH+-N和NO3--N流失量占总氮流失的比例为49.08%~52.02%,且地表氮素径流损失量随着猪粪堆肥用量的增加而降低;与施纯化肥相比,以20%的猪粪堆肥N与80%化肥N配施可分别降低氮素径流损失28.95%,2年总氮肥利用率提高8.13%.以猪粪堆肥或沼渣沼液与化肥配施可明显降低磷素径流损失,并提高磷、钾肥利用率;与施纯化肥相比,以20%的猪粪堆肥氮或沼渣沼液氮与80%的化肥氮配施可分别减少磷素流失4.74%和2.76%,2年总磷肥利用率分别提高1.06%和2.75%,2年总钾肥利用率分别提高2.62%和11.48%.  相似文献

通过土柱模拟淋洗试验,研究了施用等量有机复合肥条件下,不同酸度模拟酸雨对赤红壤氮磷淋失特征的影响。结果表明,铵态氮、硝态氮、无机氮和总氮淋失量均随酸雨pH值增大而下降;pH 2.0模拟酸雨和对照(pH 6.5)的无机氮和总氮淋失量差异不显著,但均显著高于pH 3.0、pH 4.0和pH 5.0酸雨;pH 5.0模拟酸雨无机氮和总氮淋失量均最低,表明强酸性酸雨和中性淋洗液均促进氮淋失,而酸度与土壤接近的酸雨减少氮淋失。与对照相比,模拟酸雨对DP淋失无显著影响,但显著降低PP和TP淋失;不同模拟酸雨各形态磷淋失量均无显著差异,表明酸雨对赤红壤磷淋失影响有限。酸雨对淋滤液氮磷浓度动态变化和氮磷累计淋失量动态变化等均无显著影响。  相似文献

[目的]探究配施两种释放方式不同的缓释氮肥对滇中地区坡耕地径流氮素流失及青贮玉米生长的影响,为滇中坡耕地水土保持提供理论依据和支持。[方法]通过研究自然降雨条件下的径流槽模拟试验,在等氮条件下设置普通尿素(CK),40%添加了硝化抑制剂的速溶诺泰克?21+60%普通尿素(处理I)和40%包膜缓释氮肥聚谷氨酸增效3代+60%普通尿素(处理Ⅱ)3个处理。[结果]生育期内各处理氮素流失呈先上升后下降的趋势,其中CK流失量最高,处理I和处理Ⅱ较CK有显著减少,总氮流失量分别下降了29.95%和16.77%,硝态氮分别减少了14.55%和6.53%,铵态氮分别减少了16.08%,8.24%。尿素配施缓释氮肥能够有效提高土壤全氮和铵态氮含量,减少硝态氮含量。处理I,Ⅱ较CK相比土壤全氮含量增加了3.25%和0.87%,铵态氮含量分别显著增加了30.57%,25.70%;较CK相比,处理I、处理Ⅱ硝态氮含量分别减少了22.49%和16.61%。[结论]3个处理间青贮玉米的产量无显著性差异,但配施缓释肥可以在保证土壤肥力和满足青贮玉米正常生长需求的同时减少坡耕地径流养分流失,其中...  相似文献

随着环保压力的日益增加和农户环保意识的逐渐增强,发酵床养猪技术逐渐被农户接受,但是发酵床熟化垫料再利用难,而限制了发酵床养猪技术的推广。本研究将两种发酵床熟化垫料分别进行高温堆肥形成有机肥,总养分(氮、磷、钾)含量均超过50g/kg,重金属和粪大肠杆菌含量均未超标,蛔虫卵死亡率95%以上,完全可以作为成熟的有机肥产品。试验表明,在等氮量施用条件下,发酵床熟化垫料有机肥施用后青椒产量也能达到化肥和常规有机肥的产量,并能提高青椒品质,改善土壤肥力,提高土壤中矿质态氮的效果。PCR-DGGE结果表明,细菌群落结构分为三大类,对照(CK)和化肥(CF)处理群落结构相似,常规猪粪有机肥(POF)单独一类,两种发酵床熟化垫料有机肥(FOF和ROF)群落结构相似,结果表明施肥能够改变土壤中微生物多样性,施用有机肥(POF、FOF、ROF)对土壤微生物多样性改变的效果比化肥(CF)大;不同来源的有机肥(POF和FOF、ROF)对土壤中微生物区系改变方向不一样,来源接近的有机肥(FOF和ROF)对土壤微生物区系改变方向接近。  相似文献

采用室内模拟土柱淋洗方法研究了无机复合肥、有机复合肥、猪粪堆肥和花生麸4种肥料单施和两两混施条件下氮磷在赤红壤中的淋失特征。结果表明,各处理总氮淋失率在43.2%~74.8%之间,总磷淋失率在0.01%~0.08%之间,赤红壤中肥料氮淋失严重,肥料磷淋失有限。肥料单施处理的无机氮淋失量和有机氮基本相近,肥料混施处理的无机氮淋失量远高于有机氮;各施肥处理磷的淋失均以颗粒磷为主。肥料混施显著增加铵态氮和无机氮淋失,减少有机氮和总氮淋失。猪粪与复合肥混施减少颗粒磷和总磷淋失,花生麸与复合肥混施则促进颗粒磷和总磷淋失,所有混施处理均减少可溶性磷淋失。肥料混施对赤红壤氮磷淋失特征具有显著的混施效应。  相似文献

以玉米为供试作物,通过田间试验设置无磷肥和生物质改良剂对照、单施不同量磷肥和磷肥配施生物质改良剂(微生物菌肥、生物质炭、腐殖酸和黄腐酸)处理,研究了磷肥配施生物质改良剂对盐渍化土壤的改良效应及对玉米的增产作用。结果表明:与对照处理相比,各处理的土壤容重和pH分别降低1.96%~14.38%和0.11%~1.98%,土壤有效磷含量增加33.71%~182.39%;施磷75 kg/hm2处理下的籽粒磷素积累量最高,施磷150 kg/hm2处理下的茎秆、叶片和植株的磷素积累量最显著;磷肥利用率、磷肥农学效率和磷肥偏生产力随施磷量增加呈下降趋势。与对照处理相比,各处理的玉米单株鲜重和干重分别增加6.52%~34.78%和11.54%~42.31%,百粒重和产量分别增加31.15%~40.52%和21.81%~60.02%。主成分分析表明,150 kg/hm2磷肥配施7 500 kg/hm2生物质炭处理的综合得分最高(分值为1.255 1),该处理在土壤改良、磷肥利用与玉米增产等方面的综合效果最优。  相似文献

Pot experiments using a 15N isotope technique were conducted to quantify the substitution effect of pig manure (PM) for chemical fertilizer (CF) nitrogen (N) on N-use efficiency. Treatments include a control, 100% CF N, 100% PM N, and portions of PM N (25?75%) substitution for CF N. With an increase portion of PM, N in wheat and maize plants derived from the CF (%Ndff) significantly (P < 0.05) decreased from 76.6 to 35.1% and 79.8 to 40.9%, whereas N derived from PM (%Ndfm) increased from 13.1 to 57.0% and 5.4 to 47.1%. Plant availability of PM N was equivalent to 33% and 28% of CF N for wheat and maize, and 10?17% and 12?20% of PM N were recovered by wheat and maize plants, respectively. The PM N could substitute for 33% CF N. Combinations of PM with CF did not improve N efficiency compared with equivalent rate of CF alone.  相似文献

为探明缓释肥施用时期对鲜食糯玉米产量和籽粒品质的影响,本研究以苏玉糯11号为材料,在等量施肥条件下,以常规施肥方式(N15CK,基施复合肥+六叶期追施尿素)和不施肥为对照,研究缓释肥于播种期(SN15-0)、三叶期(SN15-3)和六叶期(SN15-6)一次性施用对鲜食糯玉米鲜果穗和鲜籽粒产量,籽粒淀粉和蛋白质含量、碘结合力、热力学特性和糊化特性的影响。结果表明,缓释肥处理的鲜果穗产量和鲜籽粒产量显著高于常规肥处理,且SN15-6和SN15-3的鲜果穗产量分别比SN15-0提高14.0%和7.4%,鲜籽粒产量提高14.6%和2.0%。SN15-6的籽粒中淀粉、可溶性糖和蛋白质含量均显著高于其他处理。缓释肥延后施用使淀粉粒径变小,SN15-6与N15CK的淀粉碘结合力和最大吸收波长显著高于其他处理。与不施肥相比,施肥提高了籽粒淀粉的糊化温度和胶凝温度(起始温度、峰值温度和终值温度),降低了回生热焓值和回生值。其中SN15-3的峰值黏度、谷值黏度、崩解值和终值黏度最高,而SN15-6的回复值、回生热焓值和回生值最低。综上,缓释肥适当延后施用有利于提高鲜食糯玉米产量,增加籽粒中蛋白质、淀粉、可溶性糖含量,降低淀粉平均粒径;另外,三叶期施用可显著提高籽粒糊化黏度,六叶期施用使籽粒回生值显著降低。本研究结果可为春播鲜食糯玉米绿色高产优质轻简栽培提供理论依据与技术支撑。  相似文献

为比较单施尿素与尿素和缓释肥配施对云南坡耕地径流氮流失、土壤养分及青贮饲用玉米生长的影响作用。通过自然降雨下的径流槽试验,在等氮条件下按云南常规施肥量设置单施尿素(CK)、添加硝化抑制剂速溶诺泰克®21等氮替代40%的尿素+60%普通尿素(处理I)和聚谷氨酸增效3代等氮替代40%的尿素+60%普通尿素(处理Ⅱ)3个处理。结果表明:生育期内尿素配施缓释肥的处理I和处理Ⅱ与单施尿素CK处理相比,总氮、铵态氮和硝态氮流失浓度削减量最高分别为2.59,1.60,1.42 mg/L和1.61,1.38,1.25 mg/L;累计流失量与CK相比,处理I、处理Ⅱ的总氮、铵态氮和硝态氮累计流失量分别削减18.56%,16.19%,24.31%和10.75%,8.73%,17.08%。在青贮玉米生育期内,配施缓释肥处理土壤较CK处理铵态氮含量分别显著提高13.94%~45.04%和9.63%~22.39%,硝态氮含量分别显著降低3.70%~29.91%,8.61%~12.55%,土壤微生物生物量氮含量分别显著提高22.13%~31.76%,11.80%~22.81%。尿素配施缓释肥也可以显著提高青贮玉米产量和植株氮吸收量,并通过显著提高植株粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量,降低粗灰分和洗涤纤维含量来提高其品质性状。相关性分析可知,径流氮流失与土壤氮含量、青贮玉米产量和植株吸氮量呈负相关关系,土壤氮素与产量和植株氮吸收均呈正相关关系,产量与植株氮吸收呈极显著正相关关系。综上所述,与单施尿素相比,尿素配施缓释氮肥能够减缓土壤氮素的硝化过程,显著增强土壤的固氮能力,维持土壤高氮素水平,进而提高青贮饲用玉米的产量和品质,为红壤坡耕地青贮玉米种植的施肥提供科学理论依据。  相似文献

This study investigated the effects of historical long‐term and recent single applications of pig slurry on phosphorus (P) leaching from intact columns of two sandy topsoils (Mellby and Böslid). The soils had similar physical properties, but different soil P status (ammonium lactate‐extractable P; P‐AL) and degree of P saturation (DPS‐AL). Mellby had P‐AL of 220–280 mg/kg and DPS‐AL of 32–42%, which was higher than for Böslid (P‐AL 140 mg/kg and DPS 21%). The study investigated the effects since 1983 of four treatments with different fertilizer histories, in summary high (HighSlurryMellby) and low (LowSlurryMellby) rates of pig slurry and mineral P (MinMellby) applications at Mellby and mineral P application at Böslid (MinBöslid). The columns were irrigated in the laboratory five times before and five times after a single application of pig slurry (22 kg P/ha). Concentrations of dissolved reactive P (DRP), dissolved organic P and total‐P (TP) in leachate and loads were significantly higher (P < 0.005) from the treatments at Mellby than those at Böslid. TP concentrations followed the trend: HighSlurryMellby (0.57–0.59 mg/L) > MinMellby (0.41–0.49 mg/L) > LowSlurryMellby (0.31–0.36 mg/L) > MinBöslid (0.14–0.15 mg/L), both before and after the single slurry application. DRP concentrations in leachate were positively correlated with DPS‐AL values in the topsoil (R2 = 0.95, P < 0.0001) and increased with greater DPS‐AL values after the single slurry application (R2 = 0.79, P < 0.0001). Thus, DPS‐AL can be an appropriate indicator of P leaching risk from sandy soils. Moreover, the build‐up of soil P because of long‐term repeated manure applications seems to be more important for potential P losses than a single manure application.  相似文献

通过模拟深松机具下的深施肥技术,研究了深施磷肥对旱地冬小麦产量、根系生长、水肥效应的影响。研究结果表明,深松条件下深施磷肥平均效果比传统施肥增产38.5%,20 cm和40 cm各施一半的效果最好,但深施到20 cm和深施到40 cm之间差异不显著。深施磷肥促进了小麦根系在土层内的生长发育,提高了小麦根系总量,尤其是深层根系总量明显增加,这对旱地冬小麦吸收深层土壤中的水分和养分是十分有利的。深松条件下,深施磷肥的水分利用系数比传统施磷提高了8.4%。此外,深施磷肥有助于冬小麦在整个生育期内磷素的均衡供应,  相似文献
