车间作业调度(JSP)是典型的NP难题,传统求解方法都有各自的特色和不足。免疫系统强大的信息处理能力为人工免疫应用提供了丰富的暗示,因此,免疫算法被提出,并逐渐应用于许多工程实际。针对车间作业调度这个优化问题的难处理性,提出了基于免疫粒子群算法(IPA)的JSP求解方法。在该求解方法中,结合免疫原理和粒子群算法应用于JSP的算法流程;算法采用基于操作的编码方式;依据接种疫苗和变异、免疫选择的机制来设计算子。并通过仿真,证明了IPA算法在JSP中的有效性。  相似文献

Microglia are resident brain cells that sense pathological tissue alterations. They can develop into brain macrophages and perform immunological functions. However, expression of immune proteins by microglia is not synonymous with inflammation, because these molecules can have central nervous system (CNS)-specific roles. Through their involvement in pain mechanisms, microglia also respond to external threats. Experimental studies support the idea that microglia have a role in the maintenance of synaptic integrity. Analogous to electricians, they are capable of removing defunct axon terminals, thereby helping neuronal connections to stay intact. Microglia in healthy CNS tissue do not qualify as macrophages, and their specific functions are beginning to be explored.  相似文献

Although neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease are not classically considered mediated by inflammation or the immune system, in some instances the immune system may play an important role in the degenerative process. Furthermore, it has become clear that the immune system itself may have beneficial effects in nervous system diseases considered neurodegenerative. Immunotherapeutic approaches designed to induce a humoral immune response have recently been developed for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. These studies have led to human trials that resulted in both beneficial and adverse effects. In animal models, it has also been shown that immunotherapy designed to induce a cellular immune response may be of benefit in central nervous system injury, although T cells may have either a beneficial or detrimental effect depending on the type of T cell response induced. These areas provide a new avenue for exploring immune system-based therapy of neurodegenerative diseases and will be discussed here with a primary focus on Alzheimer's disease. We will also discuss how these approaches affect microglia activation, which plays a key role in therapy of such diseases.  相似文献

Although microbes have been classically viewed as pathogens, it is now well established that the majority of host-bacterial interactions are symbiotic. During development and into adulthood, gut bacteria shape the tissues, cells, and molecular profile of our gastrointestinal immune system. This partnership, forged over many millennia of coevolution, is based on a molecular exchange involving bacterial signals that are recognized by host receptors to mediate beneficial outcomes for both microbes and humans. We explore how specific aspects of the adaptive immune system are influenced by intestinal commensal bacteria. Understanding the molecular mechanisms that mediate symbiosis between commensal bacteria and humans may redefine how we view the evolution of adaptive immunity and consequently how we approach the treatment of numerous immunologic disorders.  相似文献

The goals in bone marrow transplantation are its application to the treatment of diseases arising in the blood-forming tissues of man. Techniques for procuring and grafting marrow are of the needle-and-syringe type and are based on the normal physiological processes in which stem cells circulate through blood and other fluids of the mammalian organism. Destruction of bone marrow by irradiation, chemicals, or unknown agencies provides the immediate experimental system for demonstrating the therapeutic value of marrow transplants. Genetic diseases characterized by abnormal marrow function are also modifiable by grafts of blood-forming tissues. Studies with identical twins are critical experiments for showing the clinical value of grafts, even though the transplanted cells cannot be identified by the usual marker techniques. Among the best results seen with marrow grafting is the presumed cure of certain rare hereditary immune-deficiency disorders of children. A major problem in bone marrow transplantation-one that delays its wider clinical application-is the immune reaction from cells growing out of the foreign transplant which attack the host (the graft-versus-host reaction). Attempts to use a graft-versus-host response to eliminate tumor cells is a part of the marrow research program. The history of the processes that led to some of the achieved goals in marrow grafting shows the usual multicentric origin of an idea. Certain individuals play critical roles in developing the idea. Finally, a body of knowledge is accumulated that opens up or limits prospects for the future. In bone marrow transplantati on, future achievements will depend in part on the progress that is made in the areas of cell separation, bone marrow banking, and tissue culture.  相似文献
