Production Planning Method for Steelmaking-continuous Casting Process Based on Time Backward and Process Simulation

Reasonable production planning effectively ensures smooth operation. According to the analysis of the characteristics of steelmaking-continuous casting production process, a production planning method for steelmaking - continuous casting process based on time backward inference method and process simulation is presented. Production plan meeting certain criteria is rapidly gained by time backward inference method, and is regarded as input of simulation model in steelmaking process. Considering time randomicity in production process and transporting equipment restriction, production plan meeting more restrictive conditions, such as no equipment conflict, continuous casting, and etc, is acquired through simulating. It assures that the plan is carried out in practice. The instance demonstrates the feasibility of the method.     

Distribution Network Structure Planning Based on Improved Immune Genetic Algorithm

Distribution Network Structure planning is a complex combinatorial optimization problem,which is difficult to solve properly by using traditional optimization methods.In order to solve this problem,Improved Immune Genetic Algorithm is introduced to the distribution network optimal planning. Improved Immune Genetic Algorithm draws into the immune diversity and antibody's density mechanism to maintain the individual's diversity and remains evolution algorithm's global stochastic searching ability,so it can promote diversity and the whole optimal-searching ability of genetic algorithm.The optimal module takes the minimum annual cost as its object,and the capacity and voltage drop of feeder and the radiation of distribution network as its restrictions.According to the require of radiation of distribution network,the spanning tree of the alternative network is taken as the initial solution to speed up the calculation.And the branch-exchange method is used in designing crossover operator and mutation operator to avoid the radiation checking and enhance the optimizing ability.This algorithm has been illustrated effectively by examples,at the same time,the calculation example demonstrates that,the algorithm has higher calculation speed than the traditional immune genetic algorithm.

Distribution Network Structure Planning Based on Multi-population Immune Genetic Algorithm

Distribution Network Structure planning is a complex combinatorial optimization problem, which is difficult to solve properly by using traditional optimization methods. The authors put forward Multiple Population Immune Genetic Algorithm (MPIGA)for optimal planning of distribution network structure, and do optimal search to different aspects of optimization goals. During the genetic evolution process, biologic immune mechanism is introduced to do some immune operator operation on chromosomes of each population, which can interact mutually by the shift of excellent units. By this way, it can effectively prevent population retrogression, promote diversity and the whole optimal searching ability of genetic algorithm. In order to minimize network annual expenditure, a mathematic model is established. The optimal solution is obtained by this algorithm, which has been illustrated effectively by specific examples at the same time.     

基于SPC的乳制品加工环节质量安全控制研究

考虑到国内乳制品质量安全的现状,针对其质量安全问题,对乳制品加工过程进行分析。以巴氏杀菌乳为例,采取125个样本作为原始数据,将菌落总数作为控制对象,利用统计过程控制方法(简称SPC)进行计算和分析,通过建立控制图对加工过程质量安全实时控制,进而降低风险,保证乳制品的质量。     

水产品解冻技术研究进展

冷冻水产品在加工前都必须进行解冻处理。如果解冻时间过长,易造成微生物大量繁殖,再加上酶的作用和氧化反应致使水产品发生腐败变质;如果解冻时间过短,水产品内部的汁液不能够充分地进入细胞内,易导致营养成分的流失,同时也影响到产品的鲜嫩度。因此选择合适的解冻方式对水产品的后续加工至关重要。本文探讨了解冻过程对水产品品质的变化;概述了目前国内外常见的水产品解冻技术;比较了各解冻技术的工作原理、应用范围、优势与不足;并对水产品解冻技术未来的发展方向作出展望。     

基于行为主体决策机制的土地利用规划方法初探

随着中国市场经济体制改革的不断深入,社会主体构成多元化,用地需求、用地动机呈现多样化,土地利用规划行为更加复杂。传统的土地利用规划方法较少从土地利用行为角度分析,在规划中缺乏对土地使用者的用地心理、用地动机、用地偏好、土地利用行为决策特征的了解,对土地使用者转换土地用途的行为机理不清楚,从而导致规划缺乏行为管理的针对性和激励机制。拟在土地利用规划方法综合分析的基础上,通过对土地利用规划主体行为价值取向、行为特征及其驱动力进行分析,研究土地利用规划的行为决策、行为组织和行为控制,从理论角度对基于行为主体决策机制的土地利用规划方法进行分析。

富硒产物的制备工艺研究

用亚硒酸钠溶液浸泡大麦、花生、黄豆制备富硒产物,研究不同亚硒酸钠质量浓度、发芽时间对产物中硒含量的影响。通过工艺条件优化,为今后植物富硒载体的筛选及富硒产物的制备提供了数据支持。

制定蜂产品产地编码规则,对于利于建立蜂产品溯源体系有着重要的意义。本文阐述了蜂产品产地编码规则对蜂产品安全的重要性,采用行政区划与信息技术的方法,构建产地编码规则的内容与技术方案,实现精准掌握蜂产品产地的目标,并对未来蜂产品溯源方面的研究进行了展望。     

基于RFID技术的农产品电商智能包装系统设计

针对人工方法进行农产品包装存在效率低和易出错的缺点,设计了一种农产品电商智能包装系统。该系统通过将RFID技术、可视化软件和数据库管理相结合,利用RFID高效自动读写功能,首先在包装操作中向农产品包装中写入农产品溯源信息,然后在分拣操作中读出农产品溯源信息,同时可以对库存信息进行有效管理,从而提升电商企业智能化水平。经实际系统运行验证,本系统可以自动化完成40箱农产品包装和分拣操作,且系统运行稳定可靠,可有效提升包装效率。     

Study on the Integration Framework of Urban Planning Information System Based on Web Services

Web Services is a service-oriented structure and which is really platform-independent and language-independent.In this paper, its system and key technology are analyzed,then aiming at the main problems in information sharing of urban planning information system(UPIS),a UPIS integration framework based on the Web Services is proposed and its principle is studied.Furthermore,an example with realization of UPIS system by ASP.NET in Visual Studio.NET is given.     

Study on Development and Manufacturing Process of Ceramic Products Based on CE

Based on the Concurrent Engineering (CE) idea, we have established the development and manufacturing process model of the ceramic products and its supported environment, through studying the development and manufacturing of ceramic tableware in the ceramic industry. The key technology will be discussed in this paper. The achievements of researching, which has shortened product lead time and improved product quality, have been applied in ceramic enterprise.     

基于HACCP和QFD的乳制品质量安全控制研究

为解决乳制品的质量安全控制问题,将HACCP体系与质量功能展开(QFD)相结合,应用HACCP体系进行全过程控制,运用QFD获取乳制品质量安全控制的顾客需求项及各项权重,根据各项关键控制指标的重要度,完成预防措施质量屋的构建并应用到HACCP体系预防措施和纠偏措施的制定中,从而对乳制品质量安全进行控制。     

基于平衡膳食的中国农产品供需研究

促进农业增产,保障农产品供给一直是中国农业发展主要任务,但是中国的农业生产并没有同中国居民的膳食需求相结合制定合理的发展目标,生产存在一定的盲目性。依据中国营养学会制定的《中国居民膳食指南》中的膳食标准,计算出平衡膳食条件下中国各类农产品的需求量,通过与目前中国各类农产品的产量对比发现中国大部分农产品的产量已经超过了平衡膳食条件下中国居民的合理需求量,调整中国的农业生产结构,倡导平衡膳食,成为解决中国农产品供求平衡问题的一个重要途径。     

基于SCP范式的中国水产品加工业的市场结构分析

水产品加工业在中国渔业的发展中发挥了举足轻重的作用,不仅是渔业产业增值增效的重要保障,而且也是发展现代渔业、优化渔业产业结构的有效途径。从产业层面分析,中国水产品加工业存在的很多矛盾和问题都与其市场结构特征有关,基于SCP范式,从市场集中度、产品差异化和进入退出壁垒等方面分析了中国水产品加工业的市场结构,为从调整市场结构入手来提高水产品加工业的市场绩效提供可以借鉴的理论基础和政策建议。     

The Research of University City Planning Strategies Based on the Real Living

Based on the present problems in university city planning of China, in this paper the reasons for these problems from viewpoint of axiology and methodology are analyzed and the corresponding planning methods are offered, finally the prospects for the future university city planning method are given.     

基于模糊综合评价的农产品物流中心选址研究

农产品资源浪费一直是我国现阶段存在的一大问题,其主要原因是物流环节不能很好地服务于这一产业。通过收集和分析我国农产品物流及农产品物流中心选址问题的研究,提出了成本最低法的农产品物流中心选址模型,通过用模糊综合评价法构建其指标体系,最后用实证分析对其验证可行。     

基于AHP-熵权法的生鲜农产品冷链物流安全评价

为提高生鲜农产品质量和优化资源配置,本文以生鲜农产品冷链物流为研究客体,构建了考虑仓储、运输、包装、配送、搬运的生鲜农产品冷链物流安全评价指标体系;并采用AHP法与熵权法相结合的综合赋权法,对综合评价指标的权重进行确定;在此基础上运用模糊物元法对生鲜农产品物流安全进行综合评价;同时选择常州某市场的4家冷链物流商为研究对象进行实证分析。结果表明,在该评价指标体系中,权重较高的评价指标排名对综合排名有重要影响,冷链物流商家应重点关注权重较高的指标并提高其相应能力。
