Depressed performance and availability of some amino acids (AA) in pigs fed excess Leu diets appear to be related to lower feed intake. Surplus Ile and Val may help to overcome this effect. An experiment was conducted with 24 pigs (31.8 ± 1.2 kg initial BW) to evaluate the effect of dietary excess of either Leu alone or with surplus Ile and Val on performance and serum concentration (SC) of essential AA. Treatments were as follows: T1, basal diet; T2, basal plus 0.43% L‐Leu (excess Leu); T3, basal added with 0.43% L‐Leu, plus 0.20% L‐Ile and 0.25% L‐Val (excess LIV). The basal diet was formulated to contain 0.90% standardized ileal digestible Lys and added with crystalline L‐Lys, L‐Thr, DL‐Met, L‐Trp, L‐Leu, L‐Ile, L‐His and L‐Val to create essential AA:Lys ratios close to an ideal protein for growing pigs. All pigs were fed the same amount of feed twice a day (average, 3.42× the requirement of NEm). Blood samples were collected at 2.5 (absorptive) and 11.0 h (post‐absorptive) post‐prandial to analyse SC of AA. Excess of either Leu or LIV did not affect growth rate nor feed conversion. Excess Leu increased Leu SC and decreased Ile and Val SC (p < 0.05) at both absorptive and post‐absorptive phases, but excess LIV restored the SC of Ile and Val. The SC of other essential AA was not affected by excess of either Leu or LIV. The SC of all AA during absorptive, on average, was about two times higher than that of post‐absorptive phase. These results suggest that the reduced availability (SC) of Ile and Val in pigs consuming excess Leu diets is attributed to a reduced absorption and increased cellular degradation rates of them.  相似文献

Ruminal microbes harvested from a ruminally fistulated cow were incubated in simple batch and semicontinuous cultures with NH3‐N or amino‐N on nitrogen‐ or energy‐excess diets in quantity (HN and LN diets, respectively, consisting of timothy hay plus soybean meal, or corn grain), based on evaluation with the National Research Council and Cornell Net Carbohydrate and Protein System models. In a batch culture experiment, supplementation with amino‐N promoted digestion and fermentation in the course of incubation (4–24 h) on both diets, but these effects mostly disappeared when the diets were sufficiently digested (at 48 h). In a semicontinuous culture experiment using Rusitec, no effect of amino‐N was exhibited after sufficient fermentation and digestion, but significant promotion of digestion was shown in the course of incubation on the HN diet, while no such effect was detected on the LN diet. The microbial yield for 24 h did not show a significant difference between the N sources of either of the two diets. These results suggest that the stimulatory effects of amino‐N are diminished when the diets are sufficiently digested after a long retention and incubation, and also that the effectiveness of amino‐N does not require a quantitatively energy‐excess status.  相似文献

为研究氮源和水平对肉牛瘤胃发酵特性的影响,本试验利用体外培养法研究不同水平(0、50、100和200 mg/L)的尿素、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸和缬氨酸对培养液pH、氨态氮、微生物蛋白质、挥发性脂肪酸的影响.结果表明:在体外培养条件下,以亮氨酸和异亮氨酸为氮源,培养液pH和微生物蛋白质浓度分别显著低于和显著高于以尿素为氮源(P<0.05),以支链氨基酸为氮源培养液氨态氮浓度显著低于以尿素为氮源(P<0.05),以异亮氨酸为氮源培养液总挥发性脂肪酸、乙酸和丙酸浓度都显著高于其他氮源(P<0.05);随着氮水平的提高,培养液pH以及氨态氮、微生物蛋白质和丙酸的浓度都显著的升高(P<0.05);氮源和水平对各指标均存在显著的互作效应(P<0.05).结果提示,亮氨酸作为氮源更有利于微生物蛋白质的合成;200 mg/L的氮水平有利于瘤胃微生物的发酵;氮源和水平对瘤胃发酵存在互作效应.  相似文献

To create high-quality eggs by using different breed and feed materials, we investigated free amino acid contents and taste sensor traits using two chicken breeds (Rhode Island Red; RIR and Australorp; AUS) fed two feeds (mixed and fermented feeds). Two-way ANOVA revealed significant breed and feed main and interaction effects on albumen bitterness and a significant interaction effect on yolk bitterness. Albumen from RIR fed mixed feed and AUS fed fermented feed was higher bitterness, whereas yolk from those groups was lower bitterness. Significant breed effects were detected in four albumen amino acid traits (His, Met, Ile, and Lys) and a yolk His, whereas significant feed effects were found in 15 albumen amino acid traits (Asp, Glu, Ser, His, Gly, Thr, Ala, Tyr, Val, Met, Trp, Ile, Leu, Lys, and Pro) and a yolk cystine trait. Compared to albumen amino acids, yolk amino acids had limited effects by breed and feed. The present results suggest that genetic and nutritional factors can alter not only amino acid contents but also sensor values of bitterness, indicating that selecting the combination of breed and feed enable us to make amino acids enriched and taste added designer eggs in future.  相似文献

为研究皖西白鹅对常用蛋白饲料原料豆粕、菜籽粕及DDGS的氨基酸标准回肠消化率(SIAAD),选取体重相近的56日龄皖西白鹅288只,随机分为24个饲喂栏,每个饲喂栏12只(公、母各半),试验期为35 d,0~28 d为预饲期,全部饲喂相同基础日粮;29~35 d为试验期,分别饲喂待测饲粮和无氮饲粮6 d,每种饲粮6个饲喂栏(重复),第35天早上饲喂前采集回肠食糜并测定食糜中的氨基酸含量。结果显示:豆粕、菜籽粕和DDGS的平均SIAAD分别为88.30%、81.17%、88.99%,且豆粕和DDGS平均SIAAD显著(P<0.05)高于菜籽粕。豆粕中氨基酸的SIAAD如下:赖氨酸(Lys)81.27%、蛋氨酸(Met)95.14%、苏氨酸(Thr)85.08%、缬氨酸(Val)88.25%、亮氨酸(Leu)88.20%、异亮氨酸(Ile)87.33%、苯丙氨酸(Phe)91.66%、组氨酸(His)87.77%和精氨酸(Arg)92.18%;菜籽粕氨基酸的SIAAD如下:Lys 75.19%、Met 87.87%、Thr 82.96%、Val 84.25%、Leu 83.19%、Ile 81.94%、Phe 86.08%、His 84.39%和Arg 83.10%;DDGS 中氨基酸的SIAAD如下:Lys 83.74%、Met 94.59%、Thr 90.85%、Val 91.97%、Leu 93.67%、Ile 91.38%、Phe 94.73%、His 90.59%和Arg 94.09%。该试验结果为豆粕、菜籽粕和DDGS在皖西白鹅饲粮上的高效利用和合理配制低氮饲粮提供数据参考。  相似文献

1. The effects of dietary branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) including leucine (Leu), isoleucine (Ile) and valine (Val) on taste-active components, especially free glutamate (Glu), in meat were investigated. 2. Broiler chickens (28 d old) were given varied dietary BCAA levels for 10 d before marketing. Dietary BCAA content ratios were either 100:100:100 (Low Leu group), 150:100:100 (Control group) or 150:150:150 (High Ile + Val group) for Leu:Ile:Val (% of each BCAA requirement according to NRC, 1994). Taste-related components of meat (free amino acids and ATP metabolites) and sensory scores of meat soup were estimated. 3. Free Glu content, the main taste-active component of meat, was significantly increased by dietary BCAA. Compared to the Control group, free Glu content increased by 30% in the High Ile + Val group. However, the inosine monophosphate (IMP) content in meat did not change among groups. 4. Sensory evaluation of meat soups showed that Control and High Ile + Val groups had different meat flavours. The sensory score of overall taste intensity was significantly higher in the High Ile + Val group. 5. These results suggest that dietary BCAA concentrations regulate free Glu in meat. Increasing dietary Ile + Val induces an increase in free Glu content of meat, improves meat taste and is more effective for increasing free Glu content in meat than decreasing dietary Leu level.  相似文献

 通过检测泌乳中期山羊血浆及乳中游离氨基酸含量的变化,探讨不同精粗比饲料对机体中氨基酸(aminoacids,AA)的代谢流向及乳蛋白的影响。选用泌乳中期山羊7只,随机分为2组,分别饲喂精粗比4∶6(低精料组)和6∶4(高精料组)日粮,颈静脉血管瘘采血,手工挤奶取奶样。Bradford法测定乳中总蛋白质浓度,RP-HPLC检测山羊血浆和乳中游离氨基酸的含量。结果表明,2组山羊血浆中均分离出14种游离氨基酸,乳中分离出8种游离氨基酸,不同精粗比饲料对血液或乳中游离氨基酸谱无明显影响。不同精粗比日粮情况下,除丙氨酸外,血液中游离氨基酸的含量均高于乳中同种氨基酸的含量;且血液中生酮氨基酸(Leu,Lys)、兼性氨基酸(Phe,Ile)和支链氨基酸(Leu,Ile和Val)含量显著或极显著高于乳中。高精料组除Gly和Ala外,其余氨基酸含量均低于低精料组;乳中总蛋白浓度略高于低精料组,但无统计学差异。表明血液中游离氨基酸为乳蛋白的合成提供了原料和能量保证。饲喂高精料日粮,血液中游离氨基酸含量较低,不利于乳蛋白含量和产量的提高。  相似文献

试验研究了日粮添加复合异位酸对山羊小肠氨基酸流通量和表观消化率的影响。采用3×3拉丁方试验设计,选用3头安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管、十二指肠近端瘘管和回肠远端瘘管、平均体重为(25.4±0.75)kg的健康麻城黑山羊为试验动物。I组为空白对照,饲喂基础日粮。II组、III组分别饲喂含0.3%和0.6%复合异位酸(钠盐形式)的试验日粮。采用Co-EDTA标记法测定小肠氨基酸流通量和表观消化率。结果显示:III组缬氨酸和异亮氨酸十二指肠流通量极显著高于对照组(P0.01),亮氨酸和必需氨基酸显著高于对照组(P0.05);缬氨酸和丙氨酸的小肠表观消化率显著高于对照组(P0.05)。II组缬氨酸和异亮氨酸十二指肠流通量显著高于对照组(P0.05)。III组异亮氨酸十二指肠流通量显著高于II组(P0.05)。  相似文献

试验选用60头21日龄断奶的三元杂交仔猪(杜×长×大),按完全区组设计分为3组,处理1饲喂添加0.2%的中草药复方日粮、处理2饲喂添加0.02%的粘杆菌素日粮及处理3饲喂基础日粮,于第7天、第14天和第28天每组随机取5头试猪,放血处死后迅速剖开腹腔,采集回肠末端食糜备测氨基酸含量,以研究中草药复方对早期断奶仔猪氨基酸消化吸收能力的影响。结果表明:中草药复方组回肠末端食糜中氨基酸的含量逐渐低于粘杆菌素组和对照组,至28d时,Leu、Ile、Val、Ala、Asp、Glu、His、Lys和Ser的含量显著低于粘杆菌素组和对照组(P<0.05)。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究含蛋氨酸(Met)二肽对奶牛乳腺上皮细胞(BMECs)内乳蛋白合成相关基因表达的影响。试验分3部分,均采用单因子完全随机试验设计,Met的添加浓度及培养时间分别为60μg/m L(0.402 mmol/L)、48 h。第1部分,培养液添加8种含Met二肽[蛋氨酸-蛋氨酸(P-Met-Met)、蛋氨酸-赖氨酸(P-Met-Lys)、蛋氨酸-色氨酸(P-Met-Trp)、蛋氨酸-苯丙氨酸(P-Met-Phe)、蛋氨酸-苏氨酸(P-Met-Thr)、蛋氨酸-异亮氨酸(P-Met-Ile)、蛋氨酸-亮氨酸(P-Met-Leu)、蛋氨酸-缬氨酸(P-Met-Val)],以不添加二肽为对照,测定BMECs乳蛋白合成相关基因(αs1-酪蛋白、β-酪蛋白、κ-酪蛋白、β-乳球蛋白、Ⅱ型小肽转运载体和氨肽酶氮)的表达量;第2部分,培养液添加8种与上述二肽对应的游离氨基酸(F-Met-Met、F-Met-Lys、F-MetTrp、F-M et-Phe、F-M et-Thr、F-M et-Ile、F-M et-Leu、F-M et-Val),以不添加游离氨基酸为对照,测定BM ECs乳蛋白合成相关基因的表达量;第3部分,用二肽等物质的量替代相应游离氨基酸,测定BMECs乳蛋白合成相关基因的表达量以及细胞内外氨肽酶含量。结果表明:P-Met-Met和P-M et-Lys组较对照组和其他二肽组上调了αs1-酪蛋白和β-酪蛋白基因的表达量,且P-M et-M et组优于P-Met-Lys组。F-Met-Met和F-Met-Lys组较对照组和其他游离氨基酸组显著提高了αs1-酪蛋白基因的表达量(P0.05)。除P-Met-Val和P-Met-Leu组外,其他二肽替代游离氨基酸后均不同程度地提高了乳蛋白和Ⅱ型小肽转运载体基因的表达量,其中P-Met-Met表现出较好的促进效果。总之,含Met二肽等量替代对应的游离氨基酸能够促进乳蛋白基因的表达,其中尤以P-Met-Met的效果最好。  相似文献

To improve the functional properties of peanut meal protein for wide utilization, hydrolysis was conducted by alcalase. Compared with saline and peanut meal protein, intragastric administration of low molecular weight (<1 kD) peanut meal peptide (PPH I) could significantly prolong swimming time, increase levels of blood sugar, non‐esterified fatty acids (NEFA) and liver glycogen and decrease blood lactate content in mice. Levels of Pro, Leu, Val and His in low molecular weight peanut meal peptides were higher significantly than those in other peanut meal protein hydrolysates. Hydrophobic amino acids, such as Pro, Tyr and His, could perhaps capture free radical and increase antioxidant capacity of peanut peptide and retard fatigue induced by free radical. After separation by HPLC, a primary peptide P1, Pro‐Glu‐Ile‐Glu‐Val, was sequenced. Its N‐terminal was Val, and it was rich in antioxidant amino acid, Pro and Ile. Levels of plasma glucose, NEFA and liver glycogen in PPH I group were higher than those in mice intragastric administration with peptide P1, and the swimming time is longer in PPH I group than in P1 group. So, the high content of P1 was one of the reason why PPH I had high endurance‐enhancing capacity.  相似文献

本试验选用864只健康海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为4个处理,在基础日粮中分别添加0.01%、0.02%芽孢杆菌微生态制剂以及0.02%合生素类复合微生态制剂,研究其对蛋鸡生产性能和饲料营养物质消化率的影响。结果表明:0.01%芽孢杆菌组和0.02%复合组极显著提高蛋鸡的产蛋率、产蛋量和采食量(P<0.01),显著提高日粮表观代谢能、干物质及相关氨基酸(除天冬氨酸和酪氨酸外)的表观消化率(P<0.05);0.02%复合组还显著提高蛋鸡平均蛋重(P<0.05),降低料蛋比(P<0.05),提高日粮蛋白质、钙、磷的表观消化率(P<0.05)。添加适量的芽孢杆菌及合生素类复合微生态制剂可以提高产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能和饲料营养物质表观消化率,但过量使用可能会产生不利影响。  相似文献

Five ruminally cannulated Holstein steers (176 kg) were used in a 5 x 5 Latin square to evaluate the effects of branched-chain AA supplementation on N retention and plasma AA concentrations of steers. Steers were limit-fed (3.0 kg/d of DM) twice daily diets low in ruminally undegradable protein (72% soybean hulls, 19% alfalfa, 5% molasses, and 4% vitamins and minerals). Acetate (400 g/d) was continuously infused into the rumen. Treatments were continuous abomasal infusions of 1) 115 g/d of a mixture of 10 essential AA designed to exceed the steers' requirements (10AA), 2) 10AA with Leu removed, 3) 10AA with Ile removed, 4) 10AA with Val removed, and 5) 10AA with all three branched-chain AA removed. Experimental periods were 7 d, with 3 d for adaptation to treatments and 4 d for total fecal and urinary collections for N balance. Blood samples were collected 5 h after feeding on d 7. Retained N decreased in response to removal of Leu (P < 0.06), Val (P < 0.05), or all three branched-chain AA (P < 0.05). Plasma Leu concentrations decreased (P < 0.05) in response to removal of Leu and all three branched-chain AA. Plasma Ile concentrations decreased (P < 0.05) in response to removal of Ile and all three branched-chain AA but increased (P < 0.05) in response to removal of Leu. Plasma Val concentrations decreased (P < 0.05) in response to removal of Val and all three branched-chain AA but increased (P < 0.05) in response to removal of Leu. Responses in N balance and plasma AA concentrations of growing cattle limit-fed soybean hull-based diets demonstrate limitations in the basal supply of Leu and Val but not Ile provided that supplies of all other essential AA are met.  相似文献

The effects of Ile and Val supplementation of a low-CP, corn-wheat-soybean meal-based piglet diet on growth performance, incidence of diarrhea, and N balance were studied using 60 Landrace x Duroc male piglets in a 4-wk experiment. The 60 individually caged piglets were divided into 5 dietary treatments, each consisting of 12 piglets. Diet 1 was a positive control diet (20% CP); diet 2 was a low-CP negative control diet (17% CP); diets 3, 4, and 5 were low-CP diets to which Ile, Val, or the combination of Ile and Val were added, respectively. All diets were supplemented with Lys, Met, Thr, and Trp to provide the required concentrations of these AA according to the 1998 NRC. Average daily gain and ADFI were similar among pigs fed the positive control, Val-added, and the Val plus Ile-added diets. On wk-2 and wk-4, fecal score was greater (softer feces) in piglets fed the 20% CP level compared with the remaining treatments (P < 0.01). Nitrogen intake was decreased (P < 0.0001) in pigs fed diets containing low levels of CP compared with pigs fed the 20% CP diet. Fecal N excretion (g/d) was decreased (P < 0.05) in piglets fed low-CP diets at wk 1 and wk 4 of feeding, and in urine at wk 4 of feeding. Crude protein levels or AA supplementation had no effect on N retention efficiencies. These results indicate that the supplementation of Val alone, or in combination with Ile, to a low-CP piglet diet with adequate levels of Lys, Met, Thr, and Trp is necessary to achieve maximum performance in pigs consuming corn-wheat-soybean meal-based diets.  相似文献

Six experiments were conducted with 8-d-old crossbred chicks to evaluate the effects of 4% excesses of DL-methionine (Met), L-phenylalanine (Phe), L-tryptophan (Trp), L-lysine (Lys), L-histidine (His), L-threonine (Thr), L-isoleucine (Ile), L-arginine (Arg), L-valine (Val) or L-leucine (Leu) on growth or dietary "choice" (i.e., self-selection) when added to 23% protein corn-soybean meal (C-SBM) diets. Arginine and His were supplied as the free base and Lys as Lys X acetate to avoid acid-base problems. In the growth studies, weight gain was reduced 92, 79, 53, 50, 47, 31, 29, 15, 9, 4 and 0% by additions of 4% Met, Phe, Trp, His, Lys, Tyr, Thr, Ile, Arg, Val and Leu, respectively. Improvements (P less than .05) in weight gain, feed intake and gain/feed occurred by addition of 1% Arg to the C-SBM diet supplemented with 4% excess Phe or Tyr. Addition of 1% Arg to the C-SBM diet supplemented with 4% excesses of most of the other amino acids also tended to improve performance, although diets imbalanced with Lys, Val or Leu did not respond to supplemental Arg. Self-selection studies revealed that chicks preferred the C-SBM diet containing 4% excess Lys over diets containing 4% excesses of Met, Thr, Arg or Trp. Moreover, chicks preferred diets with 4% excess Met, Thr or Arg over those containing an equal excess of Trp. When given a choice between the C-SBM diet and this diet supplemented with 4% Leu, chicks consumed similar quantities of both diets.  相似文献

本文旨在研究断奶仔猪血清氨基酸含量和生化参数对不同蛋白质水平饲粮的动态响应。选取18头35日龄平均体重为(10.0±1.0)kg三元(杜×长×大)杂交断奶阉公猪,随机分为3组(每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪),并分别饲喂蛋白质水平为14%(LP)、17%(M P)和20%(HP)的饲粮。每头试验猪安装颈动脉血管插管,术后恢复5 d,于第6~8天正式试验。每天采食前,采食后30、60、120、180和300 min连续采集颈动脉血液10 m L,分别检测血清游离氨基酸含量和相关生化指标。结果表明:不同蛋白质水平饲粮对仔猪采食前后各时间点血清中游离赖氨酸(Lys)、蛋氨酸(Met)、苏氨酸(Thr)、色氨酸(Trp)、天冬氨酸(Asp)、丝氨酸(Ser)、甘氨酸(Gly)和谷氨酸(Glu)含量影响均不显著(P0.05)。但血清中Lys、Met、Thr、Trp含量随饲粮蛋白质水平的降低而升高。HP组仔猪采食前后各时间点血清游离氨基酸[缬氨酸(Val)、异亮氨酸(Ile)、精氨酸(Arg)]和尿素含量显著高于MP和LP组(P0.05)。采食后120~300 min HP组血清Leu含量显著高于LP组(P0.05)。采食后各时间点LP组血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)含量及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著高于HP和MP组(P0.05)。各组仔猪采食后血清游离氨基酸含量和相关生化指标随时间变化无显著差异(P0.05)。综上所述,断奶仔猪饲粮在平衡4种氨基酸(Lys、Met、Thr、Trp)的基础上,常规饲粮蛋白质水平降低3个百分点,血清游离Val、Ile、Arg含量显著降低,但对血清中其他氨基酸和相关生化指标无显著影响;而蛋白质水平降低6个百分点,血清游离Leu和尿素含量显著降低,TP、ALB含量和ALP活性显著升高,但对血清中其他氨基酸和相关生化指标的影响不显著。  相似文献

  1. Three experiments were conducted to evaluate the applicability of the Taguchi method (TM) and optimisation algorithms to optimise the branch chain amino acids (BCAA) requirements in 0 to 7 d broiler chicks.

  2. In the first experiment, the standardised digestible (SID) amino acids and apparent metabolisable energy (AME) values of maize, wheat and soya bean meal were evaluated.

  3. In the second experiment, three factors including leucine (Leu), isoleucine (Ile) and valine (Val), each at 4 levels, were selected, and an orthogonal array layout of L16 (43) using TM was performed. After data collection, optimisation of average daily gain (ADG) and feed conversion ratio (FCR) were obtained using TM. The multiobjective genetic algorithm (MOGA) and random search algorithm (RSA) were also applied to predict the optimal combination of BCAA for broiler performance.

  4. In the third experiment, a growth study was conducted to evaluate the applicability of obtained optimum BCAA requirements data by TM, MOGA and RSA, and results were compared with those of birds fed with a diet formulated according to Ross 308 recommendations.

  5. In the second experiment, the TM resulted in 13.45 g/kg SID Leu, 8.5 g/kg SID Ile and 10.45 g/kg SID Val as optimum level for maximum ADG (21.57 g/bird/d) and minimum FCR (1.11 g feed/g gain) in 0- to 7-d-old broiler chickens. MOGA predicted the following combinations: SID Leu = 14.8, SID Ile = 9.1 and SID Val = 10.3 for maximum ADG (22.05) and minimum FCR (1.11). The optimisation using RSA predicted Leu = 16.0, Ile = 9.5 and Val = 10.2 for maximum ADG (22.67), and Leu = 15.5, Ile = 9.0 and Val = 10.4 to achieve minimum FCR (1.08).

  6. The validation experiment confirmed that TM, MOGA and RSA yielded optimum determination of dietary amino acid requirements and improved ADG and FCR as compared to Aviagen recommendations. However, based on the live animal validation trial, MOGA and RSA overpredicted the optimum requirement as compared to TM. In general, the results of these studies showed that the TM may be used to optimise nutrient requirements for poultry.

Four pigs were labelled with 15N-ammonium salt over a period of 10 days in the feeding of a fishmeal diet, a fishmeal diet + partly hydrolysed straw meal, a field bean diet and a field bean diet + partly hydrolysed straw meal. The 14N-amino acids and the 15N-amino acids excreted in faeces showed highly significant correlation coefficients with the increasing content of crude fibre in the diets, which amounted to 3.0, 5.3, 10.0 and 12.1% in the DM. The following sequence was established for the growth angle (tan alpha) of the essential 14N-amino acids: Leu, Lys, Arg, Thr, Phe, Ile, Val, His and of the 15N-amino acids: Lys, Arg, Val, Leu, Ile, Thr, Phe and His. As Lys, His and Thr cannot incorporate 15N in transamination reactions in the intermediate metabolism, their level of labelling was considerable in case of diet 4. Nevertheless, tan alpha is highest for 15N-Lys and lowest for 15N-His. This means that His in contrast to Lys, parallel to increased synthesis, is also increasingly decomposed in the large intestine. In contrast to this, proline was not labelled with 15N even with the highest content of crude fibre in the diet. Despite this, 14N-proline excretion, next to glutamic acid, increased most with the growing content of crude fibre in the diet. Due to the hydrophilic character of glutamic acid and the increased water influx in the large intestine and the increased content of crude fibre in the diet, a growing proline transport parallel to the increased influx of crude fibre and water must be assumed. If the growth angle tan alpha for the excretion of 14N-amino acids is ascertained regressively for a crude fibre content of diet of 10%, one can prove from the proportion of the amino acids and a comparison from literature for faecal bacteria and ileum digesta that the amino acid composition for this measuring point largely corresponds to that of bacteria protein.  相似文献

Effects of zinc sulfate (0 vs 1,142 ppm supplemental zinc from zinc sulfate) and feeding frequency (1 x vs 12x daily) on ruminal protozoa numbers, fermentation patterns and amino acid passage were investigated using four ruminally and abomasally cannulated mature Jersey steers in a 4 x 4 Latin square experiment. Steers (530 kg) were fed a 50:50 roughage:concentrate diet at 1.5 times their NEm requirement. Experimental periods were 14 d in duration; ruminal, abomasal and fecal samples were collected at 6-h intervals during the last 3 d of each period. Protozoa numbers tended to be lowest (1.82 x 10(6)/ml) in steers fed zinc 1 x and tended to be highest (3.83 x 10(6)/ml) in steers fed zinc 12 x daily (P less than .10). Frequent feeding decreased ruminal pH .24 units and increased total VFA 20.7%, ammonia 22.7% and ruminal digestion of dietary amino acids (AA) 61.6% (P less than .05). Zinc supplementation decreased ruminal digestion of dietary AA 35.8% (P less than .05) and the abomasal passage of bacterial OM and AA 21.2% (P less than .05) and increased ruminal output of amino acids as a percentage of intake 15.1% (P less than .05). Although it increased escape of dietary AA, zinc sulfate decreased postruminal passage of bacterial AA and resulted in a net negative effect on total postruminal AA passage as a percentage of intake. The effects of zinc on ruminal AA digestion may be more closely related to an interaction of zinc with dietary CP rather than to an effect of Zn on ruminal microbial populations.  相似文献
