Volatiles from crushed and intact guava leaves (Psidium guajava L.) were collected using static headspace SPME and determined using GC-PFPD, pulsed flame photometric detection, and GC-MS. Leaf volatiles from four common citrus culitvars were examined similarly to determine the potential component(s) responsible for guava's protective effect against the Asian citrus psyllid (Diaphorina citri Kuwayama), which is the insect vector of Huanglongbing (HLB) or citrus greening disease. Seven sulfur volatiles were detected: hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, methanethiol, dimethyl sulfide (DMS), dimethyl disulfide (DMDS), methional, and dimethyl trisulfide (DMTS). Identifications were based on matching linear retention index values on ZB-5, DB-Wax, and PLOT columns and MS spectra in the case of DMDS and DMS. DMDS is an insect toxic, defensive volatile produced only by wounded guava but not citrus leaves and, thus, may be the component responsible for the protective effect of guava against the HLB vector. DMDS is formed immediately after crushing, becoming the major headspace volatile within 10 min. Forty-seven additional leaf volatiles were identified from LRI and MS data in the crushed guava leaf headspace.  相似文献

控释肥用量对棉花生长特性和土壤肥力的影响   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
以国抗棉GK12号为供试材料,以等养分量复合肥作对照,研究不同控释肥施用量对大田棉花生长和土壤肥力的影响。结果表明,控释肥处理的棉花株高、茎粗、叶面积均较普通复合肥具有优势。控释肥对大田果枝数、桃数影响显著。在施氮量为75 kg hm-2和150 kg hm-2条件下,控释肥处理的棉花产量较复合肥处理分别增加18.9%和13.6%。在多个棉花生育期,与复合肥处理相比,控释肥处理提高了0~20 cm和20~40 cm土层硝态氮含量,未对土壤的铵态氮含量造成显著影响,土壤中有效磷和速效钾含量与普通复肥处理间未出现显著的差异。  相似文献

为了探讨不同养分配比包膜控释肥料的养分释放特征,采用相同工艺制造同一包膜厚度而核心肥料氮磷钾配比(以下简称核心肥料)不同、同一核心肥料而包膜厚度不同的水溶性树脂包膜控释肥料,并在高温和常温下的纯水中培养,研究核心肥料、包膜厚度、培养温度对养分释放特征的影响。结果表明:在(25 ± 0.5)℃或(40 ± 0.5)℃下,膜材用量为50 g/m2和70 g/m2的高氮型控释肥料的养分累积释放特征曲线均呈S型,增加包膜厚度或降低培养温度,均可延长培养前期的养分缓慢释放阶段。在(25 ± 0.5)℃下,膜材用量为50 g/m2时,均衡型和高钾型控释肥料的养分累积释放曲线为抛物线型,膜材用量为70 g/m2时,则为双抛物线型;培养温度为(40 ± 0.5)℃时,养分累积释放曲线均转变为抛物线型。3种因素不仅影响养分释放曲线的形状,同时对肥效期产生明显影响,增加包膜厚度或降低培养温度,均可延长养分的肥效期。氮磷的肥效期大小顺序为高氮型>高钾型>均衡型,而钾的肥效期则是高钾型>高氮型>均衡型。综上所述,包膜厚度、培养温度及核心肥料同时影响着包膜控释肥料的养分释放特征,养分释放越快,其曲线形状趋向于抛物线型,反之则趋向于S型;3类核心中,以高氮型核心最能发挥水溶性树脂的控释性能。  相似文献

Genetic diversity of 35 Psidium guajava L. accessions and three related species (P. guineense Sw., P. sartorianum (O. Berg) Nied. and P. friedrichsthalianum (O. Berg) Nied.) maintained at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Plants Germplasm System, Hilo, HI, was characterized using 20 simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers. Diversity analysis detected a total of 178 alleles ranging from 4 to 16 alleles per locus. The observed mean heterozygosity (0.2) and inbreeding coefficient (0.8) indicated a high level of inbreeding among the accessions tested. Multi-locus DNA fingerprints based on the 20 SSR loci unambiguously differentiated all accessions and revealed the absence of duplicated samples. Ordination and cluster analyses suggested that the genetic relationships between majorities of the accessions could be explained by geographic origin, mainly including tropical America, Southeast Asia and Hawaii. A Bayesian cluster analysis partitioned the accessions into two groups and the partition was largely compatible with the result of ordination analyses. Distance-based cluster analyses further indicated that accessions from same geographical region or breeding programs grouped together in spite of the inter-regional exchange of germplasm. Accessions from Southeast Asia were dominantly white fleshed, whereas accessions from tropical America and Hawaii exhibited diverse flesh colors. The results also indicated that accessions from the same region were likely derived from a small number of common ancestors or progenitors. All 20 SSRs were transferable to P. guineense, P. sartorianum and P. friedrichsthalianum, indicating a close relationship between the cultigens and wild relatives. Application of SSR markers in the USDA/Agricultural Research Service germplasm collection provides new insight into the diversity of the guava germplasm, which will be valuable in future breeding endeavors and the conservation of guava genetic resources.  相似文献

The volatiles present in fresh, pink-fleshed Colombian guavas ( Psidium guajava, L.), variety regional rojo, were carefully isolated by solvent extraction followed by solvent-assisted flavor evaporation, and the aroma-active areas in the gas chromatogram were screened by application of the aroma extract dilution analysis. The results of the identification experiments in combination with the FD factors revealed 4-methoxy-2,5-dimethyl-3(2 H)-furanone, 4-hydroxy-2,5-dimethyl-3(2 H)-furanone, 3-sulfanylhexyl acetate, and 3-sulfanyl-1-hexanol followed by 3-hydroxy-4,5-dimethyl-2(5 H)-furanone, ( Z)-3-hexenal, trans-4,5-epoxy-( E)-2-decenal, cinnamyl alcohol, ethyl butanoate, hexanal, methional, and cinnamyl acetate as important aroma contributors. Enantioselective gas chromatography revealed an enantiomeric distribution close to the racemate in 3-sulfanylhexyl acetate as well as in 3-sulfanyl-1-hexanol. In addition, two fruity smelling diastereomeric methyl 2-hydroxy-3-methylpentanoates were identified as the ( R,S)- and the ( S,S)-isomers, whereas the ( S,R)- and ( R,R)-isomers were absent. Seven odorants were identified for the first time in guavas, among them 3-sulfanylhexyl acetate, 3-sulfanyl-1-hexanol, 3-hydroxy-4,5-dimethyl-2(5 H)-furanone, trans-4,5-epoxy-( E)-2-decenal, and methional were the most odor-active.  相似文献

Ravenna grass, Erianthus ravennae (L.) Beauv. (E. ravennae) is a potential high biomass-energy crop with low input requirements. Iron (Fe) deficiency in calcareous soils is a widespread agronomic problem which reduces crop yields. Fe is sparingly soluble under aerobic conditions at high soil pH, such as in calcareous soils; therefore, plants cannot take up enough Fe. Increasing crop productivity of giant grasses, such as Ravenna grass in calcareous soil, has a positive effect by alleviating environmental problems. However, the growth character in calcareous soil and Fe homeostatic trait of Ravenna grass are largely unknown. In this study, we analyzed characteristics of Ravenna grass. The growth of E. ravennae plants were impaired in calcareous soil compared to those in the normal soil. In calcareous soil, the growth of E. ravennae plants differ among the water and fertilizer conditions; E. ravennae plants were grown better in the submerged condition adding micronutrient among conditions. These results suggested that impaired growth of E. ravennae in calcareous soil might be micronutrient shortage. We found that E. ravennae roots possess Fe reductase activities which were upregulated under Fe-deficient conditions. E. ravennae produced and secreted mugineic acid (MA) and deoxymugineic acid (DMA) to acquire Fe from the soil. The amount of MA was higher than that of DMA. Thus, E. ravennae might have both partial Strategy-I and Strategy-II Fe uptake systems. E. ravennae intercropped with transgenic rice plants producing and secreting MA through the introduction of the barley MA synthase gene showed improved growth compared to monocropped E. ravennae plants, suggesting that the increased amounts of MA enhanced their tolerance to Fe deficiency. Our results suggest that there is a considerable potential to improve the growth of E. ravennae plants in calcareous soils by enhancement of their Fe uptake systems through increase of MA production.  相似文献

The aim of the present paper is to assess the efficiency of several experimental fertilizers in a soil-plant system. The laboratory-prepared fertilizers consisted of granular urea coated with Kraft pine lignin. Five fertilizers were used with coatings differing in thickness and/or the addition of linseed oil as a sealing agent. The experiment was carried out in pots inside a glasshouse. The crop used was rye-grass. Results were compared with those from a urea control treatment without coating and a soil without fertilizer application.

The dry matter yield and the N uptake by the plant were higher in the treatments with coated controlled release fertilizers (CRF) than in those with uncoated urea. There was a lower nitrogen loss through leaching when using CRF (34 to 68%) was used than when using uncoated urea (over 74%) was used. The N use efficiency was lower for urea than for coated fertilizers. This index increased with the thickness of the coating and the addition of the sealing agent.  相似文献

The mineral compositions of the fruit and tree parts of common guava, Psidium guajava L., and strawberry guava, Psidium cattleianum var. lucidum, were determined. The study occurred during three seasons at six locations in Hawaii to assess guava as feed for livestock. Guava bark contained the greatest concentrations of calcium (Ca) and ash; leaves the greatest concentrations of magnesium (Mg), sulfur (S), sodium (Na), boron (B), and manganese (Mn); and the shoots had the greatest concentrations of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K). The leaves and the shoots had the greatest concentrations of copper (Cu) and iron (Fe). Between guava and waiwi, guava had greater concentrations of most minerals except for Na in all plant parts, and Mg and ash in the leaves. Guava leaves and shoots meet the macromineral requirements for various phases of sheep, goat, and beef cattle life cycles with the exception of P and Na. Guava shoots do not meet Mn requirements for lactating cows.  相似文献

Foliar sprays of iron (Fe) and zinc (Zn) fertilizers are effective in improving Fe and Zn concentrations in sweet potato. The objective of this experiment was to examine the effects of foliar fertilization with Fe and Zn in association with amino acids (AA) on Fe and Zn biofortification and the nutritional quality of sweet potato under both greenhouse and field conditions. Compared with treatment CK, foliar Fe, Zn, and Fe-Zn fertilizer applications could biofortify Fe and Zn concentrations and other nutrients in sweet potato to different extents. However, when 0.4% (wt/vol) AA was added to Fe-Zn fertilizer, the average Fe and Zn concentrations were increased by 70.2% and 59.8% under greenhouse conditions, and 52.9% and 43.7% under field conditions, respectively. The Fe-Zn-AA fertilizer application also resulted in incremental increases in root yield and beta-carotene content. This research identified some useful foliar fertilizers for accelerating Fe and Zn accumulation in selected sweet potato cultivars.  相似文献

Iron deficiency stress was induced in cultivars, PKV‐7237, Morden and EC‐68414 of sunflower (Helianthus annuus L) by first growing them in full nutrient medium and transferring to minus Fe medium after a month. The minus Fe nutrient medium was changed again at 13 and 26 days. The change in pH and the degree of chlorosis were recorded. It was found that the pH decreased rapidly in all cultivers from 6.4 to 3.8 in 5 days. The cv. Morden was found more tolerant to the stress than others. Furthermore, the flavinlike pigments as shown by the yellow coloration of the medium were more intense in PKV than in Korden, and were very much less in EC. It was also noted that the pH reduction was non‐redumptive, a feature observed even after transferring twice to fresh minus Fe medium adjusted to pH 6.4. The results of the experiments showed that as long as Fe absorbed from the pre‐stress medium was available in the root, the chlorosis was not severe; but once it was nearly depleted, chlorosis appeared and persisted for a long time.  相似文献

保水缓/控释肥料是具有吸水、保水及释水的新型缓/控释肥料,其对改善水肥效率具有良好的前景。保水缓/控释肥料的开发应用技术关键是研究开发可作为肥料载体材料的低成本新型保水剂材料。保水剂在性能上应具备吸水倍率高,吸水速率适宜,耐盐性好的优点;保水剂对肥料的吸附容量及其与肥料的化学结合性也是保水剂实际应用应考察的重要性能。不同类型的保水剂对肥料显示不同的吸附及化学结合特征,保水剂与肥料复合可以是物理、化学或物理化学的作用机制。保水剂可以通过物理包埋,物理、化学吸附、氢键、离子键及共价键结合、复合肥料养分。今后应加强新型廉价高效保水剂材料及其与肥料复合机制的研究。  相似文献

We investigated the use of boron phosphate (BPO4) as a slow‐release boron (B) source. Boron phosphate compounds were synthesized by mixing boric acid (H3BO3) and phosphoric acid (H3PO4) and heating at temperatures of 25 to 1000°C for 1 or 24 h. X‐ray diffraction (XRD) patterns and chemical analysis confirmed the formation of BPO4. The crystallinity of these compounds increased with increasing temperature and heating time. The compounds synthesized at 300°C or less were hygroscopic and clumped together, while those synthesized at 500 to 1000°C were non‐hygroscopic and free‐flowing. The solubility of these compounds was assessed at different pH and P concentrations, and compared to the solubility of ulexite and colemanite. The solubility of the BPO4 compounds decreased with increasing synthesis temperature and with decreasing pH. The solubility and the kinetics of B release from BPO4 compounds synthesized at 500 and 800°C were slower than for most commonly used B sources. Given their slow dissolution, the BPO4 compounds may have potential to continuously supply B to crops in environments where B leaching is a problem. The compounds synthesized at 500 and 800°C show potential for co‐granulation with macronutrient fertilizers such as mono‐ammonium phosphate to produce slow‐release B‐enriched granules.  相似文献

利用专利技术,以芬兰长之道Uki厂生产的粒径分别为2.5~3.0、3.0~4.0、4.0~5.0mm的氮磷钾复合肥制造控释肥料。在25℃和40℃恒温条件下培养0、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、14、21、28、35、42d后测定氮素释放率,以探讨粒径、包膜厚度(膜材用量)、交联剂等对氮素释放率的影响。结果表明,常温和高温下,包膜厚度相同时,氮素释放率随着肥料粒径的增加而明显增加;但氮素释放率随粒径增长的幅度在膜材用量增大的情况下减小。无论是小粒还是大粒控释肥料,其氮素释放的速率随膜材用量的增多而减小。包膜材料添加交联剂可以明显增加氮素释放率,交联剂S的用量对氮素释放率的影响小于交联剂P。同一包膜厚度和单位质量下,用大粒径核心肥料制造的控释肥料可明显减少包膜材料的用量;但要改进大粒径控释肥料的氮素释放率,应利用表面平滑的核心肥料制造包膜控释肥料。  相似文献

Slow controlled release fertilizer (SRF) is the hot direction of new fertilizer development, but there is no unified, perfect, standardized classification basis. This paper documents a review of literature related to the classification of SRF, summarizes the history about development for the classification of SRF in three phases, proposes an improved classification of physical, chemical, and compound types. The aim of the current review is to provide evidence on which to base the selection and further development of innovative enhanced efficiency SRF. The study also further clarifies the attribution of various fertilizers and illustrates the use of representative fertilizers in each category. 采用水培和土培方法,探讨了2种组合的高温-超低温处理对MEISTER 180氮素释放特性的影响。结果表明,55℃处理期平均养分溶出率(η△t)为6.6%~8.9%;超低温处理期平均养分溶出率(η△t)为0.1%~0.6%。高温-超低温处理后MEISTER 180水中和土中氮素释放均呈直线型模式,相关系数R2在0.8552~0.9505之间;水中和土中养分溶出率比值变动范围在1.0~1.3之间,表明氮素释放受水分影响小,高温-超低温处理未改变MEISTER 180释放模式。  相似文献

Rhizosphere processes have a major impact on Zn desorption and Zn uptake by plant. However, information about Zn desorption characteristics in the rhizosphere of wheat is limited. Therefore, a greenhouse experiment was performed to determine Zn desorption characteristics in the bulk and rhizosphere soil of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) of 10 soils amended and un-amended with municipal sewage sludge using rhizoboxes. The kinetics of Zn desorption was determined by successive extraction with 10 mM citric acid in a period of 1–504 h at 25 ± 1°C in the bulk and rhizosphere of un-amended and amended soils. The results showed that the Zn amount extracted after 504 h in the rhizosphere soils was significantly (< 0.01) higher than the bulk soils. The mean of Zn desorption in the bulk and rhizosphere of un-amended soils were 10.4 ± 0.34 and 11.4 ± 0.43 mg kg?1, respectively, while the mean of Zn desorption in the bulk and the rhizosphere of amended soils were 13.2 ± 0.48 and 14.8 ± 0.67 mg kg?1, respectively. Desorption kinetics of Zn conformed fairly well to the first-order, parabolic diffusion, power function, and zero-order equations. The results of Zn fractionation indicated that exchangeable Zn and Zn associated with organic matter decreased and Zn associated with iron-manganese oxides and residual Zn increased in the rhizosphere soils compared to the bulk soils. Zinc desorption after 504 h and residual Zn in the bulk and rhizosphere of un-amended and amended soils were significantly positively correlated (< 0.05). Therefore, residual Zn was the main Zn pool that controlled Zn desorption after 504 h in the bulk and rhizosphere soils studied.  相似文献

A guava based intercropping systems comprising of nine intercrops such as mango ginger, turmeric, tomato, cowpea, frenchbean, ragi, niger, upland paddy and control (without intercrop) was conducted to study the influence of various intercropping systems on plant and soil health of guava orchard. The results revealed that guava + cowpea system showed significant improvement in bulk density, electrical conductivity, water holding capacity, organic carbon content and pH of orchard soil. The guava + cowpea system also recorded significantly maximum available nitrogen and potassium content in the soil, whereas the maximum available phosphorus content were obtained in guava + mango ginger system. The nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium (N, P and K) content of guava leaf were found to be maximum under the guava + cowpea system. The fruit yield of guava was recorded highest in guava +cowpea intercropping system. However, the total soluble solids (TSS) and acidity of fruits were not affected by the intercropping systems.  相似文献
