From stem barks of Capuronianthus mahafalensis (Meliaceae) endemic to Madagascar, a new protolimonoid named capulin containing a four membered ring in its side chain was isolated by repeated silica gel column chromatography. Its structure was determined by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and high-resolution MS. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time that a four-membered ring occurs in the side chain of protolimonoids.  相似文献

A novel water-soluble polysaccharide, designated Bletilla striata polysaccharide b (BSPb), was isolated from a traditional Chinese medicinal herb, Bletilla striata. The crude polysaccharide was obtained by hot water extraction and purified by ion-exchange chromatography. The molecular weight was 260 kDa as determined by HPGPC (high performance gel permeation chromatography). Monosaccharide analysis showed that BSPb contained glucose and mannose with a molar ratio of 3:1. Methylation and spectroscopic analyses with 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy showed that the backbone of BSPb is mainly composed of (1  2)-linked α-d-mannopyranose and (1  4)-linked β-d-glucopyranose residues. In this study, BSPb plays an important role in protection against the renal fibrosis effect, which is probably mediated by down-regulated TGF-β RI, TGF-β RII, and α-SMA in vitro.  相似文献

A water-soluble polysaccharide LT1 was isolated from the basidiocarps of Lentinus edodes by hot water extraction and ethanol precipitations, further purified by gel chromatography. The Mw of LT1 was estimated to be 642 kDa by using HPGPC. Chemical and spectroscopic studies illustrated that LT1 has a backbone chain composed of 1 → 4-linked and 1 → 3-linked glucopyranosyl residues and has branches of single glucosyl stubs at C-6 of β-(1 → 4)-linked glucopyranosyl. AFM and Congo-red test revealed that LT1 existed as triple helix chain in 0.10 M NaOH solution or distilled water. Our studies showed that LT1 presented significant antitumor bioactivities on Sarcoma180 solid tumor cell implanted in BALB/c mice, which implies that LT1 could be potentially applied as a natural antitumor drug.  相似文献

Codonopsis pilosula is a perennial species of flowering plants propagated in Northeast Asia. A water-soluble polysaccharide, CPPS3, was extracted from the root of Codonopsis pilosula by boiled water extraction and ethanol precipitation. The molecular weight was estimated to be 7.4 × 104 Da determined by using Gel permeation chromatography. Monosaccharide composition and the structure of the polysaccharide were determined by gas spectroscopy, Fourier transform IR (FT-IR) spectroscopy, NMR spectroscopy and mass spectroscopy and some chemical method analysis was made. The components were galactose, arabinose and rhamnose in the molar ratio of 1.13:1.12:1. The main chain of CPPS3 is illustrated to be (1→3)-linked-β-GalpNAc, (1→3)-linked-α-Rhap and (1→2,3)-β-Galp.  相似文献

将乙酸制浆法废液中的木质素进行提取和精制,采用红外光谱(FTIR)、31P-NMR谱和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对其结构进行表征,并利用乙酸木质素、聚醚多元醇和甲苯二异氰酸酯在发泡剂和催化剂的条件下合成聚氨酯硬泡。采用TG、DSC和压缩测试对聚氨酯硬泡的热学和力学性能进行研究,并用扫描电子显微镜观察聚氨酯硬泡的泡孔结构。结果表明:乙酸木质素作为多羟基聚合物,可以部分代替聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯发生反应制备聚氨酯材料;当乙酸木质素添加量为5%时,聚氨酯硬泡的压缩强度达到1.325MPa,比未添加木质素的泡沫高出约63%,此时的压缩模量也达到0.181MPa;随着乙酸木质素添加量增加,乙酸木质素基聚氨酯硬泡的最快分解温度下降,而玻璃化转变温度没有明显升高;乙酸木质素基聚氨酯硬泡泡孔平整均匀。  相似文献

Gypsum particleboard (GPB) has high thickness swelling (TS), high water absorption (WA), and low mechanical properties compared with cement-bonded particleboard. The properties of GPB were improved by adding cement. The experimental results showed that GPB with the added cement had good physical and mechanical properties compared with those of gypsum particleboard with no added cement. The TS and WA of gypsum particleboard with added cement were reduced by 10%. The mechanical properties of GPB, such as internal bond strength (IB), modulus of rupture (MOR), and modulus of elasticity (MOE), increased when the GPB was made with added cement. The properties of GPB improved relative to the quantity of cement added. With an increase of cement content from 5% to 10%, the TS and WA were reduced, and the IB, MOR, and MOE were increased. In contrast, the TS and WA increased and the IB, MOE, and MOR decreased when the cement content was increased from 15% to 30%. Thus the physical and mechanical properties of GPB were successfully improved when the added cement content was 10%.An outline of this paper was presented at the 47th Annual Meeting of the Japan Wood Research Society in Kochi, April 1997  相似文献

This paper details the influence of the length and content of polypropylene (PP) fibers on the physical and mechanical properties of gypsum particleboard (GPB). The length and amount of PP fibers added had a significant effect on the internal bond strength (IB) and the modulus of rupture (MOR) of GPB. The highest IB value was shown at 9 mm length and 9% content of PP fibers. The MOR was highest when the board was made with PP of 12 mm fiber length and 12% content. Suitable contents of PP fibers were advantageous in that they reinforced the properties of GPB so it achieved high performance. In contrast, a high content of PP fibers reduced the IB, MOR, and modulus of elasticity (MOE) of GPB. The thickness swelling was reduced with an increase in PP length and content. It was concluded that the combination of 12 mm length and 12% content or 3mm length and 9% content was optimum for producing good performance of GPB.Part of this paper was presented at the 50th Annual Meeting of the Japan Wood Research Society, Kyoto, April 2000  相似文献

An ultrasonic technique was employed to extract polysaccharides from Ophiopogon japonicus. The ultrasonic extracted polysaccharides (POJ-U) were purified, and POJ-U1a (a homogeneous fraction) was obtained. The structural characteristics of POJ-U1a were investigated by infrared spectra, gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, periodate oxidation, Smith degradation, methylation analysis, gas chromatography–mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The results indicated that the relative molecular weight of POJ-U1a was 4.02 × 103 Da. POJ-U1a was an α-configuration polysaccharide with a highly branched structure, and consisted of pyranoside and funanside. The backbone of POJ-U1a consisted of 1,6-α-d-glucopyranose and 1,3,6-α-d-glucofuranose in the molar ratio of 7:3, while the branched chains were mainly composed of 1,3-α-d-glucopyranose and 1-α-d-glucopyranose in the molar ratio of 1:3. The branched structure of POJ-U1a was proved intuitively by AFM. Significant antioxidant activity of POJ-U1a has been proved as shown by its DPPH radical scavenging, hydrogen radical scavenging and superoxide anion scavenging activities, which indicated that POJ-U1a showed strong antioxidant activity.  相似文献

以红树林植物来源内生真菌构巢曲霉MA143为研究对象,对其ICI培养基发酵粗提物的化学成分进行初步研究,以期从红树林植物中分离得到具有显著生物活性的新化合物,用于如抗肿瘤、抗真菌等医药用途。采用萃取法、硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析、RP-18反相柱层析等技术从中分离纯化得到了3个化合物。结合碳谱(13C-NMR)、氢谱(1HNMR)、质谱(ESI-MS)等波谱学技术及相关数据库检索鉴定出这3个化合物分别为:sterigmatocystin、Versicolorin A、Averufanin。红树林植物开发新型生物活性物质的潜能不可低估,开发其药物价值,发挥其经济效益与生态效益,促进海岸居民对其加以保护和种植,具有非常重要的现实意义。  相似文献

A mannogalactoglucan, named LE-MGG, was isolated from the basidiocarps of Lentinus edodes by hot water-extraction, ethanol precipitation anion exchange chromatography, and further purified by gel-permeation chromatography (GPC). Its structural features were investigated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), high performance gel-permeation chromatography (HPGPC), methylation analysis, periodate oxidation-Smith degradation, and by IR and NMR spectroscopy, including two-dimensional (2D) NMR. HPLC analysis revealed that LE-MGG contained mannose–galactose–glucose in the molar ratio of 10:18:72. GPC and HPGPC showed that LE-MGG was a homogeneous fraction (d = 1.34) and its molecular weight was estimated to be 18 kDa. Chemical and spectroscopic studies indicated that LE-MGG consists of (1  6)-, (1  4)- and (1  3)-linked β-d-glucopyranosyl residues, (1  6)-linked α-d-galactopyranosyl residues, (1  3,6)- and (1  2,4)-linked α-d-mannopyranosyl residues and terminal residues of β-d-glucopyranosyl. Cytotoxicity assay showed that LE-MGG presented higher antitumor activities against S-180 cell with a dose-dependent manner, and exhibited lower cytotoxicity to carcinoma HCT-116 and HT-29 cells. Our studies showed also that LE-MGG presented antitumor bioactivities on Sarcoma 180 solid tumor cell implanted in Kunming mice. This finding suggests that mannogalactoglucan should be explored as potential antitumor agents and could be potentially applied as a natural antitumor drug.  相似文献

CTPS-01, a water-soluble polysaccharide, was obtained from the root of Cudrania tricuspidata and estimated to have an average molecular weight of 5.9 x 10(3) and to be composed of glucose residues, solely. It contains an average repeating unit of decasaccharide, having a backbone consisting of 1,4-linked alpha-D-glucopyranosyl residues, to which a side chain consisting of terminal and 1,4-linked alpha-D-glucopyranosyl residues is attached at position O-6 of the branching residues.  相似文献

Chloroform, ethyl acetate, butanol and methanol extracts of fruit mesocarp of Balanites aegyptiaca and five fractions from the methanol extract were tested against the Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae. All extracts showed larvicidal effects however the highest larval mortality was found in methanol extract. One fraction obtained from the silica gel column chromatography of the latter was found most effective for larval mortality. This fraction also interfered with adult emergence. A concentration of 0.0014% (w/v) of this active fraction showed inhibition of the 50% of the test larval population from emerging adults (EC(50)). The analysis of total saponin content of these tested extracts and fractions revealed a strong correlation between saponin content and larval mortality.  相似文献

Coelomycetous fungi were screened for the production of TAXOL. TAXOL production of Pestalotiopsis breviseta fungi is confirmed by Ultra Violet (UV) spectroscopic analysis, Infra Red (IR) analysis, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and LC–MASS spectroscopy. TAXOL isolated from the P. breviseta fungus was identical with authentic TAXOL and produces 0.064mg/L (0.128% dry weight of fungal mat).  相似文献

The paper recounts how buffers affect the physical and mechanical properties of gypsum particleboard (GPB) and the initial curing time (IC) of gypsum. The acidic buffers were better than alkaline buffers for prolonging the IC of gypsum and affecting the properties of GPB. Weak acids were advantageous for curing gypsum. When suitable amounts of citric acid and trisodium citrate were added, high performances could be achieved and the IC of gypsum could be prolonged to about 2h. When alkaline buffers such as sodium carbonate were added, the 1C of gypsum was still short but the internal bond strength (IB), modulus of elasticity (MOE), and modulus of rupture (MOR) of GPB were obviously decreased. Citric acid was the best among the four buffers used; and the GPB had a good IB, MOE, MOR, and adequate IC when citric acid of 0.1% was added. Sodium carbonate was not suitable owing to low performance and short IC. 1,4-Linked β-d-galactooligosaccharides with a degree of polymerization (DP) between 1 and 7 and 1,5-linked α-l-arabinooligosaccharides with a DP between 1 and 8 were labeled at their reducing ends with 2-aminobenzamide (2AB) in the presence of sodium cyanoborohydride. The 2AB-labeled oligosaccharides were shown to be homogeneous using high-performance anion-exchange chromatography (HPAEC) and by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS). The signals in the 1H and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra of the 2AB-labeled oligosaccharides were then assigned using one- and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy. These NMR data will be useful for the structural analysis of enzymatically synthesized galactan and arabinan side chains derived from rhamnogalacturonan I.  相似文献

脱硫石膏为燃煤电厂烟气脱硫处理的一种化学副产物。本文分析讨论了脱硫石膏的性能及其与木材刨花混合制造石膏刨花板的可行性,初步探讨了脱硫石膏刨花板的制造工艺。结果表明,脱硫石膏用于制造石膏刨花板完全可行,其性能优于天然石膏生产的石膏刨花板,以木膏比0.18生产的石膏刨花板材的各项性能均优于木膏比0.22生产的板材。  相似文献

The present study aimed at investigating the structural features and antioxidant activities of a polysaccharide fraction (DHP1A) obtained from Dendrobium huoshanense, a precious herb medicine in China. DHP1A mainly consisted of mannose (Man), glucose (Glc) and a trace of galactose (Gal), with a molecular weight of 6700 Da. Its backbone contained (1  4)-linked α-D-Glcp, (1  6)-linked α-D-Glcp and (1  4)-linked β-D-Manp, with a branch of terminal β-D-Galp. The in vitro antioxidant evaluation revealed that DHP1A had a remarkable inhibition effect on the FeCl2-induced lipid peroxidation. Furthermore, DHP1A pretreatment decreased the production of malondialdehyde (MDA), and restored the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GPx), as well as the level of glutathione (GSH) in the livers of CCl4-treated mice. These results suggested that DHP1A was a potential antioxidant component in D. huoshanense.  相似文献

采用活性追踪法和柱层析法,以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等5种细菌为供试菌种,对美洲大蠊乙酸乙酯提取物进行分离和抑菌试验.研究发现:美洲大蠊乙酸乙酯提取物对供试的革兰氏阳性菌具有一定的抑制作用,其中,对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌活性最好;经硅胶柱层析初分离后,从乙酸乙酯提取物获得了9个具有抑菌活性的组分,其中,组分Fr7对5种供试菌均显示了较好的抑菌活性;组分Fr7及其相邻组分Fr8经硅胶和凝胶柱层析进一步分离纯化后,得到了7个具有抑菌活性的不饱和脂肪酸类化合物,均对藤黄微球菌表现出最好的抑菌活性.结果表明:美洲大蠊乙酸乙酯提取物的抑菌活性物质为不饱和脂肪酸类化合物,对供试的革兰氏阳性菌的抑菌活性较强.  相似文献
