本试验主要研究奶牛日粮中添加亚麻籽后对奶牛乳脂肪酸组成的影响。结果表明,添加亚麻籽可极显著提高乳中多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)含量,提高26.94%(P〈0.01);其中明显增加C18:2、C18:3、C20:4、C20:5和C22:6脂肪酸含量,两组之间差异极显著(P〈0.01)。在不饱和脂肪酸组成中ω-3 PUFA(包括α-C18:3、EPA、DHA)脂肪酸含量和ω-6 PUFA脂肪酸(C18:2、γ-C18:3和C20:4)含量,两组之间差异均极显著(P〈0.01),试验组高于对照组,分别提高78.47%和19.40%。添加亚麻籽可极显著(P〈0.01)降低牛乳中ω-6 PUFA/ω-3 PUFA比值,降低33.10%。  相似文献

Since 1950, links between intake of saturated fatty acids and heart disease have led to recommendations to limit consumption of saturated fatty acid-rich foods, including beef. Over this time, changes in food consumption patterns in several countries including Canada and the USA have not led to improvements in health. Instead, the incidence of obesity, type II diabetes and associated diseases have reached epidemic proportions owing in part to replacement of dietary fat with refined carbohydrates. Despite the content of saturated fatty acids in beef, it is also rich in heart healthy cis-monounsaturated fatty acids, and can be an important source of long-chain omega-3 (n-3) fatty acids in populations where little or no oily fish is consumed. Beef also contains polyunsaturated fatty acid biohydrogenation products, including vaccenic and rumenic acids, which have been shown to have anticarcinogenic and hypolipidemic properties in cell culture and animal models. Beef can be enriched with these beneficial fatty acids through manipulation of beef cattle diets, which is now more important than ever because of increasing public understanding of the relationships between diet and health. The present review examines recommendations for beef in human diets, the need to recognize the complex nature of beef fat, how cattle diets and management can alter the fatty acid composition of beef, and to what extent content claims are currently possible for beef fatty acids.  相似文献

Dietary bioactive substances involving taurine, l-carnitine, polyunsaturated fatty acids, flavonoids and antioxidants were shown to control the perinatal development in mammals. A blend of bioactive substances was used to supplement the diet of sows according to the optimal needs of their offspring. Our study aimed to examine the development of gastrointestinal tract in their offspring as compared to the offspring from control sows fed with standard diet. The supplemented diet was given from the gestation day 80 until the end of lactation period. One piglet from each litter was sacrificed on postnatal days 1 (i.e., unsuckling neonates), 2, 4, 7, 14, and 28 for tissue sampling. At birth, the stomach relative weight was larger in the supplemented group, and the small intestine relative weight was smaller as compared to control. These differences disappeared within 1–4 postnatal days. The stomach weight was larger at postnatal day 28 in the supplemented group as compared to control. Gastric protein content and the proteolytic activity in the offspring of the supplemented sows showed after birth a tendency to increase as compared to control, though the differences disappeared after the fourth postnatal day. In conclusion, the supplementation of sow diet with dietary bioactive substances affected primarily the prenatal development of the stomach and small intestine in their offspring.  相似文献

Intake of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) could modify follicular dynamics and reduce the length of the interval from calving to first ovulation (ICOV) in dairy cows, associated with changes in metabolites (i.e. cholesterol) or hormones (i.e. IGF-I). To test this hypothesis, 48 cows were stratified in two groups (primiparous or multiparous) and within each group were randomly assigned to three treatments to begin at calving: 0 kg (SS0), 0.7 kg (SS0.7) and 1.4 kg (SS1.4) of whole sunflower seeds (WSS) per cow per day. The experimental period lasted for 60 days after calving and the diets, which consisted of direct grazing of improved pastures, whole-plant wheat silage and concentrates, were designed to be isocaloric and isoproteic (1.6 Mcal NEL/kg DM, 16.7% CP). Ovaries were examined by ultrasound three times per week from day 8 postpartum (PP) until first PP ovulation. Body condition score (BCS) was determined and blood samples were collected weekly from calving to characterize the metabolic profiles. In treatments SS0.7 and SS1.4, 7/8 and 6/8 primiparous cows ovulated the first follicular wave PP, compared with only 1/8 primiparous cow in treatment SS0, while there were no treatment differences in multiparous cows. The ICOV was 44, 21 and 19 days for the primiparous, and 22, 21 and 25 days for the multiparous cows, in treatments SS0, SS0.7 and SS1.4, respectively. Treatments had no effect on BCS, plasma IGF-I and metabolic profiles except that NEFA and urea were increased by WSS supplementation. Intake of PUFA (WSS up to 1.4 kg/day or 6.7% of the diet) during early lactation reduced the ICOV in primiparous grazing dairy cows in early lactation but not in multiparous cows, and while the precise mechanism for these results is unclear, it was not related to changes in the plasma concentrations of IGF-I or cholesterol.  相似文献

为探讨不同油脂对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋黄多不饱和脂肪酸和胆固醇含量的影响,160只42周龄的海塞克斯蛋鸡随机分成四组,分别饲喂对照日粮、5%鱼油、5%棕榈油和5%豆油日粮,试验三周。结果表明,棕榈油组的产蛋量比豆油组高(P<0.05),而对照组的平均蛋重和蛋黄重明显低于鱼油组(P<0.05),鱼油组鸡的总增重明显高于豆油组(P<0.05);鱼油组的血清和蛋黄的胆固醇含量都低于棕榈油和对照组(P<0.01);鱼油组蛋黄中的C20:5n-3含量明显高于对照组和豆油组(P<0.01),鱼油组蛋黄中的C22:6n-3含量高于棕榈油组(P<0.01);豆油组的C18:1n-9含量最低,与棕榈油组的相比,差异显著(P<0.05);豆油组的C18:2n-6含量明显高于其它三组(P<0.01),又以对照组最低,与鱼油组相比,差异显著(P<0.05);鱼油组的C18:3n-3含量高于豆油组和棕榈油组(P<0.05);鱼油组的C20:1n-9含量明显高于其它三组(P<0.01)。  相似文献

脂肪酸是一类重要的营养物质,是动物体内的能量来源,同时也是生物膜的组成成分,在细胞生化过程中也同样起着重要作用。研究发现,脂肪酸可通过对基因表达的影响,对代谢、生长发育以及细胞分化发挥重要的调控作用。真核生物基因表达的调控大致可分为转录前、转录、转录后、翻译和翻译后等5个阶段的调控。脂肪酸通过细胞膜受体信号途径和转录因子活化途径调节基因表达,而多不饱和脂肪酸主要从基因转录和mRNA的稳定性两个方面调节基因表达。文章综述了脂肪酸,尤其是多不饱和脂肪酸对基因表达的影响及调控机制。  相似文献

[目的]为改善湘南黄牛肉用品质,并在生产中推广应用。[方法]试验选取6头同一品种、月龄接近的湘南黄牛经同一饲喂条件育肥后进行屠宰,测定排酸前后牛肉中氨基酸、脂肪酸含量等指标。[结果]结果表明,排酸牛肉组氨酸、甘氨酸、蛋氨酸、肌氨酸、色氨酸、∑鲜味氨基酸、∑苦味氨基酸含量显著升高(P0.05);丙氨酸、缬氨酸、脯氨酸、苏氨酸、瓜氨酸、∑甜味氨基酸含量显著降低(P0.05)。排酸牛肉十二酸、十四酸、十五酸、顺-11-二十碳烯酸、饱和脂肪酸(SFA)含量显著升高(P0.05);顺-9,12,15-十八碳三烯酸、顺-8,11,14-二十碳三烯酸、顺-5,8,11,14-二十碳四烯酸、二十碳五烯酸、二十二碳六烯酸、多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)、PUFA/SFA、n-6 PUFA、n-3 PUFA含量显著降低(P0.05)。[结论]最终得出,通过排酸处理湘南黄牛能够满足人体从肉类摄取氨基酸的需求,同时有效改变脂肪酸含量,提高肉用品质。  相似文献

基于高效利用柞蚕蛹开发药用保健品的目的,采用石油醚浸提法从柞蚕蛹中提取蛹油,并用尿素包合法进一步提纯蛹油中的不饱和脂肪酸。经气相色谱检测,柞蚕蛹油中不饱和脂肪酸尤其是亚麻酸含量较高,蛹油提纯后的多价不饱和脂肪酸制品中不饱和脂肪酸的质量分数由75.22%提高到90.89%。以wister雄性小鼠为试验动物,摄食柞蚕蛹油及提纯的不饱和脂肪酸制品,结果显示柞蚕蛹油及其不饱和脂肪酸制品均具有较好的血脂调节作用,用于治疗高血脂症具有可行性和开发价值。  相似文献

在蛋鸡日粮中分别加入 8% ,12 % ,16 % ,2 0 %紫苏 ,研究蛋黄多不饱和脂肪酸 (PUFA)含量及其比例变化 ,分析其脂质代谢。结果表明 :蛋黄PUFA由 17.0 3%分别提高到 2 0 .4 2 % (8% ) ,2 3.6 1% (12 % ) ,2 4 .0 7% (16 % )和2 4 .6 2 % (2 0 % )。蛋黄脂肪中ω 3含量由 1.2 1%分别提高到 6 .88% ,8.72 % ,9.86 %和 9.95 %。每个鸡蛋中ω 3PU FA由 5 2 .2 2mg增加到 2 99.6 9,395 .80 ,36 .4 5 ,4 5 3.4 2mg。DHA由 4 2 .2 9mg增加到 5 4 .0 1,10 1.6 7,12 7.93,133.98mg/个。ω 6 /ω 3由 13.0 7分别降到 1.98,1.6 7,1.4 4 ,1.4 7。PUFA/SFA由 0 .38升高到 0 .6 8(2 0 %组 )。血清总脂、VLDL、TG、TCH有不同程度降低 ,HDL C升高。新鲜鸡蛋脂质过氧化物除添加 2 0 %组以外 ,其他组无明显变化。  相似文献

试验采用2×2因子设计(日粮类型0或1%CLA,长沙黄或爱拨益加肉仔鸡)研究日粮CLA对两个品种肉仔鸡生长性能、屠体性状和脂肪代谢的影响。结果表明,日粮中添加1%CLA可以显著增加两个品种肉仔鸡各阶段的体增重,改善4~6周和0~6周的饲料转化效率(P<0.05),提高胸肌率(P<0.05)、降低腹脂率(P<0.05)和腹脂脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)活性及其mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05)。爱拨益加肉仔鸡(AA)的生长性能、胸肌率、腹脂率、血液总胆固醇(TC)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)均高于长沙黄肉仔鸡(P<0.05)。除血液总胆固醇及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇指标外,品种和日粮CLA对肉仔鸡生长性能、屠体性状和LPL的影响不存在互作关系。  相似文献

Sows were fed one of three diets varying in level and type of dietary fibre (DF). A low DF diet (LF; 17% DF) based on wheat and barley and two generic high DF diets (HF1, high in soluble DF and HF2, high in insoluble DF;  41% DF) where the cereals were substituted with co-products (sugar beet pulp, potato pulp, pectin residue, pea hull, brewer's spent grain and seed residue (ray grass)) from the vegetable food and agro industries. Six sows were fitted with a catheter in the portal vein and the mesenteric artery and a flow probe around the portal vein. The sows were fed 2 kg/d of the three experimental diets in a repeated 3 × 3 crossover design. Blood samples were collected the last day in each period at − 120, − 60, 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120 and then at 60-min intervals up to 600 min after feeding. Although lactic acid (LA) is formed by microbial fermentation, the absorption profile of LA was more comparable with the absorption profile of glucose than with that of other SCFA.  相似文献

选择艾维因肉鸡360羽,随机分为5个处理,每处理设3个重复,每重复24只鸡,分别饲喂添加0%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%和2.0%共轭亚油的(CLA)的试验日粮,旨在探讨CLA添加水平对肉鸡脂质代谢和胸、腿肌及腹脂中脂肪酸组成的影响,试验期为49d。结果表明:在肉鸡生长各个阶段,尽管CLA添加对血清中TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C含量和HDL-C/LDL-C影响不明显,但TC、TG含量都有降低趋势,而HDL-C/LDL-C有增加趋势。脂肪酸组成分析显示,CLA添加增加胸肌和腹脂中肉豆蔻酸(C14:0)、棕榈酸(C16:0)、硬脂酸(C18:0)和TSFA的含量,降低棕榈油酸(C16:1)、油酸(C18:1)和TMUFA含量;胸肌中TP-UFA含量不受CLA添加的影响,但腹脂和腿肌中TPUFA含量随CLA添加而显著增加(0P<0.05)。胸肌和腹脂中CLA含量处理组明显比对照组高,且随日粮中CLA含量的增加而逐渐增加,腿肌中CLA的含量很低,也未表现出相应的剂量效应,且仅在2%添加组检测到CLA的存在。  相似文献

Quality food for human consumption will always be the aim for animal producers. Quantity and composition of fat deposits (fatty acid profile) strongly influences meat quality in ruminants, especially via increasing conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) concentration, which is known to have beneficial anticarcinogenic, antiatherogenic, antidiabetic and cholesterol reduction properties for human health. Awassi lambs are one of the main and most consumed meat sources in the Middle East area; however, studies addressing the fat content of CLA and methods to enhance its concentrations in this breed are still rare. For this reason, the aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of adding two different oil sources (soybean oil (SBO) and sunflower oil (SFO) at two levels (1.8 and 3%)) on growth performance, carcass characteristics and fatty acid profile of fat in Awassi lambs. Oil supplementation had no effect on growth performance or carcass characteristics, while fatty acid composition changed according to the site of extraction. CLA concentrations were increased in the tail fat deposit, with 1.8% SBO and in intermuscular fat deposit with 3% SFO. Intermuscular fat is the one most naturally consumed by humans, serving to improve food quality.  相似文献

The effects of the fattening period on carcass characteristics, fatty acid composition of fat deposits, and muscle free amino acid (FAA) and inosinic acid (IMP) contents were evaluated in Japanese Black steers. Ten castrated, 10-month-old calves derived from the same sire were divided into five to be slaughtered at the age of 30 months after a 20-month fattening period (20-month group) and five to be slaughtered at the age of 34 months after a 24-month fattening period (24-month group). Concerning the fatty acid composition of subcutaneous fat, the percentage of palmitoleic acid was higher ( P  < 0.05) in the 24- than in the 20-month group, but no difference was noted in any other fatty acids. For intermuscular fat, no difference was observed in any fatty acids. The percentages of oleic acid and total monounsaturated fatty acid of intramuscular and perinephric fat were higher ( P  < 0.05) in the 24- than in the 20-month group. Of the FAAs in the longissimus thoracis muscle, the threonine and tyrosine contents were lower ( P  < 0.05) in the 24- than in the 20-month group. The IMP content was higher ( P  < 0.05) in the 24- than in the 20-month group, suggesting an effect of prolongation of the fattening period.  相似文献

Abstract— A randomized single-blind parallel study was devised to compare the efficacy of a commercially available evening primrose oil and fish oil supplement (EfaVet Regular, Efamol Vet, Guildford, U.K.) with a concentrated preparation (HGF capsules; Efamol Vet) containing gammalinolenic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). Thirty-seven perennially affected atopic dogs whose clinical signs were well-controlled by EfaVet Regular either continued to receive EfaVet Regular at the previous dose, or were switched to HGF capsules. Twenty-eight dogs completed the 16 week study and nine were withdrawn. Nine dogs continuing to receive EfaVet Regular were unchanged, and five deteriorated. Three dogs switched to HGF improved, six were unchanged, and five deteriorated. Differences in clinical scores within or between the two treatment groups were not significant. There was a significant (P < 0.05) reduction in the mean plasma phospholipid EPA concentration in both treatment groups at week 16. It was concluded that EfaVet Regular and HGF capsules were of comparable efficacy in controlling the clinical signs in this group of atopic dogs. Résumé— Une étude parallèle en double aveugle a été conduite pour comparer l'efficacité d'une préparation commerciale à base d'huile d'onagre et d'huile de poisson (EfaVet, Efamol Vet, Guilford, U.K.) à une préparation concentrée (HFG capsules, Efamol Vet) contenant de l'acide gammalinolénique et de l'acide éicosapentaénoïque (EPA). Trente sept chiens atopiques présentant des symptômes perannuels controlés par de l'EfaVet Regular, ou continuait à recevoir de l'EfaVet Regular à la même dose, ou prenaient des capsules d'HGF. Vingt huit chiens ont suivi le traitement de 16 semaines et 9 ont étééliminés de l'étude. Pour trois des chiens ayant changé pour l'HGF les signes cliniques ont été améliorés, aucun changement n'a été observé pour six et une aggravation a été notée pour cinq. Les differences entre les scores cliniques des groupes ne sont pas significatives. Une diminution significative (P < 0.05) de la concentration plasmatique de phosphalipides FPA dans les deux groupes a été observée à la semaine 16. En conclusion, l'EfaVet Regular et les capsules d'HGF ont une efficacité comparable dans le contrôle des symptômes dans ce groupe de chiens atopiques. Zusammenfassung— Eine randomisierte Einfach-Blind-Parallelstudie wurde durchgeführt um die Wirksamkeit eines kommerziell erhältlichen Nachtkerzen-und Fischölergänzungspräparates (Efa Vet Regular, Efamol Vet, Guildford, U.K.) mit einer konzentrierten Präparation aus Gamma-Linolensäure und Eicosapentaensäure (EPA) (HGF Kapseln, Efamol Vet) zu vergleichen. 37 Patienten mit einer nichtsaisonalen Atopie, deren klinische Symptome mit Efa Vet Regular gut kontrolliert werden konnten, wurden entweder auf dieser Therapie belassen oder umgestellt auf HGF-Kapsseln 29 Patienten führten die therapie über die die 16 Wochen der Studie bis zum Schluß durch, bei 9 Patienten wurde sie abgebrochen 9 Patienten die weiterhin Efa Vet Regular erhielten, blieben unverändert, 5 verschlechterten sich 3 Hunde, die auf HGF umgestellt wurden, zeigten eine Besserung, 6 blieben gleich, und 5 verschlechterten sich Die Unterschiede in den klimischen Ergebnissen innerhalb oder zwischen den beiden Behandlungsgruppen waren nicht signifikant. Es gab eine signifikante Reduktion (P < 0,05) im Mittelwert der Plasma-Phospholipid-EPA-Konzentration zwischen den beiden Gruppen in der Woche 16. Efa Vet Regular und HGF Kapseln scheinen demnach eine vergleichbare Wirksamkeit in der Kontrolle der klinischen Symptome bei dieser Gruppe atopischer Hunde zu haben. Resumen Con el objetivo de comparar la eficacia de una marca comercial que contenía una combinación de aceite primrosa y pescado, (Efa Vet Regular, Efamol Vet, Guilford, U.K.), con un preparación de tipo concentrado, (HFG cápsules; Efamol Vet), que contenía ácido gammalinoleico y eicosapentanoico (EPA), se llevó a cabo un estudio paralelo al azar de tipo ciego-sencillo. Treinta y siete perros que padecían atopía con síntomas de tipo estacional, cuyo coadro clínico fue controlado con Efa Vet Regular, continuaron recibiendo la misma medicación a la misma dose, o comenzaron a recibir cápsulas HFG. Veintiocho de los perros completaron las dieciséis semanas de estudio y neuve se retiraron del mismo. Neuve perros que continuaron recibiendo EfaVet permaneiceron sin cambios y cinco sufrieron una deterioración. Tres de los que comenzaron a recibir HGF experimentaron una mejoría, en seis no vio cambio alguno y cinco empeoraron. Las diferencias entre las evaluaciones clínicas entre los dos grupos de tratamientos no fueron significativas. Se encontró una diferencia significativa en la reducción del valor medio de la concentración de fosfolípidos EPA en el plasma (P < 0.05) entre los dos tipos de tratamientos, an la semans décimosexta. Finalmente, se consluyó que EfaVet Regular y las cápsulas HGF fueron ambas de eficacia comparable en el prsente grupo de perros atópicos.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine whether diet modification with different doses of grapeseed oil or pomegranate seed oil will improve the nutritive value of poultry meat in terms of n‐3 and n‐6 fatty acids, as well as rumenic acid (cis‐9, trans‐11 conjugated linoleic acid) content in tissues diversified in lipid composition and roles in lipid metabolism. To evaluate the influence of applied diet modification comprehensively, two chemometric methods were used. Results of cluster analysis demonstrated that pomegranate seed oil modifies fatty acids profile in the most potent way, mainly by an increase in rumenic acid content. Principal component analysis showed that regardless of type of tissue first principal component is strongly associated with type of deposited fatty acid, while second principal component enables identification of place of deposition—type of tissue. Pomegranate seed oil seems to be a valuable feed additive in chickens’ feeding.  相似文献

Abstract— Twenty-one perennially affected atopic dogs with previous intradermal test reactivity to two or more environmental allergens were retested while receiving either a combination of evening primrose oil and fish oil (EfaVet Regular, Efamol Vet) or a concentrated supplement containing gammalinolenic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid (HGF capsules). Significant differences in the mean number of positive reactions before and during therapy were not found. In addition, the mean histamine, Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and housedust wheal diameters before and during therapy were not significantly different. However, the mean human dander wheal diameter was significantly reduced (P < 0.05) at the second test, and the mean Dermatophagoides farinae wheal diameter was significantly reduced (P < 0.05) in a group of seven dogs which had received long-term essential fatty acid supplementation with HGF capsules. These results indicate that essential fatty acid supplementation does not abrogate but may reduce intradermal test reactivity in atopic dogs. Résumé— Vingt et un chiens atopiques, présentant des symptômes non saisonniers, ayant eu des tests cutanés positifs à au moins un pneumallergène ont été testés alors qu'ils recevaient une association d'huile d'onagre et d'huile de poisson (Efa Vet Regular, Efamol Vet) ou un supplément concentré d'acides gammalinolénique et éicosapentaénoique (capsules HGF). Aucune différence significative dans le nombre moyen de réactions positives avant et après traitement n'a été observée. En outre les diamètres moyens des réactions à l'histamine. Dermatophagoïdes pteronyssinus et la poussère de maison avant et après traitement n'étaient pas significativement différents. Toutefois, le diamètre moyen des réactions aux squames humaines étaient significativement réduits (P < 0,05) lors du second test, et le diamètre moyen des réactions àDermatophagoïdes farinaeétait significativement réduit (P < 0,05) dans un groupe de sept chiens ayant reçu une supplémentation à long terme de capsules HGF. Ces résultate montrent qu'une supplementation en acides gras essentiel n'anihile pas les tests cutanés mais peu modérer la réactivité cutanée chez certains chiens atopiques. Resumen Veintiún perros atópicos de tipo estacional que presentaban reactividad positiva en la prueba de inyacciones intradérmicas con respecto a dos o más alergenos ambientales, fueron sometidos a una segunda prueba recibiendo simultáneamente una combinación de aceite de Evening Primrose y aceite de pescado (Efa Vet Regular, Efamol Vet) o un concentrado que contenía ácidos gammalinoleico y ecosapentanoico (HGF cápsulas). No se encontraron diferencias significativas en la media de las reacciones positivas antes y después de la medicación. Tampoco se encontraron diferencias significativas entre las medidas del diámetro de la roncha producida por la histamina, el Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus y el alergeno del polvo. Sin embargo, la media del diámetro producido por el alergeno de la caspa humana se vió considerablemente reducida en el segundo test (P < 0.05), así como la del Dermatophagoides farinae (P < 0.05) en un grupo de siete perros los cuales recibieron suplementación con ácidos grasos esenciales a largo plato con HGF cápsulas. Éstos resultados indican que el uso de ácidos grasos esenciales no produce supresión de las reacciones positivas del test intradérmico en perros atópicos, pero sí de las mismas.  相似文献
