正茎瘤芥(榨菜)根肿病是由芸薹属根肿病菌(Plasmodiophora brassicae Worom)引起的重要土传性病害,自1994年涪陵榨菜首次受到根肿病菌的侵害以来,迅速扩展蔓延并成为制约榨菜生产的主要病害之一~([1])。近年来,该病侵染性强、传播速度快、传播方式多,并在土壤中可保持长期侵染活性,防治难度大~([2])。笔者对榨菜根肿病的研究进行综述,为防治该病害提供参考依据。1发病症状和病原菌 相似文献

广西玉林市番石榴焦腐病的病原菌鉴定 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
In October 2019, guava (Psidium guajava) fruits were collected from Yulin, Guangxi, after kept indoors for 2-3 days, brown lesions were found on the blossom-end of the fruits with water-soaked haloes around the lesions. A lot of needle tip-sized dots produced at the centre of the lesions, which were subglobose pycnidia, and the conidia were colorless and nearly fusiform. Single spore strains were obtained by isolation and purification, and YLWB-BD01 was selected as representative strain for pathogenicity assay. After wound inoculation, similar symptoms with natural occurrence appeared. The fungus had the same morphological characteristics with YLWB-BD01 was re-isolated from the lesions. BLAST analysis of ITS, EF-1α and β-Tub sequences of YLWB-BD01 shown 100% homology with Botryosphaeria dothidea (Moug.) Ces. & De Not. Phylogenetic tree constructed by the concatenated sequences of ITS~EF-1α~β-Tub sequences shown that the strain YLWB-BD01 was clustered together with B. dothidea (CMW8000). Based on the morphological characteristics and phylogenetic analysis results, the pathogenic fungus causing guava black-rot was identified as B. dothidea. The tea leaf disease, which led to a large loss of production and decrease of quality, was found in the tea region in Huishui county, Guizhou province. Some strains were isolated from the diseased samples, and the representative strains fulfilled Koch’s postulate. Then the isolates were further identified as Lasiodiplodia theobromae based on morphological characters and phylogenetic analysis with internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and elongation factor 1-α (EF-1α) regions. The results showed that the pathogen of the leaf disease occurred in Huishui county, Guizhou province was L. theobromae. 相似文献

为明确芝麻叶斑病病原菌及其致病力,本研究以河南不同地区芝麻上分离所得叶斑病分离物为研究对象,通过形态观察和分子鉴定探讨这些分离物的分类属性,并且进行离体叶片和活体茎杆接菌,进一步探究了不同菌株的致病力差异。结果显示分离所得的6株芝麻叶斑病分离物的菌落形态、生长速率和产孢量存在差异,分生孢子多数呈倒棍棒状,具隔膜,6个菌株的ITS序列与GenBank中Corynespora cassiicola的一致性达99%以上,结合形态特征与ITS序列将其鉴定为山扁豆生棒孢。室内人工接菌芝麻发现,这6个菌株的致病力存在显著的差异;在芝麻叶片上,20180909-03属强致病力菌株,20180821-01、20180909-05和20180824-01属中等致病力菌株,20180904-02-02和SF1-1属弱致病力菌株;在芝麻茎杆上,20180824-01致病力最强,其次是20180821-01、20180909-03和20180909-05,SF1-1和20180904-02-02致病力最弱。研究结果证明山扁豆生棒孢不同菌株在芝麻上的致病力存在明显的分化。 相似文献

海南玉米穗腐病病原菌分离鉴定及优势种的遗传多样性分析 总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9
为了阐明海南省玉米穗腐病病原菌的种类,结合形态学和分子生物学方法对83份病样进行了病原菌的分离和鉴定,最终获得12种病原菌,包括拟轮枝镰孢(Fusarium verticillioides)、层出镰孢(F.proliferatum)、亚粘团镰孢(F.subglutinans)、木贼镰孢(F.equiseti)、新知镰孢(F.andiyazi)、棘孢木霉(Trichoderma asperellum)、拟康宁木霉(T.koningiopsis)、卵孢木霉(T.ovalisporum)、喙刚毛球腔菌(Exserohilum rostratum)、玉蜀黍平脐蠕孢(Bipolaris maydis)、草酸青霉(Penicillium oxalicum)和可可毛色二孢(Lasiodiplodia theobromae)。其中,拟轮枝镰孢分离频率占65.06%,为优势种。以拟轮枝镰孢的EF-1α、histone 3和β-tubulin基因序列为基础进行多基因家系分析,以明确海南省与内陆部分省份不同菌株之间的遗传关系。结果表明,海南省内菌株之间具有丰富的遗传多样性,而且海南省和内陆省份菌株之间存在高频率的基因交流。 相似文献

In order to confirm the pathogen of branch blight on pearl plum and its virulence, 14 samples were collected from Guangxi and Guizhou Province, and 21 isolates were obtained and were identified as Botryosphaeriaceae. The results of colony morphology, conidial observation and molecular identification of internal transcribed spacer region (ITS1-5.8S-ITS2) and the translation elongation factor 1-α (EFl-α) showed that the pathogens of branch blight on pearl plum were Botryosphaeria dothidea (66.67%), Neofusicoccum parvum (19.05%), N. algeriense (9.52%), and Lasiodiplodia pseudotheobromae (4.76%). The pathogenicity of different species of Botryosphaeriaceae was tested by mycelial dishes inoculation, and it was found that typical isolates of the four species were pathogenic, among which L. pseudotheobromae was the most virulent one and B. dothidea was the weakest one. 四川省鹅掌柴炭疽病病原菌的初步鉴定 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
炭疽病是鹅掌柴发生最严重的病害之一。本文从四川省成都市采集疑似为炭疽病的鹅掌柴病叶,进行了分离培养,获得培养形态完全不同的2株炭疽菌,致病性测定发现它们都为致病菌。多基因(核糖体内转录间隔区、肌动蛋白、3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶、几丁质合成酶、β-微管蛋白、钙调蛋白)的系统发育分析发现,分离获得的2株炭疽菌分别与暹罗炭疽菌(Colletotrichum siamense)和喀斯特炭疽菌(C.karstii)聚在一起,形成一个明显的分支,结合形态学特点,确定引起成都市鹅掌柴炭疽病的病原菌为暹罗炭疽菌和喀斯特炭疽菌,这是关于这两种病原引起鹅掌柴炭疽病的首次报道。本文还研究了不同的回接方式对致病性测定的影响,砂纸擦拭后选取中老叶片用孢子悬浮液接种是对鹅掌柴炭疽病最好的致病性测定方法。 相似文献
