Surveys of inorganic bromide ion residues in tomatoes, cucumbers and selfblanching celery, commercially produced in England following soil sterilisation with bromomethane, have been carried out since 1979. The mean bromide ion level in 29 late-season cucumber samples was approximately 28 mg kg−1 and ranged up to 109 mg kg−1. Analysis of 242 tomato samples gave estimated mean bromide ion levels per plant ranging from 6 to 187 mg kg−1 in fruit picked throughout the season from seven holdings, on six of which bromomethane had been used fairly recently prior to planting. A statistically significant fall in bromide levels over the growing season was shown on four of the sites. In 38 samples of self-blanching celery, the mean bromide ion level was 104 mg kg−1 even though the mean interval between fumigation and planting was in excess of 1 year. Retail surveillance indicated that a large number of crops are likely to have bromide ion levels below 10mg kg−1.  相似文献

A method is described for determining residues of 1,2-dibromoethane (EDB) in milled wheat products. The residues are first extracted with benzene, then recovered azeotropically for reaction with alkali and subsequent determination of liberated bromide ion by a Volhard titration. Freshly milled flours from wheat fumigated with 65.0 and 325 mg EDB/litre at 37°C were found to contain 10.6 to 39.4 mg EDB/kg and the bran contained from 51.4 to 153 mg EDB/kg.  相似文献

Surveys of lettuce, produced commercially in England and Wales, were carried out during the years 1977–82 to determine residues of inorganic bromide ion, following soil sterilisation with bromomethane. Lettuce grown on unfumigated soil contained less than 10 mg bromide ion kg−1, while most lettuce grown on bromomethane-fumigated soil were found to contain higher levels of bromide ion, with a proportion in excess of 1000 mg kg−1. The accumulation of bromide ion appeared to be related to the interval between soil fumigation and planting, and also to the frequency of bromomethane application to the soil. A limited amount of data is presented on the levels of bromide ion in imported lettuce.  相似文献

The extent to which methyl bromide was retained by fumigated material after treatment was followed in laboratory studies on a range of commodities exposed to the vapour at atmospheric pressure. Amounts of methyl bromide, recovered by solvent extraction and determined using gas-liquid chromatography, were related to the temperature, moisture content and manner of post-treatment storage. Immediately after exposure, the initial amount of free methyl bromide present was more dependent on the gas concentration used than on the time of exposure. Under the experimental conditions of exposure, the residual free methyl bromide in all commodities fumigated at 25°, except cocoa beans and groundnuts, fell to below 1 ppm within a few days when they were held at that temperature, whether spread in thin layers on trays or kept sealed in glass bottles. At lower temperatures, the rate of loss was slower, small amounts of methyl bromide being extracted from several commodities one month after treatment. The disappearance of fumigant from wheat and sultanas was more rapid from samples with higher moisture contents. A mathematical treatment of the data is presented, to assist in prediction of the behaviour of residual fumigant under storage conditions before processing. It is concluded that the risk of ingestion of harmful quantities of free methyl bromide by the consumer is small and that the occasions when relatively high residues might occur can be predicted.  相似文献

应用数据同化方法将遥感信息与作物生长模型融合,是估测区域作物产量的重要方法之一。以2008—2014年越冬后的冬小麦为研究对象,选择与作物长势、产量及水分胁迫信息密切相关的叶面积指数(LAI)和条件植被温度指数(VTCI),采用粒子滤波算法对CERES-Wheat模型模拟和遥感数据观测的LAI和VTCI实施同化,分别基于观测LAI和VTCI、同化LAI和VTCI构建冬小麦单产估测模型。结果表明,同化LAI变化趋势更加符合关中平原冬小麦的实际生长状况,同化VTCI能更好地反映冬小麦的水分胁迫程度。应用观测LAI和VTCI构建的估产模型决定系数为0.402,而单独应用LAI或VTCI单变量构建的估产模型决定系数分别为0.279和0.339,说明应用LAI和VTCI双变量构建的估产模型的精度优于单独应用LAI或VTCI单变量的精度。相比于观测LAI和VTCI构建的估产模型,基于同化LAI和VTCI构建的估产模型的决定系数从0.402提高到0.547。表明基于同化LAI和VTCI构建的估产模型的精度明显提高。  相似文献

A rapid, simple, direct and sensitive method has been developed for the determination of thiram (tetramethylthiuram disulphide) based on the formation of copper dimethyldithiocarbamate complex, which is rendered water-soluble by a cationic surfactant, cetytrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB). Pyrenophora tritici‐repentis (Ptr) is a destructive fungal pathogen of wheat worldwide. In addition to wheat, Ptr has been isolated from various other hosts in the family Poaceae, yet the nature of its interaction with those hosts is unknown. The Ptr–barley relationship was explored and the existence of a specific interaction between Ptr and barley is described for the first time; symptom development on several barley genotypes was evaluated in bioassays and by toxin infiltration into barley leaves. Ptr ToxB‐producing isolates of the fungus were able to cause significant damage when inoculated onto certain barley genotypes, and Ptr ToxB was able to induce chlorosis in a highly selective manner when infiltrated into those same genotypes. Ptr–barley specificity is subtle and can break with slight changes in temperature after infection. To understand the infection process in barley, a cytological analysis and in planta fungal biomass estimation using quantitative PCR were performed. The fungus penetrates through the host epidermal cells and advances to colonize the mesophyll layer intercellularly, with the infection process on barley closely resembling that on wheat. Here, evidence is provided for a specific interaction between barley and Ptr, expanding understanding of Ptr host specificity and breaking the assumption that the highest level of specificity seen with Ptr is restricted to particular genotypes of the wheat host.  相似文献

为明确草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda入侵是否会对我国小麦生产造成较大影响,通过从文献及国家统计局、中国粮油信息网收集草地贪夜蛾在我国的为害及防治相关数据与小麦的种植面积、产量及价格等相关数据的基础上,利用随机模型@RISK分别预测其在不防治场景与防治场景下对我国小麦产业造成的潜在经济损失。结果显示,如果在草地贪夜蛾入侵我国后不进行防治场景下,其对小麦生产造成的潜在经济损失总量的90%置信区间为1 023.44亿~5 299.79亿元,此情景下草地贪夜蛾对小麦的为害率是影响我国小麦产业潜在经济损失最大的变量;而在草地贪夜蛾入侵后投入防治场景下,其对小麦生产造成的潜在经济损失总量的90%置信区间为109.24亿~631.66亿元,单位面积防治成本是影响我国小麦产业潜在经济损失的关键输入变量;可挽回的经济损失总量的90%置信区间为779.07亿~4 903.97亿元,对其影响最大的变量是草地贪夜蛾对小麦的为害率。表明在草地贪夜蛾入侵我国的现实条件下,应积极增强对草地贪夜蛾的防控力度,以降低其对我国小麦产业造成的潜在经济损失。  相似文献

Over a concentration range of 5.0 × 10?6?7.5 × 10?4M, the selective herbicide difenzoquat (1,2-dimethyl-3,5-diphenyl-1H-pyrazolium) caused more pronounced inhibition of potassium ion (K+) absorption by excised seedling roots of susceptible wild oat (Avena fatua L.) compared to those of tolerant barley (Hordeum vulgare L. cv. Bonanza) or wheat (Triticum aestivum L. cv. Neepawa). At 2.5 × 10?5M difenzoquat, the relative inhibition of K+ (86Rb) absorption by wild oat root segments inceased from 30% with a 10-min uptake period to 75% with an uptake period of 90 min, whereas no inhibition at all was evident for wheat root segments even after a 90-min exposure to the herbicide. An ion efflux compartmental analysis procedure demonstrated that difenzoquat did not affect the passive permeability properties of the plasma membrane of wild oat root cells. The experimental findings indicated that difenzoquat interfered directly with the process of active ion transport across the plasma membrane of root cells.  相似文献

本文基于铈离子与焦磷酸根离子(Ce-PPi)配位聚合物网络(coordination polymer networks,CPNs)开发出一种草甘膦快速检测方法。通过铈离子(Ce3+)与焦磷酸根离子(PPi)之间的配位作用,自组装合成出Ce-PPi CPNs,并对其结构和性质进行了表征。草甘膦可以减弱PPi与Ce3+之间的配体场效应,导致Ce-PPi CPNs的荧光减弱。基于这一原理,通过优化条件,实现了草甘膦的定量检测,R2为0.997 2,检出限为0.014μmol/L。该方法检测灵敏度较高,且对草甘膦具有优异的选择性,可应用于自来水与苹果样品中草甘膦的检测,方法定量限为0.05 mg/kg,回收率在77%~87%之间,为草甘膦的快速、现场和实时实际样品检测提供了新的选择。  相似文献

In this study, we evaluated the release of diclofop-methyl and triasulfuron from the roots of foliar-treated ryegrass and wheat. The study with 14C-diclofop-methyl indicated a basipetal translocation of foliar-applied herbicide in wheat and ryegrass. No root exudation from 14C-diclofop-methyl-treated wheat plants was observed, while 20 days after treatment (DAT) 0.2–0.9% of radioactivity absorbed by ryegrass was found exuded in the growing medium. Root exudation was stimulated three to six times by the presence of untreated wheat or ryegrass sharing the growing medium with diclofop-methyl-treated ryegrass. No subsequent uptake of exuded radiolabel by untreated plants (ryegrass or wheat) in the same pot with 14C-diclofop-methyl-treated ryegrass was observed. The study with 14C-triasulfuron indicated a basipetal translocation of foliar-applied herbicide in wheat and ryegrass and also into the growing medium. By 20 DAT, 0.5–4.2% of radioactivity absorbed by wheat or ryegrass was found exuded in the growing medium. The presence of untreated plants (wheat or ryegrass) in the same pot as triasulfuron-treated ryegrass or wheat induced exudation seven to 32 times more. The study also revealed a subsequent uptake of exuded compounds by untreated wheat or ryegrass sharing the medium of 14C-triasulfuron-treated plants. This study has demonstrated for the first time that the root exudation of exogenous compounds can be related to plant arrangement in pots. The implication is that herbicide root exudation and transfer, a form of allelopathy, could be significant in the field. A precise estimation of environmental fate, unexpected ecological side effects and residual activity of herbicides may require quantification of such exudation.  相似文献

由条形柄锈菌小麦专化型(Puccinia striiformisf.sp.tritici)引起的小麦条锈病是我国重要的小麦病害之一,该病害是一种气传病害,在适宜条件下能够在短时间内大规模流行成灾[1].近年来,应用遥感技术进行植物病害监测的研究逐渐增多.Nilsson[2]综述了遥感技术在植物病害防控中的应用,认为多光谱测量、热红外、数码摄像、雷达、短波、激光、卫星等多种遥感监测技术,在植物病害和植物病害测量中具有很大潜力.无人机遥感也是遥感监测技术的重要组成部分,与一般的航空遥感相比,其具有成本低、分辨率高、受天气条件影响小的特点.  相似文献

采用定西麦田微气象观测站和试验区其它地区36个自动气象站、91个常规气象站资料,结合NOAA-16卫星的AVHRR资料,用地表能量平衡算法(SEBAL)推导中国西北区东部4~8月的日平均地表净辐射、感热、潜热、土壤热通量密度和波文比的区域分布特征,并按土地覆盖类型的不同分别统计沿黄灌区、冬春小麦雨养农田、草地、森林和沼泽草甸等不同地表的能量通量特征。结果显示:作物不同生育期,自南向北由湿润的常绿林区经半干旱雨养农业区直到干旱的荒漠地带,地表能量输送存在巨大的地区差异。计算结果与实测值之间的平均绝对百分误差为4%~21%,两者基本相符,该方法在算法上解决了用卫星资料反演地气温差的难点问题,提高了感热通量区域分布的计算精度。  相似文献

Cupric ion inhibition of Chlorella growth and photosynthesis and electron transport in isolated chloroplasts was enhanced by concentrations of diquat (6,7-dihydrodipyrido[1,2-a:2′,1′-c]pyrazinediium) that did not inhibit these processes in the absence of cupric ions. Diquat decreased the lag in cupric ion inhibition of Chlorella photosynthesis from 5 to 3.3 min. Diquat enhancement of cupric ion toxicity was immediate with no lag when diquat was added to Chlorella cells with photosynthesis inhibited by cupric ions. Diquat was absorbed by isolated chloroplasts with an intact outer envelope and the absorption was not due to diquat binding to chloroplast membranes. Cupric ion movement through the outer envelope of chloroplasts was stimulated by the presence of diquat. Cupric ion toxicity was also increased by diquat in bicarbonate solutions. The optimum molar ratios of cupric ions to diquat among those tested for diquat enhancement of cupric ion toxicity were 1:0.188 and 1:0.2, which are 1:1 and 1:1.08 on a parts per million basis.  相似文献

The bromine content of potato tubers grown in soil fumigated with methyl bromide at 487 and 975 kg/ha (1 lb and 2 lb/100 ft2) averaged 170 and 280 mg/kg of dry weight. Most of the bromine was in the outer layers of the tubers; peeled tubers has less than 100 mg/kg, which remained after boiling. Potato haulm contained 4000 or 6700 mg/kg bromine respectively for the two rates of application. The bromine content of wheat grain grown after potatoes depended on the rate of application of methyl bromide and the time interval between treatment and wheat crop. Wheat grain harvested 31/2 21/2 and 11/2 years after fumigation with methyl bromide at 975 kg/ha had mean bromine contents of 4.5, 15 and 44 mg/kg. but the amounts in grain from plots having the same treatments varied more than two-fold; wheat grain harvested 11/2 years after fumigation at 487 kg/ha contained 23 mg bromine/kg. Wheat yields were unaffected by fumigation.  相似文献

建立了小麦植株、麦粒、面粉、麦麸和土壤样品中氨氯吡啶酸的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)检测方法。样品用丙酮提取,经N-丙基乙二胺(primary secondary amine,PSA)串联石墨化炭黑柱净化,以Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 色谱柱分离,以电喷雾电离串联质谱正离子多反应监测(multiple reaction monitoring,MRM)模式进行测定。结果表明: 在0.01、0.1、0.5、1 mg/kg 4个添加水平下,氨氯吡啶酸在小麦植株、麦粒、面粉、麦麸和土壤中的平均回收率在78.9%~97.9%之间,相对标准偏差在3.6%~9.6%之间。该方法样品前处理简单、快速、分析时间短,灵敏度、准确度和精密度均符合农药残留检测要求,适用于小麦和土壤中氨氯吡啶酸残留的检测。  相似文献

A new and sensitive analytical method using negative ion chemical ionization gas chromatography/mass spectrometry in selective ion monitoring (SIM) mode has been developed for the determination of residues of endosulfan in the human blood. The residues of endosulfan are extracted from whole blood samples without separating the serum by the addition of 60% sulfuric acid at 10 degrees C followed by partition with hexane + acetone (9 + 1 by volume). The total endosulfan is quantified as the sum of alpha-endosulfan, beta-endosulfan and endosulfan sulfate in SIM mode. The mass-fragment ions used for this purpose that are monitored for in SIM mode include endosulfan diol: 95, 169, 214, 313, alpha-endosulfan: 99, 242, 270, 406, beta-endosulfan: 99, 242, 270, 406, and endosulfan sulfate: 97, 353, 386. Recovery experiments were conducted at the concentration range 1.0-100 pg ml(-1). Results showed 112-98% recovery of total endosulfan from the whole blood samples. The relative standard deviation was 1.49-2.68%. The method was found to be highly sensitive in quantifying endosulfan residues down to the 0.1 pg ml(-1) level. Conversion of endosulfan to endosulfan diol was found to be less than 0.1% under the conditions used. The results were compared with published data. The applications of the analytical method for the determination of endosulfan residues in real samples was tested by analyzing 106 human blood samples collected from a population living in Padre village, Kasargode District, Kerala, India, where aerial spraying of endosulfan has been a common agricultural practice over the years. The results showed that none of the blood samples contained residues of endosulfan (alpha-endosulfan 4 beta-endosulfan + endosulfan sulfate) or endosulfan diol. The results were confirmed by the detection of the appropriate amounts in a number of these samples which had subsequently been spiked with endosulfan.  相似文献

An automated gas chromatographic headspace method capable of detecting methyl bromide (MB) down to 0.01 mg kg?1 has been developed and evaluated. The method is suitable for analysing cereals, nuts, seeds and dried fruit. Commodities are extracted with solvent and MB present is derivatised to methyl iodide (MI) which is determined by automated headspace gas chromatography. Results from the method described are compared with those using an established solvent extraction method and show good quantitative agreement. The analytical conditions recommended are likely to be suitable for examination of other commodities for MB residues.  相似文献

Studies were conducted to assess the importance of soil-borne pathogens as impediments to the production of direct-drilled wheat following Kentucky bluegrass in rotation. Bluegrass sods were collected as cores from commercial seed fields in October (after open-field burning) and in December and March (after exposure to normal freezing and thawing), treated with glyphosate after a 2- to 3-week period of green-up in the glasshouse, and then planted to wheat 21 days later. Wheat seedlings in the 3- to 4-leaf stage were stunted and spindly in either burned or nonburned sods collected in October, but grew significantly better in burned than nonburned sods collected in December and March. Fumigation (methyl bromide), simulated tillage, and application of metalaxyl as a drench, singly or as combined treatments, improved the growth of wheat in nonburned sods. Growth of wheat in nontreated burned sods collected after frost had penetrated the upper portions was equivalent to that in fumigated sods. Experimental freezing at −20°C for up to 96 h, of burned and nonburned sods collected in October, followed by thawing also improved the growth of wheat subsequently sown directly into these sods. The stunted and spindly seedlings had roots girdled and severed by lesions typical of Rhizoctonia root rot. Isolates of Rhizoctonia cerealis were recovered from these roots and caused poor seedling emergence and stunted root and shoot growth of both wheat and bluegrass. The results suggest that both R. cerealis and Pythium spp. are potentially important soil-borne pathogens of wheat when following Kentucky bluegrass in rotation and that burning done routinely to improve the yield of bluegrass seed can also reduce the potential for damage caused by Rhizoctonia and Pythium root rots of wheat seeded directly into bluegrass sod.  相似文献
