稻谷真菌毒素污染调查与分析   总被引:6,自引:2,他引:6  
利用免疫亲和柱检测体系检测了我国31个储藏稻谷样品的真菌毒素含量。结果显示:阳性率方面,黄曲霉毒素(90.32%)和赭曲霉毒素(87.10%)远高于T-2毒素(35.48%)和呕吐毒素(3.22%)。在稻谷样品真茵毒素安全水平上,T-2毒素的超标较严重,达到29.03%,赭曲霉毒素和呕吐毒素次之,都是3.22%,黄曲霉毒素的超标率(0)最低。真茵区系和气候条件是主要的影响因素。  相似文献

小麦和玉米中玉米赤霉烯酮污染情况初探(Ⅰ)   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
扦取小麦样本48份,玉米样本33份,采用单克隆抗体生物免疫技术和荧光光度仪测定扦取样品中玉米赤霉烯酮的含量。结果表明,小麦中玉米赤霉烯酮阳性率为100%,浓度范围0.014~0.47mg/kg。玉米中玉米赤霉烯酮阳性率为100%,浓度范围0.018~0.73mg/kg。玉米污染程度高于小麦。  相似文献

平房仓粮堆温度时空分布的基本统计特征分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
在以2h等间隔不间断采样,采集了聊城1栋储藏小麦的和铜梁1栋储藏稻谷的平房仓近2年的粮情监测数据,在此基础上对平房仓粮堆温度分布的统计特征进行分析,得出平房仓粮堆温度时空变化的一些基本规律,并就其对传感器布局的影响进行了讨论。认为可以通过对最大温差变化点的跟踪分析,找到粮温异常点,并建议:①提供任意两次检测之间的温差,特殊标注其中10%的最大温差,并将其列入粮情检测系统标准;②加大现有设备的检测频率,以弥补现有检测点布局的不足。  相似文献
