Tactics and Ways for Renovation of Old Mountain Cities and Towns

The renovation of old mountain cities and towns is a main point in city construction nowadays. In this paper, the characters of economic and real estate development are analyzed to find out proper ways and new principles for renovation from two aspects as city planning and street space renewal to solve the new problems in our present work.     

Square Design of Mountain Cities: A Case Study of Shiyan Broadcasting Media Center Square

City squares are an important part of urban public spaces and play an important role in improving the quality of urban landscapes. For mountain cities, city squares with mountainous characteristics formed by its special geographical environment, which have more identifiability and uniqueness than that in plain cities, have greater influence on the promotion of city image. Their unique regional cultural characteristics and local customs and practices have shaped the totally different temperament of mountain cities. Based on the dialectical relationship between the square, the landscape and the culture, this paper took Shiyan Broadcasting Media Center Square for example to explore the ideas of landscape design in mountain cities.     

四川藏区生态农业区划研究

以四川藏区32个县（市）为样本,围绕农业资源环境、农村经济发展、农业生态压力、生产基础设施,构建15项二级指标组成的四川藏区生态农业区划指标体系,运用因子分析法和聚类分析法,将四川藏区划分为金沙江—雅砻江中上游高山峡谷农林牧综合发展区(Ⅰ)、岷江—大渡河上游高山峡谷农林牧综合发展区(Ⅱ)、川西北高原山原生态畜牧业发展区(Ⅲ),为科学合理利用农业资源,指导四川藏区生态农业发展与建设提供了理论支撑。     

Simple Analysis of the Thermal Environment in Chongqing

There are a series of city environmental problems especially in the mountain city along with the city fast development. In recent decade, many scholars have studied the urban heat island, the urban temperature, the urban wind field, the precipitation and the urban visibility etc. But the urban thermal environment has not been settled radically. All the measures have not been used in the practice. And the researches in thermal environment of the mountain cities are very few. So the authors consider Chongqing as the researching object. Chongqing is one of the typical mountain cities in the semi-tropical. Sequentially we find out the characteristic of the thermal environment in the mountain city. Further the authors seek for the measures to plan and build ecological city. They conclude that CFD can be used in the simulation of urban environment, and use the result of simulation in urban planning is possible. The thermal environment in the center of Chongqing needs to be improved.     

黄土高原植被的发展分析

由一些概念,阐述了黄土高原植被发展的特点及其背景条件和依据。表明植被建设是植被发展的前提,它其实和生态修复是一致的。植被建设具有多种环节,需要既突出植被的个性,又要强调植被的整体性。在大面积的植被建设中,自然植被是基础,而人工植被是对它的补充、改良或完善,适当而合理的配置是允许的。以农田为代表的人工植被有其正面积极意义。自然植被和人工植被以及生态型植被和经济型植被,并非非此即彼,它们之间的中间类型植被有着较大的发展空间。植被建设最终是要形成生态型植被为框架的景观格局。农区应当是人类生产经济活动的主要区域。与黄土高原山区及城镇、工矿相比,农区是植被建设的关键。     

Urban Space Model of Diversified Mountainous Central Cities

The space of mountain center city has diversified characteristics, which has interactive relations with the city overall function. Based on analyzing the contradictions between the characteristics of central city and the form of mountainous city, following the mountainous central cities' characteristics of multi-group, multi-center, multi-dimensional and multi-level, the theoretical model which reflects mathematic and abstract relationship between the characteristics and the overall function of the mountainous central cities was constructed. On the basis of the mountainous cities' characteristics and the scientific planning, the model develops the mountainous cities space and macro-functions theory.     

Analysis on Landscape Levels of Mountain Space

People have the demands to know their environment and orientation in their social relations and the urban landscape must content them with such demands. In this paper, the space feature and landscape levels of the mountain are analyzed. From the natural landscape and humanistic landscape aspects, in this paper, the diversification, place and environment of landscape levels in mountain space is inquired into and the essentials of the control on landscape in mountain cities are pointed out.     

On the Pattern of Rural Human Settlement Environment Construction in Yunnan''s Mountain Region

The laggard status of rural human settlement environment of mountain region in Yunnan Province affected the balanced development between city and countryside, so accelerating its construction is the urgent need of rural development. In this paper, the characteristics and realistic influence of traditional pattern of rural human settlement environment construction in Yunnan mountain region are expounded. Moreover, it puts forward the construction pattern, which depends on the development of small towns by analyzing the connection among natural environment characteristics, society and economy innovation and the pattern of human settlement environment construction. At last, several advices are brought forward for the actual action of rural human settlement environment construction in future.

丘陵山区生态农业模式与技术初探

丘陵山区属经济发展落后、生态环境脆弱的地区,也是中国生态农业建设内容丰富的地区。笔者结合近年来在丘陵山区生态农业建设实践中取得的成绩,总结了适宜这一地区推广和应用的生态农业模式与技术。提出丘陵山区生态农业推广必须多样化、应用必须实践化、研究必须科学化。推广高效生态农业实用和配套技术、推进生态农业模式与技术的产业化、优化生态农业结构、强化科技培训力度和农村能源结构调整是丘陵山区生态农业建设的重点。     

北京山区发展循环农业问题探讨

循环农业是实现生态的良性循环与农村建设和谐发展的必由之路。北京山区的可持续发展离不开生态经济的背景与取向,在山区探索循环农业的发展对于促进农业资源的持续利用具有重要的意义。北京山区已经在发展循环农业方面具备了一定的实践经验,笔者通过总结山区循环农业发展模式和对发展实践的实证分析,提出应把加强舆论宣传,发挥山区资源优势,建立管理体制和运行机制三方面作为促进北京循环农业发展的关键环节。     

基于综合指数法的区域公共文化服务体系发展水平测评研究

为了研究区域公共文化服务评价指标体系的构建和山东省17地市基本公共文化服务发展状况,运用层次分析法构建了评价指标体系,利用综合指数测评法对山东省17地市公共文化服务建设水平进行了研究。将公共图书馆、艺术表演团体、艺术馆与文化馆、文化站、大众传媒、公共文化经费投入6个模块作为一级指标,每个模块分别选取若干二级指标,总共选取了27个二级指标构建了评价指标体系,对山东省17地市的公共文化发展状况进行了分模块测评比较和总体测评比较研究,研究发现山东省17地市公共文化服务总体发展较好,但是在进行分模块比较时,地区间差异较大,在进行综合测评时,这种地区间发展水平的差异明显降低,从中可以看出各地对公共文化服务建设侧重不同。     

北京沟域经济发展中特色民俗村的规划设计

在北京山区沟域经济发展的过程中,特色民俗村建设是整个产业链条中的重点之一,随着沟域经济的进一步发展和消费者需求的不断变化,北京山区部分民俗村已不能适应当前的发展形势,应重新规划设计和升级改造。笔者根据北京山区民俗村建设的问题和发展趋势,提出北京山区特色民俗村规划设计要点,分析了北京市怀柔区“夜渤海”沟域3个村庄节点的升级改造规划案例。笔者认为在民俗村建设中应丰富投资主体、加强基础设施建设,重视景观设计、整体规划与包装,融入文化元素、突出区域特色,更新经营理念、提高经营水平;应通过民俗村整体形象设计、个性化农家院形象设计、民俗旅游产品的开发与设计提升民俗村的档次和水平。     

Method of Gradual Advance for Town Development

The economical construction and development of China can't be separated from the development of rural economy.Due to appearance and development of rural enterprises,surplus labor force of rural areas was accepted, agricultural economy had been developed and farmers' income enhanced. The traditional agriculture had been reconstructed. The construction and development of small cities and towns are connected with the development of rural economy and accelerate the development of city economy. The construction of small cities and towns can have congregation effect and scale benefit. The industry structure of country will be optimized in whole, management cost will be cut down, energy consumption will be reduced, pollution will be lowered and labor productivity will be increased. In this paper, the importance of town construction in economic development of China is elaborated. The achievement and problem in town construction are summarized. A method of gradual advance for town development is put forward and the problems that must be handled in town development are pointed out.     

紫蓬山国家森林公园生态旅游业的SWOT分析

文章采用SWOT分析法较为详细地分析了紫蓬山国家森林公园发展生态旅游业的优势、弱势、机遇和威胁,包括区位优势、动植物资源优势、气候优势和开发潜力等优势,生态旅游的兴起、生态工程的实施,旅游专业人才缺乏、管理和服务滞后等因素;并以此为基础,进一步提出了相应的发展建议,主要有开发与保护并重、适当开发森林生态旅游资源、开发生态旅游产品、加强宣传营销工作、积极进行人才的培训与引进、努力提高管理水平和服务水平以及完善景区的旅游基础设施建设等。     

从古典园林到山地公园规划设计

人与自然山水的关系向来密切。随着社会的发展,人们生活水平的提高,生活于现代物质文明中的人们,渴望舒缓由高节奏的生活带来的紧张与压抑。于是,寄情山水就成了人们逃离喧嚣的手段。所以,山地公园就成了人们特殊的情感场所和户外开放空间。山地公园由于其富于变化和立体感的自然景观特色,以及丰富的人文景观内涵,越来越受到人们的亲睐。但现代山地公园的建设并没有真正结合山地特点,山地景观资源非但没有得以利用和保护,反遭破坏,景观的城市化、现代化较为严重,与山地周围环境不协调。笔者希望从传统古典园林中得到启发,以求能够指导山地公园的规划设计,创造出大自然的美妙景观。     

北京沟域经济发展模式的典型调研与思考

沟域经济发展模式对北京山区经济发展和实现城乡统筹发展目标具有重要意义。研究典型沟域经济发展的成功经验、面临问题和有关政策需求等,将为山区经济建设工作提供可借鉴经验和参考。本文采用走访、问卷和座谈等方式,对北京市2011年率先启动的7条重点沟域进行了调研。调研显示,重点沟域经济建设,在选择主导产业、改善生态环境、建设新村民居和促进山区经济建设等方面取得了显著成绩,但在理论探索、模式创新、生态保护、缩小城乡差距等方面仍有不足,需要不断加强理论研究、培育主导产业、促进农业体质增效和完善土地管理政策。     

Problems in the Development of Small Cities and Towns in West China and Countermeasures: A Case Study of Luzhou City,Sichuan Province

New urbanization targets at coordinated urban-rural development, and construction of ecological and livable environment, it is the foundation for breaking urban-rural dual structure of China and promoting the agricultural modernization. Small cities and towns as carriers of new urbanization have already become important paths of realizing new urbanization and solving problems concerning 300 million peasants in China. Considering the requirements of new urbanization, this paper took Luzhou City in Sichuan Province for example to explore development path suitable for small cities and towns in west China and gave pertinent suggestions.     

Construction of Ecological City from the Perspective of Ecological Progress—A Case Study of Liaocheng City

Ecological progress is a new stage in the development of human civilization and ecological city is a new city development model under the concept of ecological progress. In this paper, favorable conditions and constraints for constructing an ecological city are analyzed and construction concepts are put forward. It contributes to the construction of Liaocheng into an ecological city and has a referential value for other cities.     

Application and Thinking of Right Species for Right Land in Urban Plant Landscaping

With the acceleration of eco-garden city construction,tree resources have been increasingly applied in landscape construction.Combining with the authors' work experience,plant landscaping cases in domestic and foreign cities,this paper analyzed the concept of right species for right land and problems in plant landscaping,and took specific cases to explore the application of right species for right land,in order to provide references for the reasonable utilization of indigenous tree resources.
