An effort to analyze selected heavy metal accumulation by the razor clam (Solen brevis) from Tanjung Lumpur was conducted on January to April 2010. A total of fifty individuals of Razor clam Solen brevis were sampled and metals such as Iron (Fe), Zinc (Zn), Copper (Cu), Manganese (Mn), Lead (Pb) and Cadmium (Cd) Concentrations were determined using Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS). Among the metals Fe occurred in elevated concentration in the soft tissue of razor clam followed by Zn. Cd was found to be in least concentration in the sample. Mean concentration of Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu, Cd and Pb in the soft tissue were 415.2 +/- 56.52, 87.74 +/- 11.85, 18.71 +/- 2.10, 8.64 +/- 1.75, 0.67 +/- 0.29 and 1.61 +/- 0.45 microg g(-1) dw, respectively indicating that the bioaccumulation of essential metals in the soft tissue was greater than the non essential heavy metals. Metal accumulation in the soft tissue of razor clam followed Fe > Zn > Mn > Cu > Pb > Cd order in present study. The observed concentration of acute toxicity of metals in Solen brevis (Family: Solenidae) from Tanjung Lumpur Coastal waters was lower than the permissible limit recommended by National and international standards proved that this species could be utilized for human consumption.  相似文献

In order to investigation the effects of Zn rates and application forms on protein and element contents (Fe, Cu, Mn, N and Zn) in bean plant, an experiment was conducted as a factorial based on completely randomized design at greenhouse conditions during 2006. Treatments were included zinc rates in 4 levels (10, 20, 30 and 40 mg Zn kg(-1) soil(-1) in ZnSO4 source) and 3 application forms (soil application, seed pelleting and foliar spraying). Results showed that Zn rates had significant effect on accumulation of Zn, Cu, Mn and N in bean leaves. Nitrogen accumulation in leaves reduced with increasing of zinc in the soil. Among Zn application forms, spray application had the highest accumulation of Fe, Zn and Mn in leaves (423.17, 282.89 and 88.17 mg kg(-1), respectively). The highest Zn content in seed was observed in 20 and 40 mg Zn kg(-1) soil(-1) levels (46.39 and 45.62 mg kg(-1), respectively). Meanwhile, all treatments of Zn (both rate and application) had not significant effects on Cu and Mn accumulation in bean seeds. According to interaction effects between Zn rates and application forms, the highest Fe content in seed was observed when 40 mg kg(-1) soil(-1) of Zn was applied as foliar spraying. The seed protein content nearly was stable while Zn levels was increased from 20 to 40 mg Zn kg(-1) soil(-1). Grain yield had significant correlation to zinc and Cu of leaves but, biomass had significant and negative correlation to Zn content of leaves at p < 0.05% probability levels.  相似文献

Tender and mature leaflets and leaves of Diplazium sammatii (`Nyama idim'), were separately investigated for their nutritional and antinutritional properties. Results showed little difference in proximate nutritional contents between tender and mature leaves, except for crude fat, which was present in levels 1.5 times higher in younger than in older leaves. Crude fiber levels were low. Zinc (Zn) and copper (Cu) were higher in younger leaves (6.8 and 3.5 mg/100 g dry matter, respectively, compared to 4.5 and 2.5 mg/100 g dry matter, respectively in older leaves). Older leaves contained higher levels of iron (Fe): 6.7 mg/100 g dry matter, in comparison to 4.3mg/100 g dry matter, in young leaves. Oxalate levels were slightly higher in younger than older leaves. However, the reverse was true for tannin content. Both antinutritional compounds were present in levels which shouldbe safe.  相似文献

氮磷钾肥对稻米铁、锌、铜、锰、镁、钙含量和产量的影响   总被引:21,自引:2,他引:21  
 采用田间试验,在四川省西昌市用两个水稻品种研究了氮、磷、钾肥施用量对稻米中铁、锌、铜、锰、镁、钙含量和产量的影响。结果表明,稻米中铁、锌、铜、锰、镁、钙含量均随着施氮量增加先上升后下降,滇屯502的铁、锌、铜、锰、镁、钙含量和产量都以施用90 kg/hm2 N最高,稻谷产量以施用180 kg/hm2 N最高;而合系39的铁、锌、铜、锰、镁、钙的含量以施用180 kg/hm2 N最高,稻谷产量以施用270 kg/hm2 N最高,说明供试籼型品种滇屯502对氮肥的敏感性较粳型品种合系39强;磷肥明显降低了稻米中铁、铜、锰、钙的含量和产量,适量增施磷肥有利于增加稻米中镁的含量和产量;适量施用钾肥有利于提高稻米中铁、锌、铜、锰含量和产量,两供试品种铁、锌、铜、锰含量均以90 kg/hm2 K2O时最高,而钾肥明显降低了稻米中镁、钙的含量和产量。  相似文献

A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of Cd on grain Cd, K, P, Mg, Zn, Cu, Pb, Fe and Mn accumulation in two rice genotypes (Xiushui 63 and Xiushui 217) differing in grain Cd accumulation under four Cd levels, i.e. 0, 0.5, 2.5 and 12.5 mg/kg. Rice genotype greatly affected the grain K content, but not significantly for P, Mg, Zn, Cu, Pb, Fe and Mn contents. There were remarkable effects of additional Cd on the contents of P, Mg and Zn in grains, while not significant for K, Cu, Pb, Fe and Mn contents. No significant differences were found in the interaction of genotype by additional Cd on these nine element contents. The low grain Cd accumulation genotype Xiushui 217 had significantly higher grain K, Mg, Cu and Mn contents than the high grain Cd accumulation genotype Xiushui 63, but the case was opposite for Zn, Pb and Fe contents. It also showed that Cd addition levels significantly influenced the K, P, Mg, Zn, Cu, Pb, Fe and Mn contents in rice grains. Grain K, P, Mg, Zn, Fe and Mn contents reduced with the increasing rate of Cd addition.  相似文献

研究田间施用氮肥对吉林省4个玉米品种子粒中Zn、Fe、Mn、Cu含量以及Zn与Fe生物有效性的影响。结果表明,施用氮肥可增加玉米子粒中Zn、Fe含量,过量施氮玉米子粒中Zn和Fe含量不再增加甚至呈下降趋势;子粒中Mn含量随氮肥增加而提高,Cu含量随氮肥增加而降低,4个品种中只有吉四单19在过量施氮时子粒Mn含量呈下降趋势。随氮肥水平提高,玉米子粒中Zn、Fe和Mn累积量呈递增趋势,Cu累积量变化不显著。全磷与这些矿物质元素的比值(P/Zn、P/Fe)表明,氮肥施用将显著降低玉米子粒中Zn和Fe的生物有效性。  相似文献

以玉米品种'掖单13'和'丹玉13'为试材,通过大田试验研究供试玉米的初生根和第1层至第9层次生根中的铁、锰、铜、锌和钠等元素的含量.结果表明:玉米根系中铁、锰、铜、锌和钠元素的平均值分别为6469,185,22,14,884mg/kg.玉米初生根中的铁元素与次生根相比其含量较低,锰、铜、锌和钠元素的含量较高,高于各次生根中的含量.玉米同一品种的不同类型根中各元素含量之间存在差异,不同品种相同类型根中的各元素含量存在相关关系.  相似文献

Six non-conventional leafy vegetables consumed largely by the rural populace of Nigeria were analyzed for mineral composition. Mineral contents appeared to be dependent on the type of vegetables. Amaranthus spinosus and Adansonia digitata leaves contained the highest level of iron (38.4 mg/100 g and 30.6 mg/100 g dw, respectively). These values are low compared to those for common Nigerian vegetables but higher than those for other food sources. All the vegetables contained high levels of calcium compared to common vegetables, thus they could be a rich source of this mineral. Microelement content of the leaves varied appreciably. Zinc content was highest in Moringa oleifera, Adansonia digitata and Cassia tora leaves (25.5 mg/100 g, 22.4 mg/100 g and 20.9 mg/100 g dw, respectively) while the manganese content was comparatively higher in Colocasia esculenta. The concentrations of the mineral elements in the vegetables per serving portion are presented and these values indicate that the local vegetables could be valuable and important contributors in the diets of the rural and urban people of Nigeria. The mean daily intake of P, Mg, Ca, Fe, Cu and Zn were lower than their recommended dietary allowances (RDAs). However, the manganese daily intake was found not to differ significantly ( p = 0.05) from the RDA value.  相似文献

Protein, energy and mineral utilization were examined in growing rats fed cooked, dry legume seeds in combination with polished rice. The legumes tested included 3 varieties of common beans, black, white and brown (Phaseolus vulgaris), lentils (Lens esculenta) and peas (Pisum sativum). The rice:legume mixtures (1:1 N ratio) were the only dietary sources of protein, Zn, Fe and Cu. The rice:black bean mixture was also tested at a 4:1 N ratio. Nutrient utilization was studied by balance trials and mineral utilization was further assessed by tissue analyses. True protein digestibility (TD) and energy digestibility of the rice:legume (1:1) mixtures were high. Biological value (BV) varied only little but was lowest in the rice:lentil mixture. The rice:brown bean mixture had the lowest amount of utilizable protein (UP). The (1:1) rice:legume mixtures did not adversely affect Fe status, as measured by liver Fe content and blood hemoglobin and hematocrit, or Cu status, as measured by liver Cu content and plasma ceruloplasmin. However, femur zinc content indicated a sub-optimal Zn status. Increasing the dietary N from rice in combination with black beans resulted in a substantial improvement of BV, NPU and Zn status of the animals but had a negative effect on UP and Fe status of the rats.  相似文献

Plant nutrients can be influenced by organic materials of soils. An experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of organic amendments on elements uptake by soybean cultivars in a silty loam soil in Mazandaran province, Iran. The experiment was carried out in split plot based on randomized complete block design with three replications in 2006. Main plots were included 8 fertilizer treatments consisted of 20 and 40 Mg ha(-1) Municipal Solid Waste Compost (MSW), Vermicompost (VC) and Sewage Sludge (SS) which enriched with 50% chemical fertilizers needed by soil, only chemical fertilizer treatment and control. Sub plots consisted of three genotypes of soybean (032, 033 and JK). Grain yield was determined and soybean leaves and seeds were digested and analyzed for Mn, Cu, Zn and Fe. Results showed that yield and elements content in soybean leaves and seeds (Mn, Cu, Zn and Fe) were influenced by all treatments. The 40 Mg ha(-1) of sewage sludge enriched with chemical fertilizers produced maximum grain yield. Different soybean cultivars had also significant differences in terms of leaf and seed micronutrients accumulation. Maximum grain yield was observed in JK and 033. Mean comparisons showed that interaction effects of fertilizer and cultivar had significant differences on Mn, Cu and Fe content in soybean leaves, so that the maximum Cu content was observed in 032 cultivars with 40 Mg ha(-1) enriched sewage sludge and municipal waste compost. Also the highest amount of Fe was obtained for JK cultivar when the 40 Mg ha(-1) of municipal compost was used. Among different mentioned traits, Fe and Cu content in leaf and seed and Zn content in leaf had a positive and significant correlation with grain yield.  相似文献

The essential elements copper (Cu), iron (Fe), zinc (Zn) and manganese (Mn) were analyzed in fresh asparagus to determine the effects of the vegetative cycle of the plant on the micronutrient content. Asparagus samples were classified in two groups by diameter (<11 mm and >14 mm). Asparagus from a sample group with the same diameter were divided into two portions (apical and basal) according to distance from the tip. The concentrations of copper, iron, zinc and maganese increased during the vegetative cycle of the asparagus, mainly in the apical portion which showed significantly greater concentrations with respect to the basal portion. The >14 mm diameter asparagus presented higher levels of copper, zinc and manganese, whereas the concentration of iron was greater in the <11 mm diameter asparagus. The mean element levels were (mg/kg dry weight): Cu, 18.9±3.9; Fe, 91.7±33.7; Zn, 69.5±24.6 and Mn, 20.9±5.0).  相似文献

目的 建立ICP-MS同时测定红参中8种元素含量的分析方法.方法 硝酸-高氯酸体系进行湿法消解,ICP-MS分析,同时分析锰、铜、锌、钡、钴、铁、镍、鎘8种元素.结果 该方法线性范围宽,Mn、Cu、Zn、Ba、Co、Fe线性在0μg/L~500μg/L之间,Ni、Cd线性在0μg/L-100μg/L之间,线性相关系数0.9847~ 0.9999之间,检出限在0.0007~ 0.02mg/Kg之间.标准物质的RSD在4.45%~9.13%之间.结论利用该方法对标准物质茶叶中Mn、Cu、Zn、Ba、Co、Fe、Ni、Cd含量进行测定,表明该方法能够满足上述8种元素的分析要求.将方法应用于4、5年生红参中8种元素含量水平测定,获得了较满意的分析结果.  相似文献

根据椰子叶片在树冠上呈旋转轮生的规律,对不同成熟度的叶片进行排序,对叶片数量差异较大的3株植株中不同叶序的Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn这4种微量元素含量进行测定,并对其变化规律进行分析与研究。结果表明:不同植株间4种微量元素含量有显著差异,同一植株上不同叶序间的含量及其变化规律也有所不同;整体上,3~37叶,Fe、Mn、Zn含量呈上升趋势,Cu含量呈下降趋势;4种微量元素中,Fe、Mn含量较大,Zn含量次之,Cu含量最低;Fe变化范围为31.59~187.3 mg/kg,Mn为22.06~221.0 mg/kg,Cu为3.45~9.78 mg/kg,Zn为10.3~50.0 mg/kg。  相似文献

Potassium was applied at rates equivalent to 0, 135, and 250 pounds per acre (0, 151, 180 kg K/ha) to study the effect of soil applied K on tuber yields and concentration of mineral elements in the petioles of potato plants during growth both measured at 14 day intervals. Petioles were analyzed for N, P, K, Ca, Fe, Mg, Zn, Cu, Al, Mn, and B. Seasonal trends in petiolar K content were highly correlated with tuber bulking regardless of rate of K application. Increasing K application rates generally increased petiolar levels of K and Zn (early in the season) and decreased the levels of N, Mg, Ca, Zn (late in the season), Al, Fe, Cu, and B in the petioles. Concentrations of P and Mn were unaffected by K applications. Seasonal trends in the mineral element content of petioles were not influenced by K. Results indicate that a prediction model for tuber yield based upon trends in the K content of petioles is valid under differing soil levels of K.  相似文献

为了分析锌强化对不同小麦品种籽粒矿质元素含量的影响,以40个不同小麦品种(系)为材料,在扬花期叶面喷施0.5%的Zn肥,用原子吸收光谱法测定Zn处理与不处理(对照)下不同小麦品种籽粒中6种矿质元素(Zn、Fe、Ca、Mg、Cu、Mn)的含量,并分析这些元素对Zn强化的响应。结果表明,Zn处理后各品种籽粒中Zn含量均比对照有极显著上升,但上升幅度因品种而异。籽粒中Fe、Ca、Mg、Cu、Mn含量对Zn强化的响应因元素种类和品种而异,就品种平均值而言,Mn含量在Zn处理和对照间有极显著差异,Fe、Mg和Cu含量在处理与对照间无显著差异。大部分品种Zn处理后籽粒Ca含量有所下降,Mn则有所增加。对施Zn和对照间被测矿质元素的变幅进行主成分分析,前三个主成分(PC1、PC2、PC3)累积贡献率为0.76,基于前三个主成分对40个品种(系)进行类平均法的聚类分析,将40个品种分为3类:第1类包含有8个品种,Zn处理后籽粒中Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe含量总体呈现降低趋势,而Mn、Zn含量呈增高趋势;第2类包含23个品种,Zn处理后籽粒Ca、Cu含量总体有一定的降低,其余4种元素含量则有一定幅度的提高;第3类共有9个品种,施Zn后Fe含量总体有一定幅度的降低,其余5种元素含量则有一定幅度的增加。来自第2类和第3类中的12个品种在Zn处理后所测定的全部6种元素或者其中大部分元素的含量提高,适宜进行Zn强化,而其余品种Zn强化后部分或全部元素(Zn除外)与对照相比有所下降,不宜作为Zn营养强化的载体品种。  相似文献

 利用粳稻品种间杂交组合“龙锦1号/香软米1578”的196份F3家系,对糙米中Fe、Se、Zn、Cu、Mn、Ca、Mg、K、Na和P等10种矿质元素含量的变异及其相关性进行了分析。 10种矿质元素在F3家系间均有较大的变异,其中Na含量变异最大,Zn含量变异最小,变异系数分别为77.69%和12.04%。各矿质元素含量的变异系数大小顺序为Na>Se>Cu>Fe>Mg>Mn>Ca>P>K>Zn。不同矿质元素含量也有较大的差异,F3家系群各矿质元素含量平均值高低排序为P>K>Mg>Ca>Fe>Mn>Zn>Na>Cu>Se。糙米中10种矿质元素含量在F3家系群中均表现为正态分布,为由多基因控制的数量性状。Zn与Fe、Cu,Mn与Mg、Ca、K、P,Ca与Mg、K、Na、P,Mg与K、P,P与K、Na含量呈显著或极显著正相关,而Fe与Se、Mn与Na、Mg与Na含量呈显著或极显著负相关。Mn、Ca、Mg、K、P含量与其他矿质元素含量间的相关关系较Fe、Se、Cu、Zn含量与其他矿质元素含量间的相关关系更为密切。  相似文献

The mineral composition of Lolium perenne, Dactylis glomerata, Trifolium repens, Lotus corniculatus and six non-leguminous broadleaved herbs was determined at two sites on copper-deficient soils with and without soil-applied copper sulphate at 2 kg Cu ha-1. D. glomerata was richer than Lolium perenne in P, Mn and Cu, and T. repens was richer than either grass species in Ca, P, Mg and Cu. D. glomerata cultivars differed in Ca, P, Na and Mg concentrations, and L. perenne cultivars in Ca concentration. Lotus corniculatus contained less Ca, P, Na and Mn but more Zn than T. repens. Achillea millefolium was rich in K, Cichorium intybus in K, Mg and Zn, Petroselinum crispum in Na and Zn, Rumex acetosa in K, P, Mg and Zn and Taraxacum officinale in Na, Mg and Zn. Rumex was low in Na and Plantago lanceolata in Na and Mn. None of these herbs was richer than T. repens in Cu. Copper sulphate application raised the Cu concentration of the herbage only slightly, species or varieties differing little in their response to applied Cu. It is concluded that adjustment of botanical composition, with or without copper sulphate application, will not help to prevent hypocupraemia in grazing stock.  相似文献

 利用FACE(Free Air Carbon Dioxide Enrichment)平台技术,用水培试验研究了低氮(14 mg/L)和常氮(28 mg/L)水平下,大气CO2浓度升高对水稻(Oryza sativa L.)N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn的吸收和在植株不同部位的分配,并着重分析了CO2浓度升高对稻米中营养元素含量的影响。结果表明,按照当前CO2浓度条件下营养元素的正常供应水平,而且各元素都以有效态供给时,CO2浓度升高对多数被测元素吸收总量影响不大,只增加了K、Ca、Fe的吸收总量; N、P、Mg、Mn向穗部分配增加,K、Ca、Cu、Zn、Fe向穗部的分配比例不变;水稻籽粒中P、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe和Mn含量无显著影响,N、K含量显著下降。还初步探讨了CO2浓度升高对稻米中人类必需营养元素的不足(或“隐性饥饿”)的影响。  相似文献

对湖南省194个典型茶园土壤微量元素有效量进行了调查,结果表明:茶园土壤有效态zn、Cu、Mn、Fe含量分别为1.94mg/kg、151.23mg/kg、85.95mg/kg、7.07mg/kg;有效铁的含量较丰富,98.5%茶园土壤有效铁含量〉10mg/kg;有效铜、有效锰、有效锌的含量相对偏低,低于临界值的茶园分别占32%、28.4%、12.4%。有效铜、有效锰与pH值呈极显著正相关,有效Zn和有机质呈极显著正相关,与pH值呈极显著负相关。  相似文献

测定6个不同品种椰子凋落叶中的营养成分。结果表明,6个品种椰子凋落叶的叶柄中C、N、P、K、Na、Ca、Mg、Mn、Zn营养元素之间差异显著,其中Fe和Cu含量差异不显著;小叶中,C、N、P、K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn营养元素之间差异显著,其中Cu含量差异不显著。同时,小叶中的C、N、Fe、Mn、Zn含量高于叶柄,而叶柄中的P、K、Na、Ca、Mg含量高于小叶。  相似文献
