Application of ObjectARX Technology in Power CAD

Considering Object oriented design, abstract mechanism of object and technology of procedure design in ObjectARX are introduced.By analyzing characteristics of power network, the puper it elaborates process of definition special object by using of open structure of AutoCAD inner database , base class provided by ARX and mechanism of calss inheritance and derivative. The class definition of elemens is also given in power system as well. Technology of data exchange is also elaborated. On this base ,object models of power CAD are constructed.Date exchange between PWCAD and the external database is also realized.     

Study on Pre- & Post- Processing Program for Multi -storey & Tall Steel Frame

A vast amount of information data must be input before finite element analysis of steel frames, such as node information, element information and load information. It is necessary to develop a computer aided design system with 3D interactive function. A CAD system for steel frame based on object ARX is developed with AutoCAD API and the Object -oriented technique. In this paper, some key programming technologies is studied, including design of structures, identification of floor system, also, it has presented the relevant implementing code.     

Dynamic Data Exchange for Collaborative Design Based on Internet

The dynamic data exchange is the key to the realization of the collaborative design based on Internet. The features of data for collaborative design based on Internet are analyzed. The data transformation, the data transmission and the data transaction of collaborative design based on Internet are researched. The system configuration and organization mode of dynamic data exchange for collaborative design Internet-based are developed, in which, STEP serves as the product data exchange standard, and ORACLE is the kernel database of the system, so that each of the CAD systems can synchronously access the ORACLE database, share and exchange the design information. The STEP-ORACLE serves as the organizing mode of dynamic data exchange for the collaborative design based on Internet, which realizes the real-time exchange and consistency of the dynamic data between the different platforms and CAD systems.     

Brake 3D Models Parameterized Design

Aiming toovercome thelimitation of the traditional design methods of automobile parts, this paper presents a design and analysis method based on "Soft Prototype". By developing a professional CAD system Drum Brake Design and Analysis System, the authors researched the design method of "Virtual Products" and the technologies of parameterized modeling. During the development of software, some new methods are presented. In this CAD system, the database, graphical browser and designing module are united perfectly, and parameters are utilized to create models. Such a system can greatly improve design efficiency and reduce the time of new products development     

Dynamic data exchange based on STEP-OODB for network-supported collaborative design

This paper analyzes the features of data for network-supported collaborative design, researches the data transformation, the data transmission and the data transaction of collaborative design. The system configuration and organization mode of dynamic data exchange for network-supported collaborative design are developed, in which, STEP serves as the product data exchange standard, what's more, Object-Oriented Database (OODB) is the kernel database of the system, so that each of the CAD systems can synchronously access the OODB, share and exchange the design information. The STEP-OODB serves as the organizing mode of dynamic data exchange for the network-supported collaborative design based on Internet, which realizes the real-time exchange and consistency of the dynamic data among the cross-platforms and CAD systems.     

Computation Method and for Thermal Transmittance of Glass Curtain walls Appllcation

The heat conduction characteristic of glass curtain wall was investigated. Based on one dimensional steady heat conduction theory, the numerical calculation model of glass system thermal transmittance was set up by using insulating glass as an example. Based on two dimensional steady heat conduction theory and finite element method, both the thermal transfer matrix and temperature load array of 3 DOFs triangular element were derived. Then the revised formulas about the heat transfer matrix and temperature load array under the boundary conditions of constant heat flux, heat convective, radiation and coupled of them were also derived. Then the numerical calculation models of glass curtain wall frame and linear thermal transmittance were set up. The program TJCW based on the Visual C++ and ObjectARX was developed for calculating the thermal transmittance of glass curtain wall and was validated by contrast with the results calculated by thermal software LBNL. Finally, TJCW program was used to calculate and check the thermal transmittance of glass curtain wall in a practical project. The results indicate that the thermal transmittance of glass curtain wall can be calculated correctly by adopting the presented model, and the program based on this model can be used in energy conservation calculation and analysis in the actual projects.     

A CAD System for Extrusion Aluminum-type Materials

A classifying_coding system in point of extrusion aluminum_type materials based on the statistics and analysis of large numbers of extrusion aluminum_type materials section drawings.According to the Group Technology principle,using the variant design technique,a CAD system has been developed and used in a extrusion aluminum_type materials factory.The system can not only greatly shorten the products design time and reduce the product cost,but also rapidly retrieve extrusion aluminum_type materials section drawings.     

Surface Reconstruction and Application Based on Shape Constraints

On the base of the fairing of free-form surface reconstruction from 3D data points, this paper probes one method based on shape constraints. By making physical model as objective function and using geometric constraints, free form surface reconstruction is realized based on the idea of energy optimization. This method is not only beneficial to the connection of the reconstruction surface and CAD/CAM system, but also to the integration of design, manufacturing and inspection.     

Solid Model Design on the Features of Products

To research the problem of plastic art design and emulation of products with the virtual reality technology can short the product development cycle and reduce the cost. This paper discusses the information based on the product feature ,solid model with parameters, the structure and function of this system. Combined the product properties with its solid model. Proposed a method with CAD to create the model of the product based on features in the product design. Expressed its feature parameter and shape of model fully .In the case for a deceleration box the feature model has solved the problem of physical information ,geometry information and the informative process in its production management system efficiently.     

DEVELOPMENT OF COMPUTER AIDED PROCESS PLANNING SUBSYSTEM FOR A CAD/CAPP INTEGRATED SYSTEM

Based on Group Technology, a CAD/CAPP integrated system is developed. This paper mainly covers the research work of the CAPP subsystem. In this subsystem, geometric and manufacturing information is obtained from the CAD data base, modular block programming and full Chinese menu are adopted, process planning is produced with the semi-generative method, and process card involved the operation charts is yielded by printer. The operation is simple and convenient, and the performance is quick. The ? CAPP subsystem is successfully integrated with the CAD subsystem. The subsystem is an advanced CAPP system.     

CAD Environment for Quoting Utility Boiler Based the Characteristic Construction

The authors discuss such questions for utility boiler as the complicated flameworks,combined quoting course, long cycle, hardly controlling the quoting veracity and so on. Based on the construction diagram of quoting design for utility boiler, Which is into the boiler sketch's construction and parameter characteristic. They are furnace construction, big screen superheater, high temperature superheater, low temperature superheater, high temperature reheater, low temperature reheater, economy coal implement, common use sign and standard sketch in boiler sketch, etc. According to demand of the quote design for utility boiler, the CAD environment of quoting system based on characteristic construction and parameter are developed. Total construction of this environment , developing characteristics and function of this system are given.     

Reserach on the Die Forging CAD System of Long Shaft Type Forgings

This paper,by using AutoCAD Advanced Modeling Extension(AME),solvesthe difficulty of three-dimensional solid object modeling of forging die CAD on a porsonal computer,sets up the die forging CAD system(DFCAD system)of long shaft type forgings. It is convenient todesign die forging processes and forging dies , and can get 3-D and 2-D forging die drawings.     

Concurrent Design of the Petroleum Equipment CAD System

Military petroleum equipment is one of main logistical equipment. The characteristics and organization of the petroleum equipment are analyzed and the design flow chart and concurrent design frame of the petroleum equipment CAD system is built up . The CAD system includes three subsystems, which are engineering subsystem, management subsystem and supporting environmental system. A solid model, assembly structure and strength of oil tank in vehicle are analyzed by integrated CAD/CAE/CAM software I-DEAS. Through concurrent design environment, design efficiency and quality of petroleum equipment are greatly improved.

How to select automatically the disposition of steel bar in a computer aided design(CAD)system for reinforced concrete frame structure is aproblem relatedt ot he practicality and increasing capacity of the CAD system.This paper suggests a practical method for selecting steel bar of beam in framestructure with the application of knowledge and experience of the experts forreasoning and judging.The method is convenient for calculation.The results ofcalculation are in agreement with detailing requirement and usual engineeringpractice.The method has great practical value.     

Adaptive Intrusion Detection System Based on Agent and Data Mining

Intrusion detection system is an essential component of network security protection mechanisms. Most intrusion detection system can not adapt the variation of network environment. Aiming at this problem, an adaptive strategy that composed of condition space and strategy space is proposed. The condition space describes the network environment and the strategy space describes the strategy. There is an exclusive strategy corresponds to a certain environment state in condition space. On the base of the adaptive strategy, an adaptive intrusion detection system based on agent and data mining is designed. The simulation experiments indicate that the adaptive strategy is effective.
