In order to push the informationization process of the building industry,promote sustainable architectural design and enhance the competitiveness of China's building industry,the authors study BIM(Building Information Modeling) based on intelligent parametric modeling technology.BIM is a new technology in the field of computer aided architectural design,which contains not only geometric data but also the great amount of engineering data throughout the lifecycle of a building.The authors also compare BIM technology with 2D CAD technology,and demonstrate the advantages and characteristics of intelligent parametric modeling technology.BIM,which is based on intelligent parametric modeling technology,will certainly replace traditional computer aided architectural design and become a new driving force to push forward China's building industry in this Information Age.  相似文献

Abstract:Digital design technology is crucial for building energy efficiency design, while the key of building energy efficiency design is to analyze the entire design process, dynamic balance and energy cost. Through the application of digital technology in architectural design during its earlier phases, we can analyze such factors as local climate and terrain, create a "virtual building", simulate its actual condition, and conduct a scientific quantitative analysis of the key problems in architectural design. These actions will optimize the proposed design in a timely manner and achieve energy efficient design under the guidance of scientific analysis. Meanwhile, by exploring energy efficiency design procedure based on digital technology, we can adapt to a higher standard of energy efficient design in our new times.  相似文献

In light of the current situation of energy efficiency building design in China and the situation of energy analysis tools application both at home and abroad,aiming at the fact that traditional energy efficiency building design methods cannot meet current needs,this paper puts forward a new design approach-integrating BIM technology with energy efficiency analysis to carry out energy efficiency building design.The virtual building model created with BIM technology is an electronic database containing all of the building's information.By importing this virtual building model into energy analysis tools,we can automatically identify and analyze the model's great amount of information so as to quickly and easily get the energy efficiency analysis results.  相似文献

Virtual Instrument has become an important direction of instrument development, now it has been widely used in many fields. FFT analysis is a widely used method in mechanical engineering, fault detection and many other fields. However, the traditional FFT analyzer is expensive and is not easy to upgraded. The birth of virtual FFT Spectrum Analyzer gets rid of the limit of traditional FFT analyzer, and paves the way for the application of FFT analyzer. The uses of DSP technology make the future broadened of Virtual Instrument. This article ,based on the deep study of DSP system, designs a virtual FFT Spectrum analyzer based on DSP technology. This research explores the enlightenment on the design conceptualization and visualization in digital architecture.This study uses 3D models as the main source of data,taking the process of design development as its object.A rapid prototyping(RP) technology is used for 3D color output of design models.The substantiated digital models are used as an important media in design interaction.It is found from the study that RP models were an important media in connecting the virtual world and the real world.Designers could verify their intentions and thus increase efficiency by switching between both worlds.The surface attributes of components and the characteristics of architectural spaces could be merges with images,as a way to extend the freedom in the declaration of a surface's appearance.The large amount of design information can be simplified by explicit visualizing design data.  相似文献

Taking part in the formulation of "the Standard for Chinese Hotel Air-Conditioning Energy Consumption," the authors study the thermal characteristics and carry out dynamic simulation of annual air-conditioning(heating) energy consumption of six well-known hotels located in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhon. This paper particularly analyses how the architectural design and the thermal characteristics (including building orientation, building plane, wal lstructure, window area and structure) effect air-conditioning load and air-conditioning energy consumption. Some views and suggestions on methods of architectural design are put forward, which aim to reduce energy costs, capital costs, and space requirement.  相似文献

A computer aided method for architectural shape design was developed based on the L systems algorithm, the shape grammar and the space surface equation theory. Various 3D entities such as building grounds, building walls and building domes with fractal characteristics could be generated in a short time by using the computer program. These generative 3D entities were saved in a component database which could help to accumulate design knowledge through continuous expansion. A building could successfully be formed by the designers through selecting proper building grounds, walls and domes from this database.
