Considering that the transmission system of wind turbine works in complex and changing load environment caused by stochastic wind speed,this paper uses sparse least squares support vector machine(SL-SVM) to simulate wind speed of true wind field,and obtains time-varying wind load caused by stochastic wind speed. The lumped-parameter method is used to develop a dynamic model of planetary gear transmission system of wind turbine coupled with bearing. The model includes the varying wind load,time-vary mesh stiffness of gear pair and time-vary stiffness of rolling element bearing. The numerical method is used to simulate the dynamic performance of planetary gear system of Multibrid Technology Wind Turbine with 1.5 MW rated power. The vibration displacement responses of the transmission system are obtained as well as dynamic meshing force each pair of gear and nonlinear bearing forces. The research can provide a foundation for optimizing dynamic performance and reliable design of gear transmission system of wind generator.  相似文献

The finite element of a prestressed concrete (PSC) beam is analyzed in a case of diverse prestressing forces. The mechanical model applied is that advanced by Clough for a concrete beam bearing axial force. The results indicate that the beam frequencies decrease with increasing prestressing force. A dynamic experiment of a non bonded PSC beam was carried out to validate the veracity of the finite element analysis. Test beam frequencies increase with increasing prestressing force. The analysis model thus is unfit for frequency analysis of a PSC beam. The determinant factor of frequencies is analyzed, and the dynamic model is modified according to experimental results. The modified model analysis result shows that: the calculated frequencies of mode 1 agree with the test results well; the frequencies of mode 2 posses some errors; and, the modified model can reflect the direction of frequency change along with the change of prestressing force well.  相似文献

A purely torsional dynamic model of multi-stage planetary gear trains is developed to investigate the dynamic characteristics of the transmission system in shield machine cutter drive. In the model,phase difference between mesh stiffness and error among each stage caused by different initial mesh positions is considered,and other factors such as component bearing stiffness,time-varying mesh stiffness and error are considered as well. Inherent characteristic analysis shows there are more unique and diverse vibration modes in multi-stage planetary gear trains than in single-stage planetary gear trains. Through dynamic response analysis,time-domain and frequency-domain response of dynamic meshing force of each stage is obtained. As the frequency of exciting force of medium-speed and high-speed stage is in proximity to the natural frequency of the system,harmonic resonance tends to occur,which needs to be paid great attention to. Dynamic factors of each stage are also computed and prepare the ground for the dynamic optimizing design of planetary gear trains.  相似文献

随着中国电网技术的发展,杆塔负荷越来越大,八地脚螺栓塔座板应用越趋普遍。但现有计算理论与实际情况不符,为了使八地脚螺栓塔座板的计算方法合理、可靠,通过试验对八地脚螺栓刚性塔座板承载力进行了研究,同时借助有限元对构件进行了参数化分析。结合经典力学理论、试验及有限元数据,提出了全新的计算方法,引入了等效计算宽度和有效力臂的概念,充分考虑了底板刚度,屈曲后强度和垫板对承载力的影响,对工程设计具有指导意义。  相似文献

The calculation on working resistances of supports has been one of key research questions for coal faces with sublevel caving. Based on experimental results of mechanical property of top-coal, it is the top-coal failure strength meeting Mohr-Coulomb Theory that is summed up. According to force characteristic of top-coal body in coal face with sublevel caving, using strain-equivalent principle of Damage Mechanics, the authors set up bearing mechanical model for top-coal body within face width. From the top-coal bearing capacity point of view, the interaction relationship between supports and top-coal body is studied. Theoretical calculation formula on working resistance of supports is deduced. Ground press behaviors which working with resistances of supports are increased with top-coal strength increment were better explained with this model. The conclusions have a definite direction value for calculating working resistances of supports in coal faces with sublevel caving.  相似文献

In order to study dynamic behaviors of high speed motorized spindles under different eccentric conditions,the dynamics of high speed motorized spindles is analyzed by using finite element method on the basis of its structure,and an analytical dynamic model of high speed motorized spindles is established. Based on electromagnetism and mechanical system dynamics,expressions of general unbalanced force of high speed motorized spindles are established. Thus,dynamic characteristics of spindles,such as natural frequencies and unbalance response,can be obtained from the proposed model while spindles have different preloads and bearing configurations. The parameters of a 120MD60Y6 motorized spindle are substituted into the model and a simulation is carried out by Matlab/Simulink. The result shows good agreement with the data obtained from experimental modal analysis,which proves that the proposed model is correct.  相似文献

Low strain dynamic testing on actual pile was conducted to investigate if the wave velocity is varied in the installed pre-cast pile.It was found that the wave velocity of the pile is raised along with time.The analysis has been carried out through with one dimension and three dimension stress wave propagation theories.Among various factors influencing the rise of wave velocity,the factor of the side soil contribution is the chief one.The soil around the pile works jointly with the pile,as if to enlarge the section size of the pile.Both the increase of wave velocity and the bearing capacity of pile are consistent.So the time effect of wave velocity can be used to study the time effect of bearing capacity of the pile and to determine the bearing capacity of piles.  相似文献

With the linearization of the flow in oil chambers, the continuity equation of flow and the dynamic equation of the shaft are built for the hydrostatic journal bearing and thrust bearing respectively. Next, the transfer functions of the two bearings with capillary throttle are deduced. Then, the performance of the two bearings is simulated in Matlab. In general, the simulation results are well matched to the experimental data provided by Guangzhou Machine Tool Research Institute. It indicates that both of the models can predict the dynamic characteristic of the two bearings. Finally, the dynamics response of the hydrostatic thrust bearing is studied in various rotational speed of the shaft. Also, the dynamic performances of journal bearing are simulated in changing of inlet pressure and thickness of oil film.  相似文献

Earthquake induced dynamic axial force in reinforced concrete (RC) bridge bent columns will not only change the yield strength of the columns but also change their stiffness, which is seldom considered by the common lumped plasticity line model. Based on the fiber element model results that taking into account the influence of dynamic axial force on strength and stiffness simultaneously, the axial force stiffness interaction effect on the seismic responses of RC double column bridges was analyzed. The results show that, axial force stiffness interaction has a large effect on the seismic responses of the double column bridge in the elastic range, and it does not alter the ultimate capacity of the columns. Since the stiffness of the columns under compression and tension dynamic axial forces offset each other, the global displacement of bridge bent with equal columns is relatively unaffected by the axial force stiffness interaction, however, the differences of the column member forces are manifest. For the short column controls the global stiffness, the axial force stiffness interaction has significant influences on both the global displacement and member force responses. The influences become larger as the irregularity of the bridge bent increases, so the interaction between axial force and member stiffness should be sufficiently considered in seismic analyses.  相似文献

Through analyzing the calculation of vertical bearing capacity of rock-socketed pile given in technical code for building pile foundations, some unreasonable issues in the code were found. As a kind of semi-active controllable devices,Magneto-rheological(MR) damper has been increasingly widely used in various occasions of vibration suppression.However,the design of MR damper greatly depends on the engineering experience of designers,it is difficult to calculate the performances relatively accurate.With the Finite Element Method,the authors carry out the magnetic analysis on the given geometry of MR damper combined with the Couette flow analysis of MR damper,the dynamic curve of MR damper is obtained.The results show that the FEM magnetic analysis effectively predicts the yield shear force and flow shear force,it is coincident with the experimental data.It is validated that the methods described is suitable for the MR damper performance estimation of the same geometry,and is an effective means for the MR damper design with the given force.  相似文献

This article estimates how effects of local labor demand shocks on labor market outcomes vary with the initial local unemployment rate, which has not been previously studied. The data are on 23 large U.S. metro areas from 1979 to 2011. The article finds that demand shocks to local job growth have greater effects in increasing real wages if the local economy initially has low unemployment. However, demand shocks have greater effects in reducing unemployment, and increasing labor force participation, if the local economy initially has high unemployment, although these differences are only of modest statistical significance. The estimates are based on a new econometric approach to determining the correct dynamic structure for how local labor markets respond to demand shocks. This new approach finds that demand shocks have persistent effects on labor force participation and real wages, but not on unemployment, which contradicts some previous research.  相似文献

Sandstone is sediment rock composed of many cemented sand particles, and corresponding particle constraint and force bearing capacity are greatly controlled by the cemented property. In order to better reflect the cemented property influencing on the mechanical characteristics of the sandstone, take the oil sandstone reservoir for instance, a numerical model based on 3Dimensional Particle Flow Code (PFC3D) considering the parallel bond model was brought forward to simulate the failure mechanism during shearing process. The sandstone cemented property is modeled based on random mathematics and advanced development of Particle Flow Code (PFC), and the relation of the stress ratio, volume strain, coordination number and bond-broken number and the axial strain is analyzed in detail, especially the contact network evolution indicated the force chain is important to transfer the external force, which verifies the feasibility of the numerical model. Based on the above PFC3D model, a series of researches on changing the cemented radius ratio, parallel bond stiffness and cemented volume of the particles have been done to clearly illuminate the importance of cemented property for the bearing capacity of the sandstone structure, which provides a scientific base for research on the failure mechanism of the sandstone under special conditions. Therefore, the above numerical method is more efficient and applicable for comparatively large scale and complex experiments, and the obtained research results can bring a new thought for the real cemented sandstone to research on its macro-micromechanical response and the structure failure mechanism, and also is significant for the sand production mechanism, sand volume prediction and sand control measures for the sandstone reservoir.  相似文献

In order to investigate the effective seismic capacity design measures of shear wall and to realize expected failure modes under strong earthquake,the existing problems in current seismic capacity design measures are pointed out through theoretical analysis.The effectiveness of the measures of Chinese seismic design code is verified by fine finite element dynamic time-history analysis of examples.Improving measures are then put forward and are verified through example analysis.It is shown the bending ductile demand of bottom section of shear wall increases too much based on moment capacity design measures of Chinese seismic design code 2001 in the rigid foundation assumption under rare earthquake action,and its bearing capacity for vertical axis force loses;the shear capacity design measures of current seismic design code would lead to shear failure in the stores above the bottom ductility strengthening area.Some improved bending and shear seismic capacity design measures of shear wall are proposed and are verified to be effective.  相似文献

通过对高油品种东农163、高产品种黑农37、高蛋白品种东农42在各个生育时期内取样,对不同大豆品种产质性状动态取样进行研究,得出大豆各个性状在生育时期内的动态规律。通过种植大豆在不同的生育时期内的取样分析,得出在生育期内平均鲜荚重、平均鲜粒重开始呈上升趋势,后期平均鲜荚重和平均鲜粒重呈下降趋势。平均粒荚比和粒荚比呈上升趋势,每荚平均粒数在2-3之间。通过对蛋白质含量和油分含量中的分析得出,高蛋白品种的蛋白质含量生育时期内的蛋白质含量始终处于最高。高油品种在各个生育时期内的油分含量始终最高。  相似文献

The distribution of tre bearing loads of the domestic 200MW turbine generator set, which depends on their relative positions,have been studied under different supporting conditions. An iterative method has been developed to calculate all of the bearing loads, which takes the structural static indetermination and nonlinearities of the oil film forces into consideration. ABSTRACT While previous research has generally found that immigration raises unemployment for natives, effects are often more muted than expected. Anticipated out‐migration responses have been similarly difficult to discern. However, these findings may be byproducts of the long‐run nature of most inquiries, which furthermore do not account for changes in natives’ labor force participation. In response, this study evaluates the impact of the arrival of low‐skilled immigrants on low‐skilled natives in urban areas over a five year period. Initial static results from the Census Basic Monthly Survey clearly indicate that immigrants have a significant negative impact on natives’ labor force participation. Building upon these static panel results, characteristics of immigrants’ destination choices are examined along with the ensuing adjustment process through dynamic analyses of local markets. Surges of immigrants significantly reduce the labor force participation of low‐skilled natives, emphasizing this often neglected channel for labor market adjustment. Previous work may thus understate the true impact of immigrants on local labor markets by focusing on the longer term and ignoring adjustments through participation.  相似文献

The base isolation technique has been widely used in different countries to reduce seismic disasters during earthquakes. But most of these devices are effective only in horizontal earthquake responses and do not work well in vertical earthquake responses. We propose a vertical seismic isolation system composed of a dish spring and a visco-elastic damper. To study the stiffness and damping performance of this isolation system, a series of tests under static and dynamic loads were performed. The results show that this system is effective in solving problems related to strong vertical bearing capacity and vertical damping of vertical isolation. The system has not only appropriate vertical stiffness and damper performance, but also excellent mechanical performance. In addition, it is compact, easy to manufacture, and can serve as an ideal vertical damping device.  相似文献

为了多角度多维度地丰富相对资源承载力理论和应用的研究,考虑研究区的整体性、资源的开放性和动态性,在原有相对资源承载力模型的基础上,添加了天然湿地资源和林木资源对原模型进行改进,利用改进后的新模型对比分析了2004—2009年新疆各地州(市)的土地、水、经济、能源、天然湿地、林木相对资源承载力、相对综合承载力、承载状态及度的变化趋势。研究发现,从各地区各资源承载力纵向比较来看,总体呈上升趋势的有土地资源承载力和经济资源承载力,呈下降趋势的有水资源承载力和能源资源承载力,天然湿地资源承载力和林木资源承载力与其变化趋势相似,全区有增有减。全区相对综合承载力多数地区处于上升趋势。一直处于严重超载状态的地区有石河子市、伊犁地区,表明这些地区人口处于警戒状态,必须大力控制人口增长速度。虽然吐鲁番地区、哈密地区、克州、克拉玛依市、阿勒泰地区、巴州连续6年分别处于富余、非常富余状态,但这些地区的富余度和非常富余度均呈下降趋势,即人口的增长略高于承载力的增长,说明在经济发展的同时,也应注意控制这6个地区的人口数量,使之处于可持续发展状态。  相似文献
