Tactics and Ways for Renovation of Old Mountain Cities and Towns

The renovation of old mountain cities and towns is a main point in city construction nowadays. In this paper, the characters of economic and real estate development are analyzed to find out proper ways and new principles for renovation from two aspects as city planning and street space renewal to solve the new problems in our present work.

根据对实地的考察研究,指出目前承德旅游业存在的主要问题,并在此基础上引入田园城市理论和景观生态学原理,从规划目标、规划理念、总体布局规划、园区规划、环境景观规划等方面对承德滦阳休闲度假园区进行规划设计。该规划以休闲农业为基础,田园城市为目标,以期打造一个管理有序、旅游安全、游客云集、经济效益稳步增长、可持续发展的休闲度假园区,也希望能为今后开发建设休闲农业园区及城市规划等方面提供理论依据。     

Optimization of Urban Opening Space Pattern Based on Landscape Ecology

City is a spatial synthesis which consists of various buildings and urban opening space.With the developing of the urbanization,the urban planning will directly influence the sustainable development of a city,and the optimization of the urban zone pattern is the main section of the urban planning.The urban opening space is the main part of the urban landscape with important eco-function.Due to its flexibility,the urban opening space is becoming the object of the urban landscape pattern.In this study,some ecological problems during urban development were discussed,and a series of strategies of urban opening space pattern optimization have been put forward based on landscape planning theories.     

Urban Space Model of Diversified Mountainous Central Cities

The space of mountain center city has diversified characteristics, which has interactive relations with the city overall function. Based on analyzing the contradictions between the characteristics of central city and the form of mountainous city, following the mountainous central cities' characteristics of multi-group, multi-center, multi-dimensional and multi-level, the theoretical model which reflects mathematic and abstract relationship between the characteristics and the overall function of the mountainous central cities was constructed. On the basis of the mountainous cities' characteristics and the scientific planning, the model develops the mountainous cities space and macro-functions theory.     

The Public Participation in the Urban Planning

The policy of public participation in urban planning was first practiced in Europe in the 1960s. After 40 years of development, the policy has become the essential step of city planning in Western countries where as is just at the elementary step in China. For the purpose of knowing the situation about the policy performing in local cities and discussing the feasibility of public participation in urban planning, several kinds of investigation have been done. From the investigation, it is found that although the public participation has already been the important step of urban planning in some city during just several years,there are still many problems. This paper shows a panorama view of this issue. Th describe the future of public participation in e authors will offer some solutions according to the problems and the urban planning.     

Modeling of Automobile Performance Database

The political and economical conditions are changed all the time in the city. There are two instances taking place frequently. The first, city condition varies incidentally and indefinitely ; the second, the phenomena of Heat Death became serious. The authors intend to apply elastic conception in city planning and design, to establish time -space structure with complex -function and to acquire more economical and social benefits.     

The Research on the Capacity Mechanism of City Space Expanding and Its Ecological Model

In the period of the city space expanding with the high speed, the theories system used to explain the city space is not perfect in our country. It is lack to expand this mechanism, among them research ecosystem' s main factors to particularly should be enhanced, especially the ecological factor. With rational analysis, the paper puts forward the viewpoint that the urban space is in ecological changing period, and considers that the power affecting the urban space expand involves motivity and resistance. Building the corresponding ecological model helps to cognize the city development roundly with ecological model constructed. A few possible ways is put forward which can be used in planning innovation, and have vivid leading function to the frondose city planning method.

On the Construction of Colored City in Development of China

Significance of city color in shaping the image of city was elaborated by exploring value and characteristics of city color. On the basis of analyzing resources of city color environment in China, problems and contradictions in the current color environment of cities were summarized, real needs and development orientations of urban color planning analyzed.     

Relations between Urban Design and City Planning in the Work of Plan-making

In this paper, three fundamental principles of city planning under the present system are brought forward: the integration of urban design and city planning, the double attributes and position of the urban design and the correspondence between the urban design and the city planning in levels. Therefore, according to the different circumstances, three functioning ways for the urban design in the practice of plan making are put forward: to put the urban design into the system of city planning, to work out the urban design as a research work and then make use of its achievement in the work of plan making, and to regard the urban design as a specialized work of city planning.     

Progress and Prospect of Livable City Researches in China

Livable city research involves multiple disciplines such as urban geography, city planning, architectural design. Research background of livable city in China was elaborated from three aspects: accelerating urbanization, increasing city problems, the construction of livable city becoming a requirement of the times. Then the researches of livable city were overviewed from four aspects: concept and connotation, evaluation standard, evaluation method, organization and classification of the correlative references. And prospects of livable city researches were given.     

Suitability Analysis for System Planning of City Open Space

This paper introduced the suitability analysis method of landscape planning,and its application to the planning of open space system for Beihai City,Guangxi.Finally some problems for its application in practice and faculty for their solution were given.     

城市绿地系统社会服务功能及其评价研究综述

城市绿地系统社会服务功能所具有的重要价值已在世界范围内引起了人们的普遍关注,有关城市绿地系统社会服务功能及其评价的研究也取得了较大的进展。但通过文献综述发现,这些研究对城市绿地系统社会服务功能与城市绿地的规划、建设、保护和管理之间的相互关系探究极少且深度不够,使得这些研究的实践意义不大。而在有关城市绿地系统社会服务功能评价的研究上,也存在着诸如评价指标少且未形成体系、研究范围较窄、研究的深度和广度不够等不足,以致不能真实、综合地反映出城市绿地系统多元的社会服务功能。为此,为了全面、客观地反映出城市绿地系统社会服务功能所具有的价值,应坚持综合性、层次性、独立性,可操作性、易获得性等原则,并构建定性与定量相结合的指标体系。     

Analysis of the Environmental Design of the Urban Sunken Square: A Case Study of Shanghai Wujiaochang Sunken Square

Under the background of stock planning,fine planning promotes intensive and efficient utilization to become an important measure of urban space utilization.The three-dimensional development of urban public space promotes the emergence and gradual growth of urban sunken square.However,there are many problems in the design of urban sunken square.In order to have a clear understanding of the current situation between the sunken square and the surrounding environment in the domestic mega city,the Shanghai Wujiaochang Sunken Square was selected for field investigation and questionnaire survey to understand the main problems and advantages and disadvantages in this case.The common problems were summarized and the disadvantages of the lack of integration between the sunken square and the surrounding environment were obtained and the role of integration of the two was clarified.It is expected that the design points of sunken square and surrounding environment integration can provide guidance for the follow-up design.     

三里洞煤矸石废弃地景观规划

煤矸石的大量堆放破坏环境与景观格局,带来了一系列的生态环境问题。本文探索了矸石废弃地景观规划设计的目标与原则,运用生态恢复、景观设计的理论方法指导矸石废弃地进行生态恢复与景观重建。以矸石堆尺度、废弃地尺度两种立地类型划分结果为依据,在此基础上进行了景观规划设计。从而引发对废弃地区域规划设计的思考,这对改善矿区生态环境面貌,恢复土地的生产能力,促进农业生产,提高城市地位和形象有着重要的意义,也可为其它地区矸石废弃地的景观规划提供借鉴。     

Simple Analysis of the Thermal Environment in Chongqing

There are a series of city environmental problems especially in the mountain city along with the city fast development. In recent decade, many scholars have studied the urban heat island, the urban temperature, the urban wind field, the precipitation and the urban visibility etc. But the urban thermal environment has not been settled radically. All the measures have not been used in the practice. And the researches in thermal environment of the mountain cities are very few. So the authors consider Chongqing as the researching object. Chongqing is one of the typical mountain cities in the semi-tropical. Sequentially we find out the characteristic of the thermal environment in the mountain city. Further the authors seek for the measures to plan and build ecological city. They conclude that CFD can be used in the simulation of urban environment, and use the result of simulation in urban planning is possible. The thermal environment in the center of Chongqing needs to be improved.     

Ecological Planning of Resource-based City——A Case Study of Huaibei City,Anhui Province

Ecological planning plays an important role in the construction of cities. Huaibei is a typical coal resource-based city, the abundant coal resources lay a solid foundation for its economic development. Coal mining has induced a series of social problems, and affected the regional social and economic development. Ecological planning of Huaibei City concentrates on ecological restoration of coal mining subsidence, and applies circular economy to develop eco-agriculture, eco-tourism and eco-industry, which will contribute considerably to the economic transformation of the city. Analytic Hierarchy Process and mathematical statistical model were applied to calculate sustainable development indexes of Huaibei from 2002 to 2010. By evaluating the indexes, it was found that Huaibei City has a low sustainable development level, and 3 imbalanced subsystems as the major obstacle. The authors proposed countermeasures according to specific conditions of the city.     

城市景观建设中某些弊端的探讨

为了完善城市景观规划,减少资源浪费和生态环境的破坏,达到景观规划的观赏性与生态环境的持久性相协调的目的,就树木进城对原树木生存地植物被的破坏、城市景观规划不当造成的树木成活率的降低、树木移植后期管理不当造成树木资源的浪费、景观设计模式千篇一律导致某些地区园林施工造价的增加和城市景观建设中带来的水土流失问题,开展了一系列的探讨。针对存在的问题,建议苗圃企业增加大型苗木的栽植,减少大树进城对原树木原生态地植被的破坏;加强城市监管部门的执行力度,减少树木资源的浪费;加强城市建设规划部门长远规划理念,保持景观建设的持续性。     

屯溪区应急避难绿地规划设计的研究

摘 要：在城市各类防灾系统中,应急避难绿地是一种既能为城市提供自然空间又有助于防灾救援的有效手段。通过对应急避难绿地的概念及其建设条件等内容的分析,结合黄山市屯溪区规划布局特点、灾害类型以及城区防灾避难工作现状调查,提出建立屯溪区绿地避难场所的必要性和规划设计建议。     

Evolution of Conception of Ecosystem Service Value and City Planning

Ecosystem services imply the natural environmental conditions and their effectiveness formed and sustained by ecosystems and ecological processes. From the view of city planning, in this paper, the evolution of the conception of ecological service-value and the relationship between the ecological service-value and city planning are reviewed. At the same time, it raised a conception about ecological space service value and negative ecological effect and an innovation proposal on city planning is presented.
