基于国家自然科学基金资助项目分析中国柑橘研究现状   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
柑橘是中国最重要的果树之一。国家自然科学基金资助项目反映了某一学科基础研究的现状。笔者利用ISIS对1997—2013年获得国家自然科学基金资助的柑橘项目进行检索,并从资助项目数、依托单位、申请代码以及项目负责人等方面进行统计分析。结果表明柑橘基金项目数快速增加;项目类型以面上项目为主,青年基金和地区基金项目数增加明显;项目以生命科学部为主,尤以果树分子生物学为主要领域;项目依托单位涉及所有柑橘主产省份,其中华中农业大学获得项目数最多;所有项目负责人中,青年学者占了一半,有近1/3的负责人获得了2次及2次以上项目资助。研究结果对分析国内柑橘的基础研究水平及研究趋势具有重要意义,对以后的项目申报也有一定的借鉴价值。  相似文献

As one of common reinforcement measure, cement mix pile is widely used in soft ground treatment of road widen project, while relevant studies on reinforcement range is insufficient. According to the one side road widening project, the cross-section of deep soft ground is analyzed. When fill is simplified as trapezoid load, the conclusion that reinforcement depth of cement mix pile should greater than load breadth can be gained by addition stress distribution. Based on the numerical simulation of different reinforcement measures, the slope stability, road settlement and horizontal deformation are influenced greatly by reinforcement range. Comparison research indicates that when the soft ground from slope toe to road shoulder is strengthened, the improvement effect is obvious. The numerical simulation and field monitoring resules show that reinforcement measure is suitable. Meanwhile, this study can provide reference to similar project.  相似文献

A construction project letter of guarantee is used as financial credit to insure the smooth project execution. The construction project letter of guarantee system developed over one hundred years in the United States where a comprehensive system has been established. It is proven that the system played a vital role in controlling construction industry risk in the U.S. In contrast, the system developed later in P. R. China but has played an increasing role in the Chinese construction industry. Based on a discussion of the structure, meaning and condition of the letter of guarantee system in the U.S., a suitable framework is sought to promote development of the letter of guarantee system in the Chinese construction industry.  相似文献

研究目的:对农村集体建设用地复垦效益评价进行内涵剖析,建立农村集体建设用地效益评价指标;研究方法:用多因素综合评价法建立农村集体建设用地复垦效益评价的指标体系、确定指标分值,用层次分析法确定指标权重;研究结果:(1)农村集体建设用地复垦效益评价可以从经济效益、社会效益和生态景观效益三方面进行分析;(2)通过对重庆市荣昌县1个街道、2个镇的农村集体建设用地复垦项目案例进行分析,结果表明,农村集体建设用地复垦项目产生了较好的经济效益,而社会、生态景观效益相对较弱;研究结论:建议建立农村集体建设用地复垦效益的标准化指标评价体系和效益评价的长效机制。  相似文献

China Ministry of Construction started a Netherlands Government's grant project named with 'Development and Demonstration of Feasible Technologies for Environmental Infrastructure in China's Western Small Cities' in 2003.And establishing a technical guide for domestic refuse disposal is one of the project components.In order to perform the project well,investigations were made into the current situation of domestic refuse disposal over selected representative small towns in Sichuan,Yunnan and Shanxi provinces which are located in western areas of China,and existing problems in design and construction,management,environmental monitoring,staff training and investment are analyzed.Some suggestions,mainly including setting up a national special fund for western domestic refuse disposal,moving toward integrated domestic refuse management system,establishing a particular technical guide of domestic refuse disposal suitable for western small cities and implementing charge system,are proposed in the end.  相似文献

After the completion of the Three Gorges project,the navigation conditions of the reservoir region will be improved evidently,which has laid the foundation for straight run of the 10,000-ton-class fleet to Chongqing Port,and is the promotion of the development of shipping in Yangtze River.But according to the standard of the 10,000-ton-class fleet,there are still some reaches of the reservoir region can not meet the requirements of the waterway on smooth and safe navigation.Therefore,some regulation measures should be adopted to eliminate these obstructions.It is one of the important parts in the reservoir region waterway regulation work for the Fuling to Tongluo canyon reach blasting project.30 reef obstacle blocks of 14 reaches in this project were removed by blasting.Based on the analysis of obstruct features of various rocks,according to the standard of the 10,000-ton-class fleet,the design parameters and blasting regulation program were put forward,and the regulation effect is analyzed and forecasted.  相似文献

Abstract: This article focuses on a significant paradigm shift in the approaches to biodiversity conservation in the developing countries that has affected important international organisations, including the Global Environment Facility (GEF). This paradigm shift marks a movement beyond protected areas to production landscapes. It is argued that one particular project, People, Land Management and Environmental Change (PLEC), developed under the leadership of Harold Brookfield has contributed significantly to the shift. The project was instrumental in introducing the term ‘agrodiversity’ that encompasses biological diversity as well as the management diversity found in smallholder agricultural systems at all levels. The article describes the evolution of PLEC into a major international collaborative project funded through the GEF. It highlights the project's main achievements and its influence on the policy‐making in the GEF relying on the findings of independent evaluations.  相似文献

The BOT model is a new investment and finacing model which is applied to infrastructure construction. The concession agreement is awarded by government to the project company which operates and develops specific BOT project with concession right, it is the core of the BOT project and decides the basic structures and pattens of other agreements.The government bears the definite responsibility for the success of the BOT project.There are seven factors to be worth notice when the government contrives the BOT concession agreement. 1.The govemment should stick to native standpoints and interests and, at the same time take the investor's rights and interests into account;2. lighten the burden of the government as much as possible, without abandoning its responsibility;3.fully understand and apply the International Customs and Practice of the BOT model with considering the situation of the country; 4.pay equal attention to the introduction of both capitals and technology; 5.properly handle the relationship between the introduction of foreign capital and domestic economic development; 6. encourage the active externality, and restrict the passive one; 7. prevent and eliminate the ill monopoly.  相似文献

土地重估是土地整理的重要技术工作之一,其评价结果是土地整理绩效评价的重要依据。以茌平县冯官屯镇土地综合整治项目为例,采用GIS技术、实地调查和室内分析相结合,在耕地分等研究成果的基础上,根据项目区内基础设施完成情况,更新了影响耕地质量的因素因子,对项目区内耕地质量进行重估。结果表明,整理后项目区内的耕地自然质量等比整理前提高了0.8个等别,利用等提高了1.3个等别,经济等提高了0.9个等别,农用地整理实施效果明显。通过土地重估,不仅可以科学地评价土地整理项目的实施效果,还可为耕地保护,实现耕地数量与质量的“占补平衡”提供详实的科学依据。  相似文献

利用系统动力学的因果回路图分析土地整治的社会影响,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价方法评估土地整治典型项目的社会影响程度。通过典型案例分析,该项目社会影响成功度综合评价结果为“基本成功”,其中“社会效率”成功度最高,“社会公平”次之,“可持续发展”成功度最低。运用系统动力学的理论对土地整治的社会影响的影响因素和传导途径进行解析,通过层次分析法和模糊综合评价法可对相关社会影响进行定量评估,研究成果可为土地整治项目的社会影响评价工作提供借鉴和参考。  相似文献

Based on the network planning model developed by the author for an overhaul project of a rolling mill production line in a heavy steel plant, an new multiobjective network planning model is proposed in this paper. The formulations of network time parameters are derived. The optimization problem of multiobjective network planning is also discussed. By analyzing the kinds of risk and participants in project financing in ject financing risk distribution through the game theory analysis is studied. The this paper, the optimal principle of proauthors use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to establish the participants risk matrix, then, solve the matrix through Hungarian Algorithm according to the principle of risk effective distribution.
