土地资源评价的研究进展   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
着重阐述土地资源评价的国内外研究现状及进展,并提出今后发展的若干建议:(1)建立统一的标准及规范,达到信息共享与交流。(2)在土地动态评价方面,要以主题数据库和地理信息为核心,运用多集成技术为数据的动态更新、决策支持提供更合理的判断,实现土地资源的动态评价。(3)在数据组织方面,应运用面向对象技术,开发面向对象数据库和面向对象数据模型,以满足数据的开放性和互操作性便于数据共享和并行处理。  相似文献

基于共享服务模式的农业资源管理WebGIS系统构建   总被引:3,自引:3,他引:0  
根据现有农业资源管理信息系统在可视化表达和资源共享方面存在的不足,提出以农业资源共享服务模式为基础,结合富客户端WebGIS可视化表达与空间分析技术,构建农业资源管理系统的思路,并将该设计思想运用在“贵州省安顺市农业资源管理系统”的具体案例中。实践表明,运用共享服务模式来构建农业资源管理WebGIS系统不仅可以满足自身系统的业务需求,还能为其他应用系统提供数据共享服务,可以有效解决目前农业资源信息系统之间资源不能共享、重复建设,互操作难的问题,有效避免“信息孤岛”的产生,还可以直观的描述农业资源的时空分布、动态分析区域农业资源状况,为农业资源的管理、规划和决策提供了快速、直观和有效的手段。  相似文献

Yingpan lock is the highest single level lock at present in China with a working head of 36.5m.This paper presents a regulation tank lock scheme and the water saving lock scheme to settle the valve hydraulics problem caused by high water head.By analyzing and comparing of the general single level lock,the regulation tank lock and the water saving lock,it is concluded that not only the recommended water saving lock can satisfy the design and the correlated operation requirements,reduce the valve work head by a half to simplify value hydraulics problem,but the water saving is possible at least by 48.6% in one ship passage through the lock.  相似文献

Abstract: The papers in this special issue are the product of a comparative interdisciplinary workshop on ‘Natural Resources and Violent Ethnic Conflicts in the Asia Pacific Region’ held in Honolulu, Hawaii, 18–20 March 2005. The workshop brought together scholars who study conflicts between ethnic groups and those who study conflicts over natural resource claims in order to examine the interplay of resources and ethnicity and to seek answers to the question of why violence occurs in some cases and not in others. Both sets of scholars agreed on some points but disagreed on others. They agreed that ethnic and resource grievances occur not so much out of objective deprivation but out of ‘relative deprivation’ when groups compare their situation with others, to the past, or to future expectations. They both stressed the role of democratic processes in alleviating resource competition and ethnic conflicts – but they did this in different ways. The perspectives and solutions offered by these papers sum to a deeper and more contextualised understanding of the cause of conflict and to mutually reinforcing solutions for resolving them.  相似文献

针对小麦生长周期长,容易遭受多种气象灾害的情况,设计了基于物联网的小麦气象灾害诊断系统。本系统根据多年农学实验研究成果,通过建立小麦气象灾害诊断指标体系规范,并采用传感器技术、网络传输技术、Webservice技术和Socket调用技术等集成,搭建了基于小麦生长环境实时监测数据的苗情和气象灾害诊断平台。该平台具有异地数据资源共享、分布式管理的功能,能在多种网络通信环境下实现苗情监控和灾害诊断,为小麦生产科学管理、防灾减灾提供了有力的技术支持。  相似文献

为了构建复合系统协调发展度模型,以经济、社会、资源、环境4个系统为研究对象,运用主成分分析、回归分析以及隶属度函数方法,借助SPSS 17.0对保定市1999-2009年间的相关数据进行处理分析和评价,结果表明,保定市复合系统协调性整体水平尚可处于协调发展状态;但系统间协调发展水平仍有待提高,经济、环境、资源三系统间矛盾尤为突出。经济、环境系统协调性较差,保定市走循环经济路线,使用清洁能源发展低碳经济是解决此问题的关键;资源、环境系统间协调性亦差,应提高资源利用率,保护耕地、改变燃料结构,发展新能源产业。社会、经济子系统发展态势突出,应注重资源、环境子系统的均衡发展,走可持续发展道路。  相似文献

笔者以焦作市人工影响天气作业指挥系统为实例,分析了气象探测资料在人工影响天气作业指挥中的综合处理应用,介绍了组件式GIS技术在人影作业指挥系统中应用的总体思路,并阐述了该系统中GIS应用的主要方面,包括离散点探测资料的分析处理、雷达资料处理显示、各类探测资料的融合叠加、精细化预报产品的图形化显示及火箭安全射击范围管理、区域协作区管理等。实现了人工影响天气作业指挥中气象探测数据、预报预警信息、火箭射击区域等数据的空间管理,基于GIS可以对作业效果进行科学评估。  相似文献

我国森林公园在发展过程中存在着资源保护与旅游开发的矛盾,旅游产品单一化与游客需求多样化的矛盾,而游憩机会谱系在国外已被证明能够很好的解决上述问题。本文借鉴美国林务局的游憩机会谱系的研究成果,结合我国的政策标准、管理现状、研究成果,建立本土化的森林公园游憩机会谱系:将森林公园分为原野、自然、乡村和城市四个等级,并用可达性、风景资源质量、地点管理、游客管理、与社会的联系水平、游客冲击六个指标明确四个等级的区别。  相似文献

结合粮库控制系统的设计及应用,概述全集成自动化技术在粮库中的应用,并对其关键技术进行详细说明。本文所设计控制系统实现了对粮食进仓、发放过程的自动监控、数据采集、故障诊断报警等功能。步进式提示防止误操作,减少人为失误;同时优化控制策略,减少设备停机次数,实现节能增效。实际运行效果表明该系统具有较强稳定性和优越性。  相似文献

The inference algorithm is the most important part in intelligence system because the level of intelligence in the system is decided by it. By means of the mutual benefit for inference algorithm of expert system ,fuzzy logic and neural network ,the combinatorial inference technology which is organically composed of these three parts is put forward for inference mechanism in intelligence system. The optimization decision model is also set up. In order to bring all the advantage of every inference algorithm into play and overcome the disadvantage of single inference algorithm the common expert knowledge base is applied to organic combination and concurrent operation of all inference algorithm. In order to realize knowledge share the inference results are optimized by decision technology optimization. The research results show that the organized combinatorial inference and optimization can be applied in engineering practice effectively and is benefit for raising the inference level.  相似文献

中国农地使用制度效用分析标准应立足国情,考虑中国农村社会保障体制现状、就业情况、社会稳定要求、规模效应等因素。农地股份合作制优化了农业劳动力资源配置,发挥了社保机制功用,有利于小城镇建设的推行,并保留了家庭经营的内核,促进了土地规模经营的发展,但也存在着推广难度大,忽视产权制度建设等缺陷。完善农地股份合作制改革应稳定家庭承包制,深化产权制度改革,尊重农民意愿,并改革户籍管理制度,积极创建农村社保体制。  相似文献

近年来,随着嵌入式计算机技术的飞速发展,嵌入式系统得到了越来越广泛的应用,尤其是在工控、仿真、数据采集等领域。嵌入式系统需要嵌入式操作系统作支持,而由于Linux操作系统结构清晰,源代码开放性等方面的优势,在嵌入式系统中也得到了广泛的应用。本文以中央储备粮赤壁直属库管理监控系统的设计为背景,论述了基于Linux的嵌入式工作站取代传统的工控机为主的现地控制单元在粮库管理监控系统中的应用过程以及基于Linux的嵌入式工作站的设计。  相似文献

在丘陵地区推广喷灌技术应用于经济作物灌溉,有利于中国节水农业的稳步发展和欠发达地区的农业结构调整。笔者针对中国丘陵地区自然特点和面临的水资源短缺严峻状况,通过分析总结国内外喷灌技术和设备的发展特点和经验基础,阐述了喷灌在中国丘陵地区经济作物的应用研究进展,提出了中国丘陵地区经济作物喷灌技术设计要点和发展方向建议。喷灌技术在丘陵地区应用前景广阔,形成适宜丘陵地区的集动力设备、压力流量调节管网、低压喷头、水肥一体化装置和智能控制设备于一体的喷灌系统是喷灌技术在丘陵地区应用和发展的趋势。  相似文献

针对人工方法进行农产品包装存在效率低和易出错的缺点,设计了一种农产品电商智能包装系统。该系统通过将RFID技术、可视化软件和数据库管理相结合,利用RFID高效自动读写功能,首先在包装操作中向农产品包装中写入农产品溯源信息,然后在分拣操作中读出农产品溯源信息,同时可以对库存信息进行有效管理,从而提升电商企业智能化水平。经实际系统运行验证,本系统可以自动化完成40箱农产品包装和分拣操作,且系统运行稳定可靠,可有效提升包装效率。  相似文献

The method to polygon' intersection is applied in computational geometry, computer graphics, GIS, evaluation of geo-hazards and civil engineering. Based on the node state of polygon, the authors propose the method and algorithm of polygon' intersection, the key to which is node operation. This method's concept is simple; and it is easy to computer program's implementation. It avoids to singular problem of Boolean Operation, and is easy to solve the problem of overlapping side and sides intersecting in node of polygon. Comparative corporate governance has long focused on national models of corporate governance with particular attention paid to the balance of influence between divergent path dependence and convergent global market forces. Within this debate, the Canadian model of corporate governance has received little attention and has long been assumed to be an extension of the U.S. model. An analysis of the corporate geography of Canada demonstrates that the path‐dependent forces of Canada's resource‐dependent economic development remain a principal determinant in contemporary corporate Canada. Continued resource dependence in combination with a system of asymmetric federalism has led to a distinctively multi‐jurisdictional model of corporate governance. As corporate interests are provincially distinct because of the heterogeneous distribution of natural resources and markets across Canada, this model may lead to provincial lock‐in and an associated degree of managerial entrenchment.  相似文献

This paper discusses the method of synthesizing planar multilink mechanisms based on GA. The pivotal technology is coding, creating population, account fitness, genetic operation and defining population size. This method does not require initial mechanisms and can search for plural appropriate mechanisms simultaneously. It is efficient about the non-linear problem. As an example, configuration of 4-bar planar mechanisms is decided in a practical application. It can be used the synthesis of 6-bar or more bar planar mechanisms as well.  相似文献
