Information integrated platform in manufacturing enterprises is a kind of software and hardware platform which supports application development, application integration and system running in complex information environment. The information processing of enterprises relys on this platform. Due to the increasing number of computer security problems, much attention must be paid to the security of information-integrated platform in manufacturing enterprises. The current security condition of information-integrated platform in manufacturing enterprises is introduced and the related countermeasures is also produced. The whole frame of ASP development supporting Platform of Networked Sale and Customization system for small-and-medium enterprises was proposed. Then a series of function modules of this platform was designed. At last, ASP-based service model and development service workflow for small-and-medium enterprises was created. Architecture of Logistics system is the interior operation environment and business platform for Logistics companies, which is to steer to build special logistics system and tactics frame-saw to realize the company's objectives. Further more, characteristic and design principle of architecture are mentioned. There are 4 levels in this article to discuss the architecture of TPL system. Six elements contained in the architecture are mentioned: information platform, tech-equipment platform, knowledge platform, organization platform, business platform and functional platform, Furthermore, the mutual connection among which is analyzed as a whole. According to the instant demand coming from the collaborative product development of small and medium manufacturing enterprises, this paper brings out a kind of a collaborative product development service-on-demand mode based on web-service, and a framework for this service-on-demand mode are also given. According to these, this research sets up a web based collaborative product development service platform, analyzes the function structure, service flow and the main implement techniques. The service pattern and the platform have already applied to collaborative product development in small and medium manufacturing enterprises and have helped to increase technique innovation, reduce the total time and cost in development process.  相似文献

Agile virtual enterprise (AVE) is an important organization mode of 21 st century and an important method to response quickly to the changes of the market as well. Based on the analysis of the connotation of AVE and the differences between traditional enterprises and AVE, through a variety of views including function view, human/organization view, process/control view, information view, and resources view, the concept model of AVE is established. A variety of issues during the lifecycle of the AVE are also researched. The operation mode of the AVE and the questions that must be paid attention to are presented. This is helpful to understand and master the meaning and feathers of AVE, and to the practice of AVE in China, which will contribute to the improvement of compete ability of Chinese enterprises.  相似文献

Adopting organizational mode of networked manufacturing platform is an effective way of improving enterprise's condition to implement networked manufacturing. This kind of mode can make the architecture of enterprise collaborative work change from complex network architecture to a simple linear architecture. Based on the organizational mode, a Multi-mode running architecture of networked manufacturing platform was proposed in this paper. The Multi-mode can make networked manufacturing platform to fit different requirement of enterprises and industry. Integrated technology and related standardization technology were studied on the basis of this Multi-mode architecture. 为了拓展适合上海现代农产品市场流通渠道的方法,从农产品运销组织、批发市场、配送中心、物流龙头企业、物流运输等角度,对上海现代农产品市场物流组织的现状进行了归纳整理。通过实地调查分析,指出上海农产品市场物流存在着营销企业规模小、缺乏规范运作能力,缺少第三方大型农产品物流企业,冷链、保鲜技术相对滞后,组织化水平较低、缺少农民专业营销合作组织等的主要问题。最终提出了合理发展新型农产品物流业态、发展专业农协组织物流、培育第三方物流企业、扶持农产品物流运输业、加强农产品物流供应链科学管理、提高农业物流企业管理人员素质等的拓展现代农产品市场流通渠道的综合对策,供政府和农业流通企业的决策参考。  相似文献

Non equity Strategic Alliance is one of the middle organization forms between enterprises and the market. It is loosely coupled and agile based on the restriction and coordination by contract. Relative to Equity Strategic Alliance, it shows the agile character. But, this character causes the instability and complexity. The authors did a research of dynamic stabilization in Non-equity Strategic Alliance supported by the theories of institution equilibrium from New Institutional Economics. Presuming a control management institute M, the dynamic stabilization model of Non-equity Strategic Alliance under conditions of complete information and incomplete information is established. By means of noise sources separation experiment of mini car and the surface acoustic intensity measurement of the engine, this paper finds that the main noise source of the mini car is the intake noise. According to the frequency spectrum analysis of the intake noise, the design frequency of the three cavity Helmholz intake silencer is determined. The results of the experiments show that the silencer, which is patented, has a remarkable effect, about 8 dB(A) decrement, on the noise reduction of the mini car.  相似文献

In this paper, based on the actual need of production, a new technic method-ZS method on duple fact dynamic balance of machine rigid rotators is presented for small-scale production. The unbalanced weight and direction are obtained by adding duple test weight and measuring the bearing amplitude to the rotator system. The primary principle is developed in detail and the rightness of the new method is proved out by the simulant test and the applied real example. The outstanding advantage of the new method is that the investment cost is low and the adaptability is strong. There is a spacial application value for the great dajority of the mid and small enterprises that produce rotators in small-scale but usually the rotator standards need to be changed.  相似文献

为给病害科学防治提供基础信息,对分离自兰州市红古区和永登县武胜驿镇罹病娃娃菜病株上的8 株立枯丝核菌菌株的形态、生长温度、致病性、对杀菌剂的敏感性等生物学特性进行研究,对其菌丝融合群归属进行分子生物学鉴定。采用温度梯度法测定病菌适宜生长温度,同时观察试验菌株微菌核产生情况;采用番红O和KOH染色法观测试验菌株细胞核数目;采用离体叶片接种法测定试验菌株的致病力;采用含药平板法测定试验菌株对5 种杀菌剂的敏感性;以试验菌株的5.8S rDNA-ITS 区序列构建系统发育树,进行融合群的分子生物学鉴定。结果表明,除菌株Rh-5 适宜生长温度为15~20℃外,其余试验菌株适宜生长温度均为25℃。试验菌株在5~30℃培养均可形成微菌核。菌株Rh-1~Rh-8 的细胞核数目分别为3~6、6~14、3~18、4~15、3~10、4~10、3~10、4~8 个。接种Rh-2~Rh-6 的娃娃菜离体叶片在20℃保湿培养2 天内发病显症,7 天发病率达75%~100%;接种Rh-1~Rh-8 的娃娃菜离体叶片在25℃保湿培养1~3 天内发病显症,7 天发病率达25%~100%;接种Rh-1、Rh-7 和Rh-8 的娃娃菜离体叶片在28℃保湿培养2~3 天发病显症,7 天发病率达100%。在试验浓度下,8 个试验菌株对5 种杀菌剂的敏感性由大 到小依次为多菌灵、代森锰锌、速克灵、三唑酮、苯醚甲环唑。除Rh-1 与Rhizoctonia solani AG 4 HG-II 聚为一枝外,其余试验菌株(Rh-6 除外,因Rh-6 测序未果)均与R. solani AG 2-1 聚为一枝。依据试验菌株的5.8S rDNA-ITS 区序列分析所得结果,引起兰州市娃娃菜褐腐病的立枯丝核菌包括AG 2-1 和AG 4HG-II 融合群。试验菌株在菌落形态、细胞核数目、适宜生长温度、生长速度、侵染温度、致病性及对杀菌剂的敏感性等方面呈现出丰富的多样性特征。在试验浓度下,多菌灵和代森锰锌对试验菌株的抑制率≥80%,可作为田间病害防治试验的推荐药剂。  相似文献

明确花生种质资源的遗传多样性和分布规律,对于发掘优良种质资源,选配优良亲本,拓宽育成品种的遗传基础具有重要意义。核心种质为种质资源的研究、评价和鉴定带来了方便。本研究从206对SSR引物中筛选26对引物对我国花生小核心种质和ICRISAT微核心种质共466份资源进行了遗传多样性分析,相似系数为0.49~0.99,鉴定出遗传差异最大的种质L2刚果(中国花生资源)与ICG12625(ICRISAT资源),相似系数为0.49。分析结果表明,多粒型花生的多态性信息量(0.761)和遗传多样性指数(0.97~1.11)均最大(平均相似系数最小,0.73~0.76),其次是普通型花生。中国花生种质资源与ICRISAT资源存在较大差异,尤其是ICRISAT的赤道型材料ICG12625,与中国花生资源的差异最大。相似系数和遗传多样性指数的分析结果均表明,我国花生种质资源的遗传多样性比ICRISAT资源丰富。  相似文献

After analyzing the feature of C/S and B/S modes, a kind of MIS for power industry, which combined C/S with B/S, is put forward. The C/ S platform is developed with the Powerbuilder 7.0 and SQL Server 7.0, and the B/ S platform is developed with ASP and IIS5.0+ SQL Server7.0. Electric power management information system should be constituted by the seventh statures mold piece, which are the electricity measures to collecting, electricity charges settling accounting system, the safety system et al. Identification of a small core germplasm set representing the available genetic diversity is essential for its proper evaluation and subsequent utilization in rice improvement programmes. For constituting a small diverse mini‐core panel of Indian rice germplasm, a representative set of 6912 accessions drawn based on their geographic origin from the whole rice germplasm collection available in the National Gene Bank was genotyped using 36 microsatellite markers. Automated fragment analysis of amplicons yielded a total of 435 alleles, with an average 12.4 and range of 3–29 alleles per locus. Polymorphism information content (PIC) ranged from 0.08 (RGNMS190) to 0.86 (RM552) with an average of 0.528. Based on genotyping data, a mini‐core consisting of 98 genotypes was identified. Ninety‐four per cent of the alleles present in the core set were present in the mini‐core. The identified small but diverse panel will be useful for further intensive trait‐specific evaluation and utilization in allele mining.  相似文献

To realize efficient operation, the production organization constraints of ironmaking/steelmaking interface, desulphorization basic oxygen furnace and decarburization basic oxygen furnace, refining equipment and casting/rolling interface of typical steel production process A are analyzed. Order planning model of iron and steel enterprises considering production organization constraints is established. The scheduling compact and coordination and the optimization of commissioning date of different production lines are fully considered in the model. Then, the model is solved by tabu search. Finally, three different sizes of actual production contracts which are randomly selected from the steel plant A are simulated. The results prove the presented model and algorithm can harmonize and optimize the production effectively and also realize the process running efficiently.  相似文献
