比较投饵率水平分别为3%、4%、5%、6%时,对暗纹东方鲀幼鱼生长、饲料效率的影响,以确定暗纹东方鲀幼鱼阶段的适宜投饵率。在23℃下,对规格为3.45~3.56g的暗纹东方鲀幼鱼进行30d的生长实验,结果表明:不同投饵率对暗纹东方鲀幼鱼的特定生长率、质量相对增加率、饲料效率、存活率均有显著影响(p<0.05);暗纹东方鲀幼鱼的适宜投饵率为4%,在投饵率为4℅时,质量相对增加率为116.04±0.04%,饲料效率达83.70±0.02%,特定生长率为111.49±0.03%/d,存活率为84.44±0.02%。  相似文献

为研究饲料中不同蛋白质含量对美洲鲥幼鱼生长的影响,设置了蛋白质含量分别为35%、40%和45%的3组实验,经过41d的试验得出:蛋白质含量为40%的饲料组,幼鱼的增重率、特定生长率最高(P<0.05);蛋白质含量为40%组和45%组的蛋白质效率和饲料转化率无显著差异(P>0.05),但均高于35%组(P<0.05)。  相似文献

为研究盐度对暗纹东方鲀幼鱼生长和摄食的影响,将暗纹东方鲀幼鱼在盐度分别为0、10、17、26、40的水体中饲养6周,比较不同盐度下幼鱼存活率、特定生长率、摄食率和饲料系数的差异。结果表明:当盐度为40时,暗纹东方鲀幼鱼的死亡率为100 %;各盐度组的特定生长率无显著差异;幼鱼的摄食率随着盐度的增高而下降。在淡水环境中,暗纹东方鲀幼鱼的摄食率最高,达5.02 %;在高盐度水体中最低,为3.75 %。暗纹东方鲀幼鱼的饲料系数随着盐度的升高逐渐升高,淡水组和26盐度组与10、17盐度组有显著差异。  相似文献

分别给初始体重为(19.56±1.78)g的金鱼幼鱼投喂蛋白质水平为26%、28%、30%、32%、36%、40%和42%的7种颗粒饲料,探讨草金鱼对饲料中蛋白质的需求。38d饲养试验结果表明:饲料中蛋白质含量36%时,草金鱼的增重率最大,显著高于蛋白质含量为26%、28%、30%和42%的饲料组(P<0.05),蛋白质含量为32%~40%的3个组间的增重率没有明显差异(P>0.05)。蛋白质含量为28%~44%饲料组的蛋白质效率无显著差异(P>0.05)。蛋白质含量为36%的饲料组饲料系数最低。通过对相对增重率和蛋白质效率两项指标的回归分析,确定草金鱼幼鱼配合饲料最适蛋白质含量为33.83%~35.31%。  相似文献

配制等蛋白质(42%),等脂肪(9%),糊精水平分别为10%、15%、20%、25%、30%的5组饲料,饲养暗纹东方鲀幼鱼[初始体质量为(10.25±0.51)g]60 d,考察饲料中不同糊精水平对其生长、消化酶活性和血液生化指标的影响。结果发现,随着饲料糊精水平的升高,暗纹东方鲀幼鱼的特定生长率和饲料效率先增加后降低,25%组最高,并显著高于10%和15%组。30%组鱼的脏体比和肝体比显著高于10%组,同时其肝脂肪含量也显著高于其他组。10%组的肝糖原和血浆总氨基酸含量显著低于其他组。10%和15%组鱼的肝胰脏和肠道中淀粉酶活性显著低于其他实验组,而其肝胰脏中胰蛋白酶活性显著高于30%组。25%和30%组的血浆总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量显著高于10%和15%组。10%和15%组的血浆尿素氮含量显著高于其他实验组。15%和20%组的血细胞数量显著高于其他实验组。30%组的细胞凋亡率及细胞内活性氧(ROS)和钙离子(Ca2+)含量显著高于其他实验组。饲料糊精水平对暗纹东方鲀幼鱼的血糖含量、血浆谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活性及肝胰脏和肠道中脂肪酶活性无显著影响。在本实验条件下,暗纹东方鲀幼鱼饲料中糊精的适宜水平为20%~25%。  相似文献

哲罗鱼稚鱼的蛋白质和脂肪需求量   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
采用4×3两因素完全随机设计,研究了哲罗鱼(Hucho taimen)稚鱼蛋白质和脂肪的需要量。初始体质量为7-8 g的哲罗鱼饲养于玻璃钢水簇箱中(直径90 cm,水深45 cm)。实验共设4个蛋白质水平(50%、46%、42%、38%),每个蛋白质水平设3个脂肪水平(10%、15%和20%),共12种饲料,每种饲料投喂组设3个重复,每个重复100尾鱼。实验期间水温11.5-17.5℃,溶解氧7.8-10 mg/L,每天饲喂3次,实验共进行8周。结果表明,不同处理对成活率未产生显著影响;脂肪水平对蛋白质需要量影响较大,在10%脂肪水平,与其他蛋白质水平相比,50%蛋白质水平显著提高了终末体质量、终末体长和平均日增重(P<0.01),特定生长率和饵料系数也得到改善(P<0.05);在15%脂肪水平下,与38%蛋白质水平相比,42%、46%和50%蛋白质水平各组终末体质量、平均日增重、特定生长率和饵料系数都显著改善(P<0.05);在20%脂肪水平下,38%与50%蛋白质水平相比,终末体质量、平均日增重和饵料系数差异显著(P<0.05),但其他各组差异不显著;与10%和15%脂肪水平相比,20%脂肪水平显著提高了蛋白质效率(P<0.05);鱼体脂肪含量随饲料中脂肪含量增加而显著提高(P<0.01);50%蛋白质水平显著降低了鱼体水分和脂肪含量,提高了体蛋白含量(P<0.05);鱼体总能随着蛋白质和脂肪水平的提高也极显著提高(P<0.01)。本实验结论为:在10%脂肪水平,哲罗鱼稚鱼最适蛋白质水平为50%,在15%和20%脂肪水平下,最适蛋白质水平为42%。  相似文献

用酪蛋白和白鱼粉为蛋白源配制7种蛋白含量为32.07%~45.64%的半精制试验饲料,喂养7组3个重复的翘嘴红幼鱼8周。饲养试验在室内玻璃钢水箱中进行,试验鱼每尾平均初始体重2.88±0.22g,水温为25~29℃。结果显示:蛋白质水平为41.05%的试验组的鱼体增重、特定生长率、饲料效率和蛋白质效率等指标均显著高于其它试验组(P<0.05);对特定生长率(Y)和饲料效率(F)二项指标的二次曲线回归分析求得翘嘴红幼鱼饲料蛋白最适值分别为40.94%和41.35%;饲料蛋白水平对鱼体(全鱼)的水分、粗蛋白和粗灰分的含量无显著影响(P>0.05),而较高水平饲料蛋白会使鱼体脂肪含量明显降低(P<0.05)。  相似文献

以初重为(41.26±1.09)g的暗纹东方鲀为实验鱼,配制5种玉米蛋白粉使用量为0%、5%、10%、15%、20%的实验饲料,玉米蛋白粉对饲料中鱼粉的替代水平分别为0%、7.4%、14.8%、22.2%和29.6%。用实验饲料饲养暗纹东方鲀60d,研究玉米蛋白粉替代鱼粉对暗纹东方鲀肝胰脏、头肾和脾脏组织的溶菌酶活性及其c-型溶菌酶mRNA相对表达量的影响。结果表明,(1)暗纹东方鲀肝胰脏、头肾和脾脏的溶菌酶比活力分别为9.14、42.12和40.49U/mgprot,头肾和脾脏组织中c-型溶菌酶mRNA相对表达量分别是肝胰脏的3.76和3.24倍。(2)玉米蛋白粉替代鱼粉显著影响暗纹东方鲀溶菌酶比活力。5%和10%组的肝胰脏和头肾组织溶菌酶比活力显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而15%和20%组肝胰脏和头肾组织溶菌酶比活力则显著低于对照组(P<0.05);5%和10%组的脾脏组织溶菌酶活力与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05),而15%和20%组显著低于对照组和5%组(P<0.05)。(3)玉米蛋白粉对暗纹东方鲀c型溶菌酶基因mRNA相对表达量有显著影响(P<0.05)。肝胰脏组织中5%和10%组表达量显著高...  相似文献

为了解达氏鲟(Acipenser dabryanus)幼鱼适宜的饲料蛋白质水平,试验选取平均初始体重为(400.68±8.55)g的健康达氏鲟幼鱼为试验对象,在室内流水系统中进行为期8周的摄食生长实验。试验鱼随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼,分别饲喂蛋白质水平为30%、35%、40%、45%、50%的5种等脂等能饲料。试验期间,水流量为6 L/min,水温(24.0±1.0)℃,溶氧大于6.0 mg/L,氨氮小于0.02 mg/L。结果显示:增重率随饲料蛋白水平的增加呈现先升高后降低的趋势,饲料系数呈现相反的趋势。蛋白质效率随饲料蛋白水平的增加呈先平缓后下降的趋势。各试验组间肥满度无显著差异。肝体比和脏体比随饲料蛋白水平的增加而下降。各试验组间甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量无显著差异,饲料蛋白水平为50%的试验组的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活力显著高于其他试验组。本试验中胃蛋白酶活力与饲料蛋白水平呈正相关关系,淀粉酶活力呈负相关关系,脂肪酶在各试验组无显著差异。鱼体蛋白和脂肪含量均随饲料蛋白水平的增加而增加。分别对增重率、饲料系数这二者与饲料蛋白水平之间的关系进行二次回归分析,得出达氏鲟幼鱼饲料中适宜的蛋白水平为41.5%~42.97%。  相似文献

为探求云纹龙胆石斑鱼(Epinephelus lanceolatus♂×E.moara♀)幼鱼饲料的最适蛋白质和能量含量,以鱼粉和大豆浓缩蛋白为蛋白源、添加鱼油构建能量梯度,配制粗蛋白含量为46%、50%和54%,能量含量为20.00、20.50和21.00 k J/g,蛋能比为22.04~26.87 mg/k J的9组饲料,编号为D1~D9组,投喂初始体重为(46.23±0.51)g的云纹龙胆石斑鱼幼鱼56 d。结果显示,蛋白质和能量的交互作用对云纹龙胆石斑鱼幼鱼增重率影响显著(P0.05),蛋白质和能量升高显著提高增重率和特定生长率(P0.05)。蛋白质和能量的交互作用对蛋白质沉积率和肝体比影响显著(P0.05),蛋白质升高显著提高能量保留率和肥满度(P0.05),蛋白质效率先升后降(P0.05);能量升高显著提高蛋白质效率和能量保留率(P0.05);D6组蛋白质沉积率和蛋白质效率显著高于其他组(P0.05)。蛋白质和能量的交互作用对全鱼及肌肉水分、粗蛋白、粗灰分均无显著影响(P0.05),全鱼及肌肉粗蛋白随饲料粗蛋白升高而升高(P0.05),水分随能量升高而降低(P0.05),全鱼粗脂肪随蛋能比降低而升高(P0.05)。蛋白质和能量的交互作用对胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶活力影响显著(P0.05),胃蛋白酶活力随蛋白质含量升高而升高(P0.05),能量对其无显著影响(P0.05);D6组胰蛋白酶活力最高,其随饲料蛋能比降低呈先升后降的趋势(P0.05),能量为21.00 k J/g时,脂肪酶活力显著高于其他组(P0.05)。综上,在设定的蛋白质和能量范围内云纹龙胆石斑鱼幼鱼饲料以50%粗蛋白,21.00 k J/g能量为宜。  相似文献

To allow for the initial identification of practical diet formulations for red snapper culture, the present study was conducted to evaluate the effects of feeding varying levels of dietary protein and lipid on growth and body composition of juvenile and sub‐adult red snapper. Twelve diets were formulated to contain varying levels of dietary protein and lipid. In trial 1, juvenile red snapper (initial mean weight 5.9 g) were offered diets with graded levels of dietary protein (32%, 36%, 40%, 44%) and practical energy to protein ratios. In trial 2, juvenile red snapper (initial mean weight 8.64 g) were offered isonitrogenous diets (44% protein) containing graded levels of dietary lipid (8%, 10%, 12%, 14%). Sub‐adult fish (initial mean weight 151.5 g) were used in trial 3 and maintained on diets similar to those of trial 1 (32–44% protein). Sub‐adult fish (initial mean weight 178.3 g) in trial 4 were offered isonitrogenous diets containing 32% dietary protein and graded levels of dietary lipid (6%, 8%, 10%, 12%). There were no significant differences in growth, feed efficiency ratio (FER) or survival in juvenile fish. Juvenile fish offered 32% dietary protein exhibited a significantly greater (P=0.0497) protein conversion efficiency (PCE) than fish offered a diet containing 44% dietary protein. Juvenile fish in trial 2 also had significantly higher (P=0.005) intraperitoneal fat ratios (IPFRs) at 14% dietary lipid than fish offered diets containing 8–10% dietary lipid, and displayed trends towards greater protein as a percent of whole‐body composition at 8–10% dietary lipid. Sub‐adult snapper in trials 3 and 4 showed no significant differences in growth, FER or survival. However, in trial 4 there was a general trend towards increased % weight gain (P=0.0615), FER (P=0.0601) and final mean weight (P=0.0596) with increasing levels of dietary lipid. Fish in trial 4 offered 6% dietary lipid also had significantly lower (P=0.0439) IPFR and PCE (P=0.0188) than fish offered 12% dietary lipid. Based on data obtained from these trials, inclusion of dietary protein at levels of 32–36% appears sufficient to support growth. For this level of protein, dietary lipid should be ~10% in order to meet the energetic demands of the fish and to spare dietary protein for growth.  相似文献

Effects of varying dietary digestible protein (DP) and digestible energy (DE) on protein retention efficiency (PRE), weight gain, protein deposition and carcass composition for silver perch (Bidyanus bidyanus, Mitchell) were studied. Using digestibility data for silver perch, we formulated three series of diets with different DE contents (13, 15 or 17 MJ DE kg?1). For each series, a ‘summit’ diet containing an excess of protein for silver perch (based on previous research) and a ‘diluent’ diet with only 10–13% DP were formulated. By blending the summit and diluent diets together in different ratios, five diets with different DP contents were produced for each DE series. A commercial diet was also included to give 16 experimental diets in total. Eight juvenile fish (mean initial weight 1.2 g) were stocked into each of 64 × 70‐L acrylic aquaria and then each of the 16 diets was randomly allocated to four replicate aquaria. Tanks were supplied with partially recirculated water (75%) at 25–27°C. Fish were fed restrictively, twice per day, based initially on 3.5% body weight day?1 with 40% of the ration given at 08:30 hours and 60% given at 15:00 hours for 59 days. Quadratic functions were fitted to each energy series to describe the relationship between DP content of diets and PRE (the asymptote of these functions were used to predict maximum PRE). For low DE (13 MJ kg?1), mid‐DE (15 MJ kg?1) and high DE (17 MJ kg?1), the dietary DP contents to give maximum PRE were 24.7%, 26.1% and 30.1% respectively. Carcass fat decreased with increasing DP and increasing DP:DE ratio. Varying the dietary protein and DE also influenced other indices of fish performance. ‘Optimum’ dietary protein therefore depends on several factors. For fish fed, restrictively, the protein content needed to maximize PRE is lower than the content needed to maximize weight gain or minimize carcass fat. For fish fed to satiation, the lowest protein content for maximum weight gain is lower than for fish fed restrictively.  相似文献

以鱼粉为对照,研究了饲料中分别添加25%和50%的豆粕、花生粕、菜粕和棉粕这4种植物蛋白时黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)肠道形态结构的变化。试验鱼初始体重为(22.95±0.35)g,饲养8周。结果表明:与对照组比,植物蛋白添加水平在25%时,豆粕组黄颡鱼的肠道组织结构没有明显变化;花生粕组肠黏膜上皮细胞之间界限不清晰,空泡较多。黏膜下层有所增厚,但未见淋巴细胞浸润。菜粕组和棉粕组肠道黏膜高度均显著下降,且棉粕组黏膜下层增厚,上皮内有淋巴细胞浸润,肌层也显著变薄。添加水平达到50%时,各试验组黄颡鱼中肠结构均产生明显变化。从蛋白质效率看,50%的豆粕组和棉籽粕组与对照组没有显著差异,而50%花生粕组和菜粕组与对照组差异显著。上述结果表明:黄颡鱼肠道对饲料植物蛋白种类和添加量很敏感,4种植物蛋白选用时,豆粕和棉粕要优于花生粕和菜粕,花生粕、棉粕、菜粕的安全添加量应在25%以下,豆粕应在50%以下,适宜添加量有待深入研究。  相似文献

The objectives of this study were to describe the interactive effects of varying digestible protein (DP) and digestible energy (DE) contents on the feed intake, growth, protein utilization and whole body composition of juvenile mulloway ( Argyrosomus japonicus ) and to determine the optimal DP : DE ratio for growth. This was achieved by feeding mulloway diets containing one of four different DP levels (250–550 g kg−1) at two DE levels (16 or 21 MJ kg−1). Juvenile mulloway were stocked at each of two different sizes (70 or 200 g) in triplicate groups for each dietary treatment and fed twice daily to apparent satiation over 58 days. The results indicated that feed intake was not governed solely by energy demands but was also dependant on the DP content of the diet. Protein utilization did not improve with diets containing decreasing protein and increasing lipid content indicating that mulloway have a limited capacity to spare DP. Optimal DP content was found to be 444–491 g kg−1 depending on the DE content of the diet and the size of mulloway and is within the range reported for other sciaenid species. The use of formulated diets with 28.6 g of DP MJ DE−1 will achieve optimal growth and protein deposition for 70–275 g mulloway.  相似文献

Asia traditional herbal feed additives have often been shown to have beneficial effects on disease resistance, growth, feed conversion and protein conversion. There have been few studies on the use of these feed additives in olive flounder diets. The present study was designed to determine if there are benefits associated with the inclusion of any of these traditional herbal feed additives in olive flounder diets. One thousand two hundred sixty juvenile fish averaging 6.5 g were randomly distributed into 36, 180‐L flow‐through tanks. No additive was included into the control (Con) diet. The aqueous type of additives: 2.5% bamboo (BB), 0.25% Prunus mume (PM), 2.5% Artemisia capillaris (AC), 2.5% cinnamon (CC), 2.5% Cirtus junos (CJ), 0.25% Cudrania tricuspidata (CT) and 2.5% Ficus carica (FC), and the powder type of additives: 1% Houttuynia cordata (HC), 1% safflower (SF) and 1% sea tangle (ST) were included into the experimental diets. Finally, 0.1% emulsifying oil (EO) was included into the experimental diet. Feed efficiency ratio (FER) of fish fed the BB, CT and SF diets was higher than that of fish fed the FC and HC diets. Protein efficiency ratio (PER) of fish fed the BB and SF diets was higher than that of fish fed the AC, FC and HC diets. None of serum criteria of fish was affected by any of dietary additives. Dietary additives did not affect weight gain and serum chemistry of olive flounder, but 2.5% bamboo extract and 1% safflower powder was effective to improve FER and PER.  相似文献

This study used a curvilinear model to investigate the effects of different digestible energy (DE) levels on the digestible protein (DP) requirements of juvenile snapper Pagrus auratus. For each DE level (15, 18 or 21 MJ kg−1), DP content was increased from about 210–560 g kg−1 in seven evenly spaced increments by formulating a summit diet (highest DP content) and a diluent diet (lowest DP content) at the desired DE level and combining the summit and diluent diets in various ratios to achieve the desired DP content. This ensured the DE level remained relatively stable. Each of the 21 dietary treatments was fed to three replicate groups of snapper twice daily to apparent satiation for 57 days. At the completion of the trial, fish were weighed and killed for chemical analysis. Results indicated that the rapid growth of snapper weighing 30–90 g was highly dependent on the ratio of DP to DE and that optimum protein deposition did not occur until snapper were offered feeds with at least 350 g DPkg−1, irrespective of DE level. According to the fitted models, diets formulated for snapper reared at temperatures from 20–25°C should contain approximately 23 g DP MJ DE−1 to promote optimal weight gain and protein deposition. Based on the feeding regime used in this study, this could be achieved with practical diets containing a DP:DE ratio of 460:20, 420:18 or 350:15.  相似文献

选择健康的翘嘴红(Erythroculter ilishaeformisBleeker)为实验鱼,体质量(12.84±0.60)g。实验分为两部分进行。实验Ⅰ以褐鱼粉为蛋白源,配制5个蛋白水平(31.04%、35.51%、40.89%、46.62%、50.33%)的等能、等必需氨基酸(EAA)平衡关联度的半精制饲料,探讨翘嘴红对饲料蛋白的需求;经过8周饲养,实验Ⅰ的结果表明,饲料蛋白含量对翘嘴红的增重率、饲料效率和蛋白效率具有显著影响。方差分析表明,40.89%饲料蛋白组的鱼体增重率显著高于31.04%、35.51%饲料蛋白组(P<0.05),但是与46.62%和50.33%饲料蛋白组没有显著性差异(P>0.05);31.04%3、5.51%和40.89%饲料蛋白组的蛋白效率显著高于46.62%和50.33%饲料蛋白组(P<0.05);40.89%、46.62%和50.33%饲料蛋白组的饲料效率显著高于31.04%和35.51%饲料蛋白组(P<0.05)。依据折线模型分析翘嘴红的增重率、二次多项式回归分析蛋白质效率,适宜饲料蛋白水平为37.43%~41.15%。实验Ⅱ以豆粕替代鱼粉,大豆蛋白分别替代0.0%、13.5%、27%、40.5%和54%的鱼粉蛋白,配制5个EAA关联度的等蛋白(40%)、等能(20 MJ.kg-1)的半精制饲料,探讨翘嘴红饲料中大豆蛋白对鱼粉蛋白的适宜替代量。结果表明,当大豆蛋白分别替代13.5%2、7.0%和40.5%的鱼粉蛋白时,翘嘴红的增重率和蛋白效率与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),而且都显著高于54.0%替代组(P<0.05),因此,本实验条件下,大豆蛋白对鱼粉蛋白的最大替代量为40.5%,饲料动、植物蛋白适宜比为3∶2。  相似文献

在水温29.0±1.0℃下,将140日龄、体质量8~10g的七彩神仙鱼(Symphysodon aequifasciata)幼鱼放入室内54cm×40cm×28era的水箱中,投喂以鱼粉和豆粕为蛋白源(粗蛋白45.0%)、以豆油为脂肪源配制的5种脂肪水平(10.21%、12.02%、17.17%、21.0%,和22.14%)的饲料.90d的饲养表明,七彩神仙幼鱼的成活率变化在96.67%~100.0%之间,各组间差异不显著(P>0.05).随饲料中脂肪含量的增加,鱼的特定生长率(SGR)、蛋白质效率(PER)和增重率均先增加而后降低;摄食含12.02%脂肪饲料的鱼SGR、PER和增重率极显著地高于摄食含10.22%和22.14%脂肪饲料的鱼(P<0.001),而当鱼摄食含17.17%和21.05%脂肪的饲料时,SGR、PER和增重率与摄食含12.02%脂肪饲料的鱼差异不显著(P>0.05).当饲料中脂肪含量为12.02%时,鱼对饲料中蛋白质的消化率最高;摄食含脂肪为10.22%、12.02%和17.17%的饲料时,对饲料蛋白的消化率差异不显著(P>0.05).实验表明,七彩神仙鱼幼鱼饲料中适宜脂肪含量在12.02%~17.17%之间.  相似文献
