20 0 1年 9月 1 6日 ,本乡庆生村散养猪大批发生慢性猪肺疫 ,造成 4 0多头中小猪死亡 ,现将诊断及防治情况报告如下。1 发病经过2 0 0 1年 9月 5日 ,某个体养猪户从外地购入仔猪 35头 ,2d后 ,发现有精神不佳、食欲不振的仔猪出现 ,于是其就地转卖 ,3d后 ,各户相继到中心就诊 ,于 9月 1 6日大面积发病 ,当日死亡 2 0头。2 临床症状病猪精神萎顿 ,食欲减退或废绝 ,贪饮 ,体温略高或正常 ,持续性咳嗽与呼吸困难 ,心律加速 ,先便秘后腹泻。主要表现出慢性肺炎或慢性胃肠炎症状 ,呈渐近性消瘦 ,后期步态不稳 ,关节发生脓肿 ,皮肤发生湿疹。临… 相似文献

The hematological and clinicochemical profiles of healthy swine and swine with inflammatory processes were investigated. Blood was collected at slaughter and postmortem examination was performed to select healthy swine and swine with pleuritis, pneumonia or abscesses. In healthy swine, the values of several variables revealed significant differences between gilts, barrows and boars. This was caused predominantly by the values obtained for boars. Inflammatory processes altered the values of most variables investigated, particularly for erythrocyte sedimentation rate, hemoglobin and hematocrit, for the activity of alkaline phosphatase, and for concentrations of iron, phosphate, albumin and fibrinogen in plasma. Compared with healthy swine, differences were largest for swine with metastatic abscesses and swine with both abscesses and other pathological lesions; differences were less pronounced in swine with solitary abscesses and were minor in swine with pneumonia and swine with pleuritis. Porcine hematological and clinicochemical profiles reflect the degree of inflammation. 相似文献

The proteins of boar seminal plasma have been studied with immunoelectrophoresis and immunodiffusion tests. Four different proteins could be identified with immunoelectrophoresis of which all seemed to be specific for seminal plasma. One of these proteins with an electrophoretic mobility corresponding to gammaglobulin had no identity with either IgG or fibrinogen.With immunodiffusion tests spur of serum proteins could be detected (albumin, transferrin and IgG).The spontaneous precipitation of boar seminal plasma in agar gels could not wholly be avoided with alterations of pH and ionic strength in the agar gel or with absorption of seminal plasma with swine red blood cells.One factor in seminal plasma which probably is of importance for the ability to agglutinate red blood cells was isolated and identified as a protein with an electrophoretic mobility corresponding to alphaglobulin.
