Diagnoses of autoimmune skin diseases require very careful observation of the skin lesions, and selection of an intact vesicle for histopathological examination. If available, immunofluorescent studies can be very useful in confirming the diagnosis of autoimmune skin disease. Seven autoimmune skin diseases are briefly reviewed. Therapy must be aggressive and owner warned of the guarded prognosis.  相似文献

犬皮肤真菌病是犬的常见传染性皮肤病,在临床皮肤病例中占16.86%。该病表现为局部或全身脱毛,脱屑,继发细菌感染可形成脓癣。此病可在动物之间,人与人之间,人与动物之间互相传播,造成一定程度的公共卫生问题。此病多发生于幼龄犬以及体质衰弱、机体抵抗力降低和老龄的犬,也易在犬场和宠物庇护所流行。文章从流行病学、发病机理、临床症状、诊断方法、治疗和预防等方面进行了初步分析。  相似文献

The microcirculation of the penile skin of the dog is described. This study is based on the examination of the penile skin vasculature of 14 adult dogs in which injection cast preparations of the capillary systems had been made. The capillary organization was examined with the aid of a scanning electron microscope. The organization of the capillary system and associated microregulatory vessels are presented as a model for further investigation of micro-circulatory anatomy and physiology.  相似文献

目的观察桂附地黄丸对老年狗骨髓基质干细胞增殖能力的影响.方法取4只老年杂种狗,给予桂附地黄丸口服,用药前后抽取骨髓进行细胞分离,并以细胞密度为1×105/mL、1×106/mL、1×107/mL接种,观察细胞生长情况.并对获得的细胞进行脂肪诱导、骨诱导分化试验.结果 4只狗服药前的骨髓接种后,细胞不易生长、传代;服药后骨髓细胞较易生长及增殖.生长的细胞进行的成脂肪和成骨诱导分化试验为阳性结果.结论桂附地黄丸对老年狗骨骨髓基质干细胞的增殖具有一定促进作用.  相似文献

The objective of this work was to analyse changes in morphometric characteristics related to growth in the trochlear nerve in dogs. Twenty beagles, split into four dog age groups (A, 7 days; B, 21 days; C, 35 days; D, 49 days and E, 4 years), were used. The right intracranial portion of the nerve was analysed by light and electron microscopy. The nerve cross‐sectional area was calculated. Number, diameter and cross‐sectional area of unmyelinated and myelinated fibres were also calculated. In myelinated fibres, the corresponding axon area and diameter and myelin sheath thickness were also calculated. The number of myelinated and unmyelinated fibres was 1070.25 ± 112.07 and 592.25 ± 467.53 in group A, 1367 ± 57.98 and 143.67 ± 54.37 in group B, 1574.20 ± 299.50 and 151.67 ± 51.73 in group C, 1340.33 ± 151 and 127 ± 48.75 in group D and 1476 ± 260.71 and 284 ± 101.82 in group E. The mean diameter for myelinated and unmyelinated fibres was 4.37 ± 0.17 μm and 0.41 ± 0.08 μm for group A; 6.21 ± 0.12 μm and 0.30 ± 0.03 μm for B; 6.90 ± 0.91 μm and 0.32 ± 0.03 μm for C; 7.86 ± 1.19 μm and 0.32 ± 0.02 μm for D; 10.63 ± 0.50 μm and 0.30 ± 0.01 μm for E, respectively. This nerve possesses similar structural and ultrastructural features to the same nerve in other species and modifies its morphometry with growth. Results could enhance the understanding of pathological disorders.  相似文献

真菌引起的皮肤病是由犬小孢子菌感染为主,较为顽固,且久治不愈,用药后时好时坏。本试验用中药与西药进行对比治疗犬真菌性皮肤病,中药的治愈率为90%,中药毒副作用小,无药物残留,不产生耐药性。试验结果表明,中药治疗犬真菌性皮肤病优于西药组,P>0.01。  相似文献

为对比观察快速衰老型小鼠(SAMP6)与正常老化型小鼠(SAMR1)颅骨的增龄性变化,本试验采用活体micro-CT扫描定量观察SAMP6和SAMR1小鼠24、30、36周龄时的颅骨骨体积密度(BV/TV)。小鼠36周龄完成micro-CT扫描后,解剖颅骨,HE染色和抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)染色对比观察小鼠颅骨组织学特点并测量破骨细胞数目。结果显示,不同年龄SAMP6的颅骨BV/TV值均显著低于同龄SAMR1;随年龄增长,SAMP6颅骨BV/TV显著降低,而SAMR1颅骨BV/TV无显著变化;与SAMR1相比,SAMP6颅骨内外骨板更薄,板障更宽;板障内破骨细胞更多,且差异显著。本试验表明随年龄增长,SAMP6的颅骨骨体积密度降低,且均小于同龄SAMR1,而SAMR1的无显著变化。  相似文献

Premeasured, clipped areas of skin on both sides of 30 adult dogs were prepared with povidone-iodine (PI), chlorhexidine gluconate (CG) with a saline rinse, or 4% CG with a 70% isopropyl alcohol rinse. Skin bacteria were quantified with Replicating Organism Detection and Counting (RODAC) plates and cultured for identification before, immediately after, and 1 hour after skin preparation. The percentages of bacterial reduction immediately and at hour 1 and the percentages of negative cultures, cultures with more than five colony-forming units (CFUs), and skin reactions were analyzed by analysis of variance and chi-square. The percentage of reduction in skin bacteria for all techniques was significant and comparable with that reported in humans. There were no significant differences between PI and CG results except that acute contact dermatitis was observed more frequently after skin preparation with PI. The authors conclude that for similar application times, PI and 4% CG rinsed with saline or 70% isopropyl alcohol are equally effective for up to 1 hour in the preoperative skin preparation of dogs.  相似文献

Flame follicles occurred in dogs with hypothyroidism, hyperadrenocorticism, hyposomatotropism, Sertoli's cell neoplasm with feminisation and castration-responsive dermatosis. Flame follicles appeared to be a specific histopathological indicator of endocrine skin disease, as they were not observed in the skin biopsies from 2,865 dogs with non-endocrine skin disease. They do not, however, indicate a specific endocrinopathy. Résumé— Une kératinisation pilo-folliculaire excessive (follicules en “flamme”) a été observée sur les biopsies de peau provenant de 61 chiens sur 403 (15.1%) atteints de dermatose d'origine endocrinienne. Des follicules en “flamme” ont été notés chez des chiens souffrant d'hypothyroidie, d'hypercorticisme, d'hyposomatotropisme, de sertolinome avec féminisation et de dermatose répondant à la castration. Les follicules en “flamme” représentent un signe histologique spécifique d'une dermatose d'origine endocrinienne car, ils n'ont pas été observés sur les biopsies de peau provenant de 2,865 chiens atteints de dermatose d'origine non endocrinienne. Toutefois, ils n'indiquent pas une endocrinopathie particuliere. Zusammenfassung— Eine exzessive trichilemmale Keratinisierung (Flammenfollikel) wurde bei Hautbiopsien von 61 von 403 (15,1%) Hunden mit endokrinen Hauterkrankungen festgestellt. Sie scheinen ein spezifischer histopathologischer Indikator für endokrine Hauterkrankungen zu sein, da sie in Hautbiopsien von 2865 Hunden mit nicht-endokrinen Hauterkrankungen nicht festgestellt werden konnten.
