香港巨牡蛎与长牡蛎种间杂交及早期杂种优势分析 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
为测定香港巨牡蛎(Crassostrea hongkongensis♀×C.hongkongensis♂)、长牡蛎自繁家系(C.gigas♀×C.gigas♂)及其两者种间杂交家系(C.hongkongensis♀×C.gigas♂)子代的早期表型性状,评估种间杂种潜力,分析早期种间杂种优势,实验于2010年7月,采用1雄对3雌的巢式设计建立了9个香港巨牡蛎自繁家系(Crassostrea hongkongensis♀×C.hongkongensis♂)(HH11、HH12、HH13……HH33)、9个长牡蛎自繁家系(C.gigas♀×C.gigas♂)(GG11、GG12、GG13……GG33)及45个种间杂交家系(C.hongkongensis♀×C.gigas♂)(HG11、HG12、HG13……HG153)。结果发现,种间杂交家系受精率及孵化率平均水平的杂种潜力hp<-1,表现出显著的杂种劣势;出现了一定程度的种间配子不兼容现象,而且存在着显著的个体间差异。从其总体水平上看,幼虫生长性状的杂种潜力hp<-1,表现出显著的杂种劣势,出现了远交衰退现象;幼虫存活性状的杂种潜力hp在-1~1之间,虽然具有正向优势,但达不到显著标准;幼虫变态率的杂种潜力hp>1,表现出显著的杂种优势。 相似文献

用6072对斑马鱼(Danio rerio)微卫星引物对黑龙江鲤(Cyprinus carpio haematopterus Temminck et Schlegel)、荷包红鲤(Cyprinus carpio var.wuyuanensis)和柏氏鲤(Cyprinus pellegrini Tchang)进行种间遗传差异分析,共发现563个斑马鱼微卫星标记在鲤鱼种间表现出多态性。从中随机抽选25个标记,对斑马伍和3种鲤鱼的遗传多样性进行分析,使用Phylip3.63软件按照Nei氏标准遗传距离计算种间遗传距离,再用MEGA3.0软件绘制NJ系统发生树,并进行1000次bootstrap检验系统树。结果显示,黑龙江鲤与荷包红鲤首先聚类,然后是柏氏鲤、斑马鱼。这些具有多态性的斑马鱼微卫星标记可用于鲤鱼种间种质鉴定,同时,借用模式生物斑马鱼的丰富遗传标记资源,增加同科的鲤鱼遗传连锁图谱上遗传标记的密度,必将对鲤鱼遗传育种进入分子育种时代起到促进作用。 相似文献

太平洋牡蛎与近江牡蛎的种间杂交 总被引:5,自引:4,他引:5
为了评估太平洋牡蛎与近江牡蛎能否产生远缘杂种优势,于2010年5月,以成熟的两种牡蛎亲本为材料开展了2×2远缘杂交研究,由长牡蛎自繁组GG(Crassostrea gigas♀×C.gigas♂)、近江牡蛎自繁组AA(C.ariakensis♀×C.ariakensis♂)、正交组GA(Crassostreagigas♀×C.ariakensis♂)、反交组AG(C.ariakensis♀×C.gigas♂)4个实验组组成。分析了子代早期表型性状和杂种优势,并对杂交子代进行了遗传鉴定。结果表明:GA杂交组与AG组的受精强度具有不对称性。幼虫浮游期间,表型性状的中亲杂种优势几乎为0,GA组生长与存活性状表现出积极的单亲杂种优势,而AG组则具有明显的远交衰退现象;幼虫早期表型性状受到母本效应影响,而后减弱。变态期间,GA组变态率较高,得到了大量杂交稚贝;而AG组变态率极低,仅获得了72个杂交稚贝。稚贝培育期间,稚贝表现出中亲生长劣势与存活优势;GA组具有明显的单亲生长与存活优势,而AG组则表现出生长劣势并具有一定程度的存活优势。利用复合COI及ITS2鉴定了种间杂交子结果表明:正反交组杂交子均为真正意义上的两性融合杂交子。实验获得了具有显著杂种优势的GA组杂交子,为现有牡蛎的遗传改良提供了新的方向。 相似文献

杂色鲍(Haliotis diversicolor)是中国南方主要的鲍养殖种类,近年来“东优1号”杂色鲍因较高的成活率优势已在产业上得到越来越广泛的推广养殖.该研究采用3×3完全双列杂交的方式,对杂色鲍“东优1号”群体、杂色鲍古雷群体和杂色鲍越南群体3个群体自繁与杂交后代的养殖性能进行跟踪,并对其杂种优势进行评估.结果表明,3个群体自繁后代的生长速度和成活率上存在显著差异(P<0.05),同时3个组合的生长速度与成活率的双亲杂种优势率值均不高,且2个单亲杂种优势率值之间有显著差异(P<0.05). 相似文献

利用山东青岛养殖的太平洋牡蛎(N)与汕头本地养殖的葡萄牙牡蛎(S)两个近缘种为亲本,采用正交设计建立了杂种组NS(N♂×S♀)和SN(S♂×N♀)与纯种组NN(N♂×N♀)和SS(S♂×S♀)4个不同的遗传组合,通过比较不同阶段(幼虫期、稚贝期、养成阶段)的生长和存活数据,研究了牡蛎近缘种间的杂种优势,目的为改良牡蛎的生产性状。结果表明,这两个近缘种之间杂交能够产生显著的杂种优势,杂交后代的生长与存活两个表型性状都得到改良。杂交组比近交组生长得快,杂种优势在幼虫期为37.44%,稚贝期为42.47%。杂交组也比近交组存活率高,8日龄幼虫存活率的杂种优势为76.80%、14日龄幼虫存活率的杂种优势可达107.70%,60、90和105日龄稚贝存活率的杂种优势分别为17.30%、15.62%和9.08%。研究表明,通过太平洋牡蛎和葡萄牙牡蛎两个近缘种间的杂交有望解决牡蛎养殖产业存在的育苗难、存活率低、生长慢、个体小等问题。 相似文献

针对虾夷扇贝在养殖过程中出现的问题,本研究以风向标扇贝和虾夷扇贝为亲本进行了种间杂交实验,培育出了虾夷扇贝(♀)×风向标扇贝(♂)(PY♀×PC♂)及风向标扇贝(♀)×虾夷扇贝(♂)(PC♀×PY♂)两种杂交一代,并对其早期发育及幼虫期和稚贝期生长进行了比较。结果显示,PY♀×PC♂杂交一代的受精率、孵化率和幼虫期的生长和存活率介于双亲之间,而壳高和壳长的生长均高于双亲,表现出显著的杂种优势;PC♀×PY♂杂交一代的受精率、孵化率、幼虫期生长和存活率均低于双亲,表现为杂种劣势。在养殖第1年,PY♀×PC♂杂交一代的壳高、壳长、壳宽和体质量增长率均高于双亲,杂种优势显著。研究表明,卵子来源对后代的表现具有极其显著的影响,以雌性虾夷扇贝与雄性风向标扇贝进行种间杂交从而改良虾夷扇贝种质是可行的。 相似文献

设4个0.5米~3水族箱,每箱放养个体大小基本相同的夏花鲤鱼30尾,每箱为一处理组,1~4组的基础饵料中分别添加0.2%、0.5%、1%和2%的艾叶粉,喂养42天。结果,1组的增重效果低于其它组(P<0.01);2、3、4组的增重效果比较无统计学差异。用含0.5%艾叶粉的颗粒饵料分别于两个渔场的池塘内饲养1龄鲤鱼,结果,各试验组的生长率比相应的对照组分别提高17.39%和45.77%;各试验组的增长率比相应对照组分别提高15.39%和53.85%。 相似文献

以渔用双效速溶敌百虫为试验药物,对泥鳅、鲤鱼进行急性毒性试验。在不同的浓度组药物作用下,泥鳅1mg/L、2mg/L、4mg/L、8mg/L、16mg/L试验,半致死浓度3.4mg/L,安全浓度0.34mg/L;鲤鱼0.1mg/L、0.2mg/L、0.5mg/L、1mg/L、2mg/L、5mg/L试验,半致死浓度1.5mg/L,安全浓度0.15mg/L。每间隔2h观察、记录试验鱼的自然状况、死亡尾数、体色、呼吸状况及活动状况;同时,测定水体温度、气温、pH值及水体溶氧量。试验验证了敌百虫对泥鳅、鲤鱼的毒副作用较强,敌百虫对泥鳅的最低致死浓度为2mg/L,对鲤鱼的最低致死浓度为1mg/L,说明泥鳅比鲤鱼的抗药性强。中毒症状主要表现为焦躁不安、上下窜动、呼吸减弱、鱼体弯曲、翻肚且倒挂于水中的神经中毒现象;检查可见,鳃丝淤血、鳍部充血、眼球突出、嘴大张。 相似文献

2008年5~9月于岗更湖取得803尾鲫标本,研究了其生长及生活史类型.用鳞片鉴定年龄,鳞径(R)和体长(L)的关系为L=3.667R-1.737;用特殊von Bertalanffy生长方程、一般von Bertalanffy生长方程、Gompertz生长方程和灰色动态生长模型共4种生长模型拟合了岗更湖鲫的生长,根据各模型拟合残差平方和的大小判断,特殊von Bertalanffy生长方程拟合效果最好;根据r-选择和k-选择的典型特征及7个生态学参数值,判断出岗更湖鲫偏向r-选择,应用平衡产量模式计算改变瞬时捕捞死亡率(F)和渔业补充年龄(tc)对应的产量变化,同样证实岗更湖鲫偏向r-选择.作为渔业管理对策,岗更湖鲫的捕捞年龄应在3龄以上,捕捞强度不应超过2.0. 相似文献

The aim of the present study was to investigate concentrations of total mercury (THg) and methylmercury (MeHG) in the common
carp from Czech ponds of Rožmberk, Spolsky, Nezmar, and Velky Bědny. Seven common carps (Cyprinus
caprio) from each of the ponds were caught. Muscle tissue, the liver, and the soft and hard roe were used for the tests. Total mercury
and methylmercury were found in all the muscle tissue samples examined. Detection limits for total mercury and methylmercury
determination methods were 0.001 mg kg–1 and 0.013 mg kg−1 respectively. Methylmercury levels in the liver and gonads were below the method’s limits of detection. THg and MeHg concentrations
in muscle tissues were 0.018–0.063 mg kg–1 w.w. and 0.019–0.063 mg kg–1 w.w. respectively. MeHg made up 90–100% of THg in muscle tissues. Total mercury and methylmercury concentrations were significantly
(P < 0.05) higher in fish from the Spolsky pond than from the Nezmar pond. MeHg/THg ratios were significantly (P < 0.05) higher in fish from the Rožmberk, Spolsky and Nezmar ponds compared with fish from the Velky Bědny pond. 相似文献

Effect of feeding apidaecin on common carp (Cyprinus carpio) growth performances and immune function
Effect of apidaecin on common carp (Cyprinus carpio) based on growth performance, feed utilization (Feed Conversion Ratio, FCR) and immune parameters were investigated. Twelve aquaria with three replicates for G1-3 and control were used. The synthesized apidaecin peptide was added to common carp basal diets (Control) as additives in three concentrations: 10.0 mg kg− 1 (G1), 15.0 mg kg− 1 (G2) and 30.0 mg kg− 1 (G3) by wet weight of basal diet. After an 80-day feeding experiment, G2 and G3 showed significantly better (P < 0.05) results of growth performances and FCR than the control. However, there was no remarkable difference (P > 0.05) between G2 and G3. As for G1, the final weight, SGR (Specific Growth Rate) and DG (Daily Gain) were increased and the FCR was decreased, but not significantly (P > 0.05) compared with the control. The serum lysozyme activity of G2 and G3 was significantly increased (P < 0.05) than the control. As for the alternative complement pathway activity, G2 and G3 were also higher (P < 0.05) than the control. However, no significant difference (P > 0.05) was found whichever between G2 and G3 or between G1 and G2 in both lysozyme and the alternative complement pathway activities. Abstract Cohorts of common carp, Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus, were monitored from hatch through the next spring in two South Dakota, USA lakes to identify factors affecting year-class strength. Hatching occurred over 37- and 47-day periods in the two lakes. Common carp that hatched earlier achieved greater total lengths at the end of the first growing season (Brant Lake: r = −0.84, d.f. = 77, P < 0.001; Campbell Lake: r = −0.87, d.f. = 78, P < 0.001). Mean daily growth rates were approximately 1.0 mm day−1 and similar between lakes. Total length was positively related to daily growth rate in the two lakes, indicating that members of the cohort that grew faster achieved greater total lengths by time of capture. Hatch date was inversely related to daily growth (fish hatched earlier grew faster) in one lake ( r = −0.44, d.f. = 77, P < 0.001) but not the other ( r = −0.04, d.f. = 78, P = 0.678), suggesting that length at the end of the growing season can be affected by length of growing season and growth rate. Overwinter survival of age-0 fish appeared to be size dependent because age-1 common carp length–frequency distributions from both lakes comprised only of the larger cohort members present the previous autumn. 相似文献
