在黄土高原,水资源已成为对粮食生产的主要制约因素。现阶段高原旱作农区农田降水利用效率仅为35%左右,研究表明在较为合理的生产条件用水效率可以达到70%~80%。在此,通过从提高种群的内在生产力、建设基本农田控制坡耕地水分的径流输出、抑制农田水分的无谓损耗、实施农田水分的空间富集、确立与降水分布相吻合的种植结构几方面阐述黄土高原小杂粮作物降水生产潜力开发和增进的技术途径。 相似文献

青稞HvBADH1基因的克隆及其转化烟草的初步研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
应用RT-PCR结合RACE技术, 从青稞总RNA中扩增得长度为1 512 bp的甜菜碱醛脱氢酶(BADH)基因cDNA全长编码序列。通过氨基酸同源性比对, 发现该序列的推定表达产物与大麦BADH同工酶BBD2的同源性为98.4%, 而与小麦、玉米和水稻等禾本科作物的BADH同源性分别为97.0%、84.7%和85.1%。将克隆到的青稞cDNA序列命名为HvBADH1, 投递到GenBank, 获得收录号EF492983。HvBADH1可以在原核表达系统TB1-pMAL c2x中正常表达出分子量为54.2 kD的多肽链。将HvBADH1的编码ORF, 插入到添加了植物表达CaMV 35S启动子和Nos polyA终止子调控元件的植物表达载体pCAMBIA1301质粒相应的克隆位点中, 构建了HvBADH1基因的农杆菌植物转化系统LBA4404(pCAM-ba)。进而采用农杆菌介导法, 将HvBADH1基因导入烟草中, 对所获得的潮霉素抗性烟草株系进行PCR、Southern blot和RT-PCR等分子生物学检测, 结果表明, 在得到的2个转基因株系中, HvBADH1基因已整合到受体植物基因组中, 并且可以在mRNA水平上进行转录。 相似文献

Hybrids of Aegilops variabilis (2n = 28, UUSvSv) with the low-pairing type lines of Ae. longissima, Ae. bicornis, Ae. searsii, Ae. speltoides and Ae. umbellulata were obtained. This is the first report of successful hybridization between Ae. variabilis and Ae. searsii. Meiotic analysis of these hybrids showed that the U genome of Ae. variabilis donated by Ae. umbelltilata remained nearly unchanged and Ae. longissima is the possible donor species of the S genome to Ae. variabilis. But the Sv genome and the S1 genome of Ae. longissima are not completely homologous and are structurally differentiated by at least one interchange. According to their levels of homology with Sv through the means of chromosome associations, the four genomes of Sitopsis section species can be classified as follow: Sv? S1 > Sb > Ss > S. The meiotic behaviour of the hybrids between the wheat ‘Chinese Spring’ and the four Sitopsis section species studied has not supported the view that one of the four species is the donor of the B genome of wheat. 相似文献

By the study of the influence of COD concentration on denitrifying phosphor removal of A/ASBR (anaerobic/ aerobic sequence bioreactor), it was shown that the favorable treatment effect had been gained with the COD concentration between 220 and 300mg/l; the higher or lower concentration of COD was unfavorable to the work of the system. In our test, it has been confirmed that the rudimental carbon resource organism and cell depositor PHB deposited in anaerobic stage has a significant influence on the process of denitrifying phosphorous removal. The better correlation has been observed also between the consumption of PHB and denitrifying phosphorous removal when the use of cell depositors PHB as carbon resource is concerned. It indicates that the deoxidization of 2 mg nitrate may accelerate the absorption of 1 mg phosphorous. 相似文献

为了弄清聊城市耕地生产潜力,进一步提高耕地产出率,笔者运用潜力递减法计算聊城市耕地生产潜力,通过分析未来聊城市耕地面积、粮经比和主要作物播种面积,探讨聊城市耕地资源人口承载力问题。研究结果表明:聊城市小麦生产潜力为6911.37 kg/hm2、玉米为15445.88 kg/hm2;人口承载力在温饱型、小康型、富裕型水平上分别为938.25万人、750.6万人和625.5万人,这表明在富裕型水平上将出现超载。为此,笔者提出了提高聊城市耕地资源人口承载力的途径。 相似文献

The effect of separate chilling (5°C for 2 and 4 days) on the shoots and roots of two maize hybrid seedlings on the electric potential, the composition of fatty acids and the ATPase activity in the microsomes of non-chilled leaves and roots (20°C) was investigated. It has been found that the low temperatures induced on the non-chilled organs gave similar changes to organs exposed to a reduced temperature. The changes consisted of a parallel depolarization of leaf and root membranes and similarly a decrease in the ATPase activity as well as changes in the unsaturation of the membranes' fatty acids. The reduction of the acid content 18:2 was particularly significant, which in the leaf microsomes correlated with a drop in the ATPase activity.
