GSM技术在棉田水分监测中的应用

利用GSM无线通讯技术实时地采集棉田水分数据,然后将水分监测数据发送到集中监控中心,由上位机决策支持系统进行相应的数据处理,决策结果以GSM短消息方式发送到用户手机上,实现了水分信息的动态管理。     

Mobile phones,gender‐based violence,and distrust in state services: Case studies from Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea

This paper examines the potential benefits and pitfalls of mobile phones for accessing social services, particularly in response to gender‐based violence, in Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea. Drawing on 13 months of ethnographic field research, I show how mobile phones increase rather than decrease perceived distances between social service providers and those they intend to serve. Mobile phones exaggerate the visibility of the shortcomings of the Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea states and solidify an already entrenched distrust in the state and state services. This distrust is accentuated in experiences with mobile phone‐based mediations of gender‐based violence. Despite the positive influences of mobile phones, they are also recognised as conduits of violence. As such, mobile phones are not only morally ambivalent technologies but also, at times, actively disliked and their use discouraged. This challenges the optimism that surrounds many information and communication technologies for development (ICT4D) projects. When assessing the potentials, successes, and failures of ICT4D programmes, there is a need to pay more attention to the consequences of ‘negative’ or ‘unreliable’ usages of mobile phones as relational technologies.     

农产品远程价格信息采集和发布系统的研究

利用TC35与低功耗单片机结合设计便携式手持数据采集终端,采用手持信息采集终端收集信息,通过GSM方式传送到数据中心,数据中心负责处理和发布信息,实现了农产品远程价格信息的采集和发布,用户可通过上网或手机短信进行价格查询。系统实时性好,可靠性高,克服了以往信息采集发布的缺点,能够有效的进行农产品价格信息方面的信息传递工作及数据统计。详细阐述了手机模块TC35中SMS功能的工作原理、便携式手持终端的硬件设计与软件实现。经示范应用,系统达到了设计目标。     

北方果树霜冻害远程监控与报警系统初步研究与实现

为提高北方果树防霜冻害管理水平,基于物联网架构,设计实现了北方果树霜冻害监测与报警系统。该系统结合实时获取果树生长环境数据,及果树霜冻害发生规律和专家知识库,为用户提供远程果树环境信息分析和霜冻害智能诊断服务。同时为满足不同生产条件需求,结合用户需求和环境状况,提供自动报警。根据用户随时随地获取信息的需求,基于多种网络技术等(如Internet、android等移动互联网),开发了可用于PC终端、移动终端(如智能手机、平板电脑等)多平台管理模式。通过提供现场综合远程实时监控、数据采集、网络传输、数据管理分析及报警预警等功能,系统实现了对果树生长的全方位多功能的远程监控与综合管理,有效提高了果树防霜冻害监控管理水平。     

Intrusion Detection Technology in Ad Hoc Network

With the rapid development of wireless network and mobile computing,the security of network becomes more important.As one of wireless mobile network,mobile Ad hoc network has new vulnerabilities that do not exist in a fixed wired network,and is susceptible to attacks.This paper introduces some methods which used in intrusion detection system and provides a new model of system based on multi-layer integrated distributed technology,especially recommend the protocol analyzing method in this system.

Enterprise Information Engineering Model and Its Integrated Support Environment

By analyzing the process of enterprise information engineering construction and intra relationship among information system requirement, business process modeling, application system constructing and project management, one of 4 meta model composed of requirement engineering, process engineering, application system engineering and support engineering is proposed for enterprise information engineering. The developments and applications of the business processes and its application systems are integrated into the same development space and application space. Basing on this, a prototype system composed of requirement modeling environment, business process modeling environment, application system modeling environment, and support engineering environment has been designed and built, which is used for supporting enterprise information engineering constructing. It is valued for the enterprise information engineering construction in our country.     

基于数字图书馆的农业移动信息服务集成模式研究

本研究主要介绍了移动数字图书馆的概念、特点及服务三农的新模式,提出建设云南农业数字图书馆,全面进行数字资源建设整合;完善“三农通专家咨询服务平台”服务功能模式,深入科普基地全面进行需求分析;研究移动信息服务集成的相关理论,构建完善的理论体系;构建适合云南本地特色的移动信息服务新模式四方面研究云南农业信息移动服务集成模式,同时对移动农业信息服务面临的问题进行了讨论。     

Technique of Information Fusion in Vehicle Control System

In the future, vehicle will be developed intelligently, which is based on the development of information technology. Now, information fusion technique is a new direction of information management. It has the advantages of more information, arrangements and methods and has been applied to a lot of research fields, The basic principle of information fusion is discussed and its applications in domestic and international modern vehicle control system are introduced. Moreover, the authors point out the key technology of information fusion and the bright prospects of its application in automotive field are proposed     

工厂化杏鲍菇菌渣生物炭制备及质量评价

为了更好地利用菌渣制备稳定、优质的生物炭，以12种不同原料配方工厂化杏鲍菇菌渣为材料，建立高温裂解生物炭制备工艺，利用孔雀石绿吸附能力对生物炭进行快速质量评价。12种菌渣理化性质表现出一定差异。以X₀组菌渣为材料，12种处理炭得率为26.00%~47.17%，且随着温度升高而降低。综合炭得率、孔雀石绿吸附率和能耗，确定400℃、2.5 h为菌渣生物炭最适制备条件。以该条件制备的11种菌渣生物炭各组间炭得率无显著差异，对400 mg/L孔雀石绿2 h吸附率均达到95%以上，表明具有良好的孔隙度和吸附效果。本研究建立了一种菌渣生物炭制备工艺和评价方法，为工厂化菌渣生物炭化利用提供理论和实践依据。     

基于微信公众平台的橡胶树栽培技术服务系统

随着通信网络的完善以及智能手机的普及,手机已经成为农民获取信息的主流方式。但由于上网技能的缺失以及文化水平的限制,农民往往很难获取到他们所需的农业信息。有必要研究一套更有效的建立在橡胶树栽培技术推广机构与农户之间的信息服务系统。微信公众平台是公众号运营者通过公众号为微信用户提供资讯和服务的平台,为实现农业信息服务模式的创新提供了新的契机。为此,尝试基于微信公众平台构建一套橡胶树栽培技术服务系统。系统包括橡胶知识和技术服务2 个主要模块,实现了橡胶树栽培管理知识查询、专家对用户的一对一远程技术服务、橡胶树施肥配方查询、橡胶资讯服务的主要功能。橡胶树栽培技术服务系统搭建了专家与农技员、农技员与农民、农民与产业间高效便捷的信息化桥梁,创新了服务模式和渠道,切实解决了科技信息传播的“最后一公里”问题。     

面向竹藤的领域语义信息检索系统研究

针对目前竹藤领域数据格式多样、集成整合不足、检索效率低下等问题,将领域术语权重和概念查询扩展相结合,提出了适用于竹籐的领域语义信息检索模型,并对竹藤领域的语义信息检索系统的检索方式、框架结构进行研究,最终建立了竹藤领域语义信息检索系统。本研究内容可有效地解决竹藤信息资源利用的技术障碍,为竹藤的宏观深层次研究,提供新的技术支持和理论依据,为其他相关领域语义信息检索提供一种新方法和思路。     

Application of the WK Mixed Filter Algorithms in the Processing of Radar Information

The Kalman filter algorithms can not solve the problem of the time-frequency localization, and it often switches between the low-frequency filter and high-frequency filter by the mobile detector (The changeable dimension filter algorithms) or Markovian transfer probability matrix (VD algorithms), so it has delay and some influence of the the mobile detector and Markovian transfer probability matrix. Hence, the filter error of the Kalman filter algorithms is obviously big. This paper brings the new mixed filter algorithms (WK algorithms) of the 2D Wavelet transform and Kalman Filter, which has the characteristics of the well time-frequency localization and real-time. The WK algorithms is used to process the radar information and makes the filter estimated data to approach the true track.     

Real-Time Tracing of 200 MW Power Plant Generators By A 3~+ Network

The communication of the application program among work tations of 3+ network is realized by the shared file on harddisk of the network server,which does not support the application program' s real-time communication among the network workstations nor supplies software or hardware needed for information refreshing, nor fits for field multibatch continuous real-time transmission and processing of working condition information, by using the NETBIOS function call method, the real-time communication among network workstations is realized and a power plant working information background real-time communication and data processing system is developed which effectively traces working condition from tow 200 MW power plant generators, altogether 321 points from a cycling detecting system and 78 binary points for broadcasting the information to other workstations,and realizes a complx display of 14 working condition graphs and a real-time data simulation graph.     

用“三论”原理对小麦育种研究的探讨

系统地探讨了“三论”的普遍适用性及其在小麦育种中的应用,并提出了小麦研究系统模式的新思路。认为：小麦育种是一个系统工程,各要素之间是相互联系,相互作用,相互制约的作用。小麦育种这个系统与自然环境和社会之间通过信息反馈而得到有效控制,从而使它朝着正确的方向前进。随着“三论”对小麦育种正确有力地指导,小麦育种工作必将更上一层楼。     

无腺棉和有腺棉品种遗传距离与性状分类

本试验利用国内外无腺棉、有腺棉品种30个,通过在四个地点的研究,估价了无腺棉群体的遗传基础.我们无腺棉群体的遗传基础广泛,出现了遗传差异较为特殊的材料中无151.但无腺棉品种的遗传差异相对小于有腺棉.结果表明,我国棉花品种与美国棉花品种的遗传差异并不大.同时发现,棉花品种间的遗传差异与其地理分布并无完全联系.本文还采用了一种性状分类的新方法,并讨论了这一方法在计算遗传距离等方面的作用.     

AN INEXACT REASONING INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The author introduces some basic ideas and methods of artificial intelligence into an information management system,and therefore proposes a design for the information management system which has the ability of inexact reasoning based on the certainty knowledge. According to the design, the system can also be made with the flexibility of change and expansion, and good adaptability for application. Research on Abstract Information Model of an Editorial Office Based on CIMS

An information system is a complex information system. An information model based on CIMS should reflect everyday affairs of the editorial office the same as common information model. Moreover, it has some special aspects. The paper gives an common information model and its structure, along with the information model of an editorial office based on CIMS.
