In this study, nine simplified short composite columns consisting of core CFST (concrete filled steel tube) of different diameters and outer reinforced concrete were constructed to study their compressive performance under axial or eccentric compression. The failure mode is characterized by the crush of the outer concrete. The bearing capacity increases at first and then decreases with further increase of the position coefficient. It can be concluded that position coefficient is an important structural parameter that has considerable influences on the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite columns. The outer concrete, steel tubes and longitudinal reinforcement are found to work in a cooperative manner under axial or eccentric compression when the position coefficient is about 0.5. An improved bearing capacity algorithm that takes the position coefficient into account has been proposed based on the experimental and simulation results and current technical specification in China. It has been proven to be precise and safe.  相似文献

火灾下无防火保护的结构构件温度会迅速上升,从而造成钢材和混凝土的强度明显下降。为了研究火灾下钢管约束型钢混凝土柱的受力性能,考虑火灾下钢管约束型钢混凝土柱的不均匀温度分布及温度对材料力学性能的影响,提出了火灾下受轴心荷载作用的钢管约束型钢混凝土柱承载力的计算方法。利用有限元软件ABAQUS对提出的计算方法进行了验证,结果吻合较好。进而采用该计算方法对影响高温下承载力的参数进行了分析,研究表明:随着构件截面尺寸的增加以及混凝土强度和钢材强度的提高,构件的承载力逐渐增加,而钢管壁厚的改变对承载力并无太大影响。利用有限元软件ABAQUS分析了荷载比、构件尺寸、钢管壁厚等因素对构件耐火极限的影响,发现耐火极限随着荷载比和钢管壁厚的增加而减小,随着构件尺寸的增加而增大。  相似文献

With the development of offense and defense strategy in future war and the application of high tech weapon, the demand is much improved to the resistibility level of defense engineering. LS-DYNA3D software is adopted to simulate the situation causing by the explosion of the commonly short concrete column and Short Concrete Column with Steel tube confined. The comparison includes chamber causing by explosion and nodes' displacement. The results show that steel tube-confined concrete structure can confine the displacement of core concrete, improve the structure's capacity of resisting explosion effectively, and enhance structure's elasticity and firmness.  相似文献

Pistil and pollen behavior during self- and cross-pollinations in 10 inbred almond seedlings with self-compatible genotypes and self-incompatible phenotypes were studied. Pollen from these inbred seedlings was examined for the pollen tube growth in self and non-self styles, while pistils from these seedlings were tested for their ability to support self and non-self pollen tube growth. Pistils and pollen of inbred genotypes were compatible with unrelated genotypes but the pistils were unable to support the growth of related pollen, which showed a slower tube growth rate. This may be a consequence of inbreeding, resulting in a silenced self-compatibility or cryptic self-incompatibility in some genetically self-compatible genotypes. This reaction would be a mechanism favoring crossing with unrelated genotypes and reducing inbreeding in future generations.  相似文献

Summary Pollen tube growth was investigated in a diallelic crossing design with seven genotypes of the diploid wild potato species Solanum commersonii, accession O/S UR-9, CIP 762459. Pollen tube growth in the style was recorded using a combined quantitative and qualitative evaluation scale. Clear-cut differences in pollen tube growth behavior in compatible and in partially or completely incompatible crosses were detected. Diallelic crossing of the seven randomly chosen genotypes, intercrossing within two progeny families, and backcrossing of two progeny populations to the parents revealed the existence of a one-locus gametophytic system of stylar incompatibility. The S-allele status of all genotypes investigated was determined.  相似文献

The time-changing analysis model for concrete filled steel tubes was established based on the time-changing concrete model of CEB-FIP MC90, in which the interaction between steel tube and concrete core was considered by the restraint conditions of master and slave nodes. The numerical simulation method was developed for analyzing the whole construction process of high-rise CFST structures. A real structure was taken as numerical example, in which the influence of concrete creep and shrinkage as well as construction process was considered. The results of numerical simulation are compared with those obtained from on-site monitoring. It is shown that the concrete creep and shrinkage as well as construction process have big influence on high-rise CFST structures, which should be taken into account in designs and constructions.  相似文献

对于新提出的方形高强钢管混凝土叠合柱的极限承载力,基于统一强度理论,考虑中间主应力和材料拉压比的影响,引入有效约束系数和非有效约束系数并考虑箍筋对钢管外混凝土约束作用的不同,把钢管外箍筋约束混凝土划分为有效约束区和非有效约束区,将方形截面等效为圆形截面以考虑钢管核心混凝土受到的钢管和外围钢筋混凝土的双重约束效应,提出了方形高强钢管混凝土叠合柱的一种新的轴压极限承载力计算方法。将所得理论计算结果与文献试验结果进行对比,吻合良好,证明了公式的正确性。对各参数的影响规律分析表明,方形高强钢管混凝土叠合柱的承载力随着侧压系数、中间主应力影响系数、材料拉压比和纵向配筋率的增大而增大,随着钢管径厚比的增大而减小。  相似文献

介绍了斜缀管式和平缀管式等截面钢管混凝土格构柱骨架曲线的计算方法并进行评价分析。研究表明,不同缀管布置形式的钢管混凝土格构柱,其抗震性能具有共性。借鉴钢管混凝土单肢柱的计算框架,开展等截面钢管混凝土格构柱骨架曲线的统一算法研究,对弹性刚度、水平峰值荷载、峰值荷载位移、下降段刚度等主要参数的计算方法进行了深入探讨和算例分析,并以干海子大桥格构柱墩为研究对象,采用OpenSEES有限元程序,对骨架曲线算法进行工程实例验证。研究结果表明,计算值与试验值及有限元计算结果均吻合良好。最后提出了适合工程应用的等截面钢管混凝土格构柱骨架曲线的统一简化算法,为钢管混凝土计算理论的进一步完善和规程编撰提供参考。  相似文献

A 3-D finite element model is established by ABAQUS to simulate the behavior of the joints with concrete-filled steel tubular (CFST) column to steel beam using external stiffening ring.The load versus deformation curves of this type of joints are compared between theoretical and experimental results,and in good agreement.Parametric analysis is performed to study the flexural load-carrying capacity of the joint.The width of external stiffening ring,the steel ratio of CFST column,the ultimate strength of steel beam,the strength of steel tube and beam,the concrete strength,the axial load ratio,and the beam to column linear stiffness ratio are considered as parameters.The simplified practical design approach is proposed based on parameter analysis of the flexural load-carrying capacity of these joints.The practical calculated values are in good agreement with the FEM results.  相似文献

Dendriform connections of concrete filled steel rectangular tubes (CFSRT) are composed of a bifurcated column and double cruciform beam column connections. A 3 D nonlinear finite element analysis (FEA) which considers all nonlinear effects of materials, geometry and contact interfaces is established. Analysis of the FEA results show that the load displacement curves at the ends of the beam and hysteretic curves obtained experimentally and via FEA agreed with each other. The stiffener transfers the tension compression stress efficiently, the middle hole has little influence on the stress transfer, and the compressive zone of the core concrete under repeated loading has a greater contribution to the compression stress transfer.  相似文献

空间KK型管板连接节点作为输电钢管塔中最主要的节点型式,其安全性是整个塔架结构安全的重要保证。相比较于平面K型节点,在考虑实际结构中节点空间效应后的KK型节点的受力性能更为复杂。在平面K型管板节点的试验研究基础上,对两类空间KK型管板节点展开参数化分析,重点讨论了节点几何尺寸参数和主管轴压应力比等因素对节点极限承载力的影响变化规律。结合大量有限元参数分析所得计算结果,并综合考虑各种因素对节点极限承载力的影响,提出了空间KK型管板连接节点在主管管壁局部屈曲破坏模式下的极限承载力建议计算方法。  相似文献

Based on the reversed cyclic loading tests of 21 nearly full-size interior joints in completed reinforced concrete frames,the law of bond deterioration of beam bars crossing the joint is tested and analyzed,which is influenced by the axial load ratio,shear-compression ratio,reinforced bar strength,concrete strength and the relative length of beam bars crossing the joint. By the nonlinear fitting method, the formula of the bond stress r between steel crossing interior joints and concrete under different loading step is obtained. According to the loading approach, the propositional formula of the relative length of beam bars crossing the joint hc/d is presented, which is influenced by axial load ratio, shear-compression ratio ,reinforced bar strength and concrete strength.  相似文献

To investigate mechanical behavior and seismic behavior of concrete filled steel tubular column node (CFSTCN) in space truss structure, both full-scale test and Finite Element Method (FEM) were employed. The test load was 1.6 times of design load and by incremental step loading. Meanwhile, stress and deformation in CFSTCN were observed to monitor bearing capacity of the node. The results show that steel tubular works in elastic state and a small part of concrete beyond of compressive stress limits; steel tube and concrete adhesive well. The hysteretic energy dissipation capacity and failure mode under cyclic loading were revealed by nonlinear FEM. weakest position and ultimate bearing capacity of the node were obtained from FEM results. The method of combining full-scale test and FEM can well reveal the mechanical behavior and the seismic behavior of the node.  相似文献

The behavior and strength of tube gusset connections with tube 219×6 and 1/4 annular ribbed plate subjected to eccentric force is investigated. Non dimensionalized ultimate strength interaction relations between the wall moment of tube ,vertical axial force ,and eccentric vertical component force of axial brace force of tube gusset connections with 1/4(1/2) and annular ribbed plate subjected to eccentric force is researched based on the model of equivalent forces of tubular joint. The parameters which influence the ultimate strength of tube gusset joint were analyzed and non dimensionalized ultimate strength interaction relationships were proposed. Considered strength classes of concrete, ratio of structural steel to concrete, ratio of steel tube to concrete and eccentricity ratio of load, 6 test specimens of steel tubular columns filled with structural and concrete are designed. The damage phenomena of specimens are described in detail and the failure mechanism is analyzed. The results show the initial failure of the specimens are began from the yield of steel tube, the ultimate failure are ended from the buckling of steel tube caused by the expansion of core concrete. Due to the existence of structural steel, the ductility of specimens is superior to steel tubular columns. Before the yield of steel tube, the plane cross-section assumption of specimens can be put into use. The ultimate bearing capacity of specimens is increased with the increase of strength classes of concrete, ratio of structural steel to concrete and ratio of steel tube to concrete. But the ultimate bearing capacity and ductility are decreased with the increase of eccentricity ratio.  相似文献

Under the action of lateral forces and vertical loads, the connection of reinforced concrete slab-column structure will not only transfer significant shear forces, but also unbalanced moment. As to the edge slab-column connection, even if there is no later force, it will also transfer unbalanced moment due to the asymmetry. Currently, most tests and studies focus on interior connections, but there are few tests or studies on edge slab-column connections. A relatively new type of shear reinforcement named shear-stud reinforcement was applied in edge column-slab connections and study on the seismic behavior of these connections was conducted. Tests and finite element analysis of three full-scale reinforced concrete edge slab-column connections subjected to gravity and unbalanced moment were completed in this paper, and main conclusions were as following: the bearing capacity, deformation capacity and seismic behavior of connections reinforced with shear-stud reinforcement are improved; deformation of specimens reinforced with shear-stud reinforcement could meet requirements of current codes; the performance of energy dissipating is as good as the common connections, and has reached the medium ductility level.  相似文献

This paper introduces the clarifying influence of the intertube spacing, the tube arrangement,the heat flux and the working fluid on boiling heat tra(?)sfer of smooth tube bundles. The tube bundles include the arrangements of twin tubes, triple tubes, seven tubes and thirteen tubes. The relative intertube spacing of the tube bundles is from 0. 9 to 3. 3. Experimental results show that the tube position and intertube spacting have no effect on boiling curves for the region of fully-devoloped boiling. And they considerably affect the heat transfer coefficient for the transition region between natural convection and nucleate boiling. In general,the heat transfer coefficient in the transition region for the upper tubes can be enhanced by 0. 5 to 1. 5 times.  相似文献
