Support vector machine is the uniform method of statistical learning method,and has become more and more popular in research field.Support vector machine has achieved excellence in pattern recognition and text classification for its high performance in veracity.Support vector machine method was used to process several Binary image and Gray scale image and got a good statistical result.A strategy to select feature vectors has been found out,and the criterion to judge the results are discussed.Compared with other methods,the important conclusion was draw: it performs perfectly in statistic when using support vector machine to detect the image edge.  相似文献

毒蘑菇和可食用蘑菇在外表上非常相似,依靠传统方法难以判别。为了实现判别上的自动化和增强可靠性,提出了一种基于支持向量机的蘑菇毒性判别方法。首先给出了数据样本和数据预处理的方法,其次建立C-SVM模型并进行训练,同时依照一对一方法实现了支持向量机的多分类,最后使用定步长探索法获得了模型的最优参数。仿真实验对比分析了不同样本量,不同参数下所提方法的准确度,验证了该方法在蘑菇毒性判别上的可行性。同时,使用神经网络、决策树方法进行分类器间的性能对比,发现与神经网络、决策树的判别结果相比,所提方法具有准确率高、操作方便、实用性强等优点。  相似文献

On the base of current researches on multiclass classification with support vector machine, an incomplete binary tree SVM multi class classification algorithm based on hypersphere is proposed. The algorithm adopts hypersphere SVM algorithm to calculate the distribution of each sample groups. Then, the distance formula is used to calculate the distance among the sample classes. According to the principle that the class which can be separated easiest must be split first, the algorithm designs binary tree to improve the classification accuracy. Compared with many classification methods, the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by simulation experiments.  相似文献

Continuous industries CIMS is a complex system consists of human and machines under certain environment. It has been proved that there is limitation to only pursue high degree intelligent system, so the idea of human machine can be used to research CIMS under system theory viewpoint. Combining advanced multi agent technology and theory, a human machine cooperation mechanism with agent as the middle medium is presented which can provide a more flexible information mutual interface. Aiming at the low efficiency and precision of hot rail steel surface faults detecting at present,a suit of surface defect detection system of hot heavy rail based on the machine vision is put forward. Multi-CCD cameras are used to collect pictures. According to the geometric characteristics of the heavy rail and its defect characteristics of high-frequency region,six angle shot is used for heavy rail,and then various image processing technology are adopted in workstation. The system adopts improved Hough transform to get surface faults and Kohonen network to make a classification for the characteristics of low SVM training algorithm. The above key machine vision technology for detection of hot heavy rail surface defects greatly improves the speed and accuracy of testing and the detecting correct rate arrives over 85%.  相似文献

使用数字图像处理技术,以黄花菜叶部病害图像为识别对象,基于Lab空间和K-means聚类算法分割病害区域,提取目标区域的颜色特征、方向梯度直方图(histogram of oriented gradient,HOG)特征和形状特征,分别建立单一特征模型和特征融合模型,采用粒子群(particle swarm optimization,PSO)算法通过交叉验证优化支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)模型的惩罚因子和核参数,建立基于PSO-SVM的多特征融合分类模型识别黄花菜病害。基于SVM的多特征融合分类模型识别率高于单一特征分类模型,识别率可达为81.67%;基于PSO-SVM多特征融合分类模型识别率高达92.39%。基于PSO-SVM的多特征分类模型识别率高,可以及时、便捷、高效地识别黄花菜病害。  相似文献

In order to study the geological factors which impact penetrating rate of tunnel boring machine (TBM), this paper uses three-dimensional discrete element model 3DEC to build simulated models on rock fragment by TBM cutter. It analyzes the influence of different geological conditions on TBM penetrating rate and classified the surrounding rock in west route of south-to-north transfer project according to the drill ability of TBM in surrounding rock. The results show that the penetrating rate of TBM is closely related to the mechanical properties of rock and joint conditions in rock mass. In certain extent, TBM penetrating rate will be increased with the decrease of rock strength or closely distributed joints. TBM penetrating rate will be decreased with the increase of rock strength or rarely distributed joint. Another result is that the surrounding rock by TBM penetrating can be divided into three classes based on the drill ability of TBM in surrounding rock, which can guide the TBM penetrating.  相似文献

Cone enveloping cylindrical worm in traction machine as instance, theoretical analysis on cylindrical worm transmission has been theoretically analyzed, and efficiency test and load capability test of traction machine with YJ240 cylindrical worm have been done on open power gear experimental instrument. According to the experimental data, it indicates cylindrical worm have some weaknesses on load capability, efficiency, adjustment possibility of tooth backlash and so on. Therefore, on purpose of improving integral performance of traction machine, face worm with variable tooth thickness may be used as primary drive mechanism in traction machine instead of cylindrical worm.  相似文献

设计了一种多功能深松机械,该机集深松机、玉米播种机、化肥深施机、小麦精少量播种机和机动喷雾等功能于一体,并具有数显报警功能。参照JB/T6274.1—2001《谷物播种机技术条件》、GB/T5668.1—1995《旋耕机械试验方法》、JB/T51016—1999《喷杆喷雾机产品质量分等》试验标准进行室内性能试验、田间性能试验等,结果表明,各项技术指标和性能参数达到设计、计划任务书的要求,满足相关标准,符合农艺要求。该机操作简单,维护保养方便,工作质量稳定,性能可靠,其推广应用的前景十分广阔。  相似文献

Based on the practice of machine tool remanufacturing, a software system is developed to support the processes of comprehensive testing and evaluation for machine tool remanufacturing. The software is composed of function models of comprehensive testing and analyzing, redesign and evaluation based optimization. Based on the test of used machine tools, the redesign scheme of machine tool remanufacturing is presented. In addition, the scheme is evaluated in terms of technology, economy, resource consumption and environmental impact. 为解决畜草失衡,机械化、规模化发展饲用甜菜提供理论依据。对5个不同基因型饲用甜菜品种生长指标及根体产量和锤度进行动态研究,并对根体产量和锤度与8个主要指标进行灰色相关度分析。结果表明:叶柄厚度和产量是影响锤度的主导因素;株高和幼苗百株重是饲用甜菜产量的主导因素;叶片数作为饲用甜菜一项重要指标,他不仅影响根体锤度,也影响根体的产量。多倍体品种在改良饲用甜菜苗期抗逆性和提高根体含糖量过程中有很高的利用价值。‘饲用3号’综合指标表现较为突出,并且产量在参试品种中位居第一(12034.56 kg/亩),具有很高的推广价值。  相似文献

To subgrade the shape-curve roughness of a contact roller,the three-coordinate CNC milling machine has been enlarged as a CNC lathe and CNC grinding machine so that the contact rollers can be lathed and grinded by the same installation and NC program. Furthermore,an NC program of dealing with complex curve contact rollers has been developed. Acceptable metal shaving contact rollers of cycloidal gears and involute gears in shape grinding have been manufactured with this method.  相似文献

An elastoplastic damage constitutive model based on incremental theory is deduced in strain space.A mesoscopic numerical model to study the progressive failure process and the nonlinear mechanical behavior of heterogeneous rock is established in combination with an elastoplastic damage constitutive for rock mesoscopic element.The failure elements deleting method is used to simulate crack propagation in program.The calculation results achieved by numerical simulation and practical projects application agree well with those of in-situ tests,which illuminates that elastoplastic damage mesoscopic model could reflect local plastic characteristics of fractured rock masses.Three-dimension marble model is more reflect mesoscopic failure than two-dimension model.The failure element deleting method is good at showing explicitly crack propagation.It is proven that the numerical model is right and feasible.The failure elements deleting method solves the difficult problem of FEM to simulate the propagation.The model and method might be valid in practical projects.  相似文献

The physical model of perilous rock avalanche excitation effect is deudofed based on the effect of the main factors, such as weight and fissure water pressure. It quantizes the interaction of perilous rock masses through the energy point of fracture mechanics and wave theory, and gains the departure rate formula of landslide body at momentary avalanche. The particle displacement rate calculation method of perilous rock medium under the action of excitation waves is developed based on the formation of perilous rock avalanche excitation waves and the spread mechanism in slope rock formation. The example shows that the analysis results established are coincident with actual situation. Some scientific basis is provided for the further research of perilous rock damage and evolutionary mechanisms.  相似文献

The traditional fault detection suffers from complicated process, low accurate ratio and off-line implement. The improved methods of defect recognition by artificial neural networks (ANN) can lead to the problems of overfit and bad generalization because of finite samples. With a view of data mining and technique parameters directly, the new approach using support vector machine classification algorithm after removing redundant parameters by rough set theory and eliminating noise of data to identify the defects is discussed. The results of a experiment show that unlike conventional and ANN recognition methods the new technique performs better than conventional evaluation ones with advantages of high efficiency, lower cost, easy implement on-line, excellent generalization and so on. The approach provides a novel technique means for nondestructive defect identification of various products.  相似文献
